Wasen Döner Pizza in Ettlingen

We weren't satisfied here today. Vegetarian doner kebab with grilled vegetables: a slice of zucchini, about the width of a finger. That was it. The sauce in both the vegetarian yufka and the (not homemade, just toasted) 'flatbread' was just thin yogurt. No seasoning, nothing in the rest of the doner either. The meat was okay, but not really grilled. The yufka was OK, but the flatbread wasn't particularly big. The staff was friendly, but that's just not everything. It's been better, unfortunately. We didn't eat there, otherwise we would have complained straight away... Nevertheless, all the best for the future.

The Jufka was quite good. It could have had more sauce. I know I could have said so. But elsewhere the Jufka was considerably juicier, without me having to say anything. In terms of friendliness, I've had better elsewhere. Overall, though, it's okay there.

A very nice shop, perfect for a quick stop. You feel at home there, and the employees are very friendly. I go here often and get a delicious yufka.

Everything is done right for a kebab shop, but there is room for improvement... we have already reached that price point 🫣

I have to get this off my chest, I can't understand the reviews. It was my first time there. My wife's yufka dough was still raw, and the contents included every onion and lettuce leaf. The bun in a doner kebab must be homemade, the meat was dry, and there wasn't much sauce. They should reconsider the portion size for €8 and not count every lettuce leaf. Just throw on whatever fits in the tongs and that's it. When you're finished with the doner kebab, there has to be some sauce left in the paper wrapper. The quality has to match the price.

Your taste is truly top-notch, especially the sauce and the quality of the ingredients always impress me. Today, however, there was one small thing that caught my attention: I always eat my dürüm without cabbage and instead opt for feta cheese, which you pay extra for. Unfortunately, there was significantly less feta cheese this time than usual – the taste was barely noticeable. When you order something extra, you naturally want to be able to enjoy it. Also, the meat was a bit unevenly distributed. I had almost only lettuce on top, while all the meat was collected at the bottom. As a result, the overall flavor wasn't as balanced as usual. Nevertheless, it remains the best kebab shop in Ettlingen in terms of taste.

It's a kebab shop right next to the Wasen tram stop. We always pre-ordered and picked up the food; it was delicious.

The doner kebab used to be bigger and the meat was also juicier. The service was bad. You get asked three times what you ordered and it's still wrong.

I didn't like the doner bread that much... --- Update: Everything was fine, I like it when it's baked fresh in front of the customer 🙂🙂. I'll be back anyway. I'll just get the yufka roll then 😀😀😀.

Did it change hands? The meat was dry and some parts were not cooked. The potatoes were like they were left from yesterday. I was sorry. It cost 8 euros. Purchased on June 2 at 17:30.

Unfortunately my appetite was gone when I saw the moldy drinks fridge. The entire grid on which the drinks stand is moldy.

I ate kebab yesterday and got a stomach bug, vomited every 20 minutes from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., food was prepared without gloves and hands weren't washed, I'll never go there again to feel like a dog all night long

My absolute favorite kebab shop. He offers different versions of sauces or a dough alternative with spelled flour. Always very friendly and allows for individual orders.

Unreserved recommendation. There were three of us on Tuesday evening and we ate a Pomdöner, falafel at Yufka and a falafel plate special. Everything was very tasty and large portions. My wife wasn't there that evening and was disappointed that she couldn't come with us, so we ate there again on Wednesday lunchtime and it was another taste experience. We come more often now.

So, I'll tell you something now. The best kebab in Ettlingen. No discussion. What's more, it's cheaper than many competitors. The only thing I have to complain about is that the shop is closed on Saturdays. Maybe that's better for me because otherwise I would go even further. Conclusion: Go there. You don't need another kebab shop anymore. (Well maybe the Wasendöner 2 branch in Karlsruhe, also 5 stars)

After a long hike we stopped here to enjoy some food. The atmosphere was quite good and we got the food quite quickly, but the food was too expensive for this price and would have fit into the cheap category at best.

Sun 08/18/24, 12:03: I ordered a Margherita, only one kebab customer in front of me. After me, a kebab customer was served straight away. Then a woman came with pizza and kebab and had to wait too. Other kebab customers were served first, my pizza isn't in the oven yet. I got up and left... Answer to answer: In the entire time I was waiting, no one on the right had prepared a pizza. What was said did not match what was done.

