My vegan pho tasted fantastic. The service was super nice, I have a crush now. I'll be back, of course for the food 🥘

We were there for lunch today and although the website says they serve lunch until 3 p.m., the kitchen was already closed at 2:30 p.m. We were still served. Some things were missing from the food, for example the coriander in the papaya salad and the vegan mince in the spring rolls. In addition, the BBQ pork was very, very dry. The service was awkward but tried hard. It's not very inviting inside either, especially the toilets were unkempt.

Excellent. 162 order multiple times, always incredible.

The ambience is really great and the food, simply delicious and really authentically Vietnamese. Everyone should try the menu here. And the service is very good and is always very nice.

Hello first of all, I was looking forward to a Vietnamese meal today. The restaurant is rather simply furnished from the outside and inside, but that doesn't say anything about the food. We were welcomed very nicely by a young waiter who also explained the menu to us in detail, so our highest praise goes here with 5 stars. The food came very quickly and was also super tasty. There were, what I noticed as a meat eater, a lot of vegan dishes, but that's totally okay for me. Unfortunately, I have to say at the end that the waitress definitely missed her job, was unfriendly, spoke lazily,... Everything was just too much for her and it didn't matter, a guest notices that straight away... yeah, what I should say.... The first impression was very good, but unfortunately it was marred by the ending and that's why these bad stars.

We were here for the first time when it reopened. Unfortunately, the menu has been greatly reduced over the years. Back then there was banh cuon and banh tom, bun rieu etc. These are a few dishes that were deleted. Very unfortunate.

It's very delicious. I really like it. Vietnamese food is more palatable than Thai food. It's strange. I recommend it.

"Not authentic and not tasty" food/drinks 1/5 (x2) The Banh xiao was only 1mm thick with nothing but a bunch of bean sprouts and onions covered in thick oil. The pork stripes were dry and tastes old. The staff came to "explain" the food and I remarked that in vietnam the pancakes we ate were much thicker and come together woth rice paper to roll it together with the herbes. Upon hearing that, she did not bring us rice paper or apologize that it was so thin. We ordered also one cocktail which was supposed to have Nep Moi and sirup in it. We didnt feel any alcohol, no concept, no balanced taste, just sugar on the tongue. price/performance 1/5 (x2) The pancake and cocktail were not at all worth 13 Euro each. Both, drink and food was overpriced and empty of the taste we loved so much during during our travel. service (4/5) There was a young and friendly boy but that can't save the food. atmosphere (3/5) OK total 1.5 -> 1 star

A little harder to find because it is away from Leipzig, but the restaurant is particularly recommended for vegetarians or vegans. There are seats on the street and more in the restaurant at the back. The selection is generous and delicious, and the vegan alternatives in particular are really successful.

The long drink with lemon and whiskey was very small and too sweet, the time between the starter and the main course was longer but ok, we waited a long time for the dessert, but it was very tasty.

Service not friendly. Food was delivered incorrectly even though we were the first and only guests at the time. Very, very expensive and not particularly innovative or tasteful. It's ok to redeem the Schlemmer voucher, but otherwise there are so many better, friendly and cheaper Vietnamese restaurants.

As a Vietnamese, the vietnamese food here is surprisingly amazing and fit for me. The staff is so friendly and helpful to me. Deserve 5 stars.

Mittagsmenu is very good, delicious and affordable. Recommended for work meals!

Unfortunately it was much better. The yellow curry with chicken was completely overcooked. Unfortunately there was no question as to whether everything was okay with the food.

Unfortunately, the fried rice with chicken for €13 on the lunch menu wasn't particularly good. The rice didn't look fried and the vegetables looked very ready-made (see picture). The chicken was breaded and fried, so it was fatty, which unfortunately wasn't at all clear from the menu description. When the waiter asked whether this was really fried rice, the answer was yes.

If I'm being completely honest, the pho soup really wasn't very tasty.

