The food is so good......wouldn't eat again. The service was very nice and the only bright spot.

Today we were looking for a little something for lunch and ate some excellent homemade lukewarm potato salad with bratwurst. We'll definitely be back!

We went there for dinner twice during our short vacation. The service was very friendly, unfortunately we couldn't get any of the delicious chicken, but we also enjoyed the alternatives. We went there three times during our vacation and never regretted it. Super nice staff and delicious food at reasonable prices. In particular, the 1/2 chicken dinner was exactly what we wanted.

We came in and out of 9 tables, 3 of them were reserved. We asked at a table for 10 if we could sit down (there were 2 people there). There was a sullen “yes.” So if you want to eat there, book a table - the motto here is, make a lot of reservations and no one comes after 1/2 hour!!! So in my opinion it's pure nonsense. Elsewhere you can reserve for a maximum of 1/4 hour, after which it will be occupied! But here the clocks tick differently. Now we were sitting so far apart that conversation was impossible. Food was good but we were upset. When I asked for another table we were told - are ordered. However, we saw that guests came in randomly looking for a seat and then the reserved seats were taken. When we told the waitress, we were told they had canceled and were sitting outside. What you have to be told as a paying guest defies description. We were very disappointed and can only say: WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! Our recommendation; Then go to "Gautam India Palace" there is always space and great food.

I had dinner there with a group today. The food was very good and so was our service. We had pre-ordered and made arrangements with the boss in advance regarding the order. Unfortunately, two of us weren't there, so logically they couldn't have any food. This apparently didn't sit well with a very aggressive little old lady. She came to our table and complained to our boss in a very rude tone that this wouldn't work and that the food was already ready, even though it had been discussed in advance that the food would only be prepared when we were there in case of illness of colleagues no extra dishes to order. The woman complained for almost 2 minutes in an incredibly rude tone, which should not be tolerated in a restaurant. In the end we had to pay for and take away the other dishes that we didn't actually need. It was my first time there personally and the impression I got was underwhelming, the food was delicious but if I was treated like that as a customer I'd rather look for another restaurant. I hope for the restaurant that this woman will no longer be let loose on customers, it was a catastrophe. It should be mentioned again that the rest of the service was incredibly nice and accommodating.

Very good food, the staff very friendly and attentive

I ate the scariest sauerbraten of my life here. Extremely sour and salty. Hands off! The waitress said it was always like that, which is the worse news. I know from many years of experience what a Franconian sauerbraten should taste like, but here it's a long way from that. In response to my complaint, the waitress gave out a bowl of cranberries, which made the meal somewhat bearable. Enjoyment feels different.

We happened to pass by on our bike tour, 7 people, we were put together a table straight away, the staff was super friendly, the food was great, the portions were large and there were no negative comments from anyone. When I'm close again I know where I'm going.

So the location is A1, the conditions are all great, super friendly. Despite being busy on Sunday lunchtime, food and drinks were available quickly. Selection is good, but unfortunately the quality is below expectations. - Spaetzle unfortunately convenience and not homemade - Neither the schnitzel nor the pork steak tasted convincing - everything is “okay” but nothing “cheesy” Price/performance so-so, n 20 for a bit of turkey and spaetzle from the discounter with sauce is not rice. I'd be happy to go back for a beer in the city, but going out to eat isn't really my favorite.

Hello, cozy inn in Immenstadt. The service is friendly and takes care of every guest. Only Franconian wines are served. The food is great. The prices are completely ok. You have a good feeling when you go home. Gladly again 😃

We were greeted very friendly - I would almost say warmly - and were well looked after and served despite the "full hut". The dishes we ordered arrived in a timely manner (waiting times were completely reasonable/reasonable - despite the house being full). I would describe the atmosphere as quaint. The fact that the menus only consisted of a loose A4 sheet didn't quite fit for me. I would have liked a slightly more valuable presentation here. For not-so-young guests, you can also use larger fonts. :-) But overall the location, the food and especially the service staff - simply great.

