An excellent Italian ice cream! The consistency is wonderfully creamy and melts gently on the tongue. The flavors are intense and authentic, you can taste the high-quality, natural ingredients in every spoonful. I was particularly impressed by the balance between sweetness and freshness, which makes the ice cream incredibly light and yet tasty. A true masterpiece of gelato art! The selection is clear and the price/performance ratio is right.

This is an ice cream shop that mixes real ingredients, and it's quite rich and delicious, so I recommend it~

Very nice gelato. I tried pistachio, vanilla bourbon, blueberry buttermilk and hazelnut. Some scoops had not been blended too well so there were occasional odd pieces, but overall the gelato tasted excellent. Not too sweet. You can taste pitaschio pieces in the pistachio gelato. There are some benches for sitting in the shade. It's amazing that you can taste gelato of this quality in dusseldorf, just like in Italy 😆

We were just about to order ice cream when we saw a full ice cream container in front of us "Mozartkugel" was removed from the display case. When I asked if I could have a ball of it, I was simply told “no”. When I asked again and said the container was full, I got the answer: "Yes, but it's already put away in the freezer." All this 30 minutes before the end of the day, so sales no longer seem to play a role. When I then ordered another flavor (2x pistachio with chocolate cream), I got 1x pistachio and 1x chocolate. I was too stupid to turn around again after I had to explain what I wanted three times anyway.

Very centrally located ice cream parlor with many different types of ice cream, so there should be something for everyone. The balls are also relatively cheap. The ice cream itself was very tasty and one of the best I've tried in Düsseldorf so far. The service was very friendly and even offered chocolate sauce for free. However, there are only two benches because it is only an ice cream parlor and not an ice cream parlor. Overall, a very good ice cream parlor in the city center and definitely worth a visit.

So, heute zum ersten Mal hier gewesen. Ein dickes Stück Schokosahnetorte Bisquit vom Blech zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Eine Trilliarde Kalorien und sehr lecker! Aber warum um Himmels Willen steht auf der Beschreibung „Cinnamon Roll Schoko“, „Cinnamon Roll Pistazie“ und „Cinnamon Roll Haselnuss“????? Mit Cinnamon Rolls (Schnecken aus Hefeteig!!!! mit viel Zimt) hat das hier sowas von überhaupt GAR NICHTS zu tun! *schüttelmitdemKopf* Egal. War saulecker.

Ice cream to go - I've bought a scoop several times now. It's very high quality but you also pay for it. There are lots of unusual varieties - e.g. licorice. Very tasty and special. There are a few benches to sit on - but it's comfortable. The service was okay - quick but not particularly friendly.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous speaker on a few points. I was there this afternoon and the seller also wore the mask under his nose and handled the money and cookies with the same hand (which then put the cookie in the trash). I also had to wait an incredibly long time. There were 13 people in front of me and I stood in line for over half an hour. It took 2 employees almost 5 minutes to order a fresh brioch roll with ice cream. During that time, 4 customers went to the ice cream shop opposite. The employee was nice, no question, but I had to repeat my ice cream flavors 3 (!) times because he couldn't remember them and he moved in slow motion. The criteria for hiring staff should be reconsidered here, as it is torture for everyone involved. The ice cream was world class, very very tasty, wow!!!!! Addendum to owner comment: First of all, I think it's great that you, as the owner, also respond to critical feedback. However, I have to ask you to read my comment again carefully, then it should be clear that I haven't "mixed things up" since I wrote that I agree with my previous rendering "on some points" and not on all of them. The points I mean are waiting time and hygiene. Furthermore, it is unfortunately not true that all guests are asked if they want chocolate on the house, as neither I nor the group in front of me were asked. I think it's great that you can try all types of ice cream. It would be great if you could somehow point this out to your customers. a small sign (how else would I know that ^^). Maybe it would also be worth considering limiting this option to 1-2 flavors of ice cream on busy days. This would be a good compromise between good service for "experimental" customers AND waiting customers who just want to buy ice cream from you. However, I didn't see anyone in my line trying ice cream, but that was only in passing. I will still come back, no question, the ice cream was just too tasty. I hope that you not only comment on customer feedback, but also take it to heart and perhaps even implement it ; )

Ich empfehle jedem diese Eisdiele ! Einfach 1A Eis zu vernünftigen Preisen. Probiert vor allem die ausgefallenen Sorten wie Marshmallow

I think the Mozartkugel is the best ice cream I've ever had.

Super Auswahl an ausgefallenen Eissorten. Die Kugel ab 1,70 €. Das Eis hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, der Service war ausgezeichnet. Da es sich um einen Verkauf an der Außentheke handelt, bestand trotzdem die Möglichkeit sich mit seinem Eis auf eine Bank zu setzen und das Eis dort zu genießen.

Ist okay. Haselnuss ist sehr lecker aber die anderen Sorten sind trotz hoher Erwartung leider nicht überzeugend. Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nicht und der Service ist auch nicht so doll (Mann an der Theke wirkte ziemlich genervt). Ist meine persönliche Erfahrung. Mag ja sein, dass es sonst nicht so ist, aber so habe ich es empfunden. Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Der Laden hat den besten Eis 🍨. Das Angebot ist toll. Leider ist bei den schon seit Wochen/Monaten die Sahnemaschine kaputt. Die Sahne wird aus einem Plastikbehälter mit dem Löffel drauf gegeben die sehr klein ist und auch nicht richtig fest, dafür wird aber der volle Preis abgerechnet.