We've eaten here a few times and so far it's been ok, but unfortunately today's visit will be our last. The quality has become really bad. We ordered a dumpling soup filled with shrimp that was so bad we couldn't finish it. We also ordered rice with vegetables and tofu. The dish was blandly prepared with a few frozen peas and carrots. It's a shame that great Vietnamese cuisine is so poorly represented abroad.

A Vietnamese friend invited me to eat in this small and fine restaurant. A pretty interior welcomes guests. The young Vietnamese staff are very polite and work very hard and conscientiously. The dishes on offer are actually Vietnamese dishes, which differ from the offerings of other Asian restaurants. That's exactly what makes visiting a restaurant here special. In addition, the air is clean, so there is no smell of oil or grease. This way you can go home after a tasty meal without taking the intrusive smell into your wardrobe with you. The food is delicious but the staff service is not good even though they are Vietnamese

Simply recommended. Delicious. Nice and attentive staff.

Unfortunately, the visit was rather a disappointment because the predictions suggested otherwise. The waitresses were really nice and everything was fresh and quite edible. But the food was expensive and had very little taste. Spring rolls were few, very small, extremely expensive and bland. The papaya salad only came with very little fish sauce, otherwise it was completely devoid of anything. The vegan duck is misleading as a dish and also completely tasteless. It was actually just a large portion of stir-fried vegetables. You had to look for the “duck” (very few, wafer-thin, soft shreds of seitan). Lemongrass and other spices were not on the plate. The vegan Bun Bo Nam Bo was better (with tofu, spring rolls, and another meat alternative) but again the spices, salt and acid were missing. Ambience was modern, simple and unfortunately not very comfortable.

No beer on tap. Vegetables mushy, chicken meat with fat, skin, cartilage Food served in an unsightly bowl full of broth, at least I was given a plate when I requested it.

This was a very unpleasant dining experience. I ordered a beef pho, the total cost was 17.50 euros, when the bill came, there was a waitress with long hair, I gave the waitress 50 euros (the change should be 32.5 euros), the waitress gave me 22.5 euros, when I pointed it out, the waitress looked unhappy, which was disappointing. When the customer did not take the initiative to tip 10 euros, the waitress should not expect too much.

I went last night with a friend, the service is really good and the employees are really kind, but I don’t think the price (7€ for a starter and around 17-19€ for a main dish) is worth the taste.. I had stir fried veggies with vegan “duck”, and the quality of the ingredients wasn’t great.. bitter zucchini and the “duck” was not of my taste. My friend had a rice noodles soup that was also quite bland, while as a starter we had some spring rolls which were okay. I’m sorry cause I went with a good feeling and left disappointed. Shout out to the staff tho, who was really nice. Don’t think I’d go again, for that price you can have much better Vietnamese food in Frankfurt 🤷🏻‍♀️

We had dinner there last night - Spring rolls with minced meat: 3/10 = very greasy, soaked in oil & also average in taste. - Corn chicken soup with glass noodles: 7/10, the taste is quite good, but here too, oil was used in the soup. - Main course: Pasta salad with beef. Here too, like Vietnamese cuisine, this dish should generally be light. However, the dish was soaked in oil/fat. We returned this dish. The waiter then felt the strong need to explain to us five times that the dish was always prepared this way and asked if we wanted to take it with us. Well meant, but if we don't eat it in the restaurant, then we won't eat it at home either. - Crusty roast with rice: this dish was good, but my mood was in the dumps because of all the discussions and rather slow discussions Processing time for the other main course. The decor of the restaurant is very modern and minimalist, but the execution is not good, which is why it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The menu created in the coffee shop for 5 cents urgently needs to be revised. The price/performance ratio of the restaurant is poor and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. I cannot understand the very good reviews here for Maison de Ban in Bockenheim.

This was our first time eating Vietnamese food and we can definitely recommend it. The mix between boiled/fried and fresh ingredients was an enjoyable experience and super tasty. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the dishes...

