The restaurant is only operated temporarily, which must be credited to a woman's own initiative so that a meeting place remains in the town. My friend, a native of Birkenfeld, and I are doing everything we can to keep things going. Morning pints on Sundays are mandatory. And others are also invited. Stop by if you're in the area.

Dieses Restaurant kenne ich nun schon 50 Jahre. Es gibt immer gutes und günstiges Essen. Wir hatten schon sehr viele Feiern dort. Immer nett und freundlich.

Food (Thuringian home cooking) incredibly delicious, always plentiful with lots of sauce! The service is excellent. Always a good place for family gatherings. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned but still ok. Nicely located in the forest. -- The roulades and the dumplings with the sauce... a dream!!!

Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 21A great restaurant. Rustically furnished with nooks and crannies. On Wednesdays it is Lady's Night with a free drink for the ladies, and on Fridays there is live music. Great ambience, super delicious food. There is also a beer garden.

Wilhelm-Rathke-Str. 1Cyclists passing through. Storage area covered but not locked. Rooms absolutely sufficient and price/performance great. Restaurant very tasty and always friendly staff and great guests.

Pfersdorfer Hauptstraße 28 OTWe stopped by at short notice this afternoon and managed to get a spot for two people without any problems, even though it was already just after half past one. We were particularly pleased that our two medium-sized dogs were at least as welcome as we were and were even brought water straight away! The food was very tasty and extremely plentiful. We would be happy to come back and can only recommend the inn.
