Rip-off!!! I'd love to give it 0 stars. But unfortunately, that's not possible. I would definitely not go back here! We paid for a beer and ended up having to pay again. The train was also bad, and the owner was very rude. We also had to pay double for the train fare than agreed. I will definitely not be coming back. We were threatened with the police, even though we obviously paid illegally via PayPal. They didn't accept any goods or services here either; they used friends and family to get more money under the table! Never again!!!

Rip-off! Never again! I paid for all the beers, and at the end we were given a bill for 12 supposedly unpaid beers. After a brief discussion, the bar owner threatened us with the police, whereupon, like good German citizens, we didn't want any trouble, paid the rest, and left. The paid beers were supposed to be billed under friends and family, not under goods and services, as one might assume. The trams are just about okay.

People are human here. For us as a club, this place is more than just a bowling alley. We come every first Friday of the month for training and are very satisfied. The lanes are well-maintained and the beer tastes excellent! A must-do when in Karlsruhe. Best wishes from the Seals 🦭💪🏼

The kitchen is no longer in operation. The waitress doesn't speak German, and guests have to show him what they want to drink.

No luck at all getting in. I tried 20 times by phone to make a reservation for 10 people during the week, and that was during regular opening hours. What happened? Just a recorded message saying no one was available, no answering machine, no answering the call. If I call again, the call is immediately disconnected!!! Here, too, you can feel the service and quality, hence one star... You'll just go somewhere else...

Food is better than expected. Service rather bored and absent. Ambience very stuffy and musty.

Rude and unfriendly staff at all. The gaming equipment doesn't work and they don't care and they have the audacity to charge us for the time we took to fix their equipment! It's a shame, we wanted a place to play every week, given the insolence of the staff, my group and I will never set foot in this establishment again.

Inner city Kegeln, what else is there to say? Several lanes with a variety of game options are available. Did not try any of the food available, so I'm unable to comment on that. But my friends and I had fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful when the pins got stuck

I have rarely felt the need to write a negative review, but my experience at the Kegelcenter Karlsruhe leaves me no other choice. We had reserved a bowling alley for 6 p.m. and even called again five minutes before our arrival to see if the alley was ready. However, when we arrived, almost all the lanes were occupied by a bowling club. It seemed as if free lanes were deliberately not opened for us so as not to disturb the club. In addition, we were lured with false waiting times as we were often told that we only had to wait ten minutes - which was not the case. The situation was made worse by the rude and unaccommodating behavior of the staff. There was no clear communication or an apology for the long waiting time despite our reservation and telephone reassurance. In addition, our reserved game time started at 7 p.m. without us being informed, which caused additional confusion and frustration. On a positive note, the bowling itself was fun and there were enough tables for celebrations. However, the negative impression outweighs the fact that club members are obviously given preferential treatment not only when it comes to the trains, but also when it comes to food and drink, and the service for walk-in customers leaves a lot to be desired. This gives the impression that the average consumer has no relevance to the store and that the focus is only on groups of visitors with a potentially high profit. For these reasons, I can only recommend the bowling center to a limited extent. Better care and fairer treatment of all guests, regardless of club status, would be desirable. In addition, you should not rely on the agreed times.

I've often been to the bowling center with my friends. The price of the rides is worlds cheaper compared to rides from Lago. Of course they don't have the same quality, but they're more than enough to simply have fun with your friends. It is very important to note that in addition to the Kegel balls, there are also bowling balls. (Balls with 2 holes). I always order something to drink and eat with my friends. After friendly service, it doesn't take long until the food and even faster the drink is served. If the cones get stuck, which can happen, a service employee will be on site immediately to help. All in one, a very cool facility!

