Needless to say, the food quality is great. Almost okay. Among the restaurants I've eaten at, it's average. Nothing is off the menu. The food has a subtle aroma. I went in the afternoon and it was great. Eh. If you're passing by, it's worth stopping by. Clean until the end. Worth the time. Full marks, 4.

Friendly service and the chicken noodle dish (27) that I had was tasty. The only downside was the cold air draft through the restaurant's with the windows at the top being open. They keep it open due to the kitchen, but the soft continuous cold draft on one detracted from the experience with the added risk of getting sick.

I used to go there often because it was delicious. But every time I go, the service is terrible. Now that I know about the unethical behavior of the restaurant's owners, I feel guilty and don't go anymore.

The food was delicious. I highly recommend the beef pho, but the vegetarian version with tofu is just as good. There are plenty of fresh herbs available as a side dish. I was also recommended dishes number 9 and 10. Apparently, you don't find these authentic Vietnamese dishes in many Frankfurt restaurants. Since the restaurant is very popular, you should definitely make a reservation.

The three of us spontaneously went there for dinner, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious and the portions were huge. You're guaranteed to go home full. The service was very friendly and attentive; there were only three of us at a table for two, and we were notified as soon as a larger table became available. Tip: It's best to make a reservation well in advance if you want to secure a spot. We didn't wait long without a reservation (Saturday, 6 p.m.). And beware: the restaurant has two (separate) entrances with the same name and the same menu. So if one of the restaurants is full, you can simply go to the next door 😊

One of the best Pho Bo I’ve ever had! I discovered Góc Phố while visiting Frankfurt, and it was an absolute gem. The Pho Bo was incredibly flavorful — rich broth, tender beef, and perfectly balanced herbs. You can really taste the authenticity in every spoonful. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are kind and attentive. If you’re craving real Vietnamese comfort food in Frankfurt, this place is a must-visit!

The food was edible (similar to any snack bar in town, only cheaper!). The service was very poor. Shortly before 10 p.m., we were asked to eat faster because the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Afterward, there was neither a thank you nor a goodbye. I would never go there again!

We decided on this restaurant very spontaneously. Since we didn't have a reservation, I called and was told we could drop in, but to expect a 10-15 minute wait. We got a table right away. We ordered Pho Chay, and it was delicious. The lemonades are also highly recommended. As vegetarians, we would have appreciated it if the sauces had been labeled, as we only learned afterward that one of them wasn't vegetarian. The ambiance could have been a bit nicer, as it was very loud and you had to raise your voice to be able to carry on a conversation. You can sit both outside and inside, but there aren't many seats inside. Additionally, we sat at a window table with benches, and since there were people sitting both at the table and the table behind us, it was a bit difficult to sit down, and it was quite cramped. The light in the women's restroom wasn't working properly; it went out three times and you had to move a little for it to come back on.

One of the best food I had in Germany Their Pho is really authentic

Tasty broth, large tender slices of beef! Also enjoyed the fried spring rolls.. They had a drink with a cucumber roll in it, super refreshing..

The dishes are big! I came there with my vietnamese friend and she said the dishes were quite authentic! ✨ Probably not the best taste you can find, but still really delicious! We were eating outside, everything was nice, but unfortunately we didn't have extra sause. You know, there are usually these small stands, which are placed on every table, with some extra sauce, e.g. Sojasause. So, there was none. First, we just thought that this restaurant doesn't offer these extra products, but actually they did! We saw it when we were already finished with food. Why the waiters didn't place it on our table in the first place – is a mystery haha Anyway, the overall experience was good there. We had loads of fun! However, the toilets are not in the best condition, if that matters to you :)

I went here for lunch and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The waiter with glasses was unbelievably rude – he slammed my drink on the table without saying a single word and completely ignored us for the rest of the meal. Not once did he bother to check if everything was okay. Absolutely pathetic service. This place doesn’t deserve a second chance, and I’ll make sure others know how awful it is.

The restaurant has great food and decent service, but the state of it's bathroom during my last visit left me disgusted and shocked. The experience of dining in extends to the bathrooms as well, so I don't understand how a well known restaurant can leave it's bathroom like this. This kind of neglect should be noted as it speaks about the hygiene standards of the staff as well.

The food is always very good. My first visit was in 2019, and service was normal back then. I visited the restaurant last month. No one greeted us. No one greeted us for 20 minutes. We finally got a table, but they said we had to sit with other customers, even though they had other tables. While we were eating, there was sriracha sauce on the table. We still needed the sauce, but the waitress wanted to take it away, even though we said we still needed it. We also wanted to pay, but they never came for ages. I didn't order a drink. I took tiny sips from my bottle from the backpack because we had already eaten, and we wanted to pay, but no one came for 20 minutes. But immediately after I took a sip from my bottle, the waitress complained that I wasn't allowed to drink it. Overall, very, very poor service.

Hours say they’re open but they’re not. When we were standing at the front door, a man literally came to the door to make sure it was locked and didn’t even address us or tell us they were closed. Rude.

Friday night business was booming! The restaurant was bright, cozy, and beautifully decorated. But on such a hot day, it honestly felt like a furnace inside 🥲. I ordered the spring rolls and spicy pho — the portions were huge, the beef was super tender, and the broth was rich and flavorful. But the real star was the spring rolls! Paired with the rice noodles inside and the fish sauce, they were absolutely delicious!

