Gümüs Kebap in Bad Kreuznach

Hello, unfortunately it was a total failure today. I ordered a grill plate for 14 euros without a side dish. The side dishes were still there and there were only 6 small pieces of chicken on it and a kofta!!! I ordered two more kebabs, one with extra meat and sheep's cheese, but unfortunately both were standard with no extras and everything was cold. I praised the shop highly last time and recommended it to friends, family and neighbors. Now I'm taking back everything we got today and I don't want to recommend it to anyone else. If there had been zero stars I would have given them. It's a real shame how we were ripped off. I'll never order there again and I don't recommend anyone to order there either. What a shame they pulled off today!!!! People prefer to order somewhere else!! LG.

1.2h delivery time Of these, 50 minutes of delivery were previously held in Norheim and Fürfeld for further deliveries. The food that arrived was cold and the pizza that was ordered was sticky and had the wrong toppings. Despite the negative reviews, I tried to give the restaurant a chance, but it was €40 that I threw out the window.

My conclusion about this luxurious restaurant is a full star rating. The food that was delivered was delicious and very inexpensive. I had a flatbread with fresh lamb from the grill with the cleanest salad you can get in the Federal Republic of Germany. I will recommend and forward this restaurant I wish your company a very nice day

The kebab plate and large are very tasty. Unfortunately the sauce wasn't quite my cup of tea. Staff was very quick and friendly. Would order there again.

Best kebab in all of Germany. Prices are cheap and the food is always delicious. We have been eating there with the whole family for 10 years. Delivery is always on time and employees are always very nice. 👍🏻

We always get vegetarian kebabs here and a pizza every now and then. We have never been disappointed so far. I can recommend Gümüs as a quick snack.

I'm horrified. I ordered a mozzarella pizza with basil and waited over an hour for it. What arrived was a kebab pizza with pepperoni WITHOUT basil and in the wrong size. I'll never order anything from this dirty shop again, I hate you

I think it's a shame, every time you request something without onions or something else small, it's ignored, even if you mention it in the comments. This time ordered 3 kebabs and 1 vegetarian kebab and all 4 kebabs were with meat. That was the last time!

Everything perfect. Tastes good, arrives warm and sometimes arrives half an hour quicker than stated. Delivery is always problem-free and friendly. I can only recommend it 🙏

Delivery was incomplete. False promises made on the phone. No refunds or anything like that. No backbone. What's more, the food didn't even taste good, except for the lentil soup. Driver was nice.

Rarely have we had such bad food. Delivery was relatively quick, but the food was still ice cold. Driver couldn't find the address, we've never had that problem before, blamed us for it. Nuggets were oozing fat, almost disgusting. No one finished their food, but two out of four family members still had stomach pains after eating. No more orders here!

Food was really good. Had delivery so can’t say anything about the atmosphere. We ordered delivery but due to a problem with their system we ordered for too little amount but they made an exception and delivered anyway. Really appreciate that. Great service

Never again.. first being late... then the wrong things were delivered.. on the phone when complaining.. different delivery prices were quoted.. after I asked for a solution. If you just get told... "you got something to eat, be happy... we have enough to do... and the boss isn't there... come over tomorrow".... and that in the evening at 10:30 p.m

Moment Moment bis die Zeit geht los einfach sage ich ist langweilig

Wir haben bestellt, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und höflich, das Essen kam auch zu angegebener Zeit. Dennoch war es schon kalt & leider hat das Dönerfleisch sehr schlecht gerochen & war nicht mehr genießbar (konnte man daran merken das am Ende wieder alles raus kam). Schade. Pizza wurde auch nur 2 mal quer durch“geschnitten“. Döner war auch kein richtiger Döner und wie gesagt mit richtig schlechtem Fleisch.

Zum ersten Mal seit knapp 5 Jahren wieder einen Döner mit Cocktailsoße gegessen (zu einem super Preis in der heutigen Zeit) und würde es jederzeit wieder tun!!!

Für Nachts wenn nix mehr auf hat Perfekt sonst gibts in der Umgebung echt bessere Döner.

Trotz doppelter Bestellung ( Fehler von mir) super Kommunikation. Essen war mega gut! Hatte n drei Döner und ne scharfe Pizza. Alles war super lecker und der Bote mega nett! Wir kommen wieder und danke für das echt leckere Essen! Kann mich den anderen Lieferando Kunden nicht anschließen, haben Freitag Abend um 22 Uhr bestellt und ziemlich genau 30 min gewartet bis zur Lieferung in Sprendlingen.

haben bestellt und war super lecker, qualitätsfleisch und perfekte salat und fleisch mischung. chili soße mega lecker aber auch wirklich scharf. die anderen soßen sind auch sehr gut. obwohl wir falsch bestellt haben und es unser fehler war, wurde uns kostenlos ein neuer döner geliefert. vielen lieben dank, sehr freundlich 👍🏻👍🏻 gerne wieder, essen kam 25 minuten früher als angesagt

Hatte mir was bestellt. Getränk und Beilagen fehlten, Döner war eigentlich ok, Rest für die Tonne ungenießbar. Alles lauwarm und eingetrocknet. Lieferzeit zu lang wenn auch im Zeitfenster, ist bei 1h für 3km aber keine Kunst. Döner war Geschmacklich ok, hatte es aber danach 30 min mit dem Magen ( kann Zufall sein bleibt unbewertet) Realistisch 1,5 Sterne. Leider überall das gleiche. Preise sind wenn alles geliefert wird ok War trotzdem das letzte Mal.