Great restaurant with a simple but cozy design. The food is simply delicious. Bun Cha Hanoi is authentic like in the capital and the Pho Bo has a great aroma, so for me it's now number 1 when it comes to Pho Bo. Will be going back soon and trying some of the other dishes on offer.

If there was an extra asterisk that would be the candidate for it. Super tasty, animal-loving, courteous but not intrusive. Great and authentic Vietnamese food and drinks offer. Just great all around.

Maison de Ban serves delicious Vietnamese food, with the special feature of a large selection of vegan dishes. One of my favorite Vietnamese dishes, Bun Cha, is also available there in a meatless version. The meat alternatives really had a nice consistency and were very tasty. There is even an alternative for “fish sauce” so that even a non-vegan doesn’t miss anything.

Service was friendly, but unfortunately the food was less than outstanding. Summer rolls were ok, but the Bun Bo Hue soup was unfortunately completely bland and thin. This soup usually relies on a strong, flavorful broth. The herbs were also missing. My friend had a soup as a starter, which seemed to consist only of rice noodles. Conclusion: Not recommended. Anyone who is familiar with authentic Vietnamese cuisine will notice - beautiful location, high prices, but you don't get what is advertised and expected. Very unfortunate.

We met here with a group of 6 people and 3 barometer books. The restaurant is easy to reach by subway. It is located on a side street off Leipziger Straße. The restaurant is divided into a front and back area. The map is quite clear. We tilled across the bed. I had the summer rolls with shrimps (Goi Cuon Tom) for EUR 7.50, which I was super disappointed with. They were completely tasteless... Even the sauce didn't really help. I know them as more of a flavor explosion with the herbs that are wrapped in them... What a shame. For the main course I had the combination plate with BBQ pork, roast pork, cucumbers, tomatoes, jasmine rice and fish sauce (Com Heo Quay Xa Xiu) for EUR 19.50. The taste was okay, but it didn't really convince me. The food is brought to the table on a trolley, somewhat reminiscent of an in-store restaurant. The others had the spring rolls, the papaya salad, pho, lukewarm glass noodle salad... It was generally ok, but I really missed the variety of herbs that make up Vietnamese cuisine.

Very good Vietnamese cuisine. Clear, fine menu. Large selection of vegetarian dishes. The service staff is great, nice, advises and recommends. My curry dish with tofu and fresh vegetables was hot, spicy, outstanding. Thank you for an absolutely lovely evening at Maison Ban. ✨

Spontaneously got a spot on a Friday evening. Very polite and positively reserved service. Incredibly delicious bao buns with delicious fillings. Portion didn't look very big at first glance, but it was very filling. The dough/bun in particular was outstanding. We would love to come back, also to try the banh mi's at lunchtime. See you soon!

We were warmly welcomed, served and said goodbye; We enjoyed the freshly prepared dishes and enjoyed them. The bill was also moderate. We are completely satisfied. P.S.: After several satisfied visits, it was no longer true last Friday. A pity!

Overall, a nice restaurant with authentic cuisine, but I think the prices are a bit high. The service is very nice. Personally, I find the homemade lemonades to be too sweet. That day I tried the PhoBo soup and summer rolls with shrimp. The food tasted good, but I wasn't particularly impressed.

The food is fantastic!! We had to wait a bit - despite having a reservation, but that's forgivable on Valentine's Day. As a Valentine's Day special there was a small chocolate dessert on the house! We will definitely come back and were very happy after the meal.

We've been eating or picking up something here for years. The food is delicious. We just wanted to eat there again after a long time, but with two three-year-old children. After other guests threw us out in a very unfriendly manner (even though the children really weren't too loud), I would have liked the staff to also support the youngest guests. Unfortunately they don't. So we left… without eating etc. unfortunately the wrong place to eat with children. Not recommendable

Essen schon recht lecker, aber 2x haben wir beide es nicht so gut vertragen, das wäre schon ein komischer Zufall.

