The food is ok and quite cheap, you don't have to wait long. The staff is mostly unfriendly. For example, while I was eating I was told several times with an angry expression that I had to clear my plate away myself. The tables are very rarely wiped.

The three of us had different dishes, all of which were at the lower end of taste and preparation. Compared with other Vietnam. Locals in Passau are the weakest. Would not recommend eating here.

Unfortunately, it's been a long time since I ate as badly as I did today. Rice was like burnt rubber, duck was incredibly dry and the sauce didn't taste like anything.

I've eaten here several times, or at least 20 times in the time I've eaten there, the quality has gotten worse and worse. Yesterday I also ate there. For the first time, I was treated very unfriendly when ordering and at the checkout when I paid for my food I took it and sat down at a table. I noticed that my roast duck was raw. I then went back to the checkout where I was rudely told that a new plate would be brought to me. The plate was then brought to me but with the wrong dish on it when I asked After being insulted, he left again with the plate without saying anything to me. He spoke to his colleague in a different language that I couldn't understand. About 20 minutes later I got the dish I ordered. I ate about half of it when I felt sick. Then I threw the plate away asked this morning I went to my doctor because I was standing over the toilet all night vomiting. My doctor gave me the diagnosis of food poisoning. I don't think I need to say to this shop. Just don't go there to eat. The competition is there on the floor above It's a little more expensive but also better with larger portions

Typical Asian at snack bar level when things have to go quickly. Most of the dishes are already ready on display and are then put together according to the modular principle. There are a few dishes that are a little more unusual and these are then cooked fresh, these dishes taste better and are really tasty. Price is cheap. Unfortunately, the staff is often not very friendly, it's more like mass processing. The quality of baked chicken/duck varies. Sometimes very good, but sometimes almost only had cartilaginous pieces. There is a student discount there, which I think is good.

Unfortunately, my last visit to Haiki was a disappointment. I had ordered the chicken fried rice, but the taste of the dish was way below expectations. Some ingredients seemed to be no longer completely fresh, which further worsened the overall impression. It's a shame, but I probably won't come back.

I actually never write reviews. However, what we were sold as food here couldn't be surpassed in terms of impudence. The Thai curry sauce was a kind of hollandaise sauce, only a little redder. It was sweet, the quality of the meat was poor and it was full of fat. The tables were dirty and there was virtually no service. At €23 for two dishes you can at least expect it not to be disgusting. Every bag of soup tastes better.

Very very dirty. Tables, glasses and children's chairs were all very dirty. The food itself was delicious, but you lose your appetite when the dishes are dirty...

Unfriendly staff, boss is even worse! I ordered for lunch and the woman in the cash register is so unfriendly she took my order in a hurry and she gave me the wrong menu

The 1 star goes to the dirtiest dining tables I have ever seen. Staff extremely unfriendly and incompetent. When we asked for our table to be cleaned quickly, there was only a gruff “no time”. Normally you should inform the health department. End of the song - we have barely cleared our place of the food leftovers from our predecessors. Food itself was so-so.

I ordered chicken with rice with asian cooked vegetables with mango sauce only for 11 euros. It was delicious, it’s my favourite one, especially the mango sauce, the portion also is fine, though the portions of noodles are by far larger. The only thing I don’t like is the staff behaviours, I expected more friendly and kind. But thank you for it

Fried noodles are not actually fried. Sauce tastes like soap, Ordered still water and cola light, received gas water with normal cola 🙃

Rude woman at checkout/service, fried noodles the worst I've ever eaten. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like soap. Drinks were also incorrectly issued. No politeness at all.

I ordered tofu curry and got something with meat. I didn't get upset, I just said that I got meat instead of tofu because I don't really like meat. The employee was very unfriendly and blamed me and even insulted me. Never again... zero points...

