Absolutely no recommendation! We ordered a bread basket as a starter and a pizza and a schnitzel as a main course. After the waitress asked three times what we had ordered because she hadn't written anything down. The Spezi we ordered was lukewarm and the beer was barely carbonated. The starter then came with the schnitzel. When I asked the staff where the pizza was, three people looked at me and no one understood what I wanted. After a short wait, what this restaurant calls pizza came. It was swimming in fat, had hardly any taste and wasn't attractive either. Every pizza at the Dönermann is better and charging €14 for it is cheeky! The taste of the schnitzel was okay, but we expected better. We were asked to pay 3 times until someone finally came with the card reader. All in all not recommended. In addition: I think it speaks for itself when someone from the staff is constantly standing outside and almost has to lure people into the store to eat.

Either they didn't have a cook or a really bad one... there were three of us... the food was terrible... my daughter and I couldn't eat the schnitzel... as I said, it couldn't be spoiled... you could just don't enjoy it 🙄

Pizza and fish dishes very, very tasty. Pizza came very quickly. Schnitzel was good. Pasta suffers a little. The special fries with the fish and the schnitzel were delicious.

We were in this restaurant last week. There were about 3 guests in the restaurant. It was a complete disaster. Pizza Magaritha was so thin, definitely warmed up. Not fresh.... For the hefty price of €14. The service :-( we wanted to pay, we waited outside for 10 minutes after my husband was in the very dirty toilet, he pointed out to the waitress again that we wanted to pay (the waitress continued to polish her cutlery quite comfortably) Yes, she's coming... .. There was another young man at the counter and two people in the kitchen... Nothing happened again for 10 minutes. Then I'll go in again. Then I said again that we want to pay now... The waitress is behind the kitchen....leaves me standing.... Comes back .. and tried to tell me... that the person is smoking to cash in. Then she came after 5min..... Without apology...... So.... ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Food and service was great! The waiters were really nice and personable. The food came to the table quickly and was warm. The facility was really nice, although I have to say that the toilets were very dirty.

I went to this restaurant 3 times during my vacation week. I had 3x mushroom frame schnitzel with a strawberry passion fruit spritzer (I recommend it to you) I thought it was good until I read the reviews. PS I actually wanted to move up here and become a regular with them but after these reviews I forgot about it

A pizza that is too small for this price and not good either. We had 5 pizzas for 16 euros and had to pay another 5 euros for the cardboard boxes. At some point the fun stops. Tourists or not, but this is a rip-off.

SUPER delicious food was also at grissini last year and had the cheeseburger again. The cheeseburger has an incredibly good sauce and a delicious patty with melted cheese. The fries are also very tasty.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Food is solid. The atmosphere (inside) is unpleasantly loud, there is constant banging and banging from the kitchen, bar and pizza oven. This may be because the employees don't care about the customers - the food is simply served to the customers by throwing it on the table and then the people have to pick it out and distribute it themselves. Unfortunately, my husband wasn't full, but we had no interest in staying in the restaurant any longer. You can tell it's mass production.

Prices completely excessive. But no one forced us into the restaurant, so we went in ourselves. But when such prices are called for, at least the toilets should be clean. The public toilets in the pedestrian zone are cleaner. An indictment. Not recommendable. You won't see us again.

Pizza Tonno was carelessly prepared and looked like freezer pizza. The vegetarian “schnitzel from the field” was absolutely pale on the inside, without structure or texture and tasted of NOTHING. At least the stomach was full.

Yesterday we had little things like a bread basket with dip, fish soup, "farmer's bread" and cucumber gazpacho. The bread for the soup was the same dough as the "farmer's bread". This was inedible, without seasoning, tough and pale. Without cutlery it was certainly not edible. The cucumber soup was okay. I didn't trust the fish soup because it tasted almost off. The bread basket for a hefty €5.50 was sad, cheapest baguette, 6 slices, and aoili from the metro. The "farmer's bread" had no spices on it, was sad to look at and, as I said, was served without a knife or fork, but uncut, pizza-like. The staff didn't even notice us. We only received the card when we asked, after a few guests came after us. All in all, overpriced and disappointingly bad. The only positive point: a waiter who served us later was nice and attentive.

Even if it is in a holiday resort, the restaurant is far overpriced for its service. Unfortunately, service was not noticeable. Even though the place was empty. Plus point: Food was quite good

The food there was super delicious. The only thing I have to complain about is that the fish platter for 2 people is very puny considering it is very expensive. Anosten the staff is very friendly and also very friendly to children. Everything was clean too.