Nice, rustic restaurant with an excellent selection of food. Pancake campaign highly recommended. As a Lohrer, a regular contact point. The rooms were newly renovated at the beginning of 2024 and are really bright and beautiful. Even under new management, I still enjoy coming here to eat or just have a beer in the sunny pedestrian zone.

Pure random. We actually wanted to do the signposted old town tour. My wife found a small side street and suddenly we were in the market square. She also suddenly developed pain in her knee and could no longer walk. So I suggested to her that we go in here and take a break first. And what can I say, it was exactly how you would imagine an inn in Bavaria to be. Cozy with lots of people from all ages. The menu was a bit limited "winter menu", but that didn't detract from the variety. It had a bit of everything on it. Meat, fish, vegetarian, salads and dessert. I chose the priest's soup and my wife chose the matjes with salad. Both very tasty. The waitress then told us that they now have a new chef. So all in all, highly recommended.

For me and many others, clearly the best German cuisine in Lohr and beyond. Always a pleasure so far. Price-wise, completely acceptable. The service is attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is what you would expect in a German restaurant.

Wir waren mit mehreren Personen auf einer Geburtstagsfeier. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und reichlich. Tolles Ambiente und auch die Bedienungen einfach top. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war mit einer gemischten Gruppe von ca. 20 Personen (Müttern mit kleinen Kindern, Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen) dort. Es hat total lecker geschmeckt und gut funktioniert. Auf Anraten der Chefin hatten wir direkt um 12:00 Uhr reserviert und das war gut so. Denn der Run auf unsere freiwerdenden Tische war groß! Die Speisen waren sehr lecker - Matjes, Fränkischer Sauerbraten mit Klößen und Rotkraut, Salate, Zanderfilet, Eisbecher - das gesamte Prgramm!

Leider zwei von sieben Essen nicht gut. Zwei sehr gut. Rest ok. Aber preislich schon eher gehoben, Preis Leistung für mich nicht stimmig.

Leider gab es keinen Sauerbraten, jedoch wurde mir als alternative Schweinebraten angeboten und es war sehr lecker. Auch die Putenleber hat sehr lecker ausgesehen und bekanntlich geschmeckt. Kann diese Gaststätte nur weiterempfehlen. Weiter so!

Un super restaurant où l'on peut déguster des plats typiques préparés avec soin. Tout est frais. Le service est excellent, le personnel est toujours souriant et agréable. La terrasse en été est superbe, tout comme l'intérieur qui est magnifiquement décoré. Je le recommande vivement.

Die deutsche Küche einfach spitze gibt es leider nur zu selten

Es schmeckt jedes mal sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist malerisch schön. Konstant gute Qualität. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Gutes Essen und nettes Personal. Man kann sehr schön draußen sitzen. Mit Blick auf die Lohrer Altstadt und einem guten Wein kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Beim Gebackenen Schafskäse "an Salat"mit Preiselbeeren und Baguette für €12.90 entpuppte sich der "Salat" als ein Blatt grünen Salat, eine Achtel Tomate und einigen Zwiebeln. Bei den "2 warme geräucherte Forellenfilets mit Meerrettich, Brot und Butter" war der Meerrettich entschieden zu scharf und ansonsten nichts sagend.

Kehren dort gerne ein wenn wir in der Gegend sind! Essen immer gleich gut! Super freundliches Personal!

Die Gaststätte Schönbrunnen ist sehr malerisch in der Altstadt von Lohr am Main gelegen. Wir saßen bei herrlichem Wetter im Freien unter Sonnenschirmen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl an deutschen Speisen war gut. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt.

Op een woensdagavond vroegen wij of we hier konden eten, de bediening schudde hard nee. Dat is niet mogelijk zonder reservering. Vreemd 85% van het terras was leeg en ook binnen diverse tafels leeg. Op een zeer onvriendelijk manier werden we zeer onaardig uit het restaurant gezet. We zijn bij het restaurant ernaast gaan eten. Zeer vriendelijk, respectvol en heerlijk gegeten. We hadden zicht op het restaurant. De bediening die geen tijd had ging uitgebreid een praatje maken met iemand die langs her terras liep. Hoezo heel erg druk, ze hebben alle tijd om met een niet klant te kletsen. Daarna gingen nog diverse mensen op het terras zitten zonder reservering en kregen wel eten.

