Very rude and unprofessional owner. I was waiting in line for half a chicken, but he skipped me to serve someone who came later and spoke Turkish to him. When I asked why, he ignored me and told me to wait another 15 minutes. The chicken was also extremely salty. Terrible service and disrespectful attitude — I do not recommend this place.

Food was good, but the service was really bad, worker there is always in a bad mode and rude, and not the first time that happened to me there. 🇩🇪 I met a German at a grilled chicken shop and asked for sauce🌶 I still remember that it was almost dusk when I settled down in Berlin on the first night 🌇 Since I didn’t have any special plans to go anywhere, I wandered around the street near the hostel and saw a grilled chicken shop that was a little different. I read the pictures and boldly went in for dinner 🤪 🐤 1/2 Grillhähnchen mit Pommes 😋😋😋😋 Although I saw that there were already a few chickens roasting in the oven, I had to wait before I could eat~ Half a roasted chicken was roasted crisply, the surface was shiny, the meat inside was dry and tender, not too dry, and it was a bit salty at the end; the fries🍟 were a lot 😆 fried hot and spicy, and I was very full after eating! 🥗 Salad with Kräutersauce 😋😋😋😋 Because the roast chicken with fries is a bit hot 🤪, I ordered more salads to cool down~ The salad was full of sauce, with macaroni and the familiar tricolor beans 😆 from Hong Kong people. Ordered and everything came super cold. The delivery took only 9min and still the chicken and the bread came very very cold. Not worth it at all Edit after eating: chicken and garlic sauce taste old. Unfortunately I can't even finish eating it

I'm revising my review as I've been there a few more times since my last review. The chicken is great and the owner seems to care about reviews and service, so I'm happy to say the chicken here is some of the best around. You have to try it, but sometimes you have to be prepared for the waiting times.

Absolutely disappointing - never again! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was really shocked by the quality. The marinade was so intense that you could hardly taste anything else - it was bordering on inedible. Even if the chicken was spoiled, you wouldn't have noticed because of the seasoning. They also charge extra for bread, which I find quite outrageous given the already high prices. Unfortunately, the staff was anything but friendly and the general condition of the store seemed unhygienic. For me this was the first and last visit - absolutely not recommended!

Really one of the rudest man i have ever seen, as a customer i ordered my meal he gave it to me as if he doesn’t want to work, after i ate it, i asked kindly if i can wash my hands. He replied fast, i was like sorry what? I didn’t get what he meant, he was like do it fast with really angry voice, it was so unfriendly and the food was not tasty at all, the fries are bad and the chicken is old, I never recommend anyone to eat here! If you want grill chicken there is many better places around the area like 100 times tastier and better service!

Das Hähnchen wird auf den Punkt gebracht. Super knusprig und saftig. Wenn ich Lust auf Pommes habe dann komme ich auch hierher. Die Pommes sind mein Favorit. Der eine Hähnchengrillmeister ist schon gefühlete drei Jahrzehnte schon da. Daher auch die etwas kühle Art. Aber er hat auch jeden Tag mit vielen Verrückten zu tun.

Das Hähnchen schmeckt keine Frage, aber das ist richtig unverschämt wenn man bestellt der Mitarbeiter sagt komm in 20 min wieder. Danach man geht hin sagt der nochmal 15 min, ok kein Problem nach 15 min sieht man wie er einer Kundin ein ganzes Hähnchen rausgibt, und mir dann sagt komm in 20 min wieder. Ich esse lieber bei Risa als nochmal da.

Hähnchen ist spitze: saftig mit knuspriger Haut. Pommes waren gut, gemischter salat okay. Preis-Leistung ist auch gut, also insgesamt zu empfehlen 😋

Grillhähnchen schmecken hier wirklich gut. Preise sind Okay 👌 ständig frisch. Zum mitnehmen auch ideal bleibt die Küche kalt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen. Oder erst shopping in Schultheiss Brauerei und dann zum Hähndel gelle guten Appetit. Ca 5 min entfernt.

Pui la grill foarte bine făcut, cu o crusta delicioasa, potrivita. Cartofii prăjiți foarte buni, salata la fel - eu am incercat-o pe cea cu brânză cu topping de iaurt. Nu am incercat sucuri, dar sunt cele clasice plus unele de import (limonada și suc natural) ce par a fi ok. Personalul f ok, desi mai puțin vorbitor de engleza ne-am înțeles repede. :))
