An absolute delight! The cordon bleu was perfectly cooked – golden brown and crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The spaetzle was homemade and went perfectly with the delicious garlic cream sauce. Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and friendly service, which rounded off the evening perfectly. I will definitely come back here – absolute recommendation!

Very tasty food, very pleasant that the dishes are not heavy on salt, if you want you can add more salt. This also makes it easy to see the quality of the products. When it comes to horribly seasoned food, I always feel like something needs to be hidden. We recently had onion roast beef with spaetzle. The meat was so tender and had a great taste, especially because it wasn't over-seasoned, total enjoyment.

Neither the food nor the service was good. Bland is the best way to describe the food.

Super delicious food. Super friendly service. If you let us know in advance, a ramp will be provided for wheelchair users and help will be given to get in. Portions were really large despite the fact that I ordered a small portion. Lots of choice of side dishes and different sauces. Always my pleasure.

Yesterday afternoon we had our final dinner with 6 people at Lamm in Durmersheim. I had the shrimp pan with aioli and baguette, which was all very tasty. For the main course I had the Strasbourg sausage salad with fries, also highly recommended. Everyone was very happy with the food and service. Greetings to Andi in the kitchen and Alex in service. Would love to come back.

Today I picked up a portion of spaghetti Bolognese from lunch with my girlfriend. That was a huge disappointment! Spaghetti not al dente, no tomato sauce was visible in the Bolognese. It was totally bland and didn't even have the touch of a good Bolognese. Plus cheap grated cheese and no parmesan! Never again! It is questionable how positive reviews come about at all. An absolutely inedible FLOP 👎🏻

So I don't know where the people who gave a bad review ate ate. But certainly not in the Lamm in Durmersheim. I had dinner there with my family (8 people) this evening. It was really tasty. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Quality is the top priority. Everything was homemade. The service and the owners were very hospitable and nice. All of our special requests were fulfilled. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

The food is not only fresh, but also rich and of the highest quality. The balanced menu offers something for every taste and the price-performance ratio is simply outstanding. I can't understand the negative reviews here on Google because our experiences were consistently positive. We are always happy to come back here and recommend it to anyone looking for a great restaurant!

Very bad, I wouldn't have believed it, but you've had your experience, the food doesn't taste good, you're not treated like that as a guest, you just think you can treat customers like that, but that's not possible, the food isn't recommended, there are better ones Resteraunte where you are also welcome as a guest, the food is the last thing so really think about whether you will eat there but me and friends won't go there anymore

Cordon bleu is made in the deep fryer and was tough and dry.

We had dinner at Lamm today after the change of ownership. We were very spoiled by the predecessor with his schnitzel dishes. So I ordered a Cordon Bleu. Looked good. When I cut into it, the liquid cheese splashed out at me. Which surprised me because the meat was lukewarm. It was also so hard that I had difficulty cutting the meat. It was warmed up but chewing was also difficult. So I can't go there to eat schnitzel anymore

I ordered food from the menu that the chef didn't want to make. I should order something else. Since when does a customer have to eat what the chef wants to cook and why is something on the menu and not served?????? Arguments were excuses! I'll never go there again and neither will my friends. The service was nice but helpless against the chef and your wife.

It has been renovated very nicely. The food and service were absolutely top. I can only recommend it.

The very last thing, we met at the student meeting, all born in 1954. We know home cooking, but my mother would never have served us something like that.

We were there shortly after the new opening in May '24 and were not satisfied - neither the food nor the service appealed to us. Current owners benefit from the reviews of the predecessor, who leased the lamb until about a year ago...

Went to Durmersheim full of hope for good food. Unfortunately, the disappointment was great. Firstly, the schnitzel and cordon bleu are not beaten and are anything but tender. The taste was really bland. Be it the schnitzels or the side dishes. The sauce was also just without any seasoning. The price is also very daring for what you get. Service was ok. I particularly like the slot machine in the middle of the way to the locus. Like in a billiard cafe. 🤣🤣 Still putting shishas on. When the cook starts pounding the schnitzels and seasoning the sauce, I'll give it another chance. (For 3€ less!!!) Really a shame. Not having the basics as a trained person just upsets me. Positive: Salad was quite palatable. P.S: What I find really annoying is that recessions from “Wilder Kaiser” are included here. Of course, that distorts the whole thing into something positive. The reopening of “Lamm” was on April 3rd, 2024! So remember that recessions with a previous date are from the “Wilder Kaiser”.

