Gustaggio - Pizzathek - Pastaria & Bar in Herrenberg

I'm baffled by the high ratings; perhaps I'm simply spoiled and used to a better standard… Let's start with the positives: the ambiance is very modern and I really like it. The parking situation is terrible—there isn't any, and parking is very limited at the train station anyway, but that shouldn't be a deal-breaker if the food is really good. Well… First of all, I personally find it much too loud. The seating is very cramped, and you feel a bit like you're just being processed. At least that was my impression; privacy or a romantic date isn't possible here. I found the appetizer really overpriced. We paid around €20 for two prawns and six slices of squid, which also had a slightly rubbery texture. There was no sweet white wine available, but I don't want to hold that against it; it's a matter of taste. But the fact that my glass had water spots, considering the price, was truly outrageous and unacceptable. Not only did my glass look like that, but my companion's did too. My companion received his calzone a full 10 minutes later than the rest of the table, so we were almost finished when he got his food. My pasta and my companion's were very dry and not particularly tasty, but the calzone itself was very good. I also didn't appreciate the staff's lack of attention to detail and their apparent inadequacy, but that could simply be due to the relatively small number of staff for the large number of guests. I find it a real shame that little attention isn't paid to the details, even though they are very important to me and contribute significantly to a pleasant dining experience.

Amazing drinks! The food is great too; dessert is a must after a generous main course. Shout out to Stephan, a super friendly waiter!

We were visiting Germany from America and had a wonderful time at Gustaggio's. Our waiter Stafan was fantastic and made sure our entire experience was memorable.

The service was quick and efficient, though a little disorganized. They were a bit pushy about some things, but all in all, it was a pleasant visit.

Pizzas are super delicious. And I find all the food delicious.

Fast, attentive service and delicious pizza (I haven't tried the other dishes yet, so I can't comment on them). The prices aren't cheap, but the pizzas are huge and I can usually still eat them the next day.

The pizza dough is prepared over two days, and San Marzano tomatoes are used for the sauce. The pizza was incredibly delicious, freshly made, and bursting with flavor. A special highlight was the pizza chef, who even put on a little show for my children. This pizzeria is highly recommended, especially for families and anyone who loves really good pizza. We'll definitely be back! 🍕🌟

We were there on Saturday evening. The food is excellent. The portions are more than generous. My favorite is always the pizza. They're absolutely fantastic. By far the best in the area, in my opinion. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We've been there several times now and have never been disappointed. I'm there for lunch at least once a week – it's always wonderful. There's a great selection and, above all, fantastic prices for a starter, main course, dessert, and espresso. Lucy, in particular, is always in a great mood and provides top-notch service. Hats off to her, she does a fantastic job.

We went there today as a whole extended family with some children. Everyone absolutely loved the food! I visited Gustaggio in Herrenberg and can absolutely recommend it! The ambiance is simply stunning – modern, cozy, and yet truly stylish. You immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. The service was beyond perfect: super attentive, friendly, and warm, without being intrusive. You can immediately tell that a lot of attention is paid to the guests here. And, of course, most importantly – the food: simply delicious! Freshly prepared, with great attention to detail and a typical Italian flair. Every dish was a delight. What's especially great: You can also celebrate birthdays wonderfully here! When the cake was brought out, the lights dimmed a bit and "Happy Birthday" played – a really nice surprise and an unforgettable moment. I'll definitely be back – I definitely recommend it!

I've been there twice now. The food isn't cheap, but it's good. The seating is decent, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean. However, the music (which isn't Italian and is a matter of taste) was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. Even though we asked several times for it to be turned down, it didn't really improve. So, if you don't have much to say, it's ideal, but if you want to have a conversation, it's terrible. There were six of us each time, and we all concluded that we won't be going there again.

I haven't seen such beautiful, clean, welcoming, fresh, clean dishes – so lovingly prepared – anywhere in the Stuttgart area. Staff – very well-groomed (you can tell what good training means), in a good mood, a very warm welcome, patient; sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but it's still manageable! The only thing you can't ask or ask is for the music to be turned down a bit. It's so loud that guests are almost shouting at each other during a conversation. Wow, that's annoying!!! You'd really like to eat something in peace and have a chat, but of course that's not possible!!?? I assume the staff need this motivation rather than quick action. Otherwise, I'd gladly come back and will always ask them to turn the music down a bit. It works for a few minutes, and then things really get going!? Please, could you show mercy? 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🤗❤️😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I've eaten there many times, but they're starting to get a bit over the top with the prices: €17 for a salami pizza and €17.50 for a tuna salad. That's really excessive. That was the last time.

Wow, the minestrone was absolutely amazing, so delicious! And with that, a tagliere gustaggio, you can't complain. Simply the perfect way to end the evening in a relaxed manner. The atmosphere was super cozy; I felt completely at home. A thoroughly successful evening!

Spicy, fresh, a real insider tip. Especially in combination with pizza bread, it's a poem. And the value for money? Absolutely fair – here you get quality without regrets. The only downside: The music felt like it was at festival level – a little less oomph, and you could have a conversation without shouting. 😄 Still: I'll be back. With earplugs and a big appetite! 🍝🍸💃
