Super netter Kerl, hat uns Krautsalat gratis gegeben. Ich hatte das vegetarische Pita, das war riesig und voll mit Falafel und Halloumi.

ich wollte eigentlich kein Gyros haben, dann hat er mir ein Gyros mit chicken angedreht und dann habe ich einfach ekelhafte tiefkühl buletten bekommen, die sehr schlecht geschmeckt haben. mit rohen Kartoffeln gehe dort nie wieder hin

Bestes Gyros der Welt! The best gyros in the world. Went here when I was an exchange student for a cheap bite to eat, and now I live here and Mr. Mohammed always brightens up my day. Ich war 2023 mit 16 das erste Mal hier und jetzt, zwei Jahre später, lebe ich in Berlin und habe ihn wieder besucht. Das Gyros schmeckt immer noch unglaublich gut. Die Preise sind super und man bekommt richtig große Portionen. Außerdem ist der Besitzer total nett!

Gyros Pita an der Perfektionsgrenze. Wirklich solide, würzig, viel Tsaziki, überhaupt eine ordentliche Portion. Sehr netter älterer Herr am Spiess.

A well-filled gyro sandwich with a charred cabbage, making it nice and crispy and warm. Plenty of vegetables and meat, and not too much sauce! Very filling, and the vendor is a pleasant chatterbox. Best value in the area! In nice weather, it's great to have lunch outside, or you can eat it in the market halls across the street or take it home with you.

Once and never again! Way too much sauce on it, I couldn't even get to the meat, and had to throw it away because too much sauce had already been skimmed off. It wasn't possible to influence the portioning because it wasn't visible. The cleanliness was questionable; the fan was probably never cleaned...

We happened to be passing by and were hungry. It's rare to meet such a friendly person. We laughed a lot and had a great time. The food was simply delicious for the price. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to stop by again.

Wow. The owner is the sweetest person, it's insane he puts that much food into a pita for 6€! I'd eat here every day, it was very high quality dish I'm shocked there's no queue, even with a special touch of za'atar from his home country. Shukran!!

This snack bar is showing its age, both inside and out. It would benefit from a thorough cleaning. The service was friendly and a bit unusual. The food (gyro plate) tasted rather bland. The fries were under-salted, and the tzatziki had virtually no flavor. The meat was cut very small, with no hint of spice. However, the plate was visually appealing. The portion size was very good for €9.50. My personal conclusion: this snack bar isn't a standout. Not visually, and not in terms of taste either. Anyone who says otherwise isn't sticking to the truth and isn't doing others any favors.

It has little to do with Greek gyros. Large portions, relatively inexpensive. Not bad, but I wouldn't eat there again. Nice owner.

Lowkey, the best snack bar ever. Everything in the pictures (curry, large fries, small fries) costs only €7.50. It looks delicious, it tastes good. It's crazy good. The guy is also very nice. Go there sometime.

Iconic place on the map of Kreuzberg. The history goes back like for decades. Very friendly owner, very happy while talking to clients. Portions are really big, gyros is very tasty. It's really worth enjoying grande gyros or "schalle".

Came here looking for a quick bite and god he delivered. So affordable and had a lovely chat with the guy who runs the place. We spent 5 euros on a huge gyros. Recommend!

Very tasty gyros pocket in flatbread. The portion was generous, beautifully decorated and definitely made with heart. In addition to tzatziki and gyros meat, there are also lots of fresh vegetables and cabbage. Very, very tasty and the owner is super welcoming. I'll definitely come back. :)

If you are looking for fancy, high quality food, this likely wont be a location you will enjoy. If you look for tasty stuff, big portion sizes for little money, it will. Its nothing special and the owner is a little too talkative for my taste, but the food makes if worth it if you are hungry and not that picky.

Atypical Greek recipe and yet, or perhaps because of that, totally delicious. The prices are more like 6 stars in relation to the quantity and quality. My favorite shop in the area. Here the owner always serves himself and is very friendly.

