Golden Crown in Leipzig

The buffet is very varied and sufficient. But it doesn't have much to do with typical Vietnamese cuisine. Except the Vietnamese mango salad, which was very tasty. Just adapted to European tastes. But the selection and taste of the food is perfectly fine. Also lots of salads and desserts. But the drinks are very expensive. This is probably where the most money is made. That's why only four stars. Very humid hot air in the guest room, despite fans. This really feels like Asia. 😅 Because it wasn't too crowded on a Tuesday evening, it was pleasant. I don't want to imagine the crowds at the buffet when the restaurant is really full. No printed invoice! But I would come back at intervals.

You can eat at the buffet at lunchtime and in the evening. Taste very good. Price/performance ratio very good. Unfortunately it was very warm in the restaurant, despite many fans. Still recommended.

We were here for lunch today. The selection at the buffet was plentiful and everything was tasty. The jelly suddenly crunched and I lost all joy. I found the atmosphere quite okay. An effort has been made. I found the flies a bit annoying. There are options so that they don't constantly rush into food. All in all, we were full and satisfied. The price was okay too.

Yesterday we went to the Goldene Krone for a buffet dinner. The selection was plentiful and it tasted good too. The atmosphere could be a little nicer. All in all we were very satisfied, the 17 euros per person is an absolutely fair price.

Typical Asian buffet, very below average, sushi with a lot of cheap surimi. Staff nice but overwhelmed. Guest room clean but very crowded. Plates are rarely cleared and drink orders take a long time, despite there being many waiters. The price of €17 is right.

Food doesn't taste good. Buffet too small. Not a wide range of food. The waitress doesn't understand the order. Not a nice atmosphere. It looks like it needs some renovation. Or should we call it charm? Didn't feel like that. I wouldn't go there again.

Today we ended up in this great and authentic Vietnamese restaurant by chance. The service team, friendly and courteous, is always there without being intrusive. The furnishings are a dream, rustic, creative and original, something I've never seen before. The price performance ratio is very good. Personally, I would pay more for this incredible selection, quality and fine seasonings. We would like to thank you very much for your hospitality and we look forward to our return visit. An Asian restaurant that is unrecognizable from the name. We spontaneously wanted to eat at vonne Island (before the concert). There was already a lot going on right when it opened and we didn't have a reservation. We were given an hour and were able to sit down. We decided against the buffet, which in retrospect was the right decision because the buffet could only be reached by standing in line. So we ordered a la card. Ordering and serving the food went very smoothly. So we had enough time to eat without rushing. Thank you for the service. The food was very tasty 😍 We'd love to come back.

This is a very nicely decorated location. The prices for the buffet are incredibly cheap. €15.50 per adult and €8.80 for the child. And the offering is extensive and super tasty. You have everything from starters, main courses and desserts. You can even eat sushi. However, you pay extra for drinks. Even then, it's still a great offer. So if you're nearby or looking for something to go out for, you'll want to go to the Goldene Krone.

We were in the restaurant for the first time today. It's a good deal for the price - there's something for every taste at the buffet. There is a good selection of drinks. Well, the outside view isn't exactly inviting.

We went to the buffet today for Easter. The food was very tasty and filling! Especially the various ice cream and the Asian mango salad were an absolute culinary delight :-)

Service is very friendly, even when it's busy, always tries to do justice to the customers, and a full 5 stars for that. Food is also very tasty, there could be a little more selection but otherwise very satisfied.

The biggest deduction is because of the underground organization. We had reservations for the evening and it was dreary. everything full. We therefore had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which is unreasonable if we had made a reservation in advance (as a tip: avoid weekend evenings there). The food was ok to good, the selection was rather mediocre. Drink prices are pretty steep.

We ate from the buffet and were surprised at how large the selection was. There was sushi, ice cream and even fruit that you could chocolate yourself! Otherwise all the typical specialties. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Very frightening from the outside, the butterflies seem to have no respect, inside nothing has changed for years, just like the food, very tasty! A tip for the service, if it is relatively cold in the restaurant, you could at least turn on the plate warmer on Sundays (because the buffet price is increased) because you can have hot food, but when you sit at the table, the food is cold. A little tip to the service staff, an employee never places glasses where the guest takes the drink, especially they don't serve drinks on the edge of the glass, I hope I don't get diarrhea

You sit comfortably in a Vietnamese atmosphere. The all you can eat buffet is constantly being updated and is delicious. The service is first class. We recommend.

We were 4 couples, unfortunately the service was totally overwhelmed when it came to the drinks. The buffet was fine, when we brought our food to the table, hair was found in the food, which is an absolute no go. It disgusted me and For me, the meal was over. There doesn't really seem to be any hygiene there, regardless of the food there are dogs behind Therese, that shouldn't be the case either. Then it was time to pay 2 couples in cash and 2 couples with card. Then we wanted to be given the bills and we only received those who had paid by card. There was no bill for cash payments. Everyone can now think of their part. My opinion is that I would never set foot in this restaurant again.

