The food itself was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the kitchen staff were very unfriendly on the phone and couldn't answer my question about allergens; they seemed completely clueless. Perhaps they were busy, but they could have at least said something like, "Please call back later while I check," or something similar. A real shame.

The food was delicious, the owner is very approachable and really takes good care of his customers. Unfortunately, one of our steaks was mixed up, and the waiter's reaction was a bit rude. After a brief conversation with him, it was clear he was sorry. A new steak was provided for our colleague. The owner later came to us, apologized personally, and asked for our feedback. The steak for our colleague was then provided free of charge.

Argentina Steakhouse is one of my favorite steakhouses in Paderborn. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food impresses with its flavor and quality – the meat, in particular, is outstanding. A great place for a special occasion and always worth a visit!

Our favorite steakhouse in Paderborn! Whether for business or pleasure, the staff is always very pleasant and attentive. The steak is delicious, of course, and the ambiance is also super nice; you can enjoy some quiet time together as a couple or, as I said, have business conversations without everyone being able to hear what you're doing, but it's not exactly loud either. We eat there regularly and really enjoy it, and it was way too long overdue to leave a positive review. And a huge thank you to Toni; he truly embraces hospitality. You always feel welcome, and he often invites you for dessert or something similar. :)

Two of us ate here today. We really enjoyed our meal. Our bill came to just under €100. Up until then, everything was great. The service was relatively friendly. When we wanted to pay, the waiter asked us how we wanted to pay: "Cash or card." We had the red envelope with a voucher on the table, so we answered "Cash." Of course, we only wanted to pay the difference plus the tip in cash. When the waiter came back with the receipt, all he said was, "Oh, we should have said that sooner." We were supposed to pay the entire bill in cash. Unfortunately, we didn't have that much cash with us. Transferring it to an EC card wasn't a problem at all. But redeeming the voucher was postponed until next time???. Unfortunately, they also lost the tip. There must be a next time. What will it be like after that? - We'll see. We've always liked giving vouchers as gifts. Will we continue to do so? We'll see. We don't want to upset our acquaintances/friends, etc. Not that it happened to them the same way it did to us. Unfortunately, this had a negative impact on our good mood that evening. So, we left the store with a negative rather than a positive impression. Customer loyalty sounds completely different to me.

The ARGENTINA Steakhouse is a great spot in Paderborn! The meat quality is very good, and the charcoal grill gives the crust a special touch. They could offer truffle versions to make it even more special. The service is friendly, but the etiquette is a bit lacking. Otherwise, it's fine. The ambiance is certainly dated, but it fits the style of the restaurant. Child-friendly dishes are on the menu.

The food was great. We ordered 'Mix Grill Plate', which was quite a filling volume. I wish the steak had a sauce, that'd have been perfect. The price was reasonable. It comes with a bowl of soup, a bowl of salad, steak and pommes. Good deal!!!! I recommend the salad buffet. They were so yummy! The desert was also delicious! The staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful! The setting was cosy and beautiful. Comfy chairs. Really good place to eat!

The ambiance is the same in all the restaurants in the group...The food is quite okay, except for a small packet of ketchup, which isn't really herb butter, which is a whole 0.50 cents extra. Also extra...I found the owner rather rude...That's just my opinion and my experience. The service was good; someone came over immediately and was very attentive...

Good quality and not overpriced

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my disappointment about the incident at your restaurant, which has deeply upset me. On Sunday, July 3, 2025, the restroom lock was broken, and I was unfortunately locked in for about 10 minutes during my stay. During this time, I panicked, but unfortunately, your staff, especially the house manager, did not show adequate sympathy or support. My husband also informed the staff that a woman was screaming, but this information was apparently ignored, and the guests were served before my problem was addressed. The worst part is that a similar situation had already happened to another woman the evening before, as the staff had told me. I asked why this door wasn't closed and a "defect" sign posted! Only at my request was the door finally closed, which I consider extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I expect a restaurant to resolve such issues quickly and in a customer-focused manner to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. Very good steak and side dishes

A very nice restaurant with very friendly staff. Appropriate background music. The food was fantastic and the price-performance ratio was excellent. 💯. The photo shows the pepper steak, cooked medium. My husband had the kangaroo steak (he's from Australia himself), and his reaction was simply, "It brings back so many memories." I don't think it can be topped. :)

