Giordano Italienische in Fürth

I will definitely report this shop to Lieferando. I wrote a bad review because my food arrived half an hour late and was cold. I ordered Regartoni alforno and it came without cheese. I then received an email from his lawyer about my bad review, saying that I was attacking him personally, bad-mouthing his shop, making up all sorts of things and that I hadn't ordered from him. I suspect that he simply reports bad reviews so that his ratings are higher. I was able to refute every accusation with proof of order and photos. You shouldn't take action against reviews if you aren't even able to distinguish whether the person doing the review was a customer or not 🤣 In any case, I received serious accusations and I will personally take action against them because I certainly won't put up with something like that. Being threatened with legal action if I don't take my review down, just because I wrote a normal review like everyone else. The owner also told me on the phone that "it sometimes happens that ingredients are missing due to stress. It's normal and he doesn't understand why I'm giving him one star just because I missed cheese. It should be at least three." With this statement, he confirmed that he is aware that he does not sell his dishes truthfully, as stated online, and, among other things, that he also knows that some orders are missing ingredients. I don't need to say anything more about that. I am simply deeply shocked that criticism is handled so badly and that one is now being threatened with legal action. I mean, it was just pasta🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and he has reported several bad reviews to his lawyer.

Pizza was okay, lukewarm/cold, delivery time 1:28 hours, Friday evening. Lieferando stated a delivery time of 20-30 minutes. The justification was "they couldn't find the address on the navigation system." 👀 3 km away, Google Maps showed a 7-minute walk. The last time I ordered, the device found it... no apology, rather unfriendly, a shame... we don't need it anymore. UPDATE: They're also trying to get our somewhat less than favorable review deleted via a "lawyer's letter." What's up with that?!

The pizza and pasta are delicious, especially if you eat in the small dining area. Delicious straight from the oven to your table. The guys behind the counter are also very charming and friendly.

Delicious pizza. If the door says card payment, you expect to be able to pay by card. When paying, they said card payments weren't accepted.

It was delicious, the dough was great, the edge was perfect….simply delicious 🥰

Unfortunately, one star is still too many. Canceling an order half an hour after (!!!) the agreed delivery time, and only after I inquired about the status of my order, is simply outrageous! I would definitely not order from here again and cannot recommend it to anyone!

Sehr enttäuscht, das zweite mal! Pizza lauwarm bis kalt! Lt. Lieferando war sie 40 Minuten "gleich eintreffend"!?! Zugebuchte Extrazutaten haben komplett gefehlt! Danke für nix!

I have to say with a heavy heart that I was truly disappointed by your food! I spoke to a Neapolitan on the phone, and for me, it's a guarantee, given that the cuisine in Naples is top-notch! I understand that you serve the caprese salad without a bit of greenery (the arugula and balsamic vinegar), but receiving a zucchini parmigiana with cream and without a drop of tomato was a pain in the ass! I recommend you interpret Italian cuisine as it should be done! All it takes is a little heart and imagination. I'm giving you three stars because one would have seemed too offensive. I hope that next time I get to eat Italian food.

Das sind echte Italiener, keine Inder oder Araber oder sonnst wer .. ich erwarte authentische Küche... Wenn ein Italiener bei einer Carbonara Sahne benutzt und man so extrem beim Speck spart .. ich mein der war ja kaum vorhanden und so klein.. Der Tiramisu sind nur 2 verdammte Kekse mit bisschen Sahne drauf 5.50€ 🤔 da kann ich ja gleich beim indischen Pizza Lieferservice bestellen.. Pizza ist ok durschnitt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine gute Pizzeria mit guten Köche die aber ihre Lust und Leidenschaft verloren haben ....

Die Freundlichkeit hat zu wünschen übrig und die Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher sein, und nicht zu spät kommen das des Essen kalt ist oder das die Mitarbeiter nach Trinkgeld fragen, würde mir wünschen das frische Zutaten verwendet werden für die Preise

Lieferung hat Super geklappt . Das Essen war noch warm. Pizzen werden noch wie vor 40 Jahren in Blechformen gebacken .

Schmeckt richtig gut, essen kommt pünktlich und heiß an. Keine ahnung was die 1 Sterne bewertungen wollen, sind bestimmt von der Konkurrenz.

Die Pizzen sind sehr gut und der Mann am Tresen und am Telefon ist sehr nett. Der Fahrer, ein etwas älterer Mann mit Brille, ist derart unfreundlich. Die Lieferzeiten sind eine Frechheit (1,5 Stunden). Bin seit Jahren Stammkunde und werde dort wahrscheinlich nicht mehr bestellen.

Die Pizzen die wir bestellt haben sahen ganz anders aus wie auf den Bildern. Erwartet haben wir eine schöne Italienische Pizza wie auf dem Foto, bekommen haben wir schlechte Indische Pizzen.

Nudel Gerichte waren super Lecker & noch sehr Heiß, pizza war gut Belegt! Mein kind wurde satt & das ist alles was zählt! Für uns erwachsene war die Portions Größe etwas mager aber ist zu verkraften, trotzdem mega lecker, werde dort wieder bestellen! Grazie alla squadra

Die beste Pizza, die beste Pasta, und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Lieferdiensten, bekommt man das Bestellte innerhalb von 30 Minuten, also dann, wenn man Hunger hat. Die Ware wird nicht nur schnell, sondern auch frisch und kochend heiß gebracht. Perfetto

Super lecker. Extrem freundlich. Jungs arbeiten sehr gut, aponzu aber entspannt, aber jamai. Hier gibt es Arancini, habe aber noch nicht probiert. Man kann hier auch ein Paar italienische Produkte kaufen. Lieferservice auch dabei. Wir waren sogar ein Mal drinnen sitzen und essen, es ist kompakt aber gemütlich. Empfehlenswert. Danke

Super Pizza. Die Jungs geben sich immer Mühe und machen auch einen sehr guten Job. Zu Lieferung kann ich nix sagen, da ich selbst abhole, aber die eigene App der Pizzeria funktioniert Top. Die Nudelgerichte habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Die Desserts schmecken köstlich und es gibt auch italienisches Bier zu kaufen. Es sind alle mega freundlich und der Laden ist sauber.

Ich hatte noch nie eine bessere Pizza. Ich bin so begeistert!

Bisher rundum sehr zufrieden - und kleine Verzögerungen kann es doch überall einmal geben! Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder eines der anderen leckeren Gerichte oder Nachspeisen: nach wirklich häufigen Bestellungen waren wir NIE entäuscht! Qualität und Geschmack sind einwandfrei. Gerichte absolut perfekt, wie direkt in Italien. Absolute Empfehlung! Gerne immer wieder! Fam. Bäuml-Wünsch

Sehr leckere Essen, echt Italienische pizza. Lieferung dauert manchmal länger liegt aber an hohe Nachfrage und Standort. Für was leckeres nehme ich es gern in Kauf. 🙂

Sehr gutes Essen, ein wenig Wartezeit was ich persönlich gut finde da alles frisch zubereitet wird, unwahrscheinlich freundliches Personal und lecker war es auch.

Wer Pizza mit einem dicken und weichen Teig liebt ist hier richtig! Beste Pizza die ich in der Region gegessen hab.
