The food was disgusting and cold! And you have to wait over an hour for something like that... (if it were possible I would give minus stars)

Delivery was quoted as 60 minutes, but it took twice as long: 2 hours of waiting. Surely this has something to do with the high demand, but I don't understand why the restaurant assures us on the phone that the "driver will be there any moment" but then takes another 30 minutes to cover the 1.5 kilometers. A little more honesty would have been welcome when it's been going on for so long. Luckily the burgers arrived still warm and tasted very good. However, the chicken nuggets were cold and quite hard. The restaurant is probably recommended on site, but the delivery service is not running.

I order at least twice a week and I am always very satisfied with the service. The employees also ring the bell if there is a need for clarification. Finally about the food: the burgers are bombastic, every order I tried a different burger and so far I have to admit, the Chichén Itzà is delicious”. Highly recommended!😘

Ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately, nothing worked out well here. Waiting time: instead of the stated 40 minutes it took longer than 70 minutes, status updates via the app were incorrect. Food was cold. Disappointing in taste. Even if you take into account that the burgers only cost around 5 euros. Jumeirah burger: 1 heavily over-salted Halumi slice dominates everything, I like salty food, but that was nothing. Taj Mahal Burger: Chicken meat was completely dry, everything else seemed fresh. Coca Cola: Came in a can intended for export, so not part of the local deposit system. For me personally, the most annoying thing was that it was missing where a bag would have been attached for hygienic reasons; The delivery person pulled fries and each burger out of the transport box one by one; one of the cardboard burger boxes was not closed. As unhygienic as it is avoidable. Thanks for the experience. I see a lot of optimization potential there.