My mother and I went to eat there. I was visibly served a baked pizza that came straight from the freezer, for which they charged €15.50. My mother ordered some kind of pizza bread, but it was inedible. There was hardly any fizz in the apple spritzer. Only bad.

Have been satisfied every year so far - the service is almost unreasonable - the drink I ordered was placed at the other end of the table - when I commented, it was pushed about 20cm towards me - but it was still over a meter missing. Only after we had ordered our drinks were we informed when ordering the food that there was no pasta, the alternative choice of spiced meat pizza was unreasonable. It's nice that Mikrants work - we had the feeling that half of them didn't understand us at all - so did the service - even a smile doesn't help. It's a shame - but I can't recommend it - never again.

Typical tourist restaurant that is surprisingly often busy. The prices are way too high for the food served. It's better to go a few meters further to Alfred & Otto.

4 euros for a small beer, European Championship football with music and sound at the same time!!! instead of EM atmosphere...that's no fun. There is a reason for the bad rating.

Very friendly staff and nice ambiente outside & inside. We went for soup & fish dishes and a couple of drinks. All was prepared fresh and tasted very well. The staff was very friendly and polite and checked regularly if we were doing well and wanted to order more. Restrooms are clean & payment by card was possible, folks are children & dog friendly. The restaurant is in the centre of Zings and walking distance basically from any central location. Conclusion Recommended

Unfortunately, this restaurant was an unreasonable expectation for us, the staff was top-notch and the kitchen was a flop.

Overall it is 3.8 stars. We went to dinner today with 4 adults and 2 children (one still in a stroller). It was very empty inside and there were a few tables occupied outside. As always, the drinks were taken first, so far so good. The advice was good, especially when it came to the wines. Afterwards, at 4:58 p.m. we ordered a salami pizza, a children's pasta and tomato sauce, a pesto pasta, a “Strandvogt” (fish) and a Rahm Champions schnitzel with fried potatoes. In terms of price, you should say upfront that it is still OK for the portions. €14.50 for the pizza - €21.90 for the fish. Everything was served at 5:06 p.m. I have to say that the chef works a real miracle getting all the dishes ordered, prepared, arranged and served in under 8 minutes. Unfortunately, the two noodles and the fish were already cold after not that long, while the pizza and schnitzel were warm for much longer. Unfortunately the service was a bit disappointing. Apart from taking the order, serving it, clearing it away and paying, no one was seen. We told a “waitress” that we would like to pay, after which we waited for over 10 minutes until someone came with the bill, although we had not previously been asked how we would like to pay. So everything together and with a card. I told the waitress that we hadn't been asked and all she saw was an eye roll. I think that this wasn't the first time this reaction occurred. Each of us enjoyed it. The pizza could have had a slightly thicker base because you couldn't even lift the cut piece without it all falling down or running down. The schnitzel and fried potatoes were excellent. Super thick and size, the quantity of fried potatoes was also great. The fish was excellent, there's nothing more to say. Upon request, the children's noodles were brought with separate sauce bowls. Thanks perfect. Unfortunately it gets cold way too quickly. There was also matching children's cutlery, which was great because it wasn't a given. The pesto pasta was also great and a good portion. However, everything was boiling very, very hot from below and just barely warm from above. This could be balanced out well by stirring. Ambience gets 4 stars because it was nothing special. But still pretty good for it. We would be happy to come by again when the time comes.

Close miss! Beach fever pizza goes with tangerines instead of pineapple and Mai-Tai with pineapple instead of orange juice. But maybe you just messed something up.

The food was generally tasty with a few drawbacks. Had fish of the day, burgers and pasta. Unfortunately, pangasius was served as the fish of the day on the Baltic Sea. I think it's a shame. The burger was delicious, but you should make sure that you find the ingredients mentioned. There was cucumber on it and braised onions were sautéed in oil. The pasta could have had a little more chanterelles and an extra €2.5 was charged for parmesan, which we found a bit much.