Das beste Italienische Eis was ich in Deutschland bis jetzt gegessen habe😍 Nur in Italien gleichwertig oder besser gegessen. Preis-Leistung auch Fair. Hoffentlich weitere Filialen in NRW und Qualität gleichbleibend oder sogar noch Steigend.

Es ist eine neue Variation aber so überragend wie alle das so sagen ist es leider nicht. Ist eher ein aktueller Hype. Hatte mehr erwartet. Sorry Manko: wird Zuviel Hype um nichts.... Fazit: Die Eissorten sind OK. Man bekommt neue Mischvariationen , was interessant ist, aber auch nicht mehr. Es ist zu viel Hype. Da kann man mehr erwartet.bei nächsten mal würde mich eher dort hinziehen, wo man mehr wert auf Qualität und Standart Sorten legt. Leider zwei Sterne Abzug.Wenn man in der Gegend ist und Lust auf neue Geschmackserlebnisse hat, kann man das eine oder andere Eiskugel ausprobieren.

Boah wie lecker ist dieses Eis! Und sehr abwechslungsreiche Sorten, die man sonst nicht kennt. 1,70 pro Kugel ist echt angemessen. Bitte unbedingt die Sorten mit Pistazie probieren, da kann man sich reinlegen!

Super leckeres Eis und viele tolle Sorten. Lohnt sich sehr.

Ein Eis der absoluten Spitzenklasse ! Die Konsistenz war fest aber nicht hart sondern cremig. Der Geschmack von der Sorte Schokolade (aus einer speziellen Kakaobohne) war überragend. Auch die anderen Eissorten (Pistazie, Karamell) konnten auf ganzer Linie überzeugen. Der Preis ist angemessen, was nichts kostet ist oft auch nichts. Ein hochwertiges handwerklich hergestelltes Eis. Hier hat man mal ein ECHTES italienische Eis ! Der Service war nett, aber etwas im Stress, aber bei Kunden im "Sekundentakt" wohl nachvollziehbar. Sitzgelegenheiten waren auf zwei Bänken vor der Eisdiele vorhanden. Sehr gerne wieder ;-)

Das Eis war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Statt zu bedienen hat sie ständig gequatscht. Der Laden wurde immer voller u man konnte weder bestellen noch bezahlen.

Leckeres Eis! Mir gefällt besonders gut, dass die Sorbets hier natürlich und nicht zu süß sind. Manchmal findet man hier sogar ausgefallene Sorbet-Sorten. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr nett. An besonders vollen Tagen habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Eiskugeln kleiner sind, aber damit kann man leben. Ich komme fast jeden Tag hierher zurück. Vor Kurzem wurde der Preis für eine Kugel um 20 Cent erhöht. Leider haben alle anderen Eisdielen in der Stadt auch die Preise angehoben.

Düsseldorf🇩🇪 Heladería muy bien decorada, ubicada en una de las calles peatonales más transitadas de la ciudad. Con infinidad de sabores muy bien elaborados, muy ricos y vistosos. Trabajadores muy eficientes y rápido servicio. Posibilidad de pago con tarjeta y metálico. Dispone de 2 bancos cómodos, para disfrutar del helado mientras te relajas.

Tolles Eis. Ich bin/war Stammkunde, aber die Preiserhöhungen mache ich nicht mehr mit. Die Kugel kostet jetzt bis zu 2,00 Euro. Da bleibt mir das Eis im Hals stecken.

Eine Institution in der Altstadt, aber gehäuftes Eis in der Auslage geht gar nicht, durch die mangelnde Kühlung können Keime entstehen...

Lebkuchen Eis, einfach nur lecker. Viele leckere Eissorten hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Anstehen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Keine Sitz-/ und Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal das Eis probiert und verschiedene Sorten gegessen. Alle Eissorten waren spitze und heben sich deutlich von anderen Eisherstellern ab. Es sieht nicht nur verführerisch aus, es schmeckt auch so! Das Buttermilch-Blaubeereis und das Schokoladeneis sind einfach toll!

Von außen sieht die kleine Eisdiele sehr gut aus. Es gibt vor Bzw im Laden keine Möglichkeit zum sitzen. Leider hat uns beiden das Eis nicht gut geschmeckt, daher nur 3 Sterne.

Sehr gute Eis Qualität und freundlicher Verkäufer der auch mal Kostprobe reicht. Wir hatten mit 4 Personen ca 40 Kugeln.

A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Make sure you add the chocolate hazelnut sauce on top of your ice cream. It was amazing!!!!! The worker at the shop was so nice and helpful when we were trying to decide what flavor to choose. It was nice that he spoke English and was very friendly 😀

Also, am Ende war ich froh. Das uns der Kellner von gegenüber weggescheucht hat. Denn er wollte keine Maschine mehr dreckig machen. 35 min vor Ladenschluss. Daher sind wir hier gelandet und haben das beste Eis der letzten Jahre verzehren können. Ab jetzt komme ich immer hier hin. Und empfehle es weiter... prima so.

Eine an sich super schöne Eisdiele in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt, aber leider... mehr Schein als Sein. Die Bedienung war relativ unfreundlich und das Eis war super hart. Und hat auch nicht wirklich nach dem geschmeckt, was es eigentlich sollte (Pistazie und gesalzene Erdnuss).
