Don't be fooled by the building's exterior appearance, because it's what's inside that counts: Finally, a schnitzel that was expertly crafted. The breading was crispy and blistered from the meat, and there was no overpowering mushroom and cream sauce on top, but rather it was served alongside. The fries were crispy, and the extra salad I ordered was delicious. The service was typical of a "Mansfeller" restaurant. The ambiance was modern and rustic. The restrooms were absolutely spotless. I'd definitely go back!

We celebrated our wedding here. We had beautiful table decorations and an amazing buffet. We and our guests were absolutely thrilled. The manager and the staff were very welcoming and fulfilled our every wish. Our verdict: Highly recommended, and we'll be back for dinner again and again.

We definitely give it 5 stars. We didn't order ourselves, but we were invited to my sister-in-law's 40th birthday party today, and she ordered and picked up the food there. The price-performance ratio was just right, especially these days and in contrast to other providers. The food was incredibly delicious and incredibly varied. There was truly something for everyone, and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you so much for that. We'll definitely consider ordering from there or going out to eat there sometime. We definitely recommend this restaurant. 👍

A few restaurateurs have already tried it there, but yesterday's visit was the best so far. Yes, we also waited a long time for food and drink. But there were two big celebrations, so it was forgivable. The food was great. The menu is not particularly large, but there is something for everyone.

After over 70 minutes we only had drinks and food orders and couldn't place them until much later, no thanks After 1h37 they said food was on the way After 2 hours we still waited in vain for the food Wow after 2 hours and 7 minutes our food finally arrived

Disaster! We waited over 2 hours for our food! We actually wanted something elaborate, something you don't eat every day, but the waitress's face froze and she told me that if we were in a hurry, I would have something else, since we only placed our food order after more than an hour could! Food was ok but I would never go there again

I like the restaurant very much, cozy, tidy and clean. Operation and service is perfect, uncomplicated, fast and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. A reservation is of course necessary!!!

Very tasty food and friendly staff. Requests are taken into account and I would come by again at any time. There is a star deduction for the ambience. The building looks pretty dilapidated from the outside and needs a bright coat of paint. And the interior could also be made a little brighter and more modern to perhaps attract more younger guests. Otherwise TOP! :-)

Catastrophic!!! Overpriced small portions...we waited over an hour for the food, which was then brought seasoned and burnt... Ready-made sauce and 5 sticks of asparagus for 25 euros.. a hood in the kitchen is probably missing too... After staying for 2 hours we all smell as if we had been standing in the kitchen ourselves.. Despite the friendly service, this restaurant is not recommended.

Very well eaten in Erdeborn...Red snapper with beluga lentil risotto on saffron foam and the classic schnitzel, mushrooms and fries (separately) Very good cuisine with a mix of modern cuisine and home cooking... Definitely an insider tip that is getting around... You've been lucky lately to get a free spot if you haven't made a reservation.

I think the restaurant always comes up with something nice, especially on special days (Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Easter, etc.) to offer its guests a nice visit. The food was very tasty and the service was quick and attentive. The restaurant is also child/pet friendly. The ambience is chic depending on the occasion. Conclusion: The “Zum Bauernstein” restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We had dinner at the restaurant last weekend. We were greeted by friendly service and assigned a seat. At this point some tables were already occupied. The food and drink selection was clear and I decided on a wine to go with my salmon fillet. It was really tasty and we would like to thank you very much for the great food and the courteous service. We'd love to come back!

We ate there on Saturday and found that we definitely had to wait an hour for the starter. And we noticed that those at the next table who came later got their food sooner. The food we ordered was not what we expected. We will not recommend it.

Delicious Christmas lunch. Great service, special requests were always tried to be fulfilled, mostly with success. Thank you very much for that. The owner himself also asked guests about their satisfaction. The Christmas lunch was advertised as brunch, but considering the starting time was 11 a.m., we weren't surprised that no breakfast offerings were made. But the lunch buffet was even more usual.

Von außen eher unscheinbar. Die Gasträume sind aber ansprechend. Das Essen frisch zubereitet, wohl platziert auf dem Teller und schmackhaft. Die Getränkeauswahl ist nicht übermäßig. Die Bedienung war eher schleppend, es wurde sich dafür auch entschuldigt unter dem Hinweis das sich die Bedienkraft in der Einarbeitung befindet. Für die Zukunft kann man also Hoffen. Ich empfehle die Gastlichkeit gerne weiter.

Sehr sehr positiv überrascht. Von außen macht es nicht den Anschein, aber innen ein Mix aus alt und neu. Liebevolle Dekoration. Unser Essen war fantastisch. Eigentlich sollte es nur ein Bauernfrühstück werden, aber nach dem Blick in die Karte sind die Entscheidungen anders gefallen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Ja kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr tolles Gasthaus und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren aus Thüringen schon öfter dort und haben auch unsere Hochzeitsfeier dort ausstatten lassen……. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder……❤️🍺🌈🫶

Wir haben an unserem Ehrentag in dieser Gaststätte zu Mittag gegessen und am Abend noch Buffet kommen lassen, alles war einfach super lecker 😋. Das Ambiente, der Service, die Dekoration einfach großartig. Eine Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit absolute Spitze

Mittlerweile sind wir jährlich mindestens 4-5 mal in diesen versteckten, man kann schon sagen fast vier Sterne Lokal.von klein bis groß Veranstaltungen sei es familiär oder betrieblich perfekt. Immer nette Bedienung, was man in Deutschland manchmal kaum noch findet das Essen ob nach Hause geliefert oder im Lokal noch nie was zu meckern gewesen Ihr seid einfach spitze. Bleib weiter so.👏🏼🌺

Gut Bürgerliche Küche trifft auf Liebe zum Detail. Man sagt ja bekanntlich dass das Auge mit isst und in dieser Gaststätte, ist es ein wahrer Augenschmaus. Geschmacklich dazu der Hammer. Das Service Personal immer freundlich und aufmerksam, hat man einen speziellen Wunsch dann wird darauf eingegangen. Ein tolles Team und absolut weiter zuempfehlen.

Die Speisekarte ist super, übersichtlich, nicht überladen. Das Essen einfach lecker. Ein dickes Lob an den Koch oder Köchin. Der Service war schnell, aufmerksam, höflich...echt toll. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Das Essen war super lecker, die Leute dort waren sehr nett und auch Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem. Einziger Punkt zur Verbesserung: Es dauerte lang bis das Essen fertig war. War aber auch sehr voll. Dafür kam alles gleichzeitig und schön heiß auf den Tisch.
