We wanted to go out for dinner today for my father's birthday, a table was booked in advance. We were 7 people and at 11:20 a.m. unfortunately the blinds were completely closed and so was the door. The opening times were given as 11:00 a.m. What was now a table was ordered but the restaurant was closed... At 12:30 p.m. the blinds were suddenly raised and a man opened the door, he said there was no one there because we should come in, the service wasn't there yet but should come at some point. Hello…….what the heck, we had reserved a table. Absolutely unprofessional, you can't recommend it and other guests turned around on the spot. We will never visit this restaurant again.

We were in this restaurant for the second time for a family celebration on November 9th, 2024. Since there were some problems with the service and the buffet last year, we raised this with the managing director in advance, hoping that things would go better this year and to give the restaurant a fair chance to do things differently . Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. The buffet as a whole was okay, except for the meatballs and the sliced ​​turkey with mushrooms was more like water soup. The rest of the food we ordered was okay, but not of a special standard that would stand out from other restaurants. The buffet was ready for eating at 6 p.m. sharp. At 6:45 p.m., as the organizer, I was informed that the buffet would be dismantled promptly, no later than 7:30 p.m., because it no longer looked nice. So far, so good, I met with a lack of understanding from our family, because elsewhere a buffet stays much longer. At 7.30 p.m. the buffet was dismantled and sausages, cheese and various perishable foods were left for later consumption. As a restaurant, you should know that these dishes should be cleared away first for hygienic reasons. Since we are a sociable family, we had a private musical event. This was agreed upon with the restaurant in advance. Also that the celebration doesn't end at 10 p.m. This meant that from 10 p.m. a service fee of €25 per waiter per hour was charged. At exactly 10 p.m. we were forced to turn down the music because hotel guests were supposedly complaining. This was repeated several times until 11 p.m., so that we actually had to continue celebrating without music because the music was already turned down. The extremely arrogant service person became so rude that she even wanted to mess with the music system. Only a clear announcement from the DJ, who is part of the family, could prevent this! The service was subpar from the start, from initially friendly to so unfriendly and lazy. We mostly had to get our drinks at the counter ourselves because fiddling around on our cell phones was more important. At late hours the service was almost nil!!! The willingness to pay a flat rate for this poor service also decreased among us as guests. Ultimately we paid a total of €75 for the service because no more service was provided. Although even that was too much. I would like to note that we had the feeling that because of our criticism in advance, the staff were encouraged by the owner to block our celebration from 10 p.m. in such a way that we would no longer have a nice celebration. This reflects the image of the boss that we received. Resistant to advice and no ability to criticize! We will avoid the restaurant in the future and will not recommend it! All of our guests (37) were disappointed for the second time, which will certainly be communicated to the outside world! When we asked the hotel staff the next day, we were confirmed that there had been no complaint about loud music from hotel guests. Since we were guests of the hotel ourselves, we were able to check the volume in the hotel the evening before, which confirmed to us that the music could not be heard in the hotel! The hotel is worth a trip, nice, polite and courteous staff, great breakfast.

Was there for the second time for a family celebration... With initially three waitresses for almost 40 people, it was a shame that some of the guests had to get their own drinks because paddling on their cell phones was obviously more important. They wanted to clear the buffet again after just an hour and a half... From 10 p.m. there were only two waitresses and the motivation of both of them went downhill because you obviously had the feeling that the ladies just wanted to get off work. It's better to get drinks yourself, although from 10 p.m. there was a flat rate of 25 per hour for the ladies... So people, if you want to party there, have the experience yourself, you'd better allow the discotheque too Home because from 10 p.m. there is guaranteed theater because of the volume... All in all, not recommended for celebrations as we had the same experience the year before and were praised for improving this year ...👎👎👎

A very nice cozy restaurant. We were there for lunch. The schnitzel dish tasted very good - cooked with love. The staff is also very friendly. Diana's beach restaurant is really recommended. Afterwards a nice walk here right by the lake. Very good parking right next to the restaurant. We wish you continued success. 😊👍😊

We waited almost 2 hours for our food, some were too salty and others were so bland. Not satisfied at all, there won't be another visit.

A little slow service, otherwise very nice

Monday afternoon, not crowded. Attentive, friendly service. The food was very good, baked chanterelles and the fish platter with grilled vegetables.

