Gruberei Gaumenfreuden in Erding

For now it's my favorite place in Erding. The space outside is very nice, and the service is very friendly. The menu has little but high-quality choice and you can still find dishes for all tastes. Absolutely recommended.

My wife and I enjoyed a celebration meal at Gruberei yesterday evening. The service was friendly and efficient and the food and wine were excellent. We had steak, potatoes and grilled vegetables and all were perfectly cooked. The creme brûlée was also very tasty.

The staff's attitude toward customers is abysmal, lacking any motivation or respect. I haven't seen such poor service in a long time!! 😳

Delicious food, steep prices… but largely justified. The service and attentiveness deserve special mention; truly first-class. We'd be happy to return!

Today we waited an hour for drinks and then the cups were dirty and the cappuccino was cold...actually nice but the waiters run around the restaurant and create an extremely hectic atmosphere.

A culinary delight turns into a culinary disappointment... The atmosphere invites you to linger after shopping in a fashion store. However, the staff is extremely overscheduled. It seems as if all the waiters are responsible for all the tables. So, of course, it happens as it must: you no longer know who's getting what and perhaps it hasn't been their turn yet. We ordered the last piece of poppy seed cake but never got it. Miscommunication between the employees... The explanation: "The other colleague was faster and snatched the piece." Fun fact: The table that received the piece arrived 20 minutes after us. It's a shame, though, that no compensation was even considered. After all, the piece was from yesterday anyway, as the employee with the braided bread tried to gloss over. May the guest now have a "culinary delight" with yesterday's piece... The customer is king, after all.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner yesterday. We received a very friendly welcome. The burgers were delicious, truly something special. The service was very friendly and quick. We had a lovely evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Next time we're in Erding, we'll be back...

We had dinner there today with a reservation. The food was good, but the service was very slow. The first drinks arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the food took a long time, and we had to wait 30 minutes for the second drink, and even those didn't arrive until after we said we wanted to pay.

The food here was absolutely outstanding! I had the spaghetti with truffle, which was simply incredible — a must-try. The burgers were equally excellent, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The three of us were there on a lovely, warm Saturday. We were able to sit outside and were greeted warmly. Our food was absolutely delicious, and when we ordered, we were reminded of the size of the menu. They offer a smaller portion of burger meat for the little ones. That would have been more than enough for us :) I was so happy with my drink! It was a large glass with plenty of room, which I absolutely loved!

Definitely go to Emofehken. We come here often. The food is really delicious. And there are nice seating areas both inside and outside.

Super delicious truffle pasta! One of the best I've ever eaten. The staff was super friendly and attentive, except for a young man with long hair who made a racist comment to my Asian friends when we walked in. He seemed to understand that no one shared his sense of humor and was friendly afterward. The atmosphere is cozy, the wait times are short, and the prices are definitely reasonable :)

I'm stunned by the service at the Old Town Festival. We stood directly in front of the drinks trailer for a whole hour – and were simply ignored. We'd already tried to stand at the side, but were ignored there too. So we went to the front, hoping to finally be noticed. But suddenly, we were only served at the sides again, while we stood in the center of the restaurant and were ignored for an hour. Other guests who had just arrived had their drinks in less than a minute – but we didn't even get a word or a look. Friends and acquaintances were given priority by the staff. When we finally managed to say, after an hour! that we'd like a drink, the only response we got was a rude comment: "You should have said something." But how can you possibly do that when you're completely ignored as a guest and the staff doesn't even listen to you, even though you're standing right in front of the restaurant? I don't have a problem waiting 10 or even 15 minutes, but this was an absolute disgrace and a real disgrace for the service.

The waiter was late, lazy, and unfriendly. I left.

There's no doubt about it: You won't find better burgers in Erding! The bowls are also highly recommended. I think the desserts could be improved: we had the creme brulee; the consistency was rather rubbery and more reminiscent of vanilla pudding. I asked the waitress for raspberry cake with berries on top for dessert and was given a piece of cake, which was then corrected without comment. The espresso was forgotten. Also, none of the waitresses were around for a while to take orders.

A very nice bakery. Fair prices, and card payments are accepted without any fuss. The coffee is also delicious. The only thing that can be a bit annoying is the traffic.

The price-performance ratio is completely out of whack. Far too expensive. Service wasn't very attentive. Glasses weren't clean.

Were here for the 2nd time today Unfortunately there was one topping missing from the burger and another topping was wrong Also a bit inappropriate is the newspaper underneath the burger, which unfortunately ends up sticking to the burger.

A highly recommended restaurant. The meat is of high quality, the sauces are homemade and the ingredients are all fresh. The service gives good recommendations and is very attentive. Definitely a place where you feel comfortable.

It's a shame that you can only give one review. The mining operation at “Lange Zeile 5” in Erding is worth evaluating much more often. The Galloway burgers in particular are amazing. The restaurant is located in the center of the small town. There's a parking lot in front of the restaurant. There's also a terrace with barrel tables. The decor is somewhat modern, quite clean, and pleasant. Service is prompt and provided by very friendly and pleasant waitresses who always smile. There's a relaxed atmosphere. The food, the centerpiece, is well prepared, tasty, and filling. We ordered wine. The selection isn't extensive, but there's still plenty to choose from. The coffee was pretty good, for someone who's particularly picky in that area. The prices aren't cheap... You notice that immediately when you open the menu. Nevertheless, this restaurant is worth a visit.

Nettes, gemütliches Ambiente. Immer schöne Speisen von hoher Qualität. Die Steaks sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Guiseppe ist wohl der sympathischste Ober weit und breit.