It was the first and last time Food was not a treat for the palate. The chef was at the table for a second to ask if everything was okay. But He wasn't interested. Because he was already walking while he was talking

Food wasn't that good. Had schnitzel with fries and salad the classic, you should expect it to taste good. Fries too hard and fries seasoning too much. Schnitzel had no taste and was hard. The rest of the food wasn't a hit either. And if I order a Winschorle I would have it in a nice glass and not in an export beer glass. Won't be my place.

Yesterday the two of us (!) wanted to visit the new lamb around 6:30 p.m. There were only two people sitting outside; I don't think there was a lot of visitors inside either. Even before we sat down in the outside area, the lady told us with a very 'annoyed' expression on her face that we wouldn't get anything to eat and that we could only drink something because several tables were reserved later and we wouldn't be able to make it! - we then said goodbye... What should be said here is that you always have an understanding for bottlenecks or other 'problems'. However, the way this was communicated was very unfriendly. So we won't come again. And that from a restaurant that only opened a few days ago... a shame

Food could even be served in smaller portions. Finally a restaurant with German cuisine again.

Were here for dinner on Sunday. Service top But not the food! Everything tastes unseasoned, and boring. Simply bland. Schnitzels are chewy and not pounded. All schnitzels look the same🤨?! Rustic restaurant, the service is extremely friendly and the food is not a warmed-up finished product but rather home-made and fresh. Simply recommended! Well, today I was reminded by Google to renew my review. What should I renew? Everything is still fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant has to close due to non-renewal of the lease. We are sorry to have to lose this location and are already looking forward to the new restaurant, which will soon welcome us to the same innkeepers.

Yesterday we sat at the next table and can hardly understand what everyone is being accused of. The innkeeper should probably be allowed to have a round of schnapps with good regular customers/friends. As I said, one. We had the impression that the guests enjoyed it. We eat there regularly and have always been satisfied. Diarrhea from the delicious salad, Hmm. That was probably due to something else.

There were about 10 of us and we ate and drank for almost 400 euros. It took them over an hour to prepare the side salad. In the meantime an expired cellar beer arrived, when we pointed it out, the boss just laughed and wasn't interested. My side salad tasted sour and I finally got diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. Towards the end the waitress disappeared for 10-15 minutes. When we called and no one came because we wanted to pay, we had to go into the kitchen and say so. Then they became very aggressive and (insulted) us: whether we had had enough in our tea and now had the courage to go in the back (the colleague had had 2 beers, while the waiter had had a short shot). If we did that again……. With such a high bill, this is an absolute disgrace. In addition, we had someone there who had a birthday and it was known, the regulars' table of course got a short one on the house (3 people) we, with 10 and such a bill, didn't even receive a small gesture. All in all, definitely not recommended after this evening!

Very nice team, familiar, fast, friendly and attentive. Food was super tasty. People value fresh and homemade food. We had a very nice chat with the landlady and unfortunately found out that the Wilder Kaiser might soon no longer exist (due to the sale of the house).

We spontaneously went here for dinner today. Nothing special from the outside, but it is cooked with love and tradition. Had the hare fillet and the wild boar goulash. Each with a side salad and fries or dumplings. The food was super tasty. The meat perfect. Really highly recommended!!!! Very fair price for a really large portion.

It was so much that I couldn't do it. It got a thumbs up for it. You felt like you belonged. Gladly again

Lecker und klasse, so kann man sowohl das Ambiente wie auch das Essen bezeichnen welches es hier gibt. Es ist immer wieder schön hier einen Stopp einzulegen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Selber probieren, einkehren, verwöhnen lassen und bestimmt wieder kommen.