As a result of an invitation for Sunday brunch, we visited the beach restaurant. After a friendly welcome, the buffet opened. The food consisted of 95% warm dishes, so brunch was not possible at all. The The amount of food was very limited, so a second course to the buffet came up empty. When paying, we asked why the buffet wasn't refilled, and the answer we got was "it's not brunch, it's lunch". That was the screamer of the day. There's a lot of advertising on the internet saying "every first Sunday of the month there's brunch and as much food as you can fit in". Even after asking over the phone when ordering, they said it was a Sunday brunch. So the price and offer weren't right. A pity !

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. As soon as we entered we were greeted unfriendly and the staff seemed annoyed. We felt so uncomfortable that we immediately left the restaurant. Unfortunately no recommendation from us.

Food prepared with “love” has no place here. You won't find vegetarian food. Service seems overwhelmed. Air conditioning set too cold. Unfortunately no recommendation.

We've been there before and everything was great. But yesterday we were really unlucky... There were only the kitchen helpers there and no cook. Unfortunately, you could taste that too. We were very upset for the money.

Wonderful, very tasty, very friendly, plus the great environment right on the beach, play options and outdoor space. My guests and I were very excited.

Eating took a little longer - all the more anticipation - unfortunately the fries with the steak (our four) were totally over salted and the steak was unfortunately dry My partner had baked asparagus with cheese - unfortunately the asparagus was still fibrous and not really soft yet - also way too watery - water in the hollondaise isn't really tasty - the toast with it didn't seem to have been made into a toaster. Had to give the asparagus back

Wanted to register for dinner today. Unfortunately everything is occupied. A little later I got a call that a table had become available. Since we were staying in the neighboring hotel, we accepted the offer and went there with 8 people. Delicious food and the staff was super friendly. Can just be recommended.

This time the culinary journey took us near Eisleben. Diana's beach restaurant is beautifully located on the Süßen See. I had reserved a table here on the homepage in advance for 7:15 p.m. This was confirmed to me by email. Unfortunately it was not possible to show up on time. The lady at the restaurant then called us and we were able to get something warm at 7:45 p.m. The kitchen actually closes at 8 p.m. Since it was already relatively late, there weren't many guests left. Just a larger group next door. We ordered our drinks and they were with us quickly. What we noticed was that it was relatively fresh in the restaurant. The food also came in a reasonable time. Our main courses were the pork pepper steak with fried potatoes, the chicken fillet with tagliatelle and vegetables with cheese gratin and, last but not least, the baked potato. I had the dish with the noodles. The portion filled me up well, but I have to be honest and say that you can also make it at home. It wasn't anything special. But still it tasted good. Our drinks were a banana wheat, non-alcoholic Hefeweizen from Krombacher and a large Kiba. Everything €4.90 each. Service was friendly. Overall recommended! We paid a total of €60.00.

Small middle-class restaurant on the Süssen Lake, German cuisine. Friendly service, sometimes you have to wait a bit. Overall worthwhile.

Very friendly staff, despite an upcoming family celebration (closed group), when we asked if we could have a quick cup of tea to warm up after a walk around the lake, we were offered a place and we were warmly welcomed. The restaurant is located directly at the Aseleben stand and has a playground, parking spaces and green spaces right in front of the building. It's certainly really cozy in the summer with a beer garden. We'd love to come back.

It takes way too long, 1.5 hours for a starter! The quality of the food is less than average.

War Heute hier zum Abendessen. Bedienung sehr freundlich und angenehm. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist Top👌hatte ein Würzfleisch mit Toast und anschließend gab es Schnitzel Charlotte mit Pfifferlinge. Sehr sehr lecker.

Ich habe meinen runden Geburtstag mit meiner Familie, Bekannten und Freunden in diesem Restaurant gefeiert und es war ein unvergesslicher Abend für mich.Dazu haben nicht nur meine Gäste beigetragen ,sondern auch die vielen fleißigen Mitarbeiter des Restaurants.Schon in der Vorbereitung zu dieser Feier gab es zu meinen Wünschen betreffs des Buffets eine professionelle Beratung durch die Chefin und sie ließ mich ihre Erfahrungen mit nutzen.Auch bei der Raumgestaltung zu meinem Ehrentag wurden meine Vorstellungen mit aufgenommen und hundertprozentig umgesetzt ,die Geburtstagstafel war ansprechend und liebevoll gestaltet und das Buffet war auch sehr gut gewesen.Die Speisen waren reichlich, heiß,sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.Während der gesamten Feierlichkeit begleitete uns das Team rührig und bediente die Gäste zügig und herzlich.Sie trugen dazu bei einen wunderschönen Abend mit meiner Geburtstagsgesellschaft genießen zu können.Das ist für mich Kundenservice und ein großes Lob wert .Dieses Restaurant kann ich nur jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir möchten uns für diesen schönen Tag noch einmal bei dem gesamten Personal des Restaurants bedanken und wünschen ihnen Gesundheit und viele Gäste.Bei der nächsten Gelegenheit werden wir wieder dort einkehren.

