Gaststätte "Zum Wingert" in Bad Homburg v.d.Höhe

Upscale, delicious, perfect German and Central European cuisine from the owner, a star chef. Enchanting service led by the boss. Not too pretentious and yet perfect. Great.

Arrived without a hello or anything like that. Drinks were accepted, but if things don't go too quickly, we will first turn around and bring what we ordered and the rest later after further order acceptance. Drinks are served sloppily and not even a serving is offered. Added to this is the ambience, which is nothing. Many people write about the 70s and 80s atmosphere here. So whoever calls it ambience has no taste at all. I can't judge the food, but it looked extremely fried at the neighbor's table. We had reserved for 6 people, but it didn't matter because the shop was empty. Just drank our drinks and then drove away. We'll never be back.

Was ok, tasty, but I was expecting better. Portions are getting smaller.

You just have to try it out. VERY VERY TASTY you can just taste the quality, especially with the meat. TOP we'll be back :-)