Absolutely NO recommendation! There were three of us and we ordered pizza - two pizzas arrived at the same time and the third didn't arrive at all. After repeatedly asking where the pizza was, the waiter ran to the pizza maker and the pizza wasn't baked at all. The waiter and the pizza maker argued - no apology from the waiter but just a “your pizza is coming soon!” After 30 minutes the third pizza finally arrived when everyone else had finished eating. When I asked the waiter when I requested the pizza what we could do about the price due to the delay, he said nothing, it wasn't his fault. When I asked to speak to a superior, the only response was “the boss is not in the house on Saturdays and Sundays, there would be no one.” There is probably an urgent need for employee training on what service to guests means. Way too expensive for the quality of the food! The table next to us also complained. The employee was dark-skinned and, according to the receipt, his name was Augustin. That's why you can save yourself a visit here👎

We were here exactly twice. The first and the last time. Pizza and pasta inedible. Zero taste. Catastrophe. Service was attentive. The prices are disproportionate to the quality. A pity.

I ordered a fish platter with two types of fish and shrimp... I actually got a shrimp. When I asked the waitress, I was told that there was one shrimp per person. Where is there something like that???? Price/performance ratio is not right!!!!

Ambience was quite good. In terms of price I think it's a little excessive, 24.50 for an "XL Schnitzel", which wasn't really XL, I think it's great. Service was also OK.

The salami pizza was greasy and didn't taste good. The middle of the pizza was covered with a pool of grease. The price of 14.50 EUR is outrageous for the poor quality. A frozen pizza doesn't taste any worse. Never again.

Our dog didn't want to walk past the restaurant. We now always rely on their selection. Very good service, water and treats for the dog.

We have been to this restaurant several times and it has always been good. But unfortunately things haven't changed for the better. The prices of the food do not match the quality and service. 3x citizens lukewarm + good fries for €20 per portion. The fish platter (25€) was also lukewarm and one piece was labely and watery and the fried potatoes had a lot of roasted aromas. Personally, I don't like it when someone picks up the food and drinks in the entire restaurant and service staff bring the order to the guest. Given the size of the restaurant, it takes a while until it's your turn to order something again. Thank God the weather was bad and if the gentleman had to use the terrace, you could probably forget about ever seeing him. Happy hour prices are only for alcoholic cocktails and unfortunately they are quite high.

We were the only guests yesterday. We had to wait a long time to order and even longer for two waffles and a cappu. The climax, however, was when no one came anymore. I went into the restaurant to pay and the two young ladies were so busy with their cell phones that they hardly noticed me and my request to pay was perceived as a disruption, that's my impression. We are repeat offenders in Zingst, but we are no longer seen there

Hello, we had the fish platter for 2 people. Freshly caught from the net. In my opinion, Pangasius has no place on a record like this. And Black Tiger only comes in 3 pieces per person. The salad that came with it was great! Really fresh, just like a salad should be. With delicious dressing! Unfortunately, a plate was also broken.

We came here spontaneously this evening. We actually wanted to go to another restaurant, but the kitchen closed at 8 p.m. The food was very tasty, very good portions, the cocktail was very good. The waitresses were very friendly. We had nothing to complain about and would definitely come back!

No matter when we come, there is always super friendly service and good food. This time (February 2024) we tried the vegetarian burger. Although we are usually meat eaters, we thought it was great: the side salad had a very tasty dressing, the potato chips looked and tasted like they were homemade and were nice and crispy. The pea protein burger patties were unexpectedly delicious. All in all, I can recommend this burger if you don't want meat (sometimes). Would love to come back

After being asked in three other restaurants in Zingst whether we had reservations, we luckily ended up at Grissini. There was a friendly waitress and really good fish dishes. We can highly recommend the restaurant!

We received a very warm welcome, service was quick and very nice. We ate the fish platter and the farmer's schnitzel, the taste was really great and it was very well prepared. We find value for money very reasonable. We would go again.

We ordered fish soup for €9.60 and you had to order a baguette for €3.60 additionally. Very small portion, about half as in other restaurants, where you get baguette without paying extra. The staff was very friendly but the prices and portion sizes are set by the bosses.

Very nice restaurant! Service very good and accommodating. However, if there were three of us alone, there may be a bit more waiting time in the summer, but it's worth the wait. We had the Darss Burger 🍔 with so-called spoon dippers and there was Bolognese for the child 🍝 Everything was very tasty! Thumbs up 👍

The welcome was very good. We were greeted with a nice "come rain" (the door half cut off a colleague's nose but still very nice :))) We took the children's menu because it was simply overpriced!!!! When we announced the order and we didn't even take drinks, he asked if we wanted to save money and exclaimed a horrified "Mama Mia". one star for the nice, pretty service :))

We had 2 lattes and hot waffles with cherries, vanilla sauce and cream. First of all, I would like to praise the fast and friendly service - unfortunately almost the only positive point. Because the latte was extremely weak and had hardly any coffee aroma. The waffles were almost completely buried in powdered sugar and were therefore way too sweet, but at least they were hot! In the back, the owner and manager were probably having a very loud and one-sided discussion about savings on cocktails and pizzas. You can do it that way, but it doesn't create a nice atmosphere, especially when the conversation isn't very cooperative. The place was cool, my husband even found it cold. So warming up wasn't possible. The toilets need an urgent basic cleaning to remove odors, cobwebs and other dirt. But they were the warmest place 🙈 Unfortunately no recommendation from us.