Toller Abend, in einem tollen Lokal mit sehr nettem und freundschaftlichem Personal. Der vegan Stammtisch Frankfurt hatte hier vor einigen Tagen mit ca. 38 Personen einen tollen Abend. Das Lokal liegt in einer ruhigeren Straße und es ist wirklich viel Platz im Lokal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Besitzerin und Ihr Sohn machen einen tollen Job uns sind sehr symphytisch, man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden, absolute Empfehlung. Da wir alle vegan essen aber keiner so recht wusste, was besser ist die vegane Ente oder die Streifen, war wie Chefin so lieb und hat für alle mehrere Probierteller rausgegeben, so das jeder mal kosten durfte, das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Die vegane Karte ist sehr ordentlich und es sollen auch noch Gerichte hinzu kommen. Wir hatten viele Vorspeisen, alles sehr sehr toll aus und soweit ich weis schmeckte auch alles sehr gut und authentisch. Ich hatte den Papaya Salat, welche schön frisch und lecker war. Im Anschluss hatte ich die Ente in Chili Soße und war begeistert. Portionen sind angemessen, Speisen sehr lecker und alle bekamen recht zügig Ihre Gerichte, ist bei einer solch großen Gruppe natürlich nicht einfach. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen leckeren Nachtisch aufs Haus. Hunde sind übrigens auch sehr willkommen. Also, ich und auch die anderen haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und es wird definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch bleiben. Wirklich toller Laden, absolute Empfehlung. Und bitte bedenkt immer, hier arbeiten MENSCHEN, nicht immer läuft alles perfekt, aber es kommt immer darauf an, wie man damit umgeht. Seid immer Freundlich und ihr werdet ebenso behandelt.

Leckeres vietnamesisches Essen, aber wie ich finde weniger authentisch (eher europäisch). Beim Bun habe ich mir die Kräuter (Minze und Koriander) nachbestellt, weil kaum welche auf dem Teller waren. Das Rindfleisch ist dafür sehr lecker gewürzt. Für das Essen fand ich die Preise etwas zu hoch. Der Lieblings-Vietnamese einer Freundin, aber meiner wird es leider nicht.

Sehr gutes vietnamesisches Essen mit vielen Klassikern. Das Serviceteam ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilft gerne bei Fragen. Zwischen den Theken durch gibt es einen zweiten Gastraum.

Wow echt mega Pho Suppe. Geschmacklich wirklich die beste Suppe seit langem . War direkt weit Tage hintereinander dort.Nette Location, nicht ganz günstig , guter Service .

Leider enttäuschend. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen haben wir das Restaurant mit großen Erwartungen besucht. Die Gerichte machten den Eindruck, dass sie in großen Mengen vorbereitet werden und dann bei Bestellung auf die Teller verteilt werden. Dies würde ich bei einem Imbiss erwarten, aber nicht in einem Restaurant. Wir gehen oft vietnamesisch und auch thailändisch essen. Diese Gerichte hier wirkten keineswegs frisch und individuell zubereitet. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind top, aber für die Preise die aufgerufen werden war es geschmacklich eine herbe Enttäuschung.

Sehr authentisches Essen, wir waren super zufrieden. Die Preise sind gefühlt etwas höher, dafür stimmen aber auch die Portionen. Viele vegane Gerichte, also auch für Veganer sehr gut geeignet. Teilweise etwas unaufgeräumte Atmosphäre, das Essen und Service macht das aber wett 😉

Aunthentic Vietnamese food in Frankfurt with great service !

Nach der Suche nach veganer Ente haben wir bei google dieses Restaurant gefunden und unser erste vegane Ente haben wir probiert und sind hier geblieben: Geschmack und Menüabstimmung passt, genauso passen sehr gut die veganen Frühlingsrollen, welche vom Geschmack verzaubern bzw. denkt man die müssen selbst gemacht sein. Die Bedienung hört zu und kann die Gerichte ändern wenn man z.b. kein Chili mag oder kein Eis in selbstgemachten Limonande vertragen kann. Daher waren wir hier schon öfters. Einziger Minuspunkt, keine Parkplätze für die Menschen, die hier anreisen, weil sie weiterweg wohnen.

