Groh's Küche in Jever

Eine wirklich versteckte Perle in der Innenstadt von Jever. Super Service, sehr leckeres Essen und ein schön eingerichtetes Lokal. Das Menü ist wirklich empfehlenswert,der Cheeseburger war wirklich gut. Auch bei Fragen von Allergien, wurde ich sehr gut beraten.

Der Service war unglaublich herzlich – ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die kleine Karte ist perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht: Jedes Gericht top, alles superlecker. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte gestern den Süsländer Schweinenacken....einfach top..auch meine 3 Begleiter waren mit ihren Essen sehr zufrieden.

Interessante Speisekarte, von den vier Essen an unserem Tisch war meins leider völlig verfallen.

Wir haben heute die Fischplatte gegessen. Es war ein Genuss. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Wir haben uns tatsächlich nur zwei Backfischbrötchen zum Mitnehmen gekauft, aber die waren superlecker! Toller frischer Fisch, leckeres Salatdressing und gutes, weiches Brötchen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Selten so ein tolles Essen gegessen. Das Fleisch Butterzart, Rotkehlchen auf so eine Idee ihn zuzubereiten, wäre ich nie gekommen. Sehr sehr gut. Das letzte nachsagen,. Seitens der Küche hätte absolut nicht Not getan. Weiter so, lieber ein kleines Feines Restaurant.. als ein überlaufen großes.🤌

Tolles Essen zwischen tradtionell und mordern interpretiert. Preis absolut OK, die Atmosphäre ist jedoch eher "rustikal" (und die Kleidung ist im Anschluss "durchräuchert"), passt aber insgesamt zur Lokalität.

Beim Preis für die Fischbrötchen haben wir erst gestutzt. Aber was wir dafür bekommen haben, war jeden Cent wert. Sehr lecker!

Groh’s Küche in Jever ist einfach ein Genuss! Die Gerichte sind frisch, kreativ und unglaublich lecker – man schmeckt die hochwertigen Zutaten und die Liebe zum Detail. Besonders begeistert mich die abwechslungsreiche Karte, die immer wieder neue Überraschungen bereithält. Wer gutes Essen liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

We were there for dinner today with a small wedding party. The bride and groom and the chef put together a fantastic menu. It began with a large selection of antipasti, perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. Then there was zander, veal schnitzel, and vegetarian ravioli, all with a choice of exquisite side dishes, also perfect. But the dessert was even more amazing: chocolate mousse, cheesecake, and apricot sorbet with vanilla, also fantastic. The chef enchanted us, as did the super-friendly service. A perfect day for us! If you want something special and beautiful, this is the place to go.

Four of us were here. The fish sandwiches are highly recommended, with generous toppings, and the potato dippers are also generous and incredibly delicious. Thank you so much for the service. The price/performance ratio is (still) 100 percent spot on here. We'll be back!!!!!

A pleasant summer afternoon – my wife and I sat outside on the lovingly designed little terrace – it was really nice! We drank some white wine and my wife had a tomato salad! The white wine was nice and cold and served in high-quality glasses! The wine selection was wonderful for my taste! My wife had a tomato salad, which she also really enjoyed! The service was very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately, that's too rare on a terrace these days! I then ordered a sherry matjes roll to take away from the hatch! Here, too, I received very friendly service – the staff were really outstanding for a place like this! The matjes roll was delicious – freshly prepared, the roll was slightly warmed! Simply perfect for a lunch like this – there's nothing to say except 5⭐️ – please keep it up and offer more!

We were completely satisfied, the food was delicious, and we can definitely recommend the restaurant 100%. I can only agree with the other positive reviews. Our dogs were also very welcome. If we're ever in Jever again, we'll definitely stop by Groh's Kitchen.