Im Wilden Kaiser wird frisch gekocht und serviert. Die karamellisierten Spargel kannte ich so noch nicht, das Rinderfilet in Soße auf den Punkt, selbst die Kartoffeln besonders zubereitet. Einfach sehr lecker.

Das beste Restaurant für deutsche Küche weit und breit! Mehr muss man an dieser Stelle eigentlich nicht sagen. Die Inhaber betreiben das Restaurant wirklich mit Herzblut. Alle Gerichte sind selbstgemacht und schmecken einfach umwerfend. Zusätzlich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch. Hervorheben möchte ich besonders das selbst die Kroketten selbstgemacht sind. Wo bekommt man sowas heute denn sonst noch? Richtig fast nirgendwo aber hier. Ich kann gar nicht genug schwärmen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hier hin, im Raum drin selbst in zwar nicht viel Platz aber dieser ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Sommer kann man super im Biergarten sitzen und sein Essen genießen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne!

Hier wird noch alles frisch gekocht, wie bei Muttern. Mega lecker und super freundliche Besitzer. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service liess auch keine Wünsche offen. Gutes deutsches Essen zu normalen vernünftigen Preisen. Das Ambiente versprüht den Charme der 80er Jahre.

Anfang November hatte ich ein Lokal für den 24.12, ja richtig den 24.12, gesucht, um mit meiner Familie Weihnachten zu feiern; essen zu gehen. Es gab tatsächlich ein paar wenige die geöffnet hatten. Die Wahl fiel dann schnell auf den *Wilde Kaiser* in Rheinstetten, Rheinaustr. 51. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit Frau Burbach war klar, mit den 15 Leuten und den 3 Kindern kann nichts schiefgehen. Genau so war es am 24.12 dann auch. Für die Kinder war ein extra Tisch gedeckt, so dass die Kinder „unter sich waren“, die Eltern beaufsichtigen und dennoch mit dem Rest der Familie sprechen konnten. Die deutsche Küche inkl. Wild, vegetarisch und dergleichen war hervorragend, die Portionen so groß „Im Bild das Cordon Bleu), dass einige „Doggybags“ herhalten mussten. Kein Problem für die Wirtsleute, auch kein „komisches Gefühl“, weil was mitgenommen wurde. Der Service zuvorkommend, nett, schnell und „immer die Menschen im Blick“. Wenn was gebraucht wurde, war schon jemand da, man musste keine „Zeichen“ geben. Preislich ebenfalls absolut fair und in Ordnung. Die Familie war begeistert, ich ebenso. Wir haben hier in Rheinstetten echt eine kleine Perle. Nochmals herzlichen Dank, dass das alles so Super funktioniert hat. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal, gerade im Sommer wird der Biergarten ausprobiert.

Mein Vater und ich kamen als Aussteller auf der Offerta in diese Gaststätte, weil sie mittags geöffnet ist, eine Seltenheit heutzutage. Wir wurden von der Wirtin sehr freundlich empfangen, beraten und bedient. Nachdem uns dann das vom Wirt gekochte Essen enorm gut schmeckte, kamen wir an jedem Abend, an dem sie geöffnet hatten, wieder. Die Kombination aus herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und leckerem, abwechslungsreichem und liebevoll gekochtem Essen, bei dem auch Extrawünsche berücksichtigt werden, ist wirklich unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir so weit weg wohnen, sonst würde dieses Lokal zu unserem Stammlokal. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Alex und Andi für die schönen Aufenthalte im Wilde Kaiser. Alles Gute für euch und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Sehr gute Hausmannskost zum guten Preis. Ein großes Cordon Bleu ist selbst für Profi's kaum zu schaffen. Der Beilagensalat ist von A bis Z selbstgemacht und Superlecker(sogar schön mit Speck). Sehr nette, deutsche Gastgeber die auch gerne auf Kundenwünsche eingehen. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort hingehen.

Überraschend gut. Vor allem gibt es auch nach 14.00 Uhr noch Mittagessen. Hausmannskost klasse.
