Super leckeres und immer frisches Essen !:) Kommen seit Jahren immer wieder mal hier Essen und wurden nie enttäuscht! Der Service ist wunderbar ☺️ immer nett! Wir werden weiterhin regelmäßig hier Essen gehen!🙏 Vielen Dank!

Einfach alles ist hier Mega lecker!!!!! Sharwarma ist das beste was ich je hatte. Aber man kann sich kaum entscheiden ….

"Imbiss" ist untertrieben, für mich ist es ein kleines, feines Esslokal. Leckere orientalische Speisen, ein superfreundliches Team, Außenplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dom. Man fühlt sich zuhause.

Sehr geiles Essen. Einen besuch Wert. Sogar einen Umweg wert. Imner wieder gerne.

Ich hatte leider keine besonders gute Erfahrung. Wir haben uns draußen an einen Tisch gesetzt, der noch nicht sauber gemacht war, und der Kellner kam und hat ihn nur oberflächlich mit der Hand abgewischt. Insgesamt fand ich die Hygiene nicht so, wie man es erwarten würde. Das Essen hat für mich nicht frisch geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren aus Tiefkühlkartoffeln, manche waren nicht richtig durchgegart, andere zu ölig. Das Fleisch wirkte auch nicht besonders hochwertig. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach ziemlich hoch für das, was geboten wird.

GeschmackSache ist ein Ort, in den ich zufällig hineingestolpert bin, als es angefangen hat zu regnen und ich war wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Essen war richtig lecker und hat mich überzeugt. Eine angenehme Entdeckung, die sich spontan ergeben hat und definitiv einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Spot für gutes Essen.

Wir hatten ein köstliches Shawarma-Menü. Es übertrifft das Niveau gewöhnlicher Shawarma-Läden bei Weitem. Auch das Falafel-Menü war sehr gut, mit leckerem, aromatischem Reis, und beide Gerichte wurden mit einem frischen Salat serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Reichhaltige und geschmackvolle Gerichte, wunderschön angerichtet und appetitlich. Erschwingliche Preise. Freundliches Personal. Schneller Service, warme und unaufdringliche Atmosphäre mit sanfter orientalischer Hintergrundmusik. Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie.

Das Esseb ist eher Soulfood. Simple und gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Netter persönlicher Service. Das Ambiente ist schlicht in Ordnung.

Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist sehr gut und wir hatten mit 4 Personen jeder ein sehr leckeres Essen. Mitten in der Altstadt ein Lokal, welches sich auf den Gast einstellt. Freundliche Bedienung und hervorragende Gerichte.

Für mich einer der besten Restaurants in Aachen hier passt alles hervorragendes Essen und hervorragender Service Authentisch und Herzlich kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zum 1. Mal hier essen und sind begeistert. Es war einfach nur lecker. Genau wie in den Rezensionen versprochen. Klein und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es gab orientalisches Gulasch mit Reis und Hähnchenspieße vom Grill mit Reis und Salat, dazu Granatapfelschorle. Die Preise sind für das was man serviert bekommt wirklich klasse. Wenn wir wieder nach Aachen kommen, gehen wir auf alle Fälle nochmal hin!

Das Essen war wunderbar, der Kellner war ein Schatz und wir hatten einen leckeren Abend in toller Atmosphäre!

Really not at par. We looked at the reviews before coming there but kebab and shish taouk were really not delicious. Would not recommend them.

Small, cozy, and truly delicious! If you're feeling peckish near the cathedral and aren't looking for a monotonous meal, this is the place for you. A delicious foray into oriental cuisine, friendly service, and a simple but pleasant atmosphere – we found all of that here.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is fantastic 😋 The chef and staff are friendly and very accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

Hoy hemos almorzado en este buen restaurante. Realmente disfrutamos de la excelente comida. ¡Estuvo delicioso! Nunca antes probamos la comida siria, ¡pero realmente vale la pena hacerlo de nuevo! Otro cumplido digno de hacer es la perspectiva del restaurante en el interior. Parecía muy limpio y ordenado. El personal era muy amable. Food okay – bill rather creatively compiled The food tasted really good – nothing revelatory, but edible. The service, however, had a very unique touch: When we asked for the bill, the waiter (or perhaps the manager himself?) came over and simply announced the total amount – without any receipt, without any itemized details. Perhaps the printer was broken? Or is this simply a matter of trust? We paid – somewhat irritated but polite – and even left a decent tip. Later, we did the math, and lo and behold: The bill was clearly calculated on a whim. A few euros too much – not a huge amount, but enough to make us feel a bit taken for a fool. My conclusion: If you like surprises, especially when paying, this is the place for you. For everyone else: Ask to see the bill – or go eat somewhere else. I, for one, won't be coming back.

The food is wonderful, and there are dishes that I have never seen in any other Middle Eastern restaurant. I've also never held a menu with a Goethe quote in my hands. The restaurant is run by a very nice Syrian family. It's a shame that we live so far away, otherwise we would definitely be permanent guests.

A nice snack for a small meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. Fries were too salty, some salad wasn't fresh, minced meat tasted like frozen food. The prices are rather high for this quality.

Absolutely fabulous food served by a very friendly team. Therefore full marks for food and service. The location of the outside tables directly on the street isn't that great, but there are hardly any cars there and you are well shielded by large flower pots. Glad to be back soon. 👍😊

Maybe (another) insider tip. Super friendly service, lovingly prepared oriental cuisine. Falafel and hummus are highly recommended here, but the shawarma is also excellent. And when the weather is good you can sit outside with a view of the cathedral.

This hungry traveler visited the restaurant with friends for dinner ordering s as variety of selections from the menu, starters, entrees and deserts. All of us were impressed by the quality and taste of our dishes; service was excellent and the owner came by for a pleasant chat. We had seating outside (with pleasant weather) and so it was an altogether lively experience. We are sure to return!

A place to try oriental cuisine! The staff was really kind as even though they didn't have a table they served us by placing another table for the outside area. The flavors were fantastic and the prices were at very good levels! Only the outside area is small and doesn't fit enough tables!

We decided on an appetizer plate. Although I'm not usually a big fan of hummus, I have to admit that the hummus here was a completely new experience for me - incredibly tasty and flavorful. I personally chose the chicken skewers as my main course and they were simply fantastic. Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The salad that accompanied the dish was fresh and crunchy, and both the rice and fries were superbly prepared and tasted delicious. The staff also deserves special mention. They were extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating, which made our evening even more enjoyable. Overall, our visit to this restaurant was a real revelation. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent and incredibly tasty. All dips (we had hummus, carrot dip and yogurt mint dip) were very fresh and excellent. The kitchen makes a clean and tidy impression. The overall impression is very authentic. Finally there was fresh peppermint tea. We will be back.
