Enjoy a delicious meal and then go shopping

Today I was at Globus in Kaiserslautern with a friend. We wanted to eat a currywurst, which we were happy with. Firstly, the beef sausage was already overcooked, like it had been fried to death three times. Secondly, the curry sauce was actually just warmed up. The ketchup didn't taste good at all and was a bit sour. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this currywurst to anyone, and I won't eat there again. I'll simply avoid Globus in the future because for €14, you expect a bit more than just warmed-up ketchup.

I was probably too late for the wok meal. It was in the warming container at 4 p.m. Everything was overcooked, cold, and no longer tasty. €9.90 for garbage... Food seems to only be available at lunchtime... Burger was freshly prepared. Very tasty and great flavor. 100% recommended. Friendly staff. And for €9.90 with a 0.3 l drink, it was really great. Super filling...

You can't complain about the value for money. The dishes are freshly prepared during peak times and are served very hot. You can also come at odd hours and even get freshly cooked food if you need it. For a supermarket restaurant, it's really good; there are always changing daily and weekly specials.

It can't be that I ask for beef meatloaf (pure beef) the third time and they tell me they only have pork...

We had breakfast for the second time, it was very tasty, the selection of sausages and cheese was large, there was also muesli and much more. The price per breakfast with hot drink is also reasonable. We would have breakfast there again at any time.

We bought a delicious half-house sausage for €4.60 and a Mettbrötchen (a German sausage roll) for €1.40 to go. The staff was very friendly. Free parking on site. 😃 👍

Today I was looking forward to the sesame-coated fish with potato and cucumber salad. Well, the cucumbers were nowhere to be found, and the fish was deader than dead. That's not acceptable. I think the restaurant is getting worse and worse. Take a leaf out of the book at furniture stores; you can really eat well there. It's better to charge a little more, but then do it well.

It's been a long time since we've been to a Globus restaurant, and it will be a very long time, if ever, before we go again. The Jägerschnitzel was abysmal; the worst sauce we've ever eaten. The staff aren't trained in allergens; when we asked if the fries were gluten-free, we were initially just stared at. The lady didn't know what it was, but tried to inquire, but received no answer. When I asked where we could check for allergens, a colleague of the first lady replied, "Nowhere here," that it must be done in the kitchen. But he assumes the fries aren't gluten-free because they have a "coating." Thanks for nothing, I saved the money for my lunch! If they don't train the staff, then the allergens should be clearly listed next to the dishes, like in all other restaurants, and the list should be kept openly accessible!

The food is good, better than at other restaurants in this chain. The fries are tastier (they're not as dry as elsewhere). The meat is okay, as is the sauce. It was quite busy, but there are plenty of places to sit and eat. Some are self-service. There's a large salad buffet.

For the same price, one customer receives a very small portion, while another receives a huge portion. Today, they served spit roast. The customer in front of me at the counter received four large pieces of meat with a generous portion of spaetzle. The customer next to me received only two pieces of meat and a tiny portion of spaetzle. When asked about this, The Bancroft reacted brusquely. They generally only serve two pieces of meat. The customer is being taken for a fool. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident and has happened many times before.

We often go for breakfast, the selection is plentiful and good. Breakfast prices have become more expensive, which is "normal" these days. We'll definitely be full and go out for breakfast again.

So two stars are actually too many because some of the employees are very friendly. I will rate it with two stars. Had a Labberknopp with sauerkraut and stambes. So the sauerkraut was an absolute disgrace, the sauce tasted like something I had eaten before.

Without much expectation, we ordered the burger menu on the grill. During the preparation, we noticed the super cheerful (tattooed) chef who prepared our burgers with fun at work and love for food. We were extremely excited to see what the burger would taste like! What can I say, give the man a medal!!! One of the best burgers I've ever eaten!!! If I had to choose between Kuhlmanns or the burger here in the future, I would always go to Globus!!!!

I've been eating breakfast here every Tuesday for over 10 years. Excellent food court. Plenty of varied foods available.

Well, I actually really enjoy going out to eat here and have always been satisfied on average. But today the food was a disgrace. Beef strips on basmati rice for over €10. I had exactly 3 strips of meat, my husband 3 and a half. When asked where the meat was, the response was a shrug of the shoulders. It's a shame, today I was really disappointed and a bit ripped off.

Paprika schnitzel was already old and had a lot of tendons. Paprika sauce was more cold than warm. Fries Tasteless, even though I added seasoning. For almost 10 euros I expect better quality. I left half the plate

The food is great, but the employees are usually in a bad mood

Worst experience ever, when looking at the sign steak please close your eyes and walk away. Had to wait 20 minutes for a very baked through tough piece of.. meat? Cook forgot our other order of hamburger but we declined and chose for the (quicker available) schnitzel. That also was a disaster as it was tough old meat with alot of curry spices??? To be avoided, at least with the staff of today!

