It was my first time in Berlin – and as a Frankfurt kebab connoisseur who's used to good kebabs, I naturally had to try a truly authentic Berlin kebab. My first Berlin kebab experience was at Hakiki – and although I'm not really a big fan of minced meat kebabs, I have to say: The kebab was juicy, deliciously seasoned, and didn't even feel heavy in the stomach at the end. Conclusion: – Fresh salads – Smiling, friendly, and attentive service – Crispy and juicy meat – And I don't need to say anything about the famous Berlin sauces 😉 A clear recommendation from a Frankfurt native for anyone who wants to experience a real kebab in Berlin!

I was here half an hour ago! What's this all about?

We traveled all the way from Cologne to try out different kebab shops, and this one was particularly recommended to us beforehand. We received a warm welcome right from the moment we ordered. The colleague at the counter was super friendly, open, and personable. What was especially nice was that we were given a small sample even before we ordered, a lovely sign of hospitality and confidence in their own quality. The highlight, however, was of course the kebab itself: The meat was incredibly good, perfectly seasoned, and juicy. The sauces were perfectly flavorful and rounded off the whole dish wonderfully. The salad was also fresh and crisp. If you love good kebabs, you should definitely stop by here. A definite recommendation!

The veal here tastes like expired chicken, which can't compete with other kebab shops that any Berliner would recommend. The sauces are okay. At least there's more than one tomato, and the vegetables are fresh.

My husband and I bought a doner kebab and a durum doner kebab there an hour ago, to go! My roll was so poorly rolled that the whole thing fell out as soon as we opened the aluminum foil! It was just folded, not rolled! The ends were also open, making it impossible to even try to eat some of the meat and vegetables together at the end. All the fat from the meat ran down my hand, and actually, three-quarters of the roll was on the floor. Even the three fries that were supposedly in the durum didn't help. I'm so incredibly angry: such an unprofessional roll for that price! And then the salad didn't taste fresh! The waitress was in a bad mood, I should have bought something else! If that's good service, hmm, I don't know!!! Really, I'm so incredibly angry: because I'm hungry! At least roll the durum properly! After all, it cost €8, and it's now lying on the floor. Oh, and you can't eat there in peace because it's loud and just not nice, but that's why you get something to go! And that's why it's so important to get a good Dürüm roll. And they didn't have one!

Food was pretty decent. Ive had better and worse. Sauces are decent. Overall a good tasting meal. For anyone traveling its german only so make sure you can order what you want in german and understand enough to answer questions. This is probably a given but if you do struggle with that then go find a place with pictures on the menu.

Prices are no longer current! The kebab costs €8, not €6. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn't pleasant, and the kebab is average and very expensive. A bar table with an integrated trash can on a main street isn't a particularly special experience.

One of the best doner place I've been in Berlin. Friendly members of staff and piping hot food. I do recommend. P.s They only do beef doner,not chicken. Go and you will not regret it. You have an option for extra meat for an extra euro.

Unfortunately, it's always disappointing. The kebab is prepared by the same elderly man with a beard every time – and every time, it seems extremely careless. Hardly any meat, hardly any vegetables, the bread dry, and the overall flavor rather bland. You get the impression that this place is just rushed through, with no love for the product. It's a shame, because the potential is there – but unfortunately, I can't recommend the place as it is.

Lol, the bag was small, the contents weren't great, the salad was standard, and the sauce was delicious. The prices are absolutely outrageous considering that. €7 for a bag with salad and no meat or cheese.

I've been a regular customer at Hakiki on Osloer Straße for years and I enjoy eating there. However, the last two visits have been rather mediocre. They charge €8 for a doner kebab, which is standard everywhere these days and is fine. But what's completely unacceptable is when they put so little meat in it that I feel like all I can taste is salad. I feel a bit ripped off. That's completely unacceptable. Pull yourselves together a bit; the doner kebab was so thin that I was done after a few bites.

It's been my favorite kebab shop in my neighborhood for a long time, but the new price increase to €8 is insane. I was already struggling with €7, but I could live with it. Hakiki is delicious and has a unique flavor that I couldn't find anywhere else, but from now on, I won't be going back. The kebab was quite good, but a lot of savings were made. Which seemed very much like this store didn't care about making customers happy. but rather just to make a profit. I have no idea what this unconscious hakiki kebab hype is about, but it's really not that good for the price and the quantity. Also, the meat tasted pretty strange, not bad but very strange.

8 euros for half a kebab is very exaggerated. The taste is just okay. The sauce tastes good.