Tolles Restaurant in der Mitte vom Süßen See (am Ufer , nicht drin 😁) , leckere Auswahl an Essen und Getränken, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr angenehm. Service aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich .

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum verweilen sowie feiern mit Familie und Freunden! Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Chefin mit ihrem Team super nett und fleißig! Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und die Lage am See mit einem schönen Spielplatz perfekt. Parkplätze sind in direkter Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Habe dort schon mehrfach gegessen und nunmehr auch meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Ich kann das Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ganz liebe Mitarbeiter!

Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Aussicht und nette Mitarbeiter.

Trotz geplanter geschlossener Veranstaltung und dass wir vor Öffnung vor der Tür standen, wurde alles auf die Beine gestellt, uns einen Sitzplatz zu ermöglichen. Und alles mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und einem Scherz auf den Lippen. Das Essen hat dem guten Eindruck gekrönt, es war einfach megalecker! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Waren zum 85. Geburtstag Meiner Oma da. Essen und das Eis waren sehr gut und liebevoll angerichtet. Wir waren das erste Mal da und es hat uns gleich gefallen. Die Kellner sind nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen an sich war lecker. Manches war etwas zu scharf aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Temperatur des Essens. Der Kaffee kam aus der Thermoskanne und war nur noch lauwarm. Viele der Speisen waren nur warm, das Eis im Anschluss war dafür zu warm und teilweise geschmolzen. Schön wäre eine Beschilderung der Essen, da ich persönlich manches nicht kannte. Der Service war sehr nett und das Ambiente vollkommen okay. 🙂 Hunde sind hier auch willkommen.

5 Sterne - Was soll man dazu noch sagen. Erst ein klasse Mittagessen & Kaffee mit der ganzen Familie und nun auch noch ein klasse organisierter Mädelsgeburtstag vom Kaffee trinken über Bowling spielen bis hin zum Abendessen. Einfach ankommen und genießen. Lokation top, Essen viel und sehr lecker, Team einfach nur mega, Bowlingbahn super duper, Preis-Leistung Daumen hoch. Wir durften tolle Stunden hier verbringen und kommen auf Garantie wieder. Daumen hoch, macht weiter so, ihr seit mehr als top !

Hallo nettes Team. Es war ein sehr gelungener Kindergeburtstag. Bowling war ein Erlebnis für "unsere" kleinen Ladies. Es hat Spass gemacht. Essen, Service und Lokalität sind unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr zu verbessern. Man fühlt sich als Gast zu Hause. Frau Bornhake hat die Region bereichert!

Sehr schöne Gaststätte mit freundlicher Bedienung. Essen war okay.Unser Wildschwein war aber sehr zäh,aber Geschmacklich gut. Essen sah auch sehr appetitlich angerichtet aus.Danke an die Küche.

Das Essen war sehr gut, frisch und selbstgemacht. Allerdings haben wir nach einer dreiviertel Stunde (nach Nachfrage) unsere Vorspeise erst erhalten. Als Entschädigung wurde uns aber ein Espresso auf,s Haus angeboten 👍

Service,naja, Bedienung im Restaurant hat sich in unsere Gespräche eingemischt. Bedienung auf Bowlingbahn war sehr langsam und ständig ist Technik auf Bowlingbahn ausgefallen,es hat gedauert bis jemand kam und es ging von unserer Zeit ab, daran bitte noch arbeiten.

Waren in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs und hatten einen schönen Abend. Immer wieder gern. Bedienung war topp

Nettes freundliches Personal, Getränke kommen sehr schnell. Das Essen dauert ein Weilchen, lohnt sich aber. Ganz Leckeres Essen, die Bratkartoffeln sind sehr gut und knusprig. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
