I eat a Vietnamese summer roll there practically every week. Super tasty, great service. Very reasonable prices.

The food overall is very delicious. I've been using it for 8 years. We can say that it is an unchanging restaurant.

This is a very good Vietnam style restaurant only a few footsteps away from Frankfurt's main sightseeing spots Römer, Paiulschurch etc. The food was well cooked and presented. We found a place outside. It is not a real terrace, the tables were placed just on the street. The restaurant itself is just in a cellar. Bottomline., good place to dine in.

Highly recommended, cozy Vietnamese in Frankfurt. We sat outside and the service provided us with the menus pretty quickly. The food came to the table very quickly. The starter and the two main courses that my partner and I were able to enjoy were very tasty, absolutely fresh, wonderfully seasoned, served very warm and absolutely delicious. These sauces and dips are amazing, perfectly seasoned for my taste and a real hit. The soup was also perfectly seasoned. Meat in both dishes was really well fried and perfectly done. The service for us was impeccable, super fast, super friendly and absolutely great in advising on the menu. The drinks are also very tasty. From my side I can only recommend this restaurant, I don't have anything negative to say. As far as the premises are concerned, maybe it's not huge and there aren't 50 seats, but it's authentic in a small, quieter alley, not far from the Zeil. It didn't bother me, but I found it because it wasn't that big Space very pleasant. Conclusion: If you are on the Zeil in Frankfurt and are hungry, please go to this restaurant!

Been coming to this place week after week! The crispy pork belly fried rice is offered only on weekends, and it’s highly recommended! Priced fairly reasonably as the portion is quite large. (Tip: have the fried rice with the two different kinds of homemade chilli paste/sauce, they’re absolutely divine!) For coffee lovers, their Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is a must try—strong and rich in flavour, with a bit of sweetness from the condensed milk that ties together really well with the bitterness from the coffee. Service is great, but due to high demands on weekends you might experience some delays and waiting times. Will definitely come back again

Sunday 18/8/2024 The reviews were positive so we had dinner here tonight. That was disappointing. The food was tasty although a modest portion. The large shrimp still had to be peeled. There was no container for the peels and no container for your greasy fingers. After asking for this, the waitress brought a bowl with a bored face. Furthermore, the service was behind the bar. I had to wash my greasy hands before I could eat. Come on people, hospitality means actively thinking along. Asking afterwards if you enjoyed it (for a tip) is not enough. And then walk away sour... The boy and girl serving here need a refresher course in hospitality!

Nothing special. I ordered the m6 menu. Rice noodles with shrimps, The dish contained four shrimps. that cost €12.50. I can't say it's good, but it's not bad. Normal. asked the waitress for a glass of water, she brought me a paid bottle of water for €2.9. Remember that.

The food is delicious and the staffs are very friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken, it was juicy but I expected it to be more marinated. I would definitely recommend their Vietnamese iced coffee. Lastly, the place is really cozy!

It was my first time as a tourist, and since there are perhaps too many people, the waiter's hospitality is missing, and the attitude towards people can only be described as unpleasant, and the taste is decent. 😔

The food selection is ok, the dishes are very nicely prepared but taste bland. Outside you're basically sitting on the street and assistants are constantly driving past and maneuvering around the tight curve. The leftovers were never brought to take away, but it wasn't a big deal because it wasn't really a burner anyway. Overall ok but not a real recommendation.

Vietnamese restaurant in Frankfurt. I don’t know well about this, but it seems this is a popular Asian restaurant here from the fact that there were long queue and we also had to wait 30 min to enter. Beef Pho, the noodle, was really basic, but good enough to soothe my appetite to Vietnamese food. And male staff was also smart and kind. (He offered on more beer for delayed food serving. ^^)

The grilled three-layered pork pho (no. 24) and the roast beef pho (no. 27) ordered by my friend at the same table are both very delicious. The sweet and sour sauce is very appetizing in summer. The meal is served quickly, but it is difficult to order. You have to wait a bit long to check out, so it is recommended to make a reservation as there are always a lot of people.

