Update 6 years later: Unfortunately I have to change my full stars 🌟. The only thing that matters here is mass. I don't like the food at all anymore. The fries were very greasy and also tasted like old fat. Sheep cheese cream sour. Unfortunately the gyros are no longer of good quality and overall not quite as tasty. We probably won't come here again.

Slightly hidden entrance, but well signposted. Very friendly service and a suitable and beautiful atmosphere. Classic selection of Greek dishes, quick to prepare and wonderful in taste and good in quantity. Prices are normal. I've been there several times and have always been very satisfied. Therefore a clear recommendation!

It was my first time here and I can only warmly recommend it. We had reserved in advance and there were six of us there. Great, very nice, very courteous and service-oriented staff, great food, nice decor, clean toilets, what more could you want. About the photos: the french fries were on a separate plate, I poured them onto my own plate. The fish was excellent. There was also a dessert on the house (delicious Greek yogurt) and an ouzo on the house. There are also enough parking spaces available. I'd love to come back.

We ended up here by chance although I have had Zeus on my Greek visitor list for Lübeck for a long time. We visited at lunchtime and were thrilled with the buffet, very good, also very good food from the menu, super nice service that also brought water for our furry friend. We'll be back but probably in the evening. Then order from the menu, the grill plate and fish. Thanks for the tip and the very good food.

Appearances are deceiving! This restaurant didn't look very inviting from the outside, but it convinced me inside and with all the other offerings. I was there with 9 people on a Saturday and the store was well filled. Nevertheless, we were served quickly and the food came early and collected. Special requests were addressed attentively. The really delicious food was reasonably priced and the portions were above average. A small “all you can eat” buffet was also offered. Clear recommendation - I would eat here again!

I can't say anything about the food etc. However, my grandmother was treated with more than disrespect in this restaurant. It's okay if a waiter spills a drink on a guest and apologizes. BUT slamming the tray into my grandma's neck and pouring champagne over her hair and back. Pooh. No attempts were made to make amends by the restaurant (toward my grandmother). The first time in my life that there was an "all you can eat" buffet at a Greek restaurant... very positive! I found it very negative that there was no welcome or farewell ouzo (only when asked). Food was ok!

Durch Zufall, weil meine Frau in der Nähe des Restaurants einen Termin beim Arzt hatte, haben wir dieses Restaurant entdeckt. Was soll ich sagen, einer der besten Griechen bei dem wir je gegessen haben. Ein wunderschönes Ambiente und Essen in Perfektion. Sehr große Portionen, günstige Preise und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Bei unserem ersten Besuch hatte ich eine Platte mit Gyros und Leber und meine Frau Gyros und Souwlaki. Beides absolut perfekt gegrillt mit Pommes und gemischtem Salat mit leckerem Dressing und beide Portionen riesig und nicht zu schaffen. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte meine Frau Gyros überbacken und ich Bifteki mit Metaxasoße von der Schuhgröße 46. Mit Gewalt haben wir diese Portionen geschafft, auch weil die Metaxasoße so lecker war. Zum Dessert gibt es griechischen Joghurt mit einer Süßspeise kostenlos aufs Haus und auch mit Ouzo wird dort nicht gegeizt. Die Preise sind dort moderat bis günstig, denn wo gibt es noch einen halben Liter Wein für € 7,90 und ein riesiges Bifteki für € 18,90. Die Bedienung dort ist flink und überaus freundlich. Parken kann man entlang der Straße, oder in der zum Haus gehörenden Tiefgarage. Wir können dieses Restaurant nur jedem empfehlen und sind ab sofort Stammgäste. Wir müssen zwar 20 Kilometer dorthin fahren, aber dieser Grieche ist jede Reise wert.

