Excellent service and amazing Beef. Argentinian Rumpsteak is great and as a complement the Chimichuri makes all Perfect.. Best Beef eaten since long.. fully recommended..

Wir waren begeistert von allem, was wir hier serviert bekommen haben. Wunderbare Garnelen zur Vorspeise und dann ein argentinisches Rinderfiletsteak, das einem im Mund zerging, perfekt gegart und mit einem hervorragenden Kartoffelgratin gereicht. Auch das Dessert, eine Crème Brulée, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Service war flink und aufmerksam. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Abend in sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

We had a wonderful evening. As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed and the atmosphere was cozy and stylish. The highlight was of course the food: the steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes were also excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the attentive service - friendly, professional and always on hand without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back.

Probably best steaks in PB. Price is ok but on the expensive side. Service has always been perfect and is in keeping with the elegant ambience. The only thing that's a little out of the ordinary is the presentation. Meat is always left alone on a white plate. The supplements come separately. There are certainly reasons for efficiency, but I think it would be nicer if I got a beautifully presented plate. But I always enjoy eating here.

As a guest from a rehabilitation clinic in Bad Driburg, I reward myself here at Gaucho once a week. Everything fresh. Super. I like it when you can put together your own salad with your steak plate. Top price, great performance. Very nice staff. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow!

We celebrated a birthday with 7 people at Gaucho. The table was booked for 6 p.m. The food is delicious, no question. The atmosphere is nice, but very loud and hectic. At 8:50 p.m. we were kindly asked if we could pay the bill to make room for other guests... This “expulsion” is perhaps economically understandable for the restaurateur, but we were very surprised and expect that more tact should be shown here.

I was here for the first time in November 2024 and had the fillet steak with potato gratin. Both were very tasty and tasted good. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is modern, has a nice atmosphere and even the paper towels on the toilet have the logo - successful branding ;) I was completely satisfied!

Steaks very tasty 😋 and grilled to medium rare, salad buffet a nice selection with different dressing, side dish (chips 🍟) couldn't manage it anymore! It definitely wasn't the last time we were there 🙋‍♀️👏😍

Now I have to hit the table. I went there based on a recommendation from my colleague! I ordered a steak with salad and lo and behold, it came quite quickly. Thanks for that! But now let's get to the point of steak. It was too raw for me, I told the service that I would like it to be a little more cooked. But that didn't work. Afterwards the food went back with the request for a little more. This attempt also failed. Then the third round came and lo and behold: it was completely charred. I called the waiter and he said: Don't act like that now! That's an impertinence, I have to say it. Then people roll their eyes and say sayings. I let the food go back and the people from the kitchen made me a new steak. On the 4th attempt it was good this time. It was a little too greasy, but yeah, I didn't want to mess around like that!!! In hindsight I should have done that instead, because the diarrhea that night was a laughing matter! Thanks Gaucho for nothing!!! I don't recommend it!!!

A great restaurant where everything is right

Meine Freundin hatte einen Burger zum Mittag. Später sagte sie... hätte doch lieber Fleisch genommen. Bei der Platzwahl wurden wir hin und her gerissen. Erst schickte man uns ans Fenster hinten links. Dann wurde uns gesagt, dass dieser Platz ab 13.00 reserviert wäre.... Wir durften bleiben waren aber ein wenig im Stress. Essen kam schnell. Mein Spiess war verdammt gut. Der Burger meiner Freundin war leider recht trocken . Hatte ihn auch probiert und musste das ebenso feststellen. Preislich völlig ok. Lage super. Die blonde Kellnerin hätte ein wenig netter sein können.... Aber easy alles ok:-)

Wir waren geschäftlich dort und hatten asiatische Gäste dabei, die ebenso wie wir vom erstklassigen Service und der außergewöhnlichen Qualität des Essens begeistert waren. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Rinderfilet aus den USA, das einfach sensationell war. Zart, perfekt auf den Punkt gegart und von einer hervorragenden Qualität, die man selten findet. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss, und es war offensichtlich, dass hier nur die besten Zutaten verwendet werden. Der Service war ebenso herausragend: aufmerksam, freundlich und stets präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere internationalen Gäste fühlten sich rundum wohl und waren beeindruckt von der Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität des Personals. Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Steakhouse, das sowohl kulinarisch als auch im Service höchste Ansprüche erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Goucho Stone House is like an old friend who never disappoints you. Often there, always good – that gets to the point! The service is so friendly and attentive that you almost forget you're actually there for the steaks. Sure, there are many steakhouses and many people want to grill - but Goucho is a safe bet. Not only is the meat top-notch, the side dishes are also impressive. Regardless of whether it's seasonal delicacies such as fresh chanterelles or asparagus, the quality is always top. In short: Here you know what you're getting, and it's damn good!

