Came for lunch, service was fast, food was excellent and in perfect location near Rosenheimer Platz Station. Must try! Had the croquettes, truffle pasta and tiramisu. Legit experience

I spontaneously went for dinner there yesterday and must say I’m disappointed! As a vegan the only main dish they could make me was pasta with tomato sauce. Literally. I asked whether they can add some mushrooms or veggies perhaps or at least some olives. They said it’s not possible and frankly I didn’t understand why. The portion was okay, but the taste underwhelming even for just a tomato sauce. The service was okay and the interior design stood out and probably attracts most customers for their instagram posts. Another point I have to mention is that the toilets were not up to the standard they try to be, they were dirty, no hangers for your handbag or jacket, the soap was basically empty and no pump, no paper towels, very small and squished for a female bathroom. I am sorry to give this honest review but I really was disappointed after expecting much more (reading the overall really good reviews!)

No, it was a complete flop, and I don't understand all the good reviews that come in every day. I don't usually give reviews at all, or I'm tolerant sometimes. But pasta with tomato sauce, some pasta with a little truffle, 3 Aperol, and 2 desserts for €88 is a joke. The food was rather average, and for dessert, they came seriously and served me 3 small strips "live" on my plate. A mini portion, and they weren't allowed to give more... Simply ridiculous. I have to say, you're much better off at Lostetia for everything, even if it's a franchise. Otherwise, Fugazzi or lo Studente in Schwabing. If you want vegan, Dr. Drooley is the place to be for pizza. Overall, there are enough alternatives, and for around €100, I eat like a king at Cochichina, from the service to the food. This place is simply embarrassing in the way it's run, and according to my friend, the restrooms weren't even stocked with soap, and as you can see from the pictures, they were only moderately clean. If the service had at least been somewhat friendly and helpful, it would have been okay, but you can tell the waiters are rather stressed and seem to be under pressure and are being hired for cheap, but there's no focus on hospitality.

The food was nice. The atmosphere was also special, but unfortunately, the waiters were not very polite and nice, especially when my new guests arrived. The chairs in this restaurant a placed very near to eachother and knowing if my new guests arrive to seat on the free seats of our table we would have been very near to our neighbor's table I asked the neighbor table if they had any problem with my guests sitting there, and they were okay, but then the waiter impolitly made us leave our table. Lastly, they charged a bottle of 24 Euro wine 65 Euros.

I can happily recommend it! We visited the restaurant today and enjoyed coffee and cake. Augusto served us impressively – thank you for the professional service! The restaurant and the entire team are very friendly. And the tiramisu – simply fantastic! It was the first time in my life that I've eaten such a delicious tiramisu!

A somewhat different pizzeria, both visually and culinary-wise. We find the pizzas there incredibly delicious, especially thanks to the long-risen dough and the somewhat more unusual toppings. The classic pizzas are nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, the classic side salad that one would want with their pizza is also nowhere to be found. The smaller salads they do offer are quite unusual and don't really serve the purpose. Generous truffle dishes. Some cocktails could use a bit less ice. The entire interior is a work of art with colorful walls, accessories, and mirrors—you have to like it; the restroom is an infinity room. Service was consistently excellent. The only negative points: zero flexibility regarding special requests, substitutions, etc. of ingredients, and the buffalo mozzarella, which is almost always a little questionable. It didn't detract from my two previous enjoyable visits there; I'd be happy to return.

The pizzas were delicious and reasonably priced, the risotto was average, and the tiramisu was very creamy and expensive... €9, so that's a rip-off. The water was €7.50... no comments. The waiter was nice, although he had preference over another table of Italians and swapped our salt shaker for his own, since it was different, and I wouldn't go back 🤷🏽.

An elegant restaurant with a different style, indoor seating and seating in a beautiful garden. The service is fast, the staff are nice, and the dishes are delicious and varied. You must make a reservation in advance.

Walked to this place from the hotel. Got told on the phone we could get a table for 4.....but No. When we got there we were put into a waiting queue and waited 10 min and nothing happened so....we left to L'Osteria...

The “famous trüffel pasta” was so bland. I was very disappointed. For 23 euros, I think it was horrible, and not enough. The place is hyped because of its carpet floor and wallpapers, the rest is extremly mediocre.

Very nice evening and delicious food. Restaurant from the Big Mamma chain, so always a great promise in both the dishes and the decor. Adorable Italian server. I'm not giving 5 stars just because of the price, which I find high, compared to the quantities. Obviously, go take a look at the restrooms!

Everything about this place absolutely amazed me. The food was definitely 10/10. I ordered pasta and I have to say it was DELICIOUS. It's hard to come across such a perfect dish but this was it. The cocktails were really good, and even simple drinks like lemonade were great and beautifully presented. The decor in the restaurant is very colourful and floral, yet still looks fancy and beautiful. Even the design in the toilets is super cool and fun. If you're around this area, you should 100% check it out. However, I do recommend making a reservation since it can get super busy.

Excellent service and amazing food! I visited in 2023 and have been eager to come back ever since! So glad we had an overnight layover in Munich just so I could stop by! This restaurant might just be my favorite of all time! Thank you again for an excellent dining experience!

Emiliano was a great waiter and his knowledge of the Scottish premier league was impeccable.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome and poorly treated, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience among many Arab guests. Such behavior comes across as discriminatory and completely unacceptable. A restaurant should always maintain a neutral and welcoming attitude toward all customers, regardless of nationality or religion. After all, every guest is there to enjoy a meal and is contributing to the restaurant’s success. Respect and hospitality should be the standard for every customer, and sadly, this was far from what we experienced here.

