Best kebab in Germany. This is not debatable. Fast service and friendly staff. Always delicious and well stuffed. No tourist crowds like Gino's #1. Kid Tested, Dad Approved, and I am sure Roy Kent would ditch his London Kebab guy for this place if he tried it.

I had lunch yesterday. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely friendly, and above all, you could tell that everything was made with love. The homemade sauces were incredibly flavorful! All in all, I'd go back anytime and highly recommend it!

I got a Gino's special because I've eaten it many times on the main street and have always loved it. However, I was disappointed! Some of my meat was raw and it has little to do with Gino's on Heidelberg's main street. Really a shame.

I've been going to Gino's in Heidelberg for years. But every time I'm in the area, I make a detour to the branch in Rohrbach Süd. The food simply tastes even better than directly in HD. Maybe it's because there's more going on in HD and that's why everything has to go faster. In Rohrbach, however, the meat is crispier and better seasoned. Food is ready quickly and the gentleman behind the counter is super nice. I can only recommend it.

Very cool mix if you don't always want to have a kebab pizzeria Kebab, TexMex, pizza, salad Clean little shop, well run. Wooden benches to sit in and a few tables outside.

Order was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. Pizza tastes solid with a touch of room for improvement. Otherwise I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Gladly again!

The worst food in Heidelberg!!! Had Gino's special kebab with fries + drink. The meat had a strange taste. The bottom half of the wrap bread was totally oily. Fries were also greasy; not my taste. At home I felt very nauseous and vomited. The cola was ok. Sorry, paying so much money (€13.90) for such a mess! PS: So much nonsense when it comes to Google reviews. Stop exaggerating; the customers are not stupid!

Employees are nice, unfortunately the food doesn't taste good! One of the worst kebabs I've eaten. For the hefty price of €7.30, “ginos special” kebab in a tortilla wrap that simply tastes like nothing. There were no onions and the kebab was relatively small :( Can't recommend eating here

It's hard to categorize what Gino's is. They present themselves as Mexican, but it's also a kebab shop. The food is good but nothing exceptional. The prices are okay for what they offer. The service was very fast and friendly. Overall, it is a good option in the region.

Very good tacos and kebabs, which I often enjoy for lunch, and very friendly and clean service. It is small but nicely furnished, with comfortable seating and rustic wooden tables. Hardly any waiting time. If the weather is good you can also sit outside.

First of all: I'm a big fan of Gino's in the old town and I'm really sorry to have to give such feedback. Unfortunately I got some raw meat and in my opinion the taste of the meat is not at all the same as the taste in the old town. I think the service and ambience at Ginos are great, the people are very nice. But please bring the same quality of meat as in the old town :)

The first time I went to Gino's in Heidelberg in the pedestrian zone was 32 years ago and I always drove to Heidelberg specifically to eat the vegetarian taco. Now I discovered Gino's 2 a few weeks ago and since I live in Nußloch the store is much easier to reach. The staff here is super friendly ingredients fresh as usual. I can't understand the bad reviews at all...but it's probably all a matter of taste.

I was there once and that was only because I knew nothing about the area and was very hungry. I once ordered a margarita pizza and a taco there. The positive thing was that the order was ready quickly and when I almost forgot to pay, I was offered to pay the next day, but I still paid the amount and went to the hotel room to eat as quickly as possible. But with the first slice of pizza I had to fight to get it down. Because it tasted like a ton. My pizza was black on the bottom. Simply inedible...I then complained to the hotel. The problem is that the day before the smoke alarms were heard because the cook burned something. That should have been enough not to eat there, but it confirmed that you could only burn the food. About the taco... Yes, well...it wasn't burnt but it was still a complete disgrace. Tasteless, lukewarm with some cheap yogurt. Just bad..!!! If my wife hadn't calmed me down, I would have come back and burst. A pure impudence!!! If you charge a certain amount for your food, you should pay accordingly! In this case I would prefer canned food!!! Conclusion NEVER AGAIN !!