Wow, just wow. We spontaneously went to the Greek restaurant. We were welcomed very warmly right from the start. We ordered two starters and were very impressed by the quantity and then it tasted really delicious. The main course was also so plentiful and really really tasty. Many thanks to the friendly waiters, especially the young woman. She was really so sweet and totally cute in her own way.☺️ If we're in Lübeck again, we'll definitely come by. Thanks alot

The lunch buffet is very tasty and inexpensive. Unfortunately, the service didn't impress us during our visit; it seemed very cold and we didn't feel welcome. Card payment didn't work (or wasn't wanted), which was well known but wasn't pointed out anywhere.

Awesome place with delicious food and super nice stuff. The "all you can eat buffet" is a great thing, you can taste all kinds of food for 11,90 or 18,90, depends on the day and time. Worth it!

2 snooty female waitresses who don't respond to customer requests and become unfriendly when asked about it. I've been to the restaurant three times now and didn't find it convincing at all and can't understand the positive reviews at all.

Great and delicious food. Very inconspicuously located in a medical center. In summer there is a large courtyard terrace. In addition to the obligatory lunch menu, a buffet is also offered at lunchtime. Great selection at a good price. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive. Only the size of the dining room is a criticism at a high level. When it's really full, there's no coziness.

We were at "Zeus" for the first time! We've read through the reviews beforehand and can fully agree with the good reviews. Food was great grilled, everything was on point.Wonderful!!! The uneaten meat was of course packed up. Come again!!!

To our surprise, there was an all-you-can-eat buffet, which we didn't know at all. We made reservations for two people over the phone without any problem. After being asked whether we wanted to eat à la carte or from the buffet, we of course chose the buffet. The price is really cheap and we actually found the food to be excellent, fresh and fine. The service was super nice and accommodating, the atmosphere was very cozy and well-kept. The rooms are generously designed. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. A very nice Greek restaurant. Highest recommendation from my wife and I.

I was there for my birthday with 14 people. (13 +1 vegans) eat. Food was good, but the price was a pure rip-off. For 13 people, 4 pieces of meat were served. issued (actually for 16 people Lt card). 1 1/2 plates were untouched and could therefore be taken away. The agreement was recorded incorrectly. Various small disappointments such as no birthday greetings from the service staff etc., service itself was ok. - Single person food is ok, but I would never host a party here again (too expensive) and not accommodating.

Really a good restaurant in itself. We ate the buffet where I have to say that the buffet was generally tasty, but the selection was rather small. No cream sauce, no Metaxa sauce, unfortunately only tzatziki on offer and there are no fries in the buffet either. I would also have liked a casserole. There are other restaurants in Lübeck that have a larger selection. Service and ambience TOP

The Mother's Day trip on Sunday afternoon took us to Zeus. It was worth it!! Consistently warm food, while others aren't even open yet. Gyros and calamari are highly recommended 😋

Let's start with the good things, the location is actually very nice where you just can't complain. But when it comes to eating, I wouldn't say nice anymore. The buffet is really boring and doesn't have a big selection, of course a Greek restaurant doesn't have as many choices as a Chinese restaurant, for example. Things are cold and dry and just plain boring. The selection could be larger but I wouldn't recommend it now. You have to know!

Our daughter comes here often and is thrilled. Now we wanted to try it out too. We really enjoy going out for Greek food. We arrived with 4 adults, 1 child and 1 puppy. We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. The order was taken quickly and we got our drinks. We all ordered buffet. We enjoyed the food very much. The temperature of the food was such that you could start right away. Not cold, not hot. The selection wasn't large, but there was something for everyone. The price/performance level is completely justified. The toilet was neat and clean. Over time the restaurant became very busy. We then felt that too. We wanted to place a new order and then after a while we had to go to the front so that someone could come to our table. The staff could only bring the first drinks and a la carte to the table. However, the service fell by the wayside for further drinks. More staff would be wiser in this case. When we wanted to pay, I decided to invite my family. I wanted to pay by card. Unfortunately that didn't work. The device displayed an error code and English information. Since I am familiar with this and also speak English, I would like to point out that it is an internal deficit. The situation was uncomfortable for me because I now had to borrow money. My daughter goes there very often and confirmed to me that this is an ongoing problem. But what annoyed me even more was when we paid. We paid when a waiter came over because we didn't know when someone would be available again. So my husband hadn't finished his drink yet. The waiter came and said we had paid and now had to vacate the table because new guests were already waiting. We all then helped my husband finish the drink. So my conclusion: I would go there again for my daughter's sake, but I would take enough cash with me and only pay when the drinks are empty. The evening was very nice, but had a stale aftertaste. A pity

So far it has always been very good and I have always been very satisfied, but this time the meat was unfortunately not cooked through and after this was brought up there was no real reaction from the staff, which was a bit of a shame.

