Great buffet and very attentive and friendly staff

Unbelievable – I feel like I'm back in the 90s: Starter salad, a main course for €18 that's enough for two, a fantastic free dessert, ouzo, authentic ambiance, friendly service. Really unbelievably good these days!

The hot food from the buffet was mostly lukewarm, but the salads were really delicious. I found the entire restaurant a bit too large and therefore rather uncomfortable. The last time we were there (in the evening, at the start of the school holidays), it was very crowded, and the à la carte food was unfortunately very salty and greasy. We didn't go back after that. Others reported delicious food. I think the quality unfortunately fluctuates.

The staff is super friendly. The food is also delicious. Personally, I liked the zackizi the most.

Be careful in a positive sense when ordering. The portions from the menu are huge. My ignorance and ordering a starter led to a half-full plate and an unstarted side salad, which I couldn't manage. The side salad alone would have been enough after the starter. Highly recommended, good price-performance ratio.

I ended up at “Zeus” for the first time by chance and was made aware of the buffet by the super friendly staff there on Friday evenings. Both the starters and the main courses were fresh and very varied. The taste was absolutely great and it was always refilled. The bright, well-kept and discreetly decorated guest room was well attended and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, the “Ouzo for friends” speaks volumes about customer loyalty. And there is also a spacious play area for the little guests. Good value for money, nice background music.

Classical Greek. The food was fresh and of good quality, although there was no warm vegetable for vegetarians, such as grilled eggplant or something similar, otherwise everything was top notch.

Large restaurant with lots of seats and nice staff. When it's full, it can get very loud. The à la carte food tastes very good (not your run-of-the-mill Greek), but unfortunately it is sometimes too cold at the buffet. The service makes a lot of effort, but sometimes loses track, especially with larger companies. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Parking is free on the street or available in the parking garage for a small fee.

Wir sind immer hoch zufrieden, ob es Buffet essen oder a`la Carte ist. Wirklich ein tolles Restaurant. Die Portionen sind immer mega und kaum zu schaffen, so das wir meistens ein Doggybag mitnehmen müssen. Gestern Abend war ein Souvlaki und eine Menge an Gyros übrig geblieben. Ich wollte das heute aufwärmen, konnte das alles aber leider nur noch in die Mülltonne werfen, weil man den Tzazike komplett über das Fleisch verteilt hat. Aufwärmen somit völlig unmöglich. Eigentlich viel zu Schade für die Mülltonne. Kalt geht es gar nicht.

The food was good as always. But what annoyed me was that 10-year-old children had to pay the full buffet price (€18.90) and one child had to pay €7, even though they only ate fries that were ours. If I had known this beforehand, I would have ordered a children's plate, very disappointing!!!!

Update 6 years later: Unfortunately I have to change my full stars 🌟. The only thing that matters here is mass. I don't like the food at all anymore. The fries were very greasy and also tasted like old fat. Sheep cheese cream sour. Unfortunately the gyros are no longer of good quality and overall not quite as tasty. We probably won't come here again.

It was my first time here and I can only warmly recommend it. We had reserved in advance and there were six of us there. Great, very nice, very courteous and service-oriented staff, great food, nice decor, clean toilets, what more could you want. About the photos: the french fries were on a separate plate, I poured them onto my own plate. The fish was excellent. There was also a dessert on the house (delicious Greek yogurt) and an ouzo on the house. There are also enough parking spaces available. I'd love to come back.

We ended up here by chance although I have had Zeus on my Greek visitor list for Lübeck for a long time. Appearances are deceiving! This restaurant didn't look very inviting from the outside, but it convinced me inside and with all the other offerings. I was there with 9 people on a Saturday and the store was well filled. Nevertheless, we were served quickly and the food came early and collected. Special requests were addressed attentively. The really delicious food was reasonably priced and the portions were above average. A small “all you can eat” buffet was also offered. Clear recommendation - I would eat here again!

I can't say anything about the food etc. However, my grandmother was treated with more than disrespect in this restaurant. It's okay if a waiter spills a drink on a guest and apologizes. BUT slamming the tray into my grandma's neck and pouring champagne over her hair and back. Pooh. No attempts were made to make amends by the restaurant (toward my grandmother). Durch Zufall, weil meine Frau in der Nähe des Restaurants einen Termin beim Arzt hatte, haben wir dieses Restaurant entdeckt. Was soll ich sagen, einer der besten Griechen bei dem wir je gegessen haben. Ein wunderschönes Ambiente und Essen in Perfektion. Sehr große Portionen, günstige Preise und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Bei unserem ersten Besuch hatte ich eine Platte mit Gyros und Leber und meine Frau Gyros und Souwlaki. Beides absolut perfekt gegrillt mit Pommes und gemischtem Salat mit leckerem Dressing und beide Portionen riesig und nicht zu schaffen. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte meine Frau Gyros überbacken und ich Bifteki mit Metaxasoße von der Schuhgröße 46. Mit Gewalt haben wir diese Portionen geschafft, auch weil die Metaxasoße so lecker war. Zum Dessert gibt es griechischen Joghurt mit einer Süßspeise kostenlos aufs Haus und auch mit Ouzo wird dort nicht gegeizt. Die Preise sind dort moderat bis günstig, denn wo gibt es noch einen halben Liter Wein für € 7,90 und ein riesiges Bifteki für € 18,90. Die Bedienung dort ist flink und überaus freundlich. Parken kann man entlang der Straße, oder in der zum Haus gehörenden Tiefgarage. Wir können dieses Restaurant nur jedem empfehlen und sind ab sofort Stammgäste. Wir müssen zwar 20 Kilometer dorthin fahren, aber dieser Grieche ist jede Reise wert.

Wow, just wow. We spontaneously went to the Greek restaurant. We were welcomed very warmly right from the start. We ordered two starters and were very impressed by the quantity and then it tasted really delicious. The main course was also so plentiful and really really tasty. We were at "Zeus" for the first time! We've read through the reviews beforehand and can fully agree with the good reviews. Food was great grilled, everything was on point.Wonderful!!! The uneaten meat was of course packed up. Come again!!!
