Well-kept, cozy restaurant with very pleasant service and, above all, incredibly tasty GLUTEN-FREE variants of, for example, Cordon Bleu or Kaiserschmarren. Highly recommended!

There were 9 of us there today with three families and three children. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. The prices are very good. But I would like to highlight the friendly service. Everything was explained very well, despite the store being full, we were able to order quickly and received drinks quickly. The starter soups were very good. The main courses too. There is a small deduction for the fried potatoes because they were not completely cooked through, the roasting was a little lacking and they were served without onions and were probably fried. In addition, a very good beer menu and Wagyu burgers on the menu. Overall, a really recommendable restaurant. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Nice, cute restaurant with a terrace with a great view. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The salad with a choice of dressing, which was served generously and separately, was praiseworthy. We felt comfortable and treated very kindly and would like to recommend it to others.

The Jausenstadion is located in the Hohe Rhön, with a wonderful view!! Great food, great service!!

The operators Björn and Rene are super nice, friendly and simply great hosts. We had dinner and breakfast there too. I can highly recommend a visit to everyone. It's particularly nice to sit on the terrace with a great view.

Die Betreiber Björn und Rene sind super nett, freundlich und einfach spitzen Gastgeber. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen und auch gefrühstückt. Ich kann jedem einen Besuch wärmstens empfehlen. Man sitzt besonders schön auf der Terrasse mit einem super tollen Blick.

Ambiance TOP! Service nice! Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great... We were there on a Monday to eat schnitzel and it was really good... This time there were 12 of us and we had made a reservation... The food took a long time... and then it wasn't really hot... I told the waitress, she took the schnitzel away and came back after a minute and said "I'm sorry, we don't have a microwave, I put some warm sauce on it" of course it didn't really help ... The cream sauce is a flour and cream paste with no taste, the pepper cream sauce is the same only with pepper... The loins were dry, the fried potatoes were only in the pan for a short time and were overly salty, the onions in the onion schnitzel were still almost salty raw, etc... Out of 12 people, only 1 person was satisfied with his food, and that was a burger... all the others were dissatisfied because the food wasn't really warm and the sauces weren't good...

The snack station: come in, take a seat, feel good. From our first visit we fell in love with the lovingly and detailed furnished guest room. The hosts have implemented a sense of cosiness here with great taste, which also extends to the beer garden with its wonderful view. During our visits, the service was always friendly and cheerful and rounded off the whole ambience. The menu offers enough delicacies so that everyone can find what they are looking for. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted exactly to our liking. Here you can still get homemade fried potatoes and no uniformity. Our tip: Be sure to try the mustard dressing with your salad. Since the snack station is justifiably very popular, you should definitely make a reservation. Dogs are also welcome. We are already looking forward to our next visit ♥️

We happened to take a break during a bike ride and immediately booked a table for the same evening. The food, burgers and schnitzels, are excellent and the service is not only super friendly but also fun to do. We can only recommend this restaurant but definitely make a reservation. If it weren't so far from our home, about 450 km, it would be our local pub. Keep it up and you will remain successful.

No table or place for old regulars "to the Red Cross". We spontaneously drove to Gersfeld and were unfortunately turned away. Travel time was almost 2 hours. We were recognized. There would be nothing available. So no service. Very disappointed, we went to eat at the “Feed Box” in Gersfeld. It was very good. What a pity Greetings Faltien from Reifenberg

Great location, good, affordable offering of a variety of food and drinks. Everyone enjoyed it and there were eight of us.

We were here for lunch and got a nice table even though we didn't make a reservation. We were received and served very friendly. We both had schnitzel. The food was freshly made, hot and tasty. Two pieces of schnitzel, in total already a large piece. I had onions that were very nicely fried and had a bite to them. The other was pepper cream where the sauce was also very tasty. Class! The Zwickel on tap was beautifully tapped, cool and tasty. We felt comfortable and the price was right, the waiter was very nice, we tipped well. Come again!!!

