The employees are very nice and the food is also very tasty

Visit on Sunday September 29th, 2024 around 1 p.m The food is very good, but I sometimes find the tone with the customers even worse! Sometimes the tone here is as if one or two employees didn't get a good night's sleep. The younger employees are usually friendly and open, but the somewhat "older" looking employees are sometimes in a very bad mood. We've been here a lot now and eaten something. Whether kebab, kebab plate or burger, everything is very fresh and excellent. That's why I wrote a much more positive review a year ago, which I'm updating here. The price is a bit more intensive, but the price/performance is very good. I hope something changes in the future, because I don't see the need to drive 16 kilometers anymore, so I'd rather look for a new kebab man I trust.

I haven't eaten a better kebab yet. Bread is crispy, and meat and ingredients are delicious. Sometimes you have to wait a long time until the food is ready because it is so crowded. Despite four or five employees who only take care of the food, which I think speaks for the store. I don't go to any other store if I want to eat kebab.

Delicious kebab :) My fiancée and I always stop by on the way from the airport when we return from vacation.

Doner kebab was very tasty, I just couldn't find my way around after I ordered where and when I would get my food because it was very busy. But otherwise a very well organized shop with delicious food.

We had dinner there with the family yesterday. We had two kebab menus and a dürüm. We paid 30 euros. The kebabs were very small and the dürüm was as thin as a pencil ✏️ - absolutely no taste. For the price it's overpriced. I don't understand where the good reviews come from. We didn't receive a bill, just a receipt with only the names of the dishes on it.

not even family friendly...I've been out all day, just moved to the area, stove not plugged in this that so I'm relying on quick food...I wanted to place my order from the window so I don't have to go back in there, because the little one in the car is restless... and the little one is tied to me and it gets warm quickly... I just wanted to place my order from the window and I would have waited for my turn, no matter how long it would have taken... But the employee was so rude and told me I had to come in to order?! What do you have the window for? And why do I have to enter the store to order... You're talking out the window and you could have taken my order and I would have waited my turn... definitely not customer-friendly service... As a single mother with two children, I just wanted a kebab to regain my strength and then something like that... even if you were the only kebab shop here in Berlin, I would never go to your shop again... next time I'd rather drive an hour and a half to Wedding to HAKIKI kebab and the best kebab is still Hakiki and not Chico, maybe you should change your outdoor advertising ;)

Reliably high quality burgers and kebabs, the team is friendly and open to special requests. The numbering system for orders (like in the office) ensures that you can sit down and relax and still know immediately when the food is ready.

Tasty döner, dürum and burgers (and much more). Prices are slightly higher than in other places in Berlin, but the quality of the food is also higher. If you visit the place in the peak hours when a lot of people are waiting for their order, it may end up in 20-30 minutes waiting time, which is not nice. If there are less people, it would be much faster. Each time I order something here, it's tasty and nice. And the most important: it is always fresh, because they have a lot of customers. It's not like in other places when you are the only customer in one hour. Here it's like a never ending line of customers, they have a very good reputation. If I move away from this area, I will miss this place. By the way, when you make an order, make sure that you clearly said what you want, and check again the receipt that you get - that everything is according to what you wanted to order. Sometimes there could be misunderstandings, which is explainable when you have so big amount of customers. For instance, if you want Dürum, don't say "Dürum Döner", as you may receive regular "Döner" instead of "Dürum". This happened to me once (out of maybe 40 times that I have visited it), there's also my fault that I didn't check the receipt after I finished the order. Always check it, mistakes are happening sometimes, we all are the people. Enjoy the meal! P.S. Please offer your customers a delivery, or at least an online pre-ordering so that I can order something on my way home and pick up as soon as I arrive without the waiting time.

It's not just a kebab shop but a place where you can meet up with friends and get very tasty food. My friends and I went there at least once a week after school and ordered something delicious to eat because it tastes good the love behind the product and that a lot of emphasis is placed on good quality. In addition, not only is the food very good, but also the employees, they are nice, open and have a sense of humor

I finally found what I was looking for in the East: this isr, my new regular kebab, clean, tidy, fresh. The principle with the waiting number is funny and the interior design has something of an American dinner. There are wet wipes to clean your hands with the kebab, which I think is great. Everything with the store's logo, also very charming. The bread is toasted really nicely, I personally like it, but not everyone agrees with me. But doner kebab is always individual and that's why here the bread is toasted, the portions are sufficient for us and the vegetable to meat ratio is great. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The herb sauce was delicious and had a slight note of dill and the hot sauce also deserved its name and was correspondingly fiery and I like eating spicy. The meat is tasty and wasn't cut too thick. You might pay €1 more here than at the competition, but I personally think it's money well spent. Clear recommendation.