Nette Bedienung. Sehr authenthisches vietnamesisches Essen.

Wir saßen da (15 Personen) im hinteren Teil des Restaurants und es war sehr geräumig. Leckeres Essen, herzliche Gastfreundschaft und exzellenter Service. (Die Toiletten waren übrigens auch sehr sauber!!!)

Noch immer mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant der vietnamesisches Küche in FFM - egal ob Business Lunch oder Date Dinner

Wir haben zu zweit von der Mittagskarte die NR 2, COM CA RI GA und NR 3, COM CA RI BO gegessen. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, wir waren begeistert. Gerne wieder!

Super Restaurant mit extrem leckerem Essen und einer top veganen Auswahl. Klare Empfehlung: Nr. 10 BUN TRON CHAY, ein Reisnudelsalat mit Zitronengras-Seitan. Der Service ist super, die Leute extrem nett!

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in ffm

Das Restaurant hat recht viel Platz nach hinten. Wir haben spontan 18 Uhr einen Platz bekommen. Für das Essen haben wir etwas warten müssen, aber dafür war es top und die Portionen sind groß. Im Schnitt lagen wir bei 15€ Gericht + 5€ Getränk.

Richtig köstliche Pho, werde definitiv wieder kommen

First of all: great service, nice ambiente, good dishes. Pricing was also alright. Drinks and food are authentic. I do think however that the choice of dish for the soup noodles is a bit disadvantageous for eating (but that's subjective as I prefer slightly deeper bowls), and felt a bit little noodles in the soup.

Alles hat gestimmt: authentisches, sehr leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung, sehr zuvorkommend … ich hatte mein Weinglas umgestoßen und bekam unaufgefordert ein volles Glas geschenkt … ein Essen wurde unsererseits falsch bestellt und die nette Bedienung bot und an es umzuändern … ich habe selten so einen zuvorkommenden Service erlebt! Davon abgesehen waren alle 5 Gäste von den geschmacklich hervorragenden Speisen begeistert! Wir werden wiederkomnen!

Good food but the Service and the ambience needs attention

So tasty…! Everything was authentic, fresh and delicious. Ban Xeo was really great, Bun Bo Hue was also delicious. The combination teller with pork belly and beef was also really good. All the food tasted clean and authentic. I will definitely go back. 😋

Das Essen war super, wir haben zwei Suppen und eine Vorspeise bestellt. Mann merkt das die Zutaten frisch und hochwertig sind. Personal war sehr nett 👍 werde gerne wieder kommen 😍

Essen war einfach nur schlecht! Service Mitarbeiter hat nett nachgefragt ob das geschmeckt hat und bei kaum gegessenen Speisen ist wohl die Sache klar. Das wurde auch von uns direkt gesagt. Wir haben auch die Antworten auf kritischen Bewertungen von Geschäftsführung gelesen, und so tun das nur unserer Geschmack nicht getroffen wurde oder Argumentation das der Laden von anderen Besuchern gut bewertet wurde können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Schließlich wahren wir dort wegen guten Bewertungen und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Und ja wir gehen gerne und oft Vietnamesisch essen und werden gerne für gute Qualität auch mehr zahlen, unseren Meinung nach stimmt hier Pressleistung Verhältnis nicht.

Was ein Fest! Tolles vietnamesisches Restaurant mit außerordentlich liebenswertem und aufmerksamem Service. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Sommerrollen mit Garnelen und einen Mangosalat. Zur Hauptspeise hatten wir Auberginen mit Tofu, Okraschoten und Kräutersaitlingen und einen gemischten Teller mit Char Siu und Crispy Pork. Wir sind begeistert! Es ist unser erstes Mal, aber sicher nicht das letzte!