What a great restaurant in the heart of the Rhön! We discovered a beautiful excursion restaurant that was furnished with attention to detail. The service was quick and very friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious. Although there was a lot going on, we didn't have to wait long for it. We liked that you can choose from three different dressings for the salad, for example. The menu offers a good selection of different dishes, there is something for every taste. There is a beautiful outdoor terrace with a wonderful view of the pure nature. There are some parking spaces in front of the house. Moosbach is a small town near Gersfeld. For example, if you drive to the Cascade Gorge or Hochrhönstrasse, you will pass it. We'd love to come back.

Beautifully furnished location, with attention to detail. Also for sitting outside. A nice menu with interesting burgers, salads, vegetarian dishes or for a small appetite. In any case, delicious. An excellent restaurant with well-founded craftsmanship, regional products and an excellent price/performance ratio. The service deserves a lot of praise - not least because of the attentiveness and the warm, welcoming manner, the service of this hotel clearly stands out from its competitors. Schöner, rustikaler Biergarten mit toller Aussicht. Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Vier Jahre später, am zweiten Weihnachtstag, führte der Weg erneut in die Jausenstation. Der Service war noch herzlicher, das Essen noch besser und der Gastraum durch viele liebevoll zusammengetragene Details noch gemütlicher. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir können diese gemütliche Gaststätte mit super netten Personal nur empfehlen. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und total lecker und reichlich, ebenso das Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Gaststätte lädt einfach zum Wohlfühlen ein. Supernetter Service 🤓. Es gibt deftige Hausmannskost und Salatteller in verschiedenen Varianten (große Portionen) zu fairen Preisen. Bei schönem Wetter unbedingt in den kleinen Biergarten setzen!

Wie waren dort zu einem Geburtstag eingeladen und ich muss sagen es war das schönste , Urigste , tollste Restaurant , super super nettes Personal , super super Kinderfreundlich auch wenn sie durch das kleine Lokal laufen und krach machen . Die Betreiber sind einfach wundervoll und wir kommt auf jeden Fall wieder auch wenn man dafür 60 Kilometer fahren muss

Wir haben per Zufall die Gaststätte entdeckt und waren 100% zufrieden. Essen spitze (unser Sohn (11)ist sehr penibel und war mega begeistert ,Service super freundlich, Ambiente modern und sehr Gemütlich.

Sehr schöne Lage (Biergarten mit toller Aussicht) mit extrem freundlichen Betreibern. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt regelmäßig eine Bierspezialität. Wir sind in unseren Rhön-Urlauben schon oft hier eingekehrt und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Björn und Rene sind super nette, herzliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Sie haben gestern Abend ihre Gaststätte geschlossen, um beim Fest des Wanderclubs mit zu helfen. So etwas ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich, zumal man ja mittlerweile weiß, wie gut besucht ihre Gaststätte ist. Das Essen, der Service und alles drumherum sind spitze! Uns Mosbachern konnte nichts besseres passieren als das Björn und Rene hier sesshaft geworden sind😊

Wir haben hier Rast gemacht bei unserer Radtour. Der Service super nett (Steckdose für Akku wurde sofort zur Verfügung gestellt), das Essen ist sehr gut (Schnitzeltag am Montag sehr empfehlenswert) und das Ambiente mit sehr schönem Ausbllick wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr netter Service, gutbürgerliche Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen, hervorragender Kuchen und ein sehr schönes gemütliches außengelände. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Durch Zufall auf einer Radtour durch die Rhön entdeckt. Der Biergarten bietet eine tolle Aussicht, doch auch im Gastraum ist es sehr gemütlich. Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten sogar unser E-Bike laden. Das Schnitzel hatte eine Superqualität. Pommes und Bratwurst waren auch lecker. Der Beilagensalat war knackig frisch. Man konnte zwischen 3 Dressings wählen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ohne Vorankündigung konnte mir hier ein sehr leckeres, veganes Gericht, das so nicht auf der Karte stand, gezaubert werden. Die Süßkartoffelpommes sind zu empfehlen 😊