Overall, a cozy atmosphere, not too loud. Friendly service. Quite a long wait to take orders. Good product quality. Clear, but changing menu – I was just unlucky; there wasn't much to my taste/intolerances. Best to check beforehand! Vegetarians were all satisfied. For me, the proportions of the main ingredient and side dishes were sometimes off (e.g., strawberries with vanilla sauce was actually vanilla sauce with a few strawberries, a small amount of asparagus, and lots of potatoes). Good value for money, though. You also have to be prepared for the fact that classic dishes aren't necessarily served as usual. Many people just like it that way, modern, creative cuisine – as an autistic person, I wasn't so keen on it (the plaice Finkenwerder style was served layered in a deep plate). We had a lovely evening, and the others will definitely be back! 🙂

I had the Galloway Burger, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The service was also very attentive and always served us well.

Fantastic food. Truly phenomenally good. I had the best homemade hollandaise sauce with asparagus I've ever had in my life. The fish was also fantastic. The place is very lovingly and comfortably decorated, and I particularly liked the fact that it's not that big and therefore not that loud. The young man who served us was very accommodating and also very kind to our two-year-old daughter. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. We'd love to come back!

We had a delicious meal. The food was imaginative, the portions generous, and the service very attentive but not intrusive. The wine was excellent, and there was also an appealing selection of non-alcoholic aperitifs. The ambiance appealed to us greatly. We would be happy to return.

Wow! That was good! The six of us were all thrilled. It started with the perfect scampi as a starter. Salmon, cod, zander, wild garlic ravioli, and a burger. Exceptionally good. And then there was the super friendly service. We'd love to come back.

Small, very bright shining star in the culinary sky of Jevers. Very courteous and friendly service, changing menus with creative and high-quality dishes. Today we had monkfish and steak on point and absolutely perfect. The incredibly delicious espresso rounded off the evening. We'll be back!

Terrific. As always 👌Starter red cabbage bruschetta with venison bratwurst and as a main course the Barberie duck breast on pointed cabbage and sweet potato mash, with wonderfully steamed and served wild broccoli and carrots. Simply delicious. Thank you & keep it up to the young team!

Good food, I had kale stew with pee and I liked it.

It was as always, simply delicious 😀 The fish was fresh and not dry. The fries/chips are homemade and super crispy.

We ate fish, awesome. Before that, bread with butter/tomato spread, great. Plus Pinot Gris, wonderful. Then panacotta and espresso. Class. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. WE WILL COME BACK The service was very friendly. It's fun to eat here.

WORLD CLASS!!! Best restaurant in Jever and Wangerland. No matter whether Galloway burger, corn-fed chicken, veal shank, herring bread, or dessert. Every dish prepared with absolutely fresh ingredients is simply a delight for the palate. If you don't eat here, you're missing out. Service staff totally relaxed and friendly, cozy atmosphere, you just feel comfortable and welcome. A chef in a class of its own, I hope this gem stays around for a very long time.

Pretty, stylishly furnished restaurant in the “Shopping Mile” Jever. We were there for dinner on July 1st (shortly after opening) and August 8th. The starters and main courses were creative (not run of the mill), appropriately sized and very tasty. Freshly prepared and with a good price/performance ratio, we were pleasantly surprised by the small but delicious menu. Sometimes less is more, but more! The service is attentive but not intrusive. We wish the young owner and chef continued success in putting together his interesting dishes. Groh’s Küchen could become our favorite restaurant! Thursday, October 12th, 2023): Spontaneously went to Groh’s kitchen again for dinner. The starter of onion tart (perfectly and enchantingly prepared) and the main courses of lacquered salmon and tuna steak were again a culinary delight. Saturday, May 4th, 2024 for a birthday dinner at Grohs Küchen. Asparagus cream soup and green asparagus salad - both deliciously prepared - a delight. Followed by tuna burgers and marinated strawberries. In short: it's just fun to eat here. Groh's kitchen remains our favorite in Jever!

The two of us went to this restaurant for dinner. I wasn't very impressed at the beginning because some of the dishes didn't appeal to me that much. But I was taught otherwise and was very positively surprised. Not only the starter, but also the main course and the dessert were really well seasoned and well rounded. The ambience could be a little warmer for me. But as you know, this is your own taste. Great craftsmanship and very nice operators. I can only recommend Groh's kitchen. We'll take another look soon. I'm looking forward to the next combinations.

