No stars. Ordered food, but it came cold. It was supposed to be just meat and salad, no onions. I'm allergic. The salad was just iceberg lettuce. Instead of garlic sauce, I had no idea what that was. After half an hour, I just went to the bathroom. When I got home, I kept throwing up. Never again!

I once ordered from Gümüs Kebap and was unfortunately not impressed. Instead of the stated 45 minutes, I waited almost 1.5 hours for my food – with no information or apology. When the food arrived, the taste was disappointing: It seemed as if everything had been drowned in pure fat – very heavy and barely edible. The price is also on the higher end, which is unjustified given the quality. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience for me – once and not again.

Unfortunately, 0 stars are not possible! No cooperation, very bad food, bad meat, cold, and three of us felt really sick. On top of that, he's totally unfriendly. (To put it nicely) The delivery time is missed, and then he becomes really rude and abusive. He doesn't let you finish your sentence and puts himself first, rather than the customer. He says it will be here in an hour, but then it will take 2-3 hours. His reason: he has other customers, and we should just pay now. We, never order from there again! Disgraceful!

We ordered pizza and were unfortunately very disappointed this time. When we opened the box, all the toppings were stuck to the top of the packaging. The pizza was badly damaged and barely edible. I called the restaurant directly. The employee on the phone said he would have to consult with his manager – but no one has contacted us since. I order from there often, but this time was absolutely amazing! My order was worth almost €16, for which I paid €20 and was supposed to get €4 back. The delivery man told me he couldn't give me the change. I then told him it was his job and he had to make sure he always had enough change. He just complained... Never again!!!

First of all, you can't order as you want because they put things on it themselves. Mercimek soup doesn't taste anything like Mercimek. Service is also not the best thing about it. In the end, they themselves decide what goes into the order. I definitely won't eat there again in the future

Ordered pasta with cream sauce. They tasted awfully like mint. I was brushed off over the phone because they didn't use mint, only seasoned salt. Chef then said that they use "naan" and not mint.. Google and Wikipedia clearly say that my taste buds work and naan is exactly mint. My husband now also has massive diarrhea from the pizza... hasn't eaten anything else all day and had no complaints before. The kebab from previous orders was dripping with sauce, was cold and the meat didn't taste tasty. It was the last order for us. Maybe we should consider supplying people with Imodium acute and vomex with every order. We ordered 4 times and gave them all a chance.. the discussions on the phone about the noodles were simply subterranean.. my husband's complaints are now spoiling our evening. Substitutes were offered for the noodles. Our son has chosen a pizza... it won't be eaten because he doesn't need diarrhea too.

The best thing I would do is give 0 stars, what I experienced was really crazy. I ordered 2 dürüm and 1 doner plate. A doner plate didn't arrive at first, then they brought it back to me, then my dürüm was somehow with falafel, then I got it I called in a friendly manner and was immediately shouted at. Then they brought a new Dürüm, which was also cold and now I've had real diarrhea for a day. I think it's best to close the shop. Best regards

I have ordered from Gümüs many times now and have always been very satisfied. The food is always great and the prices suit me personally. I once ordered and had to drive half an hour home and the delivery person had already been waiting for 10 minutes when I arrived. I'm really excited and order from Gümüs at least once or twice a week.

Sorry once and never again. Typically overwhelmed. Have pre-ordered! Arrived cold and way too late.

Worst kebab in the world, unfortunately I can't give minus stars. Doner kebab soaked in so-called hot sauce that has absolutely nothing to do with kebab sauce, bread falls apart, just disgusting, what's looking for corn in the kebab and eggshells in the baklava. The drivers were always very friendly and if an extra request had to be taken into account, that wasn't a problem. I would happily order there again!

We enjoyed ordering from Gümüs, but we won't in the future! An incorrect delivery time was repeatedly stated which was not adhered to. When we tried to reach someone by phone to politely ask when the order would be there, they simply hung up on us during the conversation! This is definitely not how you treat customers. However, the driver was very friendly.

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza with nuggets and potatoes at home through Just Eat. It was pretty good, although more the pizza than the nuggets. Everything cost me about €15. The service was very good and fast. The boy was also very kind. In short, a recommended option to order at home.

So after today's order I honestly have to complain. We order from Gümüs regularly but I could have avoided the last two times. Last time, ordered via Lieferando, 2x kebab with soft cheese PAID. Doner kebabs came WITHOUT soft cheese! Today's order, also via Lieferando, stated as quickly as possible. Gümüs then stated ONE HOUR (!) and we don't live far away forever! We then called there and said instead of waiting an hour we would rather pick it up, the guy on the phone said “no, everything will be fine, it will take 20-30 minutes” but we still waited almost an hour. Then I got a stupid comment from the driver: “Without soft cheese, hahaha” and then a kebab with hardly any meat, overflowing with salad and cabbage, the breads of both kebabs completely covered in sauce. As I said, we actually order regularly but after today I think twice about every order!

Hello, unfortunately it was a total failure today. I ordered a grill plate for 14 euros without a side dish. The side dishes were still there and there were only 6 small pieces of chicken on it and a kofta!!! I ordered two more kebabs, one with extra meat and sheep's cheese, but unfortunately both were standard with no extras and everything was cold. I praised the shop highly last time and recommended it to friends, family and neighbors. Now I'm taking back everything we got today and I don't want to recommend it to anyone else. If there had been zero stars I would have given them. It's a real shame how we were ripped off. I'll never order there again and I don't recommend anyone to order there either. What a shame they pulled off today!!!! People prefer to order somewhere else!! LG.

The food that arrived was cold and the pizza that was ordered was sticky and had the wrong toppings. Despite the negative reviews, I tried to give the restaurant a chance, but it was €40 that I threw out the window.

My conclusion about this luxurious restaurant is a full star rating. The food that was delivered was delicious and very inexpensive. I had a flatbread with fresh lamb from the grill with the cleanest salad you can get in the Federal Republic of Germany. I think it's a shame, every time you request something without onions or something else small, it's ignored, even if you mention it in the comments. This time ordered 3 kebabs and 1 vegetarian kebab and all 4 kebabs were with meat. That was the last time!

Everything perfect. Tastes good, arrives warm and sometimes arrives half an hour quicker than stated. Delivery is always problem-free and friendly. I can only recommend it 🙏

Rarely have we had such bad food. Delivery was relatively quick, but the food was still ice cold. Driver couldn't find the address, we've never had that problem before, blamed us for it. Nuggets were oozing fat, almost disgusting. No one finished their food, but two out of four family members still had stomach pains after eating. No more orders here!

Wir haben bestellt, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und höflich, das Essen kam auch zu angegebener Zeit. Dennoch war es schon kalt & leider hat das Dönerfleisch sehr schlecht gerochen & war nicht mehr genießbar (konnte man daran merken das am Ende wieder alles raus kam). Schade. Pizza wurde auch nur 2 mal quer durch“geschnitten“. Döner war auch kein richtiger Döner und wie gesagt mit richtig schlechtem Fleisch.

Zum ersten Mal seit knapp 5 Jahren wieder einen Döner mit Cocktailsoße gegessen (zu einem super Preis in der heutigen Zeit) und würde es jederzeit wieder tun!!!

Für Nachts wenn nix mehr auf hat Perfekt sonst gibts in der Umgebung echt bessere Döner.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal essen kam sehr schnell an bestelle immer wieder und sie haben lange auf ♥️