For me, this is my first choice in Paderborn when I get a little craving for a steak. They serve really good steakhouse food in an authentic atmosphere. A bread basket with delicious dips is placed on the table beforehand, and the steaks are served sizzled on a hot plate. If you like them medium, order medium rare; the plate allows the steak to cook a little more, making it perfect. We had a fillet steak and a rump steak with peppercorn sauce and potato gratin, all delicious. In short: nice atmosphere, very good service, excellent food, prices are relatively high, but justified. I'm looking forward to my next visit ☺️

Humiliation in front of guests – boss behaves like a host from hell An absolute low point in the world of gastronomy. We ordered a medium steak – we received a piece of meat that was completely cooked, which had nothing to do with our order. When we politely and calmly complained about the mistake, the host could have reacted with dignity – not here. The boss acted like an offended schoolboy, becoming loud, arrogant, and disrespectful – in front of a packed house. Instead of admitting the mistake, he got into an embarrassing discussion and ultimately banned us from the premises and threw us out of the restaurant. The other guests overheard everything – it was simply disgraceful. Anyone looking for a pleasant evening should avoid this place. The boss's behavior is neither professional nor acceptable. Hospitality? None.

Eigentlich war es für mich die erste Wahl um in Paderborn ein gutes Steak zu genießen. Über die letzten 2 Jahre gab es so manchen Ausreißer in der Qualität, hinzu kommt dass ich ein sehr aufschlussreiches Gespräch mit einem Fleischhändler, der das Argentinia betreut, hatte. So kommt eins zu Anderen und jetzt wird der Steuernachlass von 12% ( 7% statt 19% für die Gastronomie) nicht weiter gegeben. Freundlich betrachtet ist das eine Preiserhöhung von 12%, genau genommen eine Unterschlagung. Es ist keine Preisänderung im Einkauf oder anderer Kosten, es ist eine Steuersenkung !

An excellent steakhouse with nothing to criticize. We hadn't made a reservation, which is definitely advisable... the very friendly "supervisor" welcomed us and after a drink at the bar we were assigned a nice table. All the service staff were extremely friendly, our grill plate for two people was great and the restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The coach from SC Paderborn also came to Argentina for dinner and engaged in a short, friendly small talk with an FCK fan. We have already decided on our restaurant for dinner at the next FCK away game.

Driving uphill and wanted to grab something quick to eat. Expectations were completely exceeded, very courteous staff, nice manager, super good food and absolutely within the price range. You can taste the charcoal grill. The next time FCK plays in Paderborn I will definitely come back.

The steaks are exactly as desired, the portions are absolutely sufficient and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is very nice, unfortunately on weekends it can be very crowded and loud, but that can hardly be blamed on the restaurant.

I'm sorry but today wasn't quite to my liking as I'm used to. The fries were completely soggy and unseasoned just like the au gratin potatoes. The broccoli was still too hard but the meat was really good. Service itself was absolutely fine, but unfortunately you could tell that the holiday stress was in the tone.

After today's experience I will never eat there again. I have never experienced being exposed like this in a restaurant. We had planned our Christmas dinner at this restaurant today. The first problem arose when we got an appointment for 5 p.m., even though the restaurant doesn't open until 5:30 p.m. So we had to wait in the cold for more than 30 minutes until the restaurant finally opened. When we were finally able to enter, the owner searched in vain for our name on the guest list and couldn't find it. Instead of assuming there might have been a mistake on the part of his staff, we were accused of probably calling the wrong restaurant. My mother then had to go through her call history to prove that we had indeed made a reservation at that restaurant. Meanwhile, other families went into the restaurant and looked at us in surprise. That was the point at which my patience broke. What kind of customer service is this, where customers are made to have to prove their reservation? Finally I burst my collar and said: “What can we do about it if your Kack employees don’t enter the reservations correctly?” The boss then reacted visibly upset and defended his team by saying that his employees were “not bad at all” and had been working there for many years. (At this point I would like to admit that my choice of words was incorrect - that was my mistake.) Nevertheless, the boss insisted that his employees would not make mistakes. When it later turned out that his employees had actually registered us at the wrong time and had also given us a different time, I was finally annoyed. These employees who had been “competent for years” had clearly made a serious mistake. Conclusion: For the employees, this restaurant may be fantastic because the boss protects them in every situation. As a guest, however, I will not enter this restaurant a second time.