Far too little food for far too much money. Eaten salad with chicken ->€22.50. A small bowl arrived that resembled an appetizer. Absolutely unacceptable. The day before I went to Ginger in Ahrenshoop, which also belongs to the Grissini group -> no comparison. Huge portions, absolutely great quality and delicious. Your own salad 3 times as big. Water bottle €8.90!!! No recommendation for the breadsticks.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and it was quite empty. The service was practically non-existent. The six employees preferred to sit in a cluster at the counter and have personal conversations. No questions asked if there could be anything else. The food tasted good but was laid out like a children's portion. The prices here are really high and definitely not justified. I cannot recommend this restaurant with today's performance.

Only bad… The staff could hardly understand me. Wrong food delivered, waitress reaction inappropriate, after a short discussion the right food. As a starter I had bruschetta for a mere €9.90, only three small slices of baguette were delivered. Half of my pesto pasta was floating in oil. Conclusion: Completely overpriced, food not earth-shattering, never again breadsticks!!

We went there as a family with friends for dinner in the early evening with a reservation. The pasta dishes were ok but not outstanding. The highlight were the 2 pizzas. It was definitely a finished floor. Filled with too much cheese, a bit of tuna and onion or salami and ham! A little later the neighboring table received pizza with beautiful fresh pizza bases! The visual difference was huge! Unfortunately, when asked directly, the answer was evasive! For the price asked, an unbelievable impudence!

Ich hatte die "Klassische Bolognese"... Was in diesem Restaurant leider warmer Ketchup mit Hackfleisch bedeutet. Dieses Nudelgericht hatte nichts mit einer klassischen Bolognese zu tun. Die Portionen sind recht klein gewesen. Die Kinder Chicken Nuggets waren nur aus dem TK. Für 11 € (eine Kinderportion) hätte ich selbst gemachte Nuggets und eine kleine grüne Beilage erwartet. Außerdem wurden diese mit Portionspäckchen wie an der Pommesbude serviert. Auch unpassend bei dem Preis. Das Schnitzel war lecker aber auch viel zu wenig für einen Erwachsenen. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschendes Essen. Dafür konnte ich leider auch kein Trinkgeld geben.

Wir kommen seit 18 Jahren nach Zingst und ich muss sagen,nicht nur das Grissini hat sich verschlechtert. Aber heute war das Grissini so schlecht wie noch nie. Es kam uns vor wie in einem Schnellimbis. Platz zugewiesen, Getränke aufgenommen, 2 min. später Getränke am Tisch. Essen aufgenommen ca. 5min. Später Essen auf dem Tisch. Gemütlich Essen gehen ist was anderes. 1/2 Stunde zum Essen gehen...da können wir auch für 10€ etwas auf der Straße zu uns nehmen. Beides Pasta. Pasta mit Pesto und Pasta Aglio Olio. Die gleichen Nudeln, lieblos angerichtet und aus den Töpfen zusammengewürfelt. Ohne Geschmack und ohne Knoblauchstückchen im Aglio Olio. Und das für einen Preis den ich bereit bin bei einem guten Italiener und einem gemütlichen Abend zu bezahlen aber nicht in einem Schnelldurchgang damit man nochmal schnell ein paar neue Gäste abfüttern kann. Wir werden in Zukunft dazu übergehen uns an den Ständen auf der Straße satt zu essen. Im Grissini nicht mehr. Schönen Dank an unsere Regierung an dieser Stelle die wohl auch etwas Schuld daran trägt wie es in der Gastronomie zugeht. Arbeitskräfte die eigentlich vorhanden sind aber lieber für das gleiche Geld zu Hause bleiben.

Essen und Trinken stand schnell auf dem Tisch. Wir wurden nett und freundlich bedient. Da es nicht nur ein Restaurant ist passte die Ambiente mit Flaschen, Cocktails Vorschläge und der Holztheke.