We were there with a larger group and there was a buffet. The selection wasn't very big and the only Greek thing was the gyros, tzatziki and the minced meat roll with feta filling. The signage consisted of small green panels with very faint lettering which made it difficult to read in a poorly lit corner. It was said that we had free food and two drinks. Unfortunately, the service was probably overwhelmed and also unfriendly. When some wanted to order the second drink they said... no, it had already been paid for and we would have to pay for each additional drink ourselves. Some were angry because they had already ordered their drink before and didn't get it, the gentleman didn't care. When asked if there would be at least one ouzo, the answer was... no, we don't do that for groups. I don't know if we had a bad day there, but we definitely won't test it again. Most of us were disappointed and personally I won't go there again, there are better Greek restaurants and it doesn't matter how many people you eat there with, there is always at least one ouzo and a better selection... ..sorry....

It was a long time ago that I came back here and it was very practical because I had to go to the orthopedic practice and have an X-ray due to a broken humerus bone. And lo and behold, nice, friendly and helpful service staff, just like years ago. Food was great, we had lunch, the taste and quantity were very good. My son had ordered an appetizer, but it was forgotten. And now here is the top service of this restaurant, from which others can learn a lot or should follow an example: After we pointed out the omission, they immediately apologized and offered the starter Pack to take away at the house's expense. We were happy to accept that, because mistakes are human, they happen again and again and when the service employee so spontaneously and nicely suggests a small compensation, you can't say no, but simply say thank you at a time when this kind of compensation is no longer a given . So actually 7 stars, but there are only 5, but they have an asterisk!!

I have eaten in this restaurant several times now. The service is very friendly and accommodating, the selection of food and drinks is very extensive. However, I missed an authentic beer from Greece, because I can get the beers offered practically everywhere. The portions on the plates were generous, but the quality of the taste - compared to other Greek restaurants - still has some room for improvement. The suzukakia were too firm and the typical Mediterranean seasoning was hardly present. A pity. You can like the ambience or not, but I personally prefer smaller and more cozy restaurants. However, I like the play area set up for small children and the possibility of being able to take uneaten food home in a package.

Very tasty food, large portions (actually too large), friendly and fast service and the dishes were prepared quickly. Prices very reasonable. Main course with drink under 20 euros, large meat platter with drink under 25 euros. With salad and side dishes. I was last at Zeus with five people at 6 p.m. and the restaurant was fully booked to the last seat. The restaurant is large, you shouldn't expect the cozy atmosphere of the corner Italian restaurant with 10 tables and candlelight. But the furnishings and decoration are successful, the tables are separated with room dividers/plants and the toilets are very clean.

Ganz schlimm! Gyros trocken, teilweise ist das Fleisch nicht durchgebraten gewesen, zum Schluss noch ein langes schwarzes Haar im Essen gewesen, was definitiv nicht von mir kommen konnte! Als Entschuldigung wurde das Essen nicht berechnet. Nie wieder....

Das Essen war kalt. Nicht durch und Haare im Essen. Eine richtige Enttäuschung. Es ist nicht mal ein Stern wert.

Waren zum 1. Mal dort. Sehr netter Service, wir wurden rundum verwöhnt. Essen viel-wie beim Griechen üblich-, heiß!, reichlich Salat vorweg gab es so dazu. Umsonst gab es auch 1 Ouzo. Sanitär war sauber und ordentlich. Verstehen die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Gibt nichts zu meckern! Gerne wieder.