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, leider 1 Pflichtstern den man nicht weg machen kann Ich habe Nudeln mit Hähnchenfleisch zum mitnehmen für 6€ bestellt. Ich habe die Bestellung deutlich ausgesprochen und bekomme stattdessen Nudeln mit Entenfleisch was 12€ kostet. Das Entenfleisch war ekelerregend und ich habe weder 6€, noch meine Nudeln mit Hähnchenfleisch bekommen. Ich bin mir sicher das war Absicht und das ekelerregende Entenfleisch loszuwerden

Abgestandenes Essen fühlt sich unappetitlich an

Ich habe kein bock mehr auf schlechtes Essen, jeder Euro ist dafür verschwendet!!! Ich liebe knackiges Gemüse im Essen doch dieses Gemüse war Rohkost. Brokkoli, Zwiebeln, Sellerie sowie lange Bohnen hätten mehr Gargrad vertragen. Die Füllmasse in den Frühlingsrollen waren furchtbar ungenießbar und undefinierbar, da hat wiederum frisches Gemüse gefehlt. Man konnte weder schmecken was drin war noch konnte man das erkennen, weil die Masse feinst gewolft war. Die Soße war einfach ecklig, diese war süß und schlabbrig. Mein Mann und ich haben unterschiedliche Soßen bestellt doch die schmeckten exakt gleich von der Konsistenz sowie Geschmack. Sogar die pepsie war enttäuschend, diese wurde in einem Mischautomaten gemischt und von der Kassiererin in gläser abgefüllt doch diese schmeckte nach Plastik und hatte keine Kohlensäure. Die Größe der Portion war reichlich, da gabs nichts zu beanstanden.Was positiv zu erwähnen war ist, dass es vor Ort nicht nach Glutamat gerochen hat und das Essen auch nicht danach schmeckte.Die Bedienung war halbwegs freundlich und wirtschaftlich orientiert, so dass man zügig sein Essen erhielt. Service sucht man dort vergeblich, schmutzige und fettige Tische sowie Tabletts, und die Einrichtung hat auch ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Im großen und ganzen kann man dort Essen und satt werden, doch wer ein wenig Anspruch an an guten Geschmack hat wird dort enttäuscht werden. Preis-Leistung war für die Qualität nicht in Ordnung!!! Nicht empfehlenswert. Keine Toilette im Lokal, doch eine auf der Etage im Einkaufszentrum.

Ich habe eine Snackbox bestellt und das Essen auf dem Teller bekommen. Als ich darauf hinwies, meinte die Dame, ich soll doch hier essen. Ich wollte das Essen aber mitnehmen. Mit Widerwillen wurde mein Essen umgefüllt und wortlos mit einer solchen Unfreundlichkeit über den Tresen geschoben. Ich bin Gast und kein Bittsteller. Außerdem war das Essen kalt ( obwohl ich nur fünf Minuten zu gehen hatte) Schade, aber dieser Laden sieht mich nicht mehr

Leckere Speisen gute faire Preise, netter Service. War so lecker dass ich zwei Portionen gegessen hatte, Ok hatte auch gut Hunger 😉

Die Hummerkrabben sind extrem lecker. Komme hier regelmäßig zum Essen und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Es geht auch stets schnell und man sitzt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre, wenn man möchte direkt neben einem Brunnen. Top

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 1x Haiky Teller, 1x Hähnchen mit Mango, 4x Frühlingsrollen und Suppe. Alles sehr lecker und frisch und dazu noch reichlich. Das Essen ist leicht und man fühlt sich danach pudelwohl. Super Saucen, perfekte Garpunkte beim Fleisch, frisches Gemüse... In der Passauer Stadtgallerie am Brunnen ist zwar einiges los, es ist aber nicht zu laut oder eng.

Pretty standard asian food, the rolls were quite crispy, the noodles were okay, but not fresh, not much taste and lacked vegetables. If you want something fast, it's an option.

Sehr kurze Wartezeit und das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Sehr zum Empfehlen.

