We waited 40 minutes for two kebabs, and after 45 minutes (and six kebabs being given to other people who arrived after us), we were told our kebabs weren't ready. My first and definitely last time here! The taste isn't worth a 60-minute wait.

It was simply very good; we found it perfect with gloves. The person at the till doesn't touch the food because the money is full of germs. Unfortunately, today someone wearing gloves at the till and touching the bread found that a bit disgusting. Please keep it as nice as it was.

Chico's burgers are absolutely amazing. They're incredibly juicy and freshly prepared. The prices are more than fair for what you get. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell they love their jobs. Highly recommended.

The last time I ate here, my colleague and I both complained of nausea afterward. I haven't eaten here in a long time, but I still read about what bothered me back then: LACK OF HYGIENE! The food is prepared with the same!! hands and gloves that are used to cash out. So the food comes into contact with the germs on the money customers pay with!!! The people in charge should be aware that this is unhygienic, but they don't seem to care, as even years later, reviews about this very issue are still popping up. It's ridiculous that the health department hasn't taken action yet. What's also missing is the option to pay by card. 2 stars is quite generous under these circumstances. Hopefully, things will change for the better.

The reviews are incomprehensible. We don't have anything to complain about, but the meat is rubbery, and there was very little salad. The wait of more than 30 minutes outside the stall on a Sunday evening turned out to be a complete disaster. This was our first kebab there, and it will remain so.

Average. Meat a bit tough. Sauce tastes like salad dressing. Salad is a bit sour. Service is very friendly, though. I expected more.

A delicious place, there's always a line, as people travel from far corners of Berlin specifically to get here. They prepare incredibly juicy, delicious burgers, döners, and other dishes right before your eyes. There are a couple of downsides: there's no coffee, and the bar next door where you can get coffee smells like a cheap dive. However, the burgers and other goodies are worth the trip, I highly recommend it!

Warning: Addiction! 🤩 We've been regular customers for years and have noticed every little change, and we're still thrilled. We can only speak for the burger. Until now, we've wanted to try a kebab, but we always fail at the most amazing burger in town. Your warmth, even when the place is really full, puts you in a good mood. The organization with the queue numbers is really helpful, and you can wait in a relaxed manner. Our special requests are always perfectly fulfilled. Thanks to the entire team. Ordered takeaway three times already...a full kebab and a turquoise one. A full pizza. It's especially popular with LOTS of sauce. I get the feeling that when I order takeaway, the service is sloppy...sometimes there's very little sauce...yesterday there was none at all. That's really annoying, and next time I'll return everything if the sauce is missing again. It used to be so delicious, but now it's just a quick, quick affair, and the customer's wishes are ignored. What a shame.

Extremely unfriendly, especially in the day-to-day business. Swapping the drink for a different type of fries doesn't seem to be an option on the menu. The answer I got was, "Bro, Coke costs 0.20 cents." Then why does it cost 2 euros in the store... Coke is cheaper than cheese from a tube? Whatever... The location is probably profitable. One visit was one too many. More people work in the store than wait for their food, and it still takes 20 minutes.

The kebab was quite good, but unfortunately, it had a lot of grit. The wait time is a disaster; we waited over half an hour for two kebabs, which is very, very excessive and not normal in our opinion. I recommend it in terms of taste, but you need time and patience, which maybe not everyone has if you're really hungry. Another no-go is that you can't pay by card, especially now when almost 50% of people would pay by card.

The price used to be fair and the size of the kebab was okay. Unfortunately, the price has since increased several times. The last time I bought it, the kebab was significantly more expensive, even though it had gotten smaller. The price-performance ratio is simply no longer right.