Good option if you have food allergies. Egg, dairy, wheat/gluten, sesame. It was very busy when we arrived. Just in time for dinner. Getting seated and food ordered took a little bit due to miscommunication. They have an allergen menu so we could see the options. The food was amazing! I don’t think there were any leftovers. The staff were also very friendly. I’m not sure if they were as attentive to the food though. We ordered something without sesame, but the sauce had sesame seeds. They quickly worked to resolve the issue and verified the allergen once more with us.

I like the options of the lunch menu. I chose M1 from the menu and the taste was excellent.

It's been a while since I've had Vietnamese food, but it's more expensive compared to Korea, but it's still delicious. But I think fried rice tastes better than rice noodles. The total is 31 euros, but there will probably be more taxes. If you see it while passing by, it wouldn't be a bad idea to try it.

Taiwanese🇹🇼have been in Europe for too long and miss hot food Came across this restaurant when I came to Frankfurt I ordered a few dishes with pho and cold spring rolls The soup is very fresh and sweet, the meat is soft and tender, and there are perilla leaves in the spring rolls. There are so many bean sprouts really tasty Every plate has been cleared🤣🤣

Finally a fried rice with real vegetables! Do not order fried noodles or rice from other restaurants, as it is usually limited to a few bean sprouts, some leeks and a few carrot sticks. Here it is completely different. I could order this dish every day, could use just a little more seasoning. Very tasty, thank you!

Goc Pho has been one of the first places to go for years if you want Vietnamese food. There is a good selection of food, including for vegans. Staff is always nice and tries to offer good service. I always enjoy going there

I have the impression that the service in the restaurant changes frequently, which makes the staff stressed and often not very polite. The restaurant is rather small, often crowded and loud.

They decorate the place very nicely, lots of space. We order pork chop and egg with rice and steam roll. The meat was marinated delicious but the fish sauce needs improvement. I would rate 3.5* for the food. When we came it’s empty so the food came quick. Service is okay.

I tried to visit this restaurant 4 times. But always failed. Because there were always so many people who had to wait. Finally I could try it! It's worth paying for my meal and the noodle was really delicious! But.. there are so many good Vietnamese restaurants in FFM, so don't waste your time waiting in line.

The staff were not attentive and not friendly yet not rude. The lady greeted us was not polite in her speech, using only directives. My friend and I were not pleased. Food was alright. Not sure the dish I ordered was authentic but it is new to me for chicken pho.

The food is great ! We ordered spring rolls and soup noodles which are all tasty and fresh! I was so surprised this tiny restaurant was so busy, they do not have too much tables but it was worth it to come here , the price is cheap but with great experiences!

This is my first time in such an unfriendly place. There was a lady who treated me like an idiot if I couldn't speak German. I don't speak German well either, but it was so ridiculous that I just left.

I came with high expectations, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The beef pho bo soup I ordered was a disappointment. The meat was of poor quality, gristly and chewy like chewing gum. Every bite was unpleasant. The service was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately that's not enough to make up for the poor food. I will therefore not come back.

There are a lot of people, but the place is big, so you don’t have to wait too long for a table. Waiting for orders and meals is time-consuming. It tastes good. I ate the pho and drank a bowl of soup. However, after eating 2/3 of the way, I found that there were nails and tentacles in the pho (Picture 5). The clerk offered to waive the cost of the pho, but I felt nauseated...

I visited because I was craving soup. The atmosphere and service were good. The person taking your order speaks English, and the food comes out quickly. But I can't recommend it... I ordered bunre and buncha spring rolls and had a drink, but the noodles came out all puffy, and although it wasn't cilantro, it had a strong herbal scent. The vegetables in Buncha were not in good condition and the quantity was small. However, the grilled pork came out thinly sliced, as if it were 5-gyeopsal, and the grilled meat was good without any smell. I ordered the spring roll with chicken, but it smelled, and the identity of the spring roll I was familiar with was lost due to the unknown herbal scent and the overwhelming proportion of noodles, but the peanut sauce that came with it was delicious, so I ate half of it. Overall, it wasn't the best I've ever tasted, and I think it would be difficult to revisit, even if it's because of the herbs.