Das Steinhaus Goucho ist wie ein alter Freund, der dich nie enttäuscht. Oft da, immer gut – das trifft's auf den Punkt! Der Service ist so freundlich und aufmerksam, dass man fast vergisst, dass man eigentlich wegen der Steaks da ist. Klar, Steakhäuser gibt es viele, und grillen wollen viele – aber das Goucho ist eine sichere Bank. Nicht nur das Fleisch ist Spitzenklasse, auch die Beilagen können sich sehen lassen. Egal ob saisonale Leckereien wie frische Pfifferlinge oder Spargel, die Qualität ist immer top. Kurz gesagt: Hier weiß man, was man bekommt, und das ist verdammt gut!

It is said, “The eye eats with you.” - things are rather empty here. We went here because of the positive reputation. The ambience is upscale to noble - the white one is not our thing, but it's just a matter of taste. In this elegant atmosphere, however, we simply expected more than a huge white plate with a lonely steak on it. The steak tasted good, but not medium rare. It was also a bit too fat in our opinion. The side dishes were OK, but nothing special. We would have expected mayo in packets at the snack bar next door. Service was very friendly and attentive. All in all, we were disappointed and would also say that the price-performance ratio wasn't right.

You can park in the parking garage at Neuhäuser Tor and be at the restaurant in 5 minutes. So absolutely recommended 👌

Accordingly, in my opinion the price/performance ratio is very good. It's not cheap, but at the same time it's not expensive considering the quality. The kitchen knows its craft and the cooking was also perfect. I will definitely go there again, even the 25KM journey is worth it!

When you hear the name Gaucho, you think of a steakhouse with a rustic Argentinean ambience. That's not the case here, it's a modern steakhouse. The price level is a bit higher, but the quality is also corresponding. My bad. Rib eye 350g was very good. All the side dishes were good too.

A great venue with great food, we enjoy this steakhouse. Maybe slightly more expensive but it's worth it for the quality of food.

In diesem Steakhouse erlebte ich eine vorzügliche kulinarische Erfahrung. Das saftige Steak war perfekt zubereitet, zart und geschmacklich herausragend. Der aufmerksame Service und die gemütliche Atmosphäre trugen dazu bei, dass der Abend rundum gelungen war. Ein Ort, den ich jedem Steak-Liebhaber uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Leckeres Essen, schnelle Bedienung mit dem persönlichen touch. Steaks sind selbst bei Medium+ noch sehr saftig und die Liebe in den Beilagen spürt man. Eher ein Erlebnis, la gewöhnliches Restaurant.

Das Rumpsteak war gut, wirkte allerdings kleiner als 300 Gramm. Der Salat war knackig und lecker 😋, der Spinat war auch gut. Der Service war etwas schleppend, kam nur selten vorbei und je später der Abend desto seltener, obwohl nur noch drei Tische besetzt waren. Der Wein war gut. Das Ambiente ist ganz gemütlich und etwas schick.

Top Essen in gehobenen Ambiente! Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service (und das Restaurant war voll). Gut geölte qualitäts- und serviceorientierte Maschinerie. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder.

Samstag, der 23.12.2023, Besuch im atemraubenden Gaucho® Restaurant in Paderborn. Es war ein voller Erfolg für unseren Jahresabschluss. Jeder Steakliebhaber wird hier auf seine vollen Kosten kommen. Von Arg. Rib-Eye-Steak - bis zum liebevoll zubereiteten Lammhüftsteak ist alles dabei. Alternativ werden hier auch Burger-Liebhaber glücklich! Der Service war atemberaubend und das Ambiente wurde mit Kleinigkeiten, wie den süßen Tischleuchten unterleuchtet (wortwörtlich). Auf ein Wiedersehen, sowie schöne Feiertage! MfG. F.M.