A nice, cozy restaurant in the middle of Jever's pedestrian zone. Staff nice and accommodating, the food is very tasty, although the menu is not very large, maybe that's why it's very tasty. With an outdoor area, it's nice to sit in the sun in summer, drink cocktails and eat delicious food.

There is a small but very well selected menu. All the dishes we have tried so far have been very tasty. We have been there several times and would love to come back.

We spent my husband's birthday in Jever. Our hotel recommended “Groh`s Küchen” for dinner and that was a great tip. The menu is not very large, but very appealing. The decision was not easy. Not only did our meals taste great, but they were also beautifully presented. The portions are sufficient at absolutely moderate prices. I would like to see a restaurant like this in my hometown too. If we come to Jever again, we will definitely visit “Groh`s Küchen” again.

Today (March 2nd, 2024) we were in groh's kitchen with 6 people. Small but nice restaurant ☺️. Very tasty and creative dishes. Price performance is right because high quality food is used. I had the pompom schnitzel, my husband had the corn-fed chicken and our friends had the burger, everyone was very happy. Would love to come back

On Saturday (February 17th, 2024) we were in Groh's kitchen for the fifth time. As always, it was a pleasure to eat in this small and fine restaurant. The kohlrabi veloute was wonderful and the grilled shrimp with lamb's lettuce was colorful and tasty. The main courses Steinbeißer in cauliflower risotto and Barbarie duck breast with homemade ravioli were perfectly prepared and super tasty. Everything fresh, creative and skillfully presented. Finally, a special cherry crumble and a creative pana cotta and you go home happy once again with friendly and attentive service. This restaurant is an adornment for Jever.

A restaurant that is second to none 😊 We had a really good dinner here and were served very nicely! I would particularly like to mention one apercu - a rarity these days - when we visited this restaurant there were cloth towels for drying our hands at the sink. Visited Groh's kitchen for the third time today. Standing in front of a closed door for the second time. Despite prior information on Goggle and on the homepage. Only on site was it announced with a poorly readable sign that it would be closed until February. It's a shame that you can't support local companies, despite the good quality and service. I don't know if there will be a fourth time. It would be nice if the data on the internet were reliable. A pointless journey annoys the customer unnecessarily, especially with today's fuel prices.

Everything is really right here! The ambience is very positive, with loving details that make it something special. This also applies to the courts. Not only are they perfectly prepared “hands-on” but they are also skillfully composed with the right degree of finesse The service is not only attentive and courteous. Wir waren zum Mittag in Groh‘s Küche und wurden sofort herzlich empfangen. Für unsere Tochter gab es ohne Nachfragen einen Kinderstuhl und die Kinderkarte. Die Mittagskarte ist überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen kam zügig und war sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls fair. Sowohl der Fisch als auch das Schnitzel waren sehr lecker. Für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war der barrierefreie Wickelraum mit voll ausgestattetem Wickeltisch (Feuchttücher, Windeln etc.) Alles in allem ein toller Restaurantbesuch. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Spontan und spät zu Gast gewesen. Zum Glück haben wir noch aus der Karte aussuchen dürfen. Innovativ gekocht und angerichtet. Schlichtes Ambiente und freundlicher, unaufdringlicher Service. Ein perfekter Abend zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Der Schweinebauch und die Kürbispasta waren großartig. Danke, wir kehren beim nächsten Besuch in Jever wieder ein.

Wir waren heute zum Frühstücken da. Im Positiven ein ungewöhnliches Angebot. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität. Ich hatte aus verschieden Speisen ein individuelles Frühstück gewählt. Dazu hatte ich mir ein Ei gewünscht, stand nicht auf der Karte...kein Problem. Dann wollte ich gerne eine kleine Portion der Joghurt-Früchte Bowl, ebenfalls...kein Problem. Aufschnitt/Käse Platte sehr reichlich und ansprechend dekoriert. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und dem Gast zugewandt. Schade: Das Teewasser hätte für mich etwas heißer sein können. (Nur ein Tipp, kein Gemecker!) Gerne wieder.