We are in the year 2024, unfortunately there are still companies like Chico's Döner, apparently from the Stone Age, which do not accept card payment. I'll avoid this shop on principle so I don't end up starving like a horst because you don't have any cash with you Otherwise, the quality of the meat can be compared to rubber (apparently soy protein or other binding agents and not too little in it)

It tastes okay, average in my opinion. But for the price, the kebab is overpriced. The only reason why the store has such good reviews is because there is nothing better in the area. The burgers taste pretty good the first time, but I honestly don't want to eat them more often because everything is already very greasy and thinking about the burger menu makes me feel uncomfortable afterwards

At Chico you can see that it is a kebab shop that really loves its craft. The sauces are homemade, instead of normal white onions, red onions are used because they taste better, although they are more expensive, the prices are reasonable and even the paper in which the kebab is wrapped is designed by yourself. The waiting time is long, but I personally like to wait for this kebab. What's unusual is that when you order you have to say what toppings you want on your kebab. The background is that the kebabs are prepared according to a number system and this makes the process easier for the employees as well as the customers.

The sauces from the kebab are simply great and the citizen tastes very good for a kebab Supplementary service today 1 star: I wanted 2 kebabs and a bread with sauce, which probably wasn't possible because there weren't enough breads So they wanted to make 2 kebabs and a Turkish pizza with sauce, then I wanted to swap and a kebab and a Turkish pizza with meat (so basically the 2nd kebab) And the bread with sauce. Which apparently was an absolute problem and one just didn't want to do even though the number of loaves of bread going out remained the same. Customer is king looks different...

The Döner at this place are the best, I'm not lying if I say that they are the best in Berlin, although we would love it if you could also pay with a card and not just in cash, but we always make the sacrifice of looking for an ATM 😅

It's a very nice place, the atmosphere is nice, the attention is nice... If you say the taste is good enough compared to Germany...🤔... There is a different concept of doner kebab in Turkey... I didn't see the parking lot, I parked in the street...

I just wanted to drink something (COLA) at 30 degrees, but I was refused because I didn't want to eat anything. I won't eat there again in the future.

Unfortunately it is not possible to drink just a shandy there given the temperatures, only in conjunction with food. Pretty big mouth for a snack. That was it for eating kebabs and burgers there. There are also better quality ones in Marzahn.

Good kebab but overpriced. Yesterday I ordered a big kebab for 8€ which was exactly the same size as the normal one and smaller than the competition. I mentioned that too and they said there was just a little more meat. Overall it's just average but there's nothing better in Marzahn and the surrounding area, which is why the store has good reviews.

Delicious. Always fresh. The only kebab I know that is so convincing. The kebab plate in particular is awesome 🔨. The price is OK. Every now and then it seems expensive, but something has to be paid for the freshness and the service.

So taste wise - good! But (upd: June 2024): for €7 for a kebab you can really expect more service, see below. But what doesn't work at all are the waiting times. I have no idea why, whether they operate a delivery service and treat it as a priority or have staff shortages, but regardless of whether it's at lunchtime or after work in the evening, 10-15 minutes for kebab is almost always possible. At least that's how it's communicated, so for the past six months I've been going somewhere else if I want kebabs or burgers.

Visited based on Google review. The line was long, which made me positive. They work with numbers there, which isn't that stupid considering the amount of people! You don't stand on each other's feet. I have to say, a really tasty kebab. It was just a shame that the cheese was out for me because it was sheep's cheese. The sauces were really good and the meat was nice and crispy. For me the best kebab in the whole corner.

It's always nice there. Cool people working there. Always quick and friendly. It's always delicious there too. If the day has been long and stressful, I go there to console myself with a delicious burger and let the good mood spread. Over the years, a lot has been invested in the ambience so that guests can feel comfortable.

Dürüm tastes good The packaging is more sophisticated than in ordinary stores. Parking is available at Lidl next to it I went there 5-6 times at different times and always had to wait in line for food. It was quite popular. There are not many seats in the store, but there are outdoor seats

This is where you go if you REALLY want a kebab. I'm happy to pay more here because there's quality on the plate and no mess on the paper. Burgers are nice and the kebab is simply unbeatable with the homemade sauces. Marzahn, Hellersdorf, Hönow, Ahrensfelde…. I don't know of a better kebab in the area.

It's a long wait and the kebab tastes good, but in the end it's nothing special; it's available in a few stores in this quality. Apparently the people of Marzahn see it differently.
