We happened upon this place by chance due to a traffic jam while passing through and were so pleasantly surprised. A lovingly decorated restaurant with very friendly service. The food was perfect. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch at Minoan today and were absolutely thrilled! We sat on the beautiful terrace, but the dining room is also very chic and harmoniously decorated. The chairs are very comfortable! Great ambiance! The waitress was friendly and accommodating, and the chef was also very nice and said goodbye with a handshake. Great service! We had veal tartare, mushroom risotto, rack of lamb, beef steak, and for our vegan friend, there was simpetherio. All of our dishes were delicious and beautifully presented on elegant dishes. The combinations are very sophisticated and perfectly coordinated. Great food! All I have to say is that I think it's great that vegans are also taken into consideration here, and you can also have a great meal here with children. We'll be back! Thank you! ❤️

A culinary experience of the highest caliber; we'll definitely be back! We visited Minoan in Ettlingen for the first time today, and we were thrilled! As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted and immediately felt welcome. The service was exceptional: attentive, prompt, and very courteous. We were particularly impressed by the chef personally coming to our table several times to give us individual advice. Since my father is diabetic, we had to be careful with sugar and certain ingredients – and the entire team was thoughtful and responded with wonderful flexibility. Our wishes were not only taken seriously, but transformed into delicious, modern, yet authentic Greek cuisine. The food was simply fantastic: fresh, aromatic, high-quality, and prepared with love. You immediately notice that quality, hospitality, and authentic Greek culinary culture are lived here. A true insider tip in Ettlingen; we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Finally, a Greek restaurant without Delphi or Rhodos and all the other names. I love this fusion cuisine. The olive oil was amazing; unfortunately, you can't get it anywhere.

My ancient review was still here under the new restaurant name. Strange. So, new restaurant, new luck. Beautifully decorated, something's changed. Friendly service. The menu offers some surprising dishes. The basic focus is Greek. Unfortunately, on my first visit, my tartar and main course were too salty. Everyone else was happy, so I must have just been unlucky. On my second visit, I had the moussaka. It was too dry for me personally, but I don't know the dish that well; it's probably just how it's supposed to be. The side salad was delicious, and everyone else was extremely satisfied with their food, too. The octopus received particular praise.

Yesterday I visited the newly opened Minoan restaurant for the first time. I received a very friendly welcome from the chef himself. Despite not having a reservation, I was immediately seated in a comfortable seat with a bench. The carpaccio starter was excellent, surpassed only by the tender chicken breast in the main course! I'll definitely be back!

Even reading the menu is fun. It's not your average food; everything sounds great. It tasted amazing, too. The service was great at first; the food came quickly, and they asked if we needed anything. Unfortunately, when our glasses were empty for the second time, no one else came by. All in all, a great restaurant with a friendly team. We'll definitely be back!

Great food, lovely staff. For large groups, you should order in advance as the kitchen is not very large, but it is very tasty. After 20 minutes you brought the cold frozen fries and the tetra yogurt with the fresh schnitzel. This is absolutely unprofessional. If you have an accu lamp on the table And if you think 2 pictures on the wall are nice, that's ok. Keep it up 🙋😃

We were here for lunch on Monday and were very satisfied. The food (turkey skewer with grilled vegetables and fries) is very tasty and the portion is sufficient even for good eaters. The Strasbourg sausage salad is just as good as the pizza bread that goes with it. We received excellent and very friendly service.