I have to say, as a very critical person, the taste of the burgers here exceeded my every wish. Top-notch quality, top-notch taste. Conclusion: I've found a new local spot around the corner. I entered the store with the firm intention of just getting a small snack. Seventeen minutes later, I was sitting there with a burger in one hand, a doner kebab in the other, and the deep conviction that I was witnessing German-Turkish-American international understanding on my plate. The burger: juicy, tender, lightly seared, like a loving handshake from a cowboy with tongs. The doner kebab: packed, spicy, a little cheeky—like a street poet writing with chili sauce. The sauce combination temporarily disabled my facial muscles, but hey, who needs to control their saliva when flavor explosions are happening? The only downside: I had a serious argument with my pants afterward. But we made up after I replaced them with sweatpants. Bottom line: If you can't decide whether you want a burger or a kebab, you don't have to. Just have both. And maybe an extra napkin.

Nobody cares whether the food tastes good when you have to wait so long that you're almost starving, or rather, you're no longer hungry. It's lucky that you're the only kebab shop in the area. Really.

Very good shop. We're happy to make the trip to Marzahn. Not only is the kebab recommended, the burgers are too! Another great thing: When you order, you specify everything, including the toppings. You're then called by a number. This avoids the chaos you're used to at a kebab shop.

I don't understand the review for this shop. It's because of that that I went there and tried one. The kebab tastes okay. The vegetables are fresh, and the meat doesn't seem to be of inferior quality. It doesn't do much wrong, but it's nothing special either. Compared to other kebab shops in the area, my kebab was very thinly packed and felt like more sauce than meat. The service is practically nonexistent; you order, get a number, and have to wait until the number appears. Do you actually try your kebab composition yourself? I now feel bad and threw some away. Rightly hasn't been there for a long time 495g with aluminum foil and bag. The rather sweet sauce load (a lot) was slapped in, the other half was a bit spicy and generally too much sauce at the bottom in the middle, so that the bread tore open there, the end was just a slushy mush of meat, sweet sauce and torn bread. Some burnt meat and what felt like no salad was served even though we asked for more salad. I realize that if there is more salad, there should be less meat, but it seems to me that salad is more expensive than the meat. And of course the classic gloves + money + food

I finally found what I was looking for in the East: this isr, my new regular kebab, clean, tidy, fresh. The principle with the waiting number is funny and the interior design has something of an American dinner. There are wet wipes to clean your hands with the kebab, which I think is great. Everything with the store's logo, also very charming. The bread is toasted really nicely, I personally like it, but not everyone agrees with me. But kebab is always individual and that's why here the bread is toasted, the portions are sufficient for us and the vegetable-meat ratio is great. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The herb sauce was delicious and had a slight note of dill and the hot sauce also deserved its name and was correspondingly fiery and I like eating spicy. The meat is tasty and wasn't cut too thick. You might pay €1 more here than at the competition, but I personally think it's money well spent. Clear recommendation.

There were also 5 employees behind the counter, but it's no use if they all work slowly. The kebab was also cold and for €7. Just grabbing a quick kebab is definitely not an option here. Delicious in itself, but all that waiting takes away all the fun

We ordered 2 kebabs and our order took over 40 minutes, 5 employees who just stand around and don't do anything, are just talking to someone. In the end the kebab was cold, too much salad and not enough meat, we'll never get it there again.

The kebab here is really delicious - you can't complain at all! The only catch: It's the only good kebab in the area, and unfortunately it shows. The store is almost always full and waiting times can be long. Most of the time it's 20 to 30 minutes, but I've also had a 50 minute wait - it doesn't happen often, but it happens. Nevertheless: The service is super friendly, the food is great, and there is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. I'm deducting a star because of the sometimes long waiting times, but I'll definitely be happy to come back!

In the early days of the shop, kebabs, dürüm kebabs, etc. were well stocked for the price, but now everything has become more expensive and the contents are dwindling. Likewise, the waiting times are unsustainable at over 50 minutes for kebab and a dürüm, so you should definitely work on that. It's a shame, I liked going to you back then.

The employees and the boss are so friendly and you can laugh and talk nonsense with them, the prices are reasonable for the delicious food and the size I always eat a large plate of kebab with all the trimmings for €13 and am always full all day afterwards!!!