Stay away from here! The female chef that was preparing the rumpsteak today looked very bored and was very slow. We ordered a medium rare steak and it looked like she didn't even wanted to cook it. She kept walking away from the grill to do other side jobs and when my steak was served to me it turned out to be very well done instead of medium rare (or at least medium). The meat was very dry and disgusting. Wouldn't order here again when she is working here. There was no point in going back for another steak as we feared it would be the same bad experience. Also the chef was very rude and she completely seemed to have forgotten to also prepare the order for my boyfriend, while we stated our order very clearly and she repeated the order correctly at that time. My boyfriend opted to eat something else instead of waiting for a dish that would be a disappointment as well... Lady at the checkout was very nice though. And the other staff didn't seem that bad...

I wasn't impressed with this place, I didn't find anything nice, it had breakfast for itself.

Unfortunately I only give one star for the food. Today my son and I had a gypsy schnitzel with fries and a crispy chicken schnitzel with fries. We were there at 2 p.m....now it's 9:00 p.m. and the fat is still bothering me...the taste was better too, I think! Of course you can't complain about the prices in the canteen, but as a loving and passionate hobby cook, I can immediately taste old fat... That's not possible! Today was the last time we ate there!

Waren mal wieder hier zum Essen. Leider sind die Gerichte lieblos auf den Teller gelegt und das Fleisch nicht durch. Beim Reklamieren (OTon: schon wieder) einfach abgetan als das muss so sein( kein Steak). Einfach stehe gelassen worden. Als frau den Tisch, der verdreckt war, da niemand sich zuständig fühlte, selbst reinigte wird sie auch noch von der Kassiererin schnippisch angegangen bzgl. der Utensilien. Alles in allem: Unfreundliches Personal, Esssen nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

War nicht so gut wie vorher entweder Marmelade oder Wurst und Käse das ist nicht gut weil bei soviel Marmelade wird viel Zuviel weggeworfen Das muss kombiniert werden

Habe dort einen frischen Hamburger von einem netter Italiener gegrillt gegessen. Wirklich lecker, das Fleisch war perfekt gegrillt! Außerdem würzte er den Salat mit Zitrone und anderen Zutaten, die er mir selbst empfohlen hatte. Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Burger gegessen. Besser als die anderen Male, die ich dort gegessen habe

Pizza is delicious. It's my kids favorite.

Geh ganz gerne mal dahin. Alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen werden sehr gut eingehalten.

Mir gefällt es im Globus weil ich das Infektionsrisiko dort für sehr gering halte. In der Cafeteria sowie im Laden. PERSONAL SUPER NETT

Freundliche Angestellte und gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Irgendwie immer mehr demotivierte Angestellte die Lustlos ein Essen zubereiten oder herausgeben .Schade das der Gast nicht als solcher behandelt wird und man sich um ihn kümmert. Systemgastronomie sieht 2020 anders aus , daher sollte das Unternehmen die Angestellten schulen und investieren auch u.a. in Fachpersonal.

Sehr zufrieden.Toiletten könnten gepflegter sein.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichlich. Mein Tipp, Donnerstags gibt es Spare Ribs. Einfach nur super lecker.

Sehr gutes und billiges Frühstück

Ich gehe schon seit x Jahren immer wenn ich was in Kaiserslautern zu erledigen habe in den Globus ich kaufe dann eine Kleinigkeit ein und esse jedes mal da,preislich für frisches Essen ist echt unschlagbar,wenn man bedenkt das Burger mit Pommes und Getränk 6€,also ich gehe nicht nur weil es billig ist sondern weil die Qualität stimmt,warum ich allerdings nur 3 Sterne gebe ist, und man mag Jetzt sagen das es halt zur Mittagszeit stressig ist aber die Tische waren so verdrecjt mit essen,an einem Tisch war irgendwas verschmiert,die Leute haben vor dem Essen selbst die Tische sauber gemacht,also ich bin der Meinung dann muss halt mittags nur einer da sein für die sauberkeit,es geht nicht mal darum dass das Auge mit isst,sondern es geht hier auch um Hygiene. Wie gesagt ich verstehe den Stress mittags aber das muss echt mal zu Herzen genommen werden,ich werde natürlich auch weiterhin einkehren

Sehr große Auswahl. Großes Restaurant, höfliches Personal. Wok Gericht, usw. frisch zubereitet.

Preis/ Leistung unschlagbar. Atmosphäre bei diesem Ambiente geschmackssache... Halt kein Restaurant was man darunter versteht, dafür aber für diesen Preis ein tolles Angebot und schmeckt

Ordentliches Essen für einen fairen Preis

Die Burger im Restaurant waren leider nicht so mein Geschmack aber preislich ok.

Jedzenie raczej podłe... W restauracji. Bez smaku typowa barówka niemiecka z sosami o smaku wyżymanej ścieki. Przy tasiemcu można go nakarmić, chociaż może być niezadowolony. Ogólne wrażenie raczej średnio niedobre przy naszych świątyniach zakupowych wypada raczej blado.

Essen war gut und reichhaltig. Das Frühstück ist sehr günstig und vielseitig.

Guter laden ..... Donnerstag 's muss man die rippchen probieren und alles nicht teuer ..... zu erwähnen wären da auch noch Hamburger klasse sach

Soweit ok Restaurant sauber Bitte könnten besser sein und auch Bessere auswahl an essen

Meine Kinder lieben den Townburger mit Pommes und einer Cola zu einem guten Preis von rund 6 Euro und werden auch satt dabei.