We were a married couple in Leipzig to watch football and discovered the restaurant by chance because of all you can eat. Price performance good, friendly staff, had called, reservation was not necessary, very pleasant as there was a lot of space as it was a large room with high ceilings. Plenty of food on offer! The furnishings with all the wood are very successful. The buffet is very diverse and all the dishes I tried were very good. The peanut sauce in particular seems to be a specialty of the chef. The staff is very nice and considerate. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

In this restaurant we noticed that the waiters were constantly watching us, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. This made it difficult to feel comfortable and eat in peace. Unfortunately, the buffet didn't offer a large selection, but the delicious fruit deserves special mention. Nevertheless, a more pleasant service atmosphere would be desirable. Another point that marred our experience was the pushy way of pushing us to buy drinks even though we didn't want to. This further added to the unpleasant feeling and diminished the overall impression of the service. It would be desirable if the staff showed more sensitivity here. Another negative aspect was that the staff stood right next to the buffet and gave the impression that you should eat as little as possible. This contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere and influenced food choices. A more relaxed approach from the staff would certainly contribute to a more pleasant experience.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre mit wirklich gutem Buffet mit reichlicher Auswahl. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Service war sehr nett, und Samstagabend ohne Vorbestellung trotzdem einen Platz zu bekommen war mehr als lobenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Übrigens bestes Sushi seit langem dort gegessen.

Kleiner Buffet Tisch aber gibt von allen. Da es nicht so viel ist ist die Qualität sehr gut. Man schmeckt definitiv die frische raus. Sehr lecker und freundliches Personal. Von außen sieht es er verkümmert aus drinnen kann man über den schönen Einrichtungsstil staunen. Auch ein kleiner Koji Karpfen Teich mit Wasserfall gibt es.

Wir waren mit „NeoTaste“ dort und haben das Abendbuffet gewählt. 14,90€ für ein absolut ausreichendes All You Can Eat Buffet mit guter Auswahl und leckeres Speisen. Die Getränke sind im Vergleich recht hochpreisig. Alles in allem aber ein schönes, solides Restaurant mit netten Mitarbeitern, guten Speisen und wirklich leckeren Getränken.

Schönes vietnamesisches Restaurant, essen ala Carte oder Buffet für jeden was dabei. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Waren Montag Mittag vor Ort und haben vom Buffet gegessen (11€ pro Erwachsener). Das Essen war lecker und es wurde stetig aufgefüllt. Leider hat bei einigen Gerichten der Name gefehlt und Beschreibungen gab es nicht. Für uns als Vegetarier unschön. Aber der Preis hat gestimmt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Nächstes Mal aber unbedingt am Abend, denn wir haben Sushi und Schokobrunnen vermisst (gibt es nur abends, daher der höhere Preis).

Vor allem waren wir vom sushi begeistert, was bei anderen Buffetrestaurants nicht lecker ist. Hier war es tatsächlich sehr lecker und die Auswahl war auch zufriedenstellend. Der Service war super nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen aus Osnabrück und bei uns findet man viele asiatische Buffetrestaurants, allerdings nicht zu so einem niedrigen Preis an einem Freitag Abend (14,90€ pro Person). Im Vergleich zu den anderen hat man hier das Gefühl, dass die Gerichte mehr selbstgemacht sind und weniger dass es Fertigprodukte sind. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Schönes vietnamesische Restaurant mit Mittagsbuffet. Meine Pho Suppe war lecker, gerne hätte ich aber mehr Kräuter oder Limette dazu. Buffet war reichlich.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Allerdings war der Service überfordert und das Lokal zu kalt zum sitzen.

Hatten das Buffet für 15,90 zum Sonntag Abend. Sushi haben wir nicht probiert, der Schokobrunnen war eine Schüssel blaser Schokolade, siehe Foto. Wir hatten Gemüse mit Ente, Hühnchen, Rindfleisch, manchmal vergriffen, wurde aber nachgelegt. Es gab sehr viel frittiertes Essen, was nicht so unser Ding ist. Aber viele mögen es, leider auch viele der anwesenden Kinder. Viele Geburtstagsrunden nutzten das Buffet. Das nächste Mal gehen wir wieder zum Vietnamesen in der Karli und essen von der Karte.

Ich würde empfehlen a la carte zu essen. Es gibt eine super Auswahl, auch viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Vor allem gut hat uns das frische Essen gefallen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung

Essen vom Buffet, reichlich Auswahl

Klein aber fein wie man so schön sagt. Essen ist das typische Asiatische aber sehr lecker, eine kleine Auswahl aber völlig ausreichend! Auch für den Nachtisch gibt es eine gute Auswahl von Früchten, Kuchen, Schokobrunnen, Eis in 6 verschiedenen Sorten. Hauseigene trinks von Alkoholfrei bis mit Alkohol, orientalischer Tee mega lecker!!!! Ich weiß Geschmäcker sind verschieden da sich ein Besuch lohnt probiert es selbst.