I’m deeply disappointed and shocked by the treatment we received at this restaurant. As soon as we arrived, the lady at the entrance stopped us and claimed the restaurant was full. However, right in front of us, we saw several people being allowed in without hesitation. It quickly became clear that we were being judged based on our appearance and background. As Arabs, we were not welcomed and were treated with clear disrespect. Sadly, after reading previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue at this place they appear to discriminate against guests based on their ethnicity or perceived background. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a public hospitality setting. No one should ever be made to feel unwelcome or less-than because of who they are. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate actions are taken to ensure others don’t experience the same discrimination.

The ambiance is truly special – stylish and perfectly staged. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The food, however, couldn't quite keep up: solid, but a bit generic. You can tell that the experience and the social media factor are the priority. The restroom – more of a photo opportunity than a functional space, unfortunately disappointing in terms of hygiene. Overall, though, we had a really nice evening with friends! The food, however, was rather average (+ chipped plates).

All style with no substance. The interiors of the restaurant are lovely and the staff were attentive. However, the food is poor quality. We had to send a pasta dish back because of how salty it was. The pizza was ok. I'd recommend skipping dinner here and just having drinks instead.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten. Not good value for money. In an Italian restaurant, I expect a €22 pizza to be high quality and taste good, which unfortunately wasn't the case. I wanted to, but I didn't succeed! Once, and no more.

The ambiance? Absolutely amazing. Stylish, well-thought-out, simply an experience in itself. The food was delicious—no question—but didn't quite live up to the impressive decor. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit cold, but hey: The super friendly, charming service, and all the loving details (just the dishes and the toilet!) more than make up for it. Definitely worth a visit!

Last year, every dish was enchanting: every bite offered an explosion of flavors. This year, unfortunately, the magic is no longer there. The taste quality has declined significantly, while the prices have remained unchanged; it's now too expensive for what it is. The dining experience has become trivialized, to the point of becoming downright ordinary. I don't know if this is due to a change in recipes or dishes, but it simply shouldn't be happening. We tried the carbonara, a tomato dish, and pistachio ravioli: none of them really impressed. The focaccia starter was dry and uninteresting. The French management team urgently needs to take action to restore the restaurant to its former glory. Today, it has become basic... To the point that we left without dessert or coffee, unwilling to spend another cent. It’s a shame, because the Italian squadra – the team that provides the service – remains as charming and welcoming as ever.

Very disappointing experience. The reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We drove 45 minutes based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, we were met with hostility right at the door. It left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely not worth the trip—would strongly advise others to avoid.

Over €100 for two and still not feeling full – that shouldn't happen at a real Italian restaurant, and certainly not at a trattoria. From the moment you walk in, you immediately sense the hectic pace of the service. Everything has to happen quickly to serve as many guests as possible, like an assembly line. After our meal, we were clearly signaled to please vacate the table promptly. The location: 9.9/10. However, the illuminated tables are too high for the seating – you feel like a child at an adult's table. Overall, the place feels more like a stylish Instagram spot than a restaurant where you can eat in peace and enjoy your meal. The food: At an Italian restaurant, I expect olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper at the table – unfortunately, none of that was the case here. The food tasted good, but not exceptional. We had the truffle pasta and linguine with scampi once. The portion sizes were simply ridiculously small in relation to the price. For dessert, we had ice cream, espresso, and "dolci all inclusive." Overall, it was okay – except for the tiramisu. I honestly missed that, as it consisted almost entirely of foam. We ultimately left the restaurant with €110 less in our pockets – and still hungry. And no: We're not extreme eaters, just two very athletic people.

I was told this restaurant was unique so I made a lunch reservation. I'm glad I did. The decor and vibe is quite unique. The ceiling is mirrored which makes it look larger than it is. My server, Emiliano, was super friendly, attentive, and a Boston Celtics fan. The staff speaks multiple languages so ordering isn't an issue. I tried one of their specialties, a truffle pasta. Delicious! It's definitely worth a visit but make a reservation!

Extremely Disappointing – All Hype, No Flavor We ordered five of the most popular dishes on the menu — the ones they’re supposedly known for — and honestly, every single one was underwhelming. The total bill came to €123, and €130 with tips. For food that doesn’t taste good at all, this was completely overpriced. Yes, the interior is beautiful, and the service is excellent, but that’s where it ends. This place seems to exist purely for tourists and social media photos, not for people who care about flavor or quality. I had high expectations walking in, but left genuinely disappointed.

The spaghetti carbonara was excellent, although the truffle pasta unfortunately couldn't quite match the flavor. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful lunch experience, especially thanks to Emilio, who brought a lot of Italian character to the table – we'd gladly return.

The cocktails were so-so but the ambience made for a great evening with friends and family.

Rarely have I had such bad pasta in Munich! Spaghetti tasted like ketchup with raw scampi. And it was cold, too. Never again.

No greeting. There was only a woman standing there who said, "Reservations? Name?" Unfortunately, the pasta and pizza tasted really bad. The rosé wine tasted great, but it was only poured once, after opening the bottle. I had to pour the whole bottle myself. The service was really poor. And unfortunately, the place is very hot and stuffy, with very bad air. As everyone told me, you only go there once and never come back, after that, you've seen it.

Okay, but rather disappointing. Pro: fun and crazy design, good food quality. Cons: high prices for rather small portions. Not the right value for money regarding food, more like a show off / insta Restaurant. If you take it as an one time art performance it’s quite fun!

We were craving some good Italian food, and this place was a wonderful choice. We were a bit sceptical because of the “instagramable” appearance, but it turned out to be a gem! Delicious, hearty Italian food, generous portions, beautiful atmosphere. The cherry on top was the excellent service. Emiliano took great care of us - it was a fun and welcoming experience. Best service I have seen in Munich, by far. Emiliano - 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