Alles perfekt!!! Super Gerichte, große Portionen, schönes Geschirr, tolle Dekoration der Gerichte, geschmacklich hervorragend. Schnelle Bedienung, freundliches Wesen, aufmerksam, kompetent .Einfach toll! Die Räumlichkeit ist sehr sauber, klare Linie, Gemütlichkeit pur.

Der fränkische leckere Sauerbraten war gut und reichlich, wurde öfters bestellt. Bedienung freundlich und flott unterwegs. Man ist gut beraten zu reservieren, hatte gerade noch Glück einen Platz zu bekommen, etliche Leute haben vergeblich nach einem freien Platz gesucht. ACHTUNG RECHNUNG kontrollieren, mir wurde ein Hefe alkoholfrei für 4,10 € berechnet das ich nicht hatte, habe es später gemerkt, als ich im Wohnmobil war. Trottel habe als Belohnung noch ein Trinkgeld gegeben. 🥳😰 Nur 3 Sterne

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne zentrale Lage. Wir waren 2x zum Essen dort und immer super. Die Fleischgerichte kann man loben. Schnitzel mit Spargel, nicht wie neuerdings üblich 2 Rasierklingen dünne Schnitzel, sondern ein richtiges 300g Schnitzel!

Erstklassiges Ambiente im Aussenbereich am Brunnen. Ausreichend Sonnenschirme inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Essen: Vorspeise Leber- und Marklösschensuppe Hauptgericht: Schweinebraten in Biersoße mit Kartoffelknödel und Rotkraut Speisen sind vorzüglich! Wir können die Gaststätte nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein uriges, gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und bemühtem Personal. Sehr gute fränkische Küche. Hatte als Vorspeise eine Suppe und danach den fränkischen Sauerbraten. Hervorragend! Gerne wieder!

Wir haben hier zweimal unser Abendessen genossen - einmal draußen, das andere Mal im Lokal. Wir wurden von sehr netten Bedienungen umsorgt. Die einzelnen Gerichte, ob Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch waren sehr lecker. Auch der Wein bzw. das Bier passte dazu. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Nette aufmerksame Bedingungen draußen, Fränkische Bratwurst nicht so gut: grob und mit Bratensauce, dazu lauwarmes Sauerkraut mit Brot. Bei den Reibekuchen fraglich ob keine TK-Ware. Apfelmus und Bier ok

Meine fränkischen Bratwürstchen wirkten nicht frisch und schwammen in lauwarmen Bratensoße, das Sauerkraut war lauwarm, eine der drei Brotschwiben war abgetrocknet. Dafür sind 8,80 Euro zuviel. Die meisten Frittenbuden bekommen eine bessere Bratwurst hin.

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen, mit exzellenten Speisen aus der Region. Gute, freundliche Bedienung und feine, regionale Wein. Super Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten uns Essen telefonisch bestellt und dann abgeholt. Schweinebraten, Sauerbraten und Putensteak mit Rotkohl und Klößen. Die Abholung war problemlos, keine Wartezeit. Man kann seine eigenen Behälter mitbringen, in welches dann das Essen eingepackt wird. Zuhause haben wir dann alles auf Teller getan und stellten fest, dass es riesige Portionen sind. Und es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, das Fleisch ganz zart und das Blaukraut und die Klöße perfekt. Es war so viel, dass wir es gar nicht alles geschafft haben. Preislich gibt es ebenfalls nicht zu meckern, günstige Preise für gutes Essen und riesige Portionen. Wir finden es toll, dass auch während dieser schwierigen Zeit es noch Restaurants gibt, die ihre Gäste verwöhnen möchten und das Geschäft öffnen. Danke an das Schönbrunnen-Team.

We sat outside on a lovely sunny day and enjoyed an excellent lunch. The service was relaxed, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and typically Bavarian. The Maultaschen shown in the photo were a daily special.