Das Essen war ok aber den hohen Preisen nicht angemessen. Man sollte z.B. bei Scampis des Darm entfernen. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt als wir durch den „Wintereingang“ mit Hintertür Feeling rein kamen und haben unsere Karten selbst geholt. Allgemein hatten wir nicht den Eindruck willkommen zu sein.

After two visits to the mine, this was also the last visit. The food tasted very good even though the waiting time was quite long. Which wouldn't be so bad if the service was good. It took a very long time for the drink order to even be taken. And it wasn't because the waiters were so stressed (which would have been okay). People often just looked and no one knew who was responsible for which table. An order was also simply forgotten despite a reminder. Unfortunately a visit is not recommended. In this price range I expect a different service or ONE service.

We were at the Erding mine in February after our civil wedding. We were there for a preliminary discussion and felt completely comfortable and well looked after. All of our wishes were taken into account and everything went perfectly on the day itself. They arranged the tables the way we wanted, used our decorations and everything was very professional. The food is excellent and everyone really enjoyed it! Big heartfelt recommendation!! 😍

Really very nice atmosphere. Service is super-friendly. The Hearty Savior Burger is fantastic. The tiramisu had a bit too much mascarpone for my taste, but tasted perfect. *One thing: The burger is served on a layer of paper along with the fries. I would definitely leave that out. After the 3rd-4th at the latest. The part you cut off from the burger has the paper underneath cut up and you don't really want to eat the scraps.

TOP Qualität und lecker. Zudem ist die Lage sehr gut. Preislich etwas gehoben aber für die Produkte voll in Ordnung. Wir hatten 3x Burger mit Steakhouse-Pommes.

What would Erding's city center be without the Gruber Gewandhaus? And what would Erding's gastronomy be without the mining industry? THE locality in the long line that is constantly improving from year to year and that you couldn't do without. Whether you meet there for a good coffee, one of the great drinks or even a great lunch or dinner. You feel comfortable there and are valued as a customer. Here you can also see the boss working, helping out and greeting/farewelling the guests. The service is reliable, gives recommendations and is consistently friendly and accommodating. Big praise to the whole team. Keep it up.

My wife and I spontaneously stopped by the mine to have something to eat. A full house and guests in a good mood made a promising impression. This impression was not deceptive. We were seated at a table in a very friendly manner and shortly afterwards we placed our order. The service was friendly, quick and humorous, the atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. In the end, the reason I have to deduct a star is the price, an onion roast with fried potatoes for €35 is already... WOW even if it was really good :)

Delicious food - price high but worth the money

If you're looking to treat yourself to something special this is probably one of the best options in Erding. They have something for everyone and it's top notch quality. My wife and I had three of their vegetarian selections and our friend had the spaghetti vongole. We all left pretty blissed out. A bit pricey but well worth it.

It was pretty full when we were there so we had to wait a while for our food. But it was totally worth it! The burgers were really delicious and the meat was of great quality! Absolute recommendation.😊👍

Today we were able to enjoy a really special breakfast at the Gruberei. We really enjoyed the Continental for 2 people and highly recommend it.

We tried again this afternoon after a long time. The waitresses are among the top ten when it comes to looking the other way, forgetting, losing and preferring to do something else. It wasn't busy but it took a good 15 minutes before we could order the drinks. After another reminder with a repeat order and another 15 minutes, they came. Other guests took out their frustration on the only waiter, who couldn't do anything either. Admittedly, what came out of the kitchen was almost perfect, even if I could describe my Spaghetti Vongole (just under 20 euros) as very clear. My wife had a Caesar salad, which was quite expensive at 24 euros. In the end our order could no longer be found and the bill required the entire crew and a lot of time. No, the store doesn't do justice to the prices advertised there. You won't see us there again any time soon.

The food was great, the view outside was also very nice. But the waiters were last. A precocious girl no more than 14 years old walked past with a tight cropped "Brasil" shirt and the waiter with a pigtail and a tattoo just said "Wow, I love Brazil" and other sayings, of course he also looked behind him. Terrible. There isn't enough space here to describe the waiter's remaining tasteless comments. My partner couldn't wait to finally leave. We waited 45 minutes (!) for our burgers without anyone telling us it would take that long. The other waiter was the exact opposite, with a mood like someone had died. Both of them lost all appetite. Without these men 5 stars, otherwise unacceptable.

We've been here twice during our Bavaria trip because the food was so good. We absolutely loved the food. Great atmosphere and excellent service. We're are looking forward on coming back on our next Germany trip.

We just wanted something to drink. Unfortunately, we were overlooked several times or simply not noticed. When we wanted to pay, there was no response despite several hand signals from us.

Tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente… kleine feine Speisekarte. Kann eigentlich nichts schiefgehen…. Oder? Leider schon, der Service war abwechslungsreich - ich glaube wir hatten 4 verschiedene Bedienungen innerhalb einer Stunde. Bei einem bestellten Gericht wurde (trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen bei der Bestellung), die falsche Beilage geliefert. Dies kam dann zu spät nachgeliefert. Die georderte Flasche Wasser - zu den alkoholischen Getränken war „still“ statt wie bestellt mit Kohlensäure. Aktuell ist Spargel Saison, also wurde dieser auch bestellt… in Vorfreude. Allerdings war dieser sehr „knackig“ (zu wenig gekocht) und auch relativ geschmacklos. Hervorzuheben ist das bestellte Steak - das wirklich seitens Qualität und Zubereitung sehr lecker nur eben leider mit der falschen Beilage. Der Gruß aus der Küche war mit leicht angetrockneten Brotscheiben und etwas Olivenöl und Salz… eher schmalspurig Es gab auch seitens des Services - keine Nachfrage - ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen - nachdem wir die Cocktails geleert hatten… Alles in allem kein richtiger Wohlfühlfaktor. Schade… vor allem bei den aufgerufenen Preisen.