War jetzt nicht herausragen aber ok. Negativ fand ich, dass man hier nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, das sollte man in 2023 schon erwarten können

Die Kegelbahnen sind super, das "Restaurant" (eher ein Imbiss) eine Katastrophe. Keiner erwartet Sterneküche in einer Kegelbahn - Tiefkühlware ist völlig ok, wenn man sie nur richtig zubereiten würde: Die Pizzen waren steinhart und die Pommes ölig und matschig - da war wohl das Fett nicht heiß genug. Ausschließlich Barzahlung anzubieten ist bei Gruppen und Firmenevents ein no-go. Kartenterminals gibt es für wenig Geld, die Kosten für Girocardzahlungen liegen im Centbereich. Da kann es doch nicht sein, dass man für größere Rechnungsbeträge zum Geldautomaten geschickt wird.

Der Laden ist mega!!! Die beste Pizza die ich je gegessen hab in Karlsruhe!! Die Bedienungen sind sehr nett. Obwohl der Laden voll war, kam das Essen sehr schnell. Mit meiner Freundesgruppe hat es sehr Spaß gemacht. Immer wieder gerne dort!

Bedienung war top Preise sehr zufrieden stellend der Aufenthalts Raum wie auch die Bahn an sich sehr sauber und schick werde demnächst öfter kommen

Ich bin ein großer Fan von lokalen Geschäften. Nach einer Bestätigung der Reservierung per Mail sind wir zu 12. am Sonntag dort vorgelaufen. Vorgefunden haben wir einen zu Öffnungszeiten geschlossenen Laden ohne Info. Die Reservierung wurde offenkundig abgesagt. Bis heute wissen wir nicht warum. Wir reden hier von einer Kegelbahn. Nicht von einem aufwändigen Restaurant. Eine absage öÄ wäre im Voraus nicht schlimm gewesen. Aber das war eine absolute freche und unfreundliche Enttäuschung. Selbst auf Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Zu hohes Risiko - Nie wieder! // EDIT: Der Betreiber hatte sich gemeldet und uns als Wiedergutmachung einmal zwei Bahnen für umsonst angeboten. Daher Korrektur der Bewertung von 1 auf 3 Sterne erhöht. Wir können uns dennoch nicht erklären, warum der Betrieb zu normalen Öffnungszeiten geschlossen hatte.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Komme gerne wieder !

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe (13 Pers.) und hatten vorher reserviert. Das Essen kam über 1 Stunde verteilt. Die ersten haben bereits aufgegessen bis die letzten ihre Gerichte bekommen haben. Die Pizzen sind bei jedem belibigem Italiener oder Türken besser belegt und schmecken auch besser.

Vorher war es sehr gut, aber bei meinem letzten Besuch fand ich heraus, dass sie den Besitzer gewechselt haben und fast kein Gericht auf der Speisekarte hatten ... schade

Super Laden. Schöne Kegelbahn, faire Preise

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service und leckeres Essen. Dazu noch zu günstigen Preisen. Außerdem die Möglichkeit zu Kegeln, Billard, Kicker, Darts und es gibt einen separaten Raucherraum. Liegt etwas versteckt beim Mühlburger Tor, aber lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Top!

Zum Kegeln einfach super. War schon ein paar mal da und bin top zufrieden. Der Besitzer ist zudem sehr freundlich, ich komme gerne wieder 👌🏻

Wir gehen im Freundeskreis sehr gerne dorthin. Gerade weil das Essen dort sehr lecker ist, der Betreiber und seine Mitarbeiter sind super nett und man kann sehr gut kegeln.

Die Schnitzelpanade war trotz Lieferservice sogar noch knusprig - Hervorragend! Gyros Pita war auch lecker. Die Portion Tzatziki war allerdings recht winzig für 4,90€, kein Brot und geschmacklich leider nicht besonders, eher wie ein Fertigprodukt ohne echten Yoghurt. Schade. Aber der Rest war wirklich gut.

Der Besitzer ist unglaublich nett und das Essen hervorragend und günstig. Gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Kegelbahnen sind toll. Gut um einen schönen Abend mit Freunden oder Familie zu verbringen.
