Sham Pizza und Kebap in Bad Kreuznach

I ordered a dürüm and received one with only salad and onions; there was practically no meat on it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pizza without tomato sauce and with raclette cheese takes up to 3 hours

My order was suddenly canceled after waiting for 1.5 hours. Think twice before ordering there. This was my last order from Shan Pizza and Kebab.

ATTENTION NEW OWNER!! It would have been nice if this had been made known.... Ordered two doner kebab plates, one of which had double the meat and no salad. The double meat was ignored, see photo! Paid more money for nothing... then a lady from the restaurant called me and said that the driver was at the door. While he was waiting, she also told me that the one plate I requested without salad had been made with salad. A completely disastrous result. I'm angry and dissatisfied. It's a shame that my favorite doner kebab is no longer available. Plus, the prices have gone up. Really annoying!

The rather subpar taste could MAYBE be forgiven, but the pizza's diameter is 2cm smaller than stated. That's where the fun stops.

So, First, the delivery time. My friends and I were starving and had to wait almost two hours. On top of that, the kebab tasted like water. The staff on the phone were unfriendly and unaccommodating. When ordering, you should read everything carefully, and I mean EXACTLY CAREFULLY, on the website, because even if you order something, you'll still end up with food you won't eat; you have to eat it as it's written. The pizza dough is as thin as my tortilla chips, so really, really thin. It's a matter of taste, but almost €10 is too much for me.

So yesterday we ordered from Sham for the first time: two shawarma rolls, a shawarma plate, two doner kebabs, and a sucuk pide. I would have liked the bread for the shawarma to be a bit crispier, and I also missed the meat and sauces. But delivery isn't always as fresh as it is in person, but otherwise everything was great :) especially the record delivery time!

This kebab shop is a disgrace. The staff is very unfriendly. The waiting times for this quality are far too long. The orders were delivered incorrectly. The "big" kebab for €5 is a joke and resembles a canapé. Not yet unpacked, I thought that the other half of the kebab had been forgotten. No taste and too much salad. I recommend the closure, but the store to no one.

Absolutely not recommended, I ordered cream schnitzel with fries...I got a small schnitzel and fries soaked in cream sauce. It's one thing that the portion is a joke, but the fries soaked in sauce?!?!?!? Pide was still raw!!!!!! And it tasted like dough and I paid €34 for something like that!!! When I called, everything was blocked and it would always be like this, no one had complained about it to this day... that's clear! Never again!!!!!

Inzwischen habe ich mehrfach bei Sham bestellt. Die Pizzen sind super, auch die Lieferung ist sehr gut. Kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren schon öfter da und haben uns Essen geholt. Wir wurden immer sehr freundlich bedient. Heute haben wir Mittags da gegessen. Wieder sehr freundlich bedient worden, sauber, große Portionen. Wir können Sham nur empfehlen. Weiter so 👍👍👍

Toller Döner und Lamacun zu fairen Preisen. Sonst habe ich noch nichts Weiteres dort probiert. Service ist schnell und freundlich. Für mich bisher der beste Döner in Bad Kreuznach.

Hey also ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Denke der Döner ist okay aber die Pizza war leider nix. Habe durch die Bestellung etwas anderes erwartet. Lieber Döner bestellen.

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Döner Gerichte sind sehr gut! Vorallem die Pizza ist überdurchschnittlich gut, erst Recht im Vergleich mit anderen Döner Läden, bei denen die Pizzen gefühlt überall gleich schmecken. Knusprig, ordentlich belegt und traditionell gewürzt. Geheimtipp: Shawarma Rolle!

Essen kam zwar warm an, war aber geschmacklich nicht der Brüller. Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Allerdings wurde das Essen ohne eine Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung ausgeliefert. Absolut inakzeptabel.