This is my favorite restaurant! They have the absolute best phở noodle soup, always served with fresh vegetables. They also have a huge selection of homemade drinks, matcha, and fresh summer rolls, all of which I can highly recommend. Although it's always quite busy, you get your order within 10 minutes. The value for money is simply wonderful, and I will definitely be back :-).

Very bad experience at Goc Pho! An older waitress was extremely rude and treated us disrespectfully and rudely from start to finish. She simply slammed the menu into my hand and told me to "wait!" in a harsh tone. It felt like guests weren't welcome there. I've never experienced anything like this before – absolutely disappointing and disrespectful! Never again!

I ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and, halfway through my meal, found a hair in the meat. Naturally, the main course didn't taste as good afterward. This time, unfortunately, 2/5

disappointing. Vegans and vegetarians beware. I came for the supposedly vegan pho but was told upon inquiry that this dish in fact had beef broth. I was a bit hangry at this point, but was met with a sneer when I remarked that they should at least cover the vegan symbol next to the dish on the menu. I was too hungry to go somewhere else and ordered bun tofu instead, which had zero liquid. Maybe there are different versions, this was plain boring. The place was pretty busy, and apparently other people liked their food, maybe I was just unlucky. In any case, I hope they either change the menu or the ingredients before they advertise something as vegetarian or vegan again that is clearly not.

Dessert is delicious. The soufflé is also delicious, a bit too sweet, but reasonably priced.

Mega delicious food at a good price

Goc Pho is a solid choice if you're craving Vietnamese food in Frankfurt. The pleasant tables inside and outside are particularly appealing, inviting even on warmer days. The food arrived very quickly, making it ideal for a lunch break. The portions are generous and definitely filling. The lunch menu is highly recommended – good value for money and a good selection. My only minor criticism: the salad was unfortunately a bit stale on my visit. Otherwise, however, it was an overall positive experience.

I ordered the summer rolls with chicken and beef. The meat was a slice of sausage, presumably made from beef and chicken 😂.

The restaurant is small, but the decoration is quite Vietnamese and stylish. The food looks good, but the quality is just average. It is not very outstanding, but I think it is very rare to have normal Asian food in Germany. There are also special non-alcoholic drinks. It is a good choice for those who are tired of German and Western food.

Goc Pho offers an impressive and diverse menu, from fresh summer rolls to a wide variety of pho, fried rice, and curry dishes. While everything sounded delicious, we chose the Bún Bò Huế and Bún Riêu Cua—two dishes that are often hard to find done well. Goc Pho absolutely nailed the flavors. The Bún Bò Huế was bold, spicy, and tangy, beautifully balanced with fresh Vietnamese coriander and herbs. The Bún Riêu Cua was equally satisfying, with generous portions of tofu, tomatoes, crab, and meatballs. The broth was rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. To top it all off, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. A fantastic experience all around.

I absolutely don't understand the positive reviews. Dish 31 (fried chicken with rice and salad) was bland and tasteless—a complete disappointment for the price. I could have done better at home. Perhaps the soups are the only acceptable option, but I won't try it again. The service was some of the rudest I've ever experienced. Instead of considering my feedback, I was rudely dismissed. That's not how you treat guests! If you value good food and respectful treatment, you should go elsewhere.

Excellent authentic Vietnamese noodles

It's time to give a 5 star review again. The food here was unbelievably delicious. We had net spring rolls as a starter, which was a complete success. The only downside was that there weren't more of them, you could eat bucketfuls. Then there was wok-fried vegetables with tofu and rice, really simple but everything was excellent, the vegetables and the tofu, which is also excellent, was a pure treat. The sauce was the centerpiece, it was so extremely delicious. To finish off, dessert was black rice filled with mung beans, garnished with coconut sauce and vanilla ice cream. Never eaten anything like it before, but it certainly won't be the last time, I loved it. So in conclusion, eat here!!

From the go-to to the no-go Vietnamese restaurant. Service fluctuates greatly, from okay to bad and rude. Why did I still go there? Because the food is tasty, but I don't get full there anymore because the portions are too small for me. Hopefully, Goc Pho will regain its former glory and not rest on its laurels, because even Nokia went under at some point...

I wouldn't recommend the regular pho because I prefer the stronger broth (South Vietnam style). But the broth from fermented fish or so, was an interesting one! Taste was different and good.

Delicious!!! A sophisticated taste. I ordered my favorite bun cha in Hanoi. The spiciness is not included at the beginning to suit German tastes, so you can add seasoning to your liking. The meaty taste goes well with German cuisine, so I think it was the best choice. In Germany, the noodles are dipped in sauce, but this restaurant does not have much sauce, so it is more delicious if you pour it over the noodles and mix them together. The spring rolls are not cost-effective.

Tasty dishes! Friendly but I became was a bit disappointed when they charged 3 euro for a glass of tap water! Waitress said it was not normal tap water because it was filtered. I think it’s a bit too greedy. Should absolutely be free of charge. See you never! 🤓👋🏼

Delicious Vietnamese food in a beautiful old town location! We had fresh salads, aromatic summer rolls, and finished with Vietnamese coffee – sweet but very good. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, access is only via a staircase, but the interior is on the ground floor. We didn't notice whether vegetarian options were marked. We'd be happy to come back!
