Ladies and Gentlemen Dear YouTube, Unfortunately, we were sent there with high hopes as two huge kebab lovers. But now comes the conclusion. We are disappointed. Yes, the arrival and the view are great (I think even better in the warm summer! But nobody can do anything about that.) When I said I was the YouTube/Google partner, my best friend and I were immediately labeled. We wanted to eat a kebab in the back and my best friend was scared because someone was drunk or on cocaine and "wanted to smash someone's face" QUOTE. So my best friend waited with me standing, despite her broken leg. Thank God this personality disappeared and we were able to test the kebab. The meat was crispy but unfortunately not juicy or spicy, nor was the salad and sauces... When my bestie wanted to have a quick drink, the salesman said to a customer "Ketchup or mayo?" I don't order a big kebab that is a children's kebab with ketchup or mayo. Here in Berlin that means herbs, garlic or spicy. The hot sauce was a ketchup sauce flavored with paprika chillies. I didn't even taste a hint of jalapeno or habanero. My bestie doesn't actually eat spicy food but even she laughed. You can see Jenny's opinion on YouTube OneMan2Balls. The kebab tastes great, the interaction of the sauces with the delicious meat, the fresh salad and most importantly with the crispy bread makes the kebab a power - in my opinion it is one of the best in Berlin. The food is very tasty and there are good quantities at reasonable prices. The kebab tastes great and fresh, the bread is especially delicious and the vegetables taste fresh. There is a good amount of sauce on it and the kebab is well filled. The staff is very friendly and ordering is quick. The atmosphere is surprisingly pleasant for a kebab shop, there are plenty of seating options and even music in the background.

The meat was perfectly grilled, juicy and full of flavor. The rolls were fresh and fluffy, and the side dishes such as cheese, sauces and fresh vegetables were excellent. Every ingredient contributed to perfection! The shop was clean, modern and comfortably furnished. You can tell that a lot of attention is paid to details here. The shop is really great and a must for anyone who is or lives in the area. The colleagues are really friendly and process orders quickly. The store is clean and also has an outdoor area, which is heated in cold temperatures. The kebab clearly stands out from the competition. The sauces taste really great and the rest is also delicious and well prepared. You can tell that the colleagues have put some thought into the preparation. I previously lived in Mitte for 3 years and couldn't find a better kebab for my standards and I'm happy to live in that part of the city again :)

The kebab is absolutely nothing special and falls well short of expectations. The meat is simply minced meat, giving it a disappointingly bland and mushy texture. The only positive aspects are the garlic sauce and the use of red onions, which at least add some freshness. The portion is also a joke – more of a child size than a filling snack for adults. Overall, a clear disappointment that hardly stands out from other mediocre kebab shops.

I ordered a kebab at 6:15 p.m. - 12 p.m. I got my kebab at exactly 7:15 p.m. This service from Chico is not appropriate for me. Since it was very busy in the evening, I had a waiting number for my order (doner kebab). Waited 20 minutes, but I was compensated by the taste. It's okay. There is seating both inside and outside. Obviously, many people see it that way, otherwise the snack bar wouldn't be so popular. Direct S-Bahn station. Mehrower Allee.

We bought the Durum for 8 Euros. The Durum was quite big which is always nice because you want to get some nice food for your money. The meat(beef) tastes also better than average. However the end of the Durum was quite soggy because of the fat that has run down there. There was also quite a lot of vegetables which might be nice for some people but we wanted to taste some meat! The meat is delicious so please more of it! :)

Doner kebab in bread: bread crispy brown, meat not dripping greasy and grilled, sauces fresh at refrigerator temperature, and vegetables in strips fresh and delicious. You have to keep an eye on the queue number display yourself.

Sometimes the tone here is as if one or two employees didn't get a good night's sleep. The younger employees are usually friendly and open, but the somewhat "older" looking employees are sometimes in a very bad mood. We've been here a lot now and eaten something. Whether kebab, kebab plate or burger, everything is very fresh and excellent. That's why I wrote a much more positive review a year ago, which I'm updating here. The price is a bit more intensive, but the price/performance is very good. I hope something changes in the future, because I don't see the need to drive 16 kilometers anymore, so I'd rather look for a new kebab man I trust.

I haven't eaten a better kebab yet. Bread is crispy, and meat and ingredients are delicious. Sometimes you have to wait a long time until the food is ready because it is so crowded. Despite four or five employees who only take care of the food, which I think speaks for the store. I don't go to any other store if I want to eat kebab.