Haben bis jetzt immer gut gegessen. Preis Leistung ok . Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ok. Essen immer schnell bekommen. Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden.

Günstige und leckere Alternative für einen schnellen Imbiss. Am liebsten nehmen wir uns eine Box mit gebratenen Nudeln mit (ohne Hühnchen), denn das schmeckt immer und ist außerdem noch immer sehr günstig im Preis. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr lecker gegessen, flott im Service jedoch absolut unhygienisch was die Sitz- und Tischflächen betrifft! Neue Bezüge wären mehr als notwendig und auch die Reinigung der Flächen lässt zu wünschen übrig - schade.

Leider hat sich immer mehr verschlechtert das essen, früher war viel leckerer, aber mittlerweile ist nicht frisch, steht schon länger in die bimarie und das Hühner Fleisch ist die letzte zeit echt ganz anderes geworden, schade!

Gutes Essen, große Portionen und kurze Wartezeiten. Außerdem angemessene Preise

Haiky Passau war mal ein gutes Restaurant. Aber warum es jetzt nicht mehr so ist werde ich erklären. Früher merkte man die Mühe, alles sauber (Tablett, Besteck, Tische), zur Zeit eher lieblos und nicht perfekt. Das Essen hat in der Qualität stark nachgelassen. Das Gemüse wirkt alt, das Fleisch teilweise schon lange frittiert und daher kalt und lasch. Seit kurzem zudem ein starker Preisanstieg, bei dem Gerichte von 8,50€ auf 10€ erhöht wurden. Das ist zu viel für die weiter sinkende Qualität. Schade.

Wir kommen gerne her, wenn wir zwischendurch beim Shoppen Hunger haben. Besonders gerne essen wir dir Currys oder gebratene Nudeln. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zu zweit zahlen wir in der Regel mit Getränken zwischen 16 - 24 Euro. Selbstbedienung. Die Tische sind normalerweise sauber und es wird regelmäßig abgeräumt. Daumen hoch.

Wir waren schon öfter hier, wenn wir nach dem Shopping Lust auf Asiatisch hatten und es hat bisher immer geschmeckt. Diesmal haben wir knusprige Ente und Curry mit Hühnchen gegessen. Beides hat gut geschmeckt, dazu zwei Cokes und das alles für knapp 20 Euro. Die Portionen sind groß und wir waren danach pappsatt. Manchmal holen wir uns nach der Arbeit aber auch nur einfach gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnchen. Abends kostet eine große Portion gerade einmal 3,90 €. Ab dem späten Nachmittag werden die gebratenen Nudeln nämlich billiger angeboten, damit die Menge abverkauft wird. Empfehlenswert.

Wenn auch die Lage im Untergeschoss des Einkaufszentrums nicht zu einem besonders guten Flair betragen kann, verständlicherweise der allgemeine Geräuschpegel recht hoch ist, muss und darf man ohne Umschweife diesem Standort der asiatischen Kette eine sehr gute Preis/Leistungsbewertung geben! Beachtenswert, dass Gerichte sehr frisch zubereitet werden, und es täglich wechselnde besonderes günstige Tages- bzw Happy Hour-Angebote gibt.

Schmeckt immer gleich lecker. Große Auswahl und guter Service. Trotz der Lage in der Stadtgalerie kann man dort gut essen.

Da es mitten im Einkaufszentrum liegt, essen wir hier oft, wenn wir einkaufen sind. Personal ist schnell und freundlich, Essen immer super. Studentenrabatt gibt's bei vorzeigen der Karte. Zu Stoßzeiten manchmal etwas voll, aber einen Platz findet man immer.

Das Restaurant ist im Shoppingcenter Stadtgalerie zu finden. Die Thailändischen Gerichte, schmecken wie in Thailand, auch die Chinesischen Speisen heben sich vom normalen "Chinesen" positiv ab. Kurz gesagt, ausgesprochen gut Speisen zu angenehmen Preisen.