According to reviews, I thought it would be THE Gyrosmann in Berlin. Unfortunately no, he doesn't listen to you and does what he wants and the gyros bowl with fries was a fries bowl with a lot of herbs and a few shreds of meat. My wife had the pita which was more like a veggie kebab. Lots of salad, little meat. The shop and the owner are dirty and the owner just touches everything with his hands. The money from the customer, directly into the salad to fill the pita or bowl, then his Olle Gyros cutting machine and then everything again. Absolutely unhygienic... He didn't wash his hands once with about 10 customers. I observed his routine while eating. I would advise anyone not to buy anything there. I was jealous of the guests who got a kebab opposite 😅 There was so much meat in a kebab that the gyros man felt like he made 20 gyros bowls.

Truly hidden gem. Been spending the better part of the past 2 months searching for the single best döner spot. This one is it. I nearly had a religious experience biting into that sandwich.

I was happy when I saw that the little house on Bergmannstrasse was open. Every time I've been in the neighborhood lately, it's been closed. Once again I wasn't disappointed. It has already been mentioned in the other recessions. You should be hungry. I chose the gyro plate. In addition to meat, coleslaw and tzalsiki, fries and salad populated the plate. The pictures don't do the quantity justice and it's easily enough for two.

Sandwich ultra copieux et service très sympathique, le tout pour moins de 5 euros. Un rapport qualité/quantité/prix tout à fait excellent. Les falafels du gyros végétarien sont délicieux tout comme le pain au sesame toasté. Un très bon moment même si ce n’est, évidemment, pas de la haute gastronomie.

Hidden gem, best gyros in Berlin (both in quality and quantity) with an amazing host, everything while still being so cheap. First three times I was afraid that the cheaper dishes were going to be meh but nope, all of them are unbeliveable top

If you're very hungry and want to eat cheaply, get a Grande Gyros here... The pita is so full that you have to eat about 70% of it with a fork before you can close it 😅. But really tasty and with a lot of love 🧅🧄

Mohamad macht das beste Gyros im Brot, das ich kenne. Einfach exquisit gewürzt mit viel (Schweine-)fleisch, Gemüse, Pommes und Peperoni und einer herrlichen Zaziki. Ein Grande Gyros kostet 5 Euro und ist unheimlich viel zu essen. Also ein super Preis. Außerdem ist Mohamad sehr gesprächig und eine Marke. Ein total netter Typ und er hat die Bude schon seit über 30 Jahren und das soll schon was heißen! Unbedingt mal besuchen

Meine absolute Empfehlung für den Bergmannkiez, wenn nicht ganz Kreuzberg! Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Portionen super groß und die Preise weit unter Berliner Durchschnitt. Der Inhaber strahlt außerdem wie die Sonne aus seinem Imbiss und steckt viel Herzblut in seine Arbeit. Das sieht und schmeckt man! Wenn ich könnte würde ich sechs Sterne geben und komme gerne wieder!

Graaaandééé! DIE Kiezlegende in der Bergmannstraße. Wer hier ist und nicht hier isst macht einen sehr großen Fehler. Prima Essen, sehr faire Preise und gratis Unterhaltung.

Dieser Imbiss ist ein Original. Das liegt vor allem an seinem kommunikativen Koch. Der hat mir heute eiine wunderbar aussehende, schmackhafte vegetarische Pita zubereitet, während er nir voller Begeisterung seine neuen LED Lichter im Kühlschrank vorführte. Dee Tzatziki ist fein gewürzt .Fritierte Sūßkartoffelscheiben und Pommes sorgen für die nötige Schwere. Reichlich Krautsalat, Gurken, Tomaten und Peperoni zaubern Leichtigkeit und Frische in die Fladenbrottasche. Das ganze Kunstwerk ist sehr üppig und total lecker. Ich empfehle unempfindliiche Kleidung für den Genuss bei Grande Gyros. (Mein T-Shirt hat deutliche Spuren davon getragen. Beim nächsten Mal doch wieder mit der Gabel essen...)