Actually it has always been known as the good and best kebab but this kebab has no taste whatsoever, the kebab bread is not warmed up/grilled properly!! And what's most blatant is spending 8€ for a kebab that costs an average of 6 - 6.50€ and for 8€ it's really super small and you can't even get enough of it. It's a shame because it was so much better back then

I've been a regular at Hakiki for years, especially in the Neukölln branch - I've always been very satisfied there. However, today I visited the branch on the Osloer Straße subway and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After about 25 minutes of waiting (which was completely okay for me), I was looking forward to my big kebab. When I got it, however, I was surprised: It looked more like a small student kebab - very thinly topped, hardly any meat. When I asked if this was really a big kebab, I only got a short "yes". Price: 9 euros. I asked for some more meat to be added - which then cost another 2 euros. In the end I had a halfway okay looking kebab for a total of 11 euros. Honestly, that's just too much for the quality on offer. I'm from Berlin and know what a big kebab should look like - you eat it with two hands, not one. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the money today. In the future I will only visit the branch in Neukölln - there you can still get what a real Big Döner kebab is supposed to be.

If you're only interested in meat, this place can deliver, as the donner is tasty and well-made. However, the vegetables are often neglected, which detracts from the dish's freshness and balance. The service isn't much help either: the service is unfriendly, as if rushing is the only thing that matters. Hello, unfortunately no menu to see online, shame

Used to be my favourite kebab place in Berlin. However portions have gotten smaller prices have gotten higher. They changed the bread to new smaller versions that just don’t hit the spot like they used to. Now it’s just another overhyped place with long queues.

A good, classic Berlin minced meat skewer. You know what you're getting and there's nothing wrong with it. And compared to other kebabs with minced meat skewers, it also tastes lighter and a little fresher

INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. We were there with 12 people from all over Germany, everyone ate 2 pieces of kebab. The bread is very fluffy, the ingredients are super fresh and the sauce is a secret recipe. Bude is at the Oslo station.

Hakiki is a solid Berlin kebab that delivers exactly what you expect from a normal Berlin factory kebab. The meat is juicy and well seasoned, the bread is super crispy and the Berlin sauces round the whole thing off perfectly. For me, a clear recommendation if you fancy an authentic Berlin kebab.

Heard a lot about the store, finally tried it out. Unfortunately, the Big Dürüm was smaller than most normal Dürüm and that for 9€, and there was only a little salad in it and mostly meat, which was only moderately well done and not so thinly sliced. But I thought the sauces tasted good.

The kebab here has shrunk considerably and the price is more expensive. 8€ now and that for a kebab that is half as full as it was here recently. The kebab skewer is from baha kebab production, which supplies almost all minced kebab skewer shops in Berlin. So meat here as well as almost everywhere where minced meat kebab is sold and then for such an expensive and proud price of €8 where you can get a yaprak layer of meat elsewhere. It doesn't matter to the operator, because enough people still line up there every day and then wait 15 minutes for a mini meat skewer kebab.

Unfortunately, my visit to Hakiki in Berlin Wedding was a complete disappointment. I paid around €11 for a kebab and a drink, but the kebab was inedible. The meat was completely burnt and dried out - I couldn't even bite into it. At least 10 people before and after me got the same meat. At first I thought maybe it was just crunchy, but it was just black and dry. In the past the problem was often that the meat was undercooked, but this isn't an improvement. One thing is clear to me: I will avoid this store in the future.

For me, Hakiki Döner is one of the best kebab shops in Berlin. Whenever I'm in the city, a visit here is a must because the quality clearly stands out from others. For me, the Hakiki kebab used to be one of the best in Berlin. Now I have to say, for me personally, it has become a normal standard kebab. Today I was there around lunchtime. According to your information, you are open until 4 a.m. I wanted a kebab at 2 a.m., the skewer was still on. When I wanted to order, they said they were closing and he needed the remaining 2 hours to clean, so he couldn't give me a kebab. How disrespectful and decency can you be? Stable kebab, but nothing more. It used to be an institution. Today I only ask him in an emergency, the competition hasn't slept in the meantime and is now delivering better kebabs. This snack bar definitely has one of the best kebabs in Wedding! The bread is always crispy and the meat is really good quality. You can taste that emphasis is placed on fresh ingredients here. Unfortunately, the prices for kebabs have generally increased, which is also noticeable here - and the portions could be a little larger to really fill you up. You also have to get the time right because there is often a long line. Nevertheless, this snack bar is one of the few in the area that you can recommend without hesitation.

Really didn't get full for 9 euros big Dürüm was like Kinder Dürüm at any other kebab shop never again....

I've heard that the kebab is by far one of the best. So I went to see for myself. After a really long wait (approx. 25 minutes) and friendly staff, I was finally able to order the kebab in question. Unfortunately, the taste is nothing special at all. The kebab tastes good, but it's really nothing more and nothing less. I think it's a normal kebab like any other in Berlin. But I wouldn't go there again just to get this kebab.

The price is cheap and the quantity is large. Living in Berlin is fun, standing at a table in a nice atmosphere and eating kebabs... It was a feeling I could do :)