Best kebab shop in Berlin in my opinion

We had dinner there with the family yesterday. We had two kebab menus and a dürüm. We paid 30 euros. The kebabs were very small and the dürüm was as thin as a pencil ✏️ - absolutely no taste. For the price it's overpriced. I don't understand where the good reviews come from. We didn't receive a bill, just a receipt with only the names of the dishes on it.

not even family friendly...I've been out all day, just moved to the area, stove not plugged in this that so I'm relying on quick food...I wanted to place my order from the window so I don't have to go back in there, because the little one in the car is restless... and the little one is tied to me and it gets warm quickly... I just wanted to place my order from the window and I would have waited for my turn, no matter how long it would have taken... But the employee was so rude and told me I had to come in to order?! What do you have the window for? And why do I have to enter the store to order... You're talking out the window and you could have taken my order and I would have waited my turn... definitely not customer-friendly service... As a single mother with two children, I just wanted a kebab to regain my strength and then something like that... even if you were the only kebab shop here in Berlin, I would never go to your shop again... next time I'd rather drive an hour and a half to Wedding to HAKIKI kebab and the best kebab is still Hakiki and not Chico, maybe you should change your outdoor advertising ;)

Reliably high quality burgers and kebabs, the team is friendly and open to special requests. The numbering system for orders (like in the office) ensures that you can sit down and relax and still know immediately when the food is ready.

Tasty döner, dürum and burgers (and much more). Prices are slightly higher than in other places in Berlin, but the quality of the food is also higher. If you visit the place in the peak hours when a lot of people are waiting for their order, it may end up in 20-30 minutes waiting time, which is not nice. If there are less people, it would be much faster. Each time I order something here, it's tasty and nice. And the most important: it is always fresh, because they have a lot of customers. It's not like in other places when you are the only customer in one hour. Here it's like a never ending line of customers, they have a very good reputation. If I move away from this area, I will miss this place. By the way, when you make an order, make sure that you clearly said what you want, and check again the receipt that you get - that everything is according to what you wanted to order. Sometimes there could be misunderstandings, which is explainable when you have so big amount of customers. For instance, if you want Dürum, don't say "Dürum Döner", as you may receive regular "Döner" instead of "Dürum". This happened to me once (out of maybe 40 times that I have visited it), there's also my fault that I didn't check the receipt after I finished the order. Always check it, mistakes are happening sometimes, we all are the people. Enjoy the meal! P.S. Please offer your customers a delivery, or at least an online pre-ordering so that I can order something on my way home and pick up as soon as I arrive without the waiting time.

It's not just a kebab shop but a place where you can meet up with friends and get very tasty food. My friends and I went there at least once a week after school and ordered something delicious to eat because it tastes good the love behind the product and that a lot of emphasis is placed on good quality. I finally found what I was looking for in the East: this isr, my new regular kebab, clean, tidy, fresh. The principle with the waiting number is funny and the interior design has something of an American dinner. There are wet wipes to clean your hands with the kebab, which I think is great. Everything with the store's logo, also very charming. The bread is toasted really nicely, I personally like it, but not everyone agrees with me. But doner kebab is always individual and that's why here the bread is toasted, the portions are sufficient for us and the vegetable to meat ratio is great. The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The herb sauce was delicious and had a slight note of dill and the hot sauce also deserved its name and was correspondingly fiery and I like eating spicy. The meat is tasty and wasn't cut too thick. You might pay €1 more here than at the competition, but I personally think it's money well spent. Clear recommendation.

We are in the year 2024, unfortunately there are still companies like Chico's Döner, apparently from the Stone Age, which do not accept card payment. I'll avoid this shop on principle so I don't end up starving like a horst because you don't have any cash with you Otherwise, the quality of the meat can be compared to rubber (apparently soy protein or other binding agents and not too little in it)

It tastes okay, average in my opinion. But for the price, the kebab is overpriced. The only reason why the store has such good reviews is because there is nothing better in the area. At Chico you can see that it is a kebab shop that really loves its craft. The sauces are homemade, instead of normal white onions, red onions are used because they taste better, although they are more expensive, the prices are reasonable and even the paper in which the kebab is wrapped is designed by yourself. The waiting time is long, but I personally like to wait for this kebab. What's unusual is that when you order you have to say what toppings you want on your kebab. The background is that the kebabs are prepared according to a number system and this makes the process easier for the employees as well as the customers.

The Döner at this place are the best, I'm not lying if I say that they are the best in Berlin, although we would love it if you could also pay with a card and not just in cash, but we always make the sacrifice of looking for an ATM 😅