Have a quick lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant Goc Phô... to eat something? Phô soup, of course, the national dish. It tastes very authentic, as I remember it from Vietnam. The long cooking time and the complex preparation justify the price, especially since the thin slices of beef fillet added at the end of the cooking time are of first-class quality.

The taste of the food is totally fine and not bad at all, but I don't think there's a guarantee of coming back. The ambience and atmosphere don't seem quite as inviting and lingering, a bit like a snack bar. I think the price of the food (lunch menu) is too much in terms of price/performance ratio. Quite a small restaurant with simple furniture. I found the food to be quite bland and that's why I'm not really enthusiastic about this place. The service was very friendly and nice, but I don't think I will come again.

A really good restaurant, we go there almost weekly. The food has never disappointed us. However, it is often so full that there are no seats left. At lunchtime (weekdays) you should go before or around 12 p.m., after that it becomes difficult. The waiting times depend on how busy it is. However, around 20 minutes should be planned.

Very tasty and super nice and competent staff. It is also clean, bright and modernly furnished. The location is also very central. Gladly again! Only the seating could be a little more comfortable.

Loved this place. It was packed with people on the Easter Day! Its very lovely! I went there alone and the severe suggested a few of us sooo travelers to dine in the same table. So, we did! It was such an amazing experience. We all loved the Pho we ordered. Tasted perfectly!

Well-frequented restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine. The dishes on offer are really very tasty, well portioned and reasonably priced. The homemade lemonades also taste good, but in my opinion they are overpriced. The staff is friendly. I would recommend reserving a seat if you plan to visit around lunchtime. I would be happy to stop by here again.

It's a nice restaurant near the Hauptwache/Zeil. The food tasted very good and was served quickly. The dishes were beautifully presented, the vegetables were fresh and the homemade lemonade was also very refreshing. The service is friendly. All in all a successful meal, we will be back.

Food was average, coming from Asians who often eat Vietnamese back in my own country. Service was….meh. Like dealing with zombies who are tired of their job.

I tend not to post such reviews, but unfortunately my experience was really negative. Firstly, I get sometimes you’re having a bad day, but the staff weren’t friendly, they weren’t rude, but not friendly. I have ordered summer rolls, they were very dry, despite of the good taste of meat, it was not enough to improve the whole experience. Second I had CÓM THIT XÁO XA OT, it was barely flavourful and cold! My rice, veggies and chicken were barely warm and more cold, I have told them kindly about it. They have took my plate and most likely heated in microwave, which was barely enough to heat the rice but not the whole dish, chicken and vegetables were still cold. I have refused to eat it tbh, cos it was not worth it. They have seen that I haven’t eaten any, but they have waited till I excused myself to the toilet to take the plates! My friend had an Ice Tee which was warm and tasted weirdly. Definitely it wasn’t their day, as I have heard other customers complaining about their drinks, as they weren’t cold. The funny thing, I was gonna pay for the things that I had, but the dish I have barely touched it. They were gonna substitute my drink order, but still make me pay for the food 😅. I have refused of course and happily paid for my drink and summer rolls. Again, I don’t know if it is always like this, or just today. However, I can’t really recommend it to my friends.

Four of us were there in the evening during the week without a reservation and got a table after about 20 minutes of waiting. Food - everyone ordered 3 courses, it was fantastic, everyone agreed. Reasonably priced for the taste and quantity. Ambience is rather mediocre, but a visit is worth it!

The food tastes very tasty and the atmosphere is very authentic. The service is friendly and helpful, the prices are not too expensive for the location. Unfortunately there are only a few chairs to lean on otherwise you sit on benches. The bacon is only available on weekends, which is a shame, but you can also find something else that tastes good.

A good noodle shop in an alley. Asians can come here to have a bowl of hot soup to warm their stomachs. The soup is not very salty and the beef is fresh. The noodles are delicious.

Best service staff I have met in Frankfurt, good is authentic, if you don’t like noodle can try their fried rice. I wish I have huge stomach to take their noodle and fried rice at the same time. (Visited in 2022, re-visit 2024)

The beef was definitely underdone and tough. The spring rolls were not up to expectations. It gets very busy here at lunchtime and you should definitely make a reservation in advance. The staff is very friendly.