Friendly and funny guys, vegetarian Yufka with wholemeal flatbread is a great idea and was very tasty!

Hello! We are from Spain, came to visit and accidentally found this Wasen kebab pizzeria, really good service, friendliness and delicious food. everything is very good. and very affordable.

We have been going to Raffet for years and enjoying the intricacies of his cuisine. The work is always very hygienic and clean, and requests are always carefully taken into account. The staff is always very friendly, even in stressful situations! To date, it has been the best kebab in the Ettlingen area for several years now, and for over a decade now! Try it out and enjoy :)!

Great kebab and pizza man in Ettlingen. The salami pizza I ate was super tasty and not exactly expensive. There's a lot going on here at the Wasen, which means the Wasen Döner is also really crowded. But I don't think that's a bad thing because you still get your food super quickly. I'll definitely come back again. LG

The team is always very friendly. The store is always extremely clean. I've loved going there for years. Easily accessible as the train stops right in front of the door. The food is always fresh and extremely tasty and the portions are also very large. If you want something extra or don't want something, consideration is always given. I also think it's great that you can sit outside. 👌🏼 When I read the 1* reviews, I can't understand any of them. If something doesn't go right, you can say something directly on the spot, neither the boss nor the team will bite you off. They're way too nice for that. So until next time….. ✌🏼

Sehr leckere Gerichte und ein sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Ich nächtige im nahegelegenen Radisson Blu und fahre zum Abendessen des öfteren hierhin. Das Yufka und die Lahmacun werde frisch zubereitet und im Ofen gebacken. Die Saucen sind abwechlungsreich und in Kombination mit dem guten Dönerfleisch sehr lecker. Insgesamt nur zum empfehlen.

Ich habe zwei Fladenbrot Döner gekauft, aber das Brot entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Statt dem angepriesenen Fladenbrot wurde offensichtlich Hamburger Brot vom Lidl verwendet. Das Brot war extrem trocken und wirkte hohl. Der Döner enthielt kaum Fleisch, stattdessen überwog das Gemüse. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da der Döner stolze 7,00 € kostete. Der Geschmackserlebnis war leider ebenfalls mangelhaft. Das Fleisch war kaum wahrnehmbar, da das Verhältnis von Gemüse zu Fleisch unausgewogen war. Hätte ich für 14,00 € die Zutaten selbst beim Lidl gekauft, hätte ich vermutlich ein besseres Ergebnis erzielt.

Döner war lecker. Man sollte an der Kundenorientierung arbeiten. Bestellt um dort zu essen, musste meinen Döner selbst an der Theke abholen.. deswegen die Beurteilung

Sehr gute Pommes. Beim Döner war die Sauce nut auf dem ersten Drittel, weswegen das letzte Drittel etwas trocken war. Es wurde direkt eine Sauce draufgemacht,d.h. es gab die Frage Yoghurt- oder Knoblauchsauce nicht. Ansonsten sehr sauber und viele Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Sehr lecker und genügend um satt zu werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt also absolut. Man wird sehr nett bedient und kann auch schön draußen sitzen. Für das Klientel, das man teilweise um sich herum sitzen hat, kann ja keiner was. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder!

Ich sage nur WOW 🤩. Das Essen war der Hammer. Wirklich super lecker, alles frisch und wir sind sind so herzlich begrüßt worden. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so ein guten Yufka gegessen. Und zu meinem Glück gab es auch Soße ohne Knoblauch 🤩. Das hab ich bisher noch nie gesehen. Ab sofort meine neue Nr. 1. 🥇 Hier wird Qualität ganz groß geschrieben.

Bester Döner in Ettlingen. Alle sehr sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Am liebsten esse ich im Fladenbrot, da das Brot getoastet wird. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Knoblauchsauce kombiniert mit der Cocktailsoße.

Der aller beste Döner 🥙überhaupt. Haben im Umkreis schon einige probiert und hier in der Gegend ist er eindeutig der beste . Top Portionen, frische Zutaten, lecker lecker🤤 und in der Regel wird man schnell bedient. Das Personal ist super freundlich … aber ich werde oft auf türkisch begrüßt … ich versteh dann nix 😂 . Weiter so 👍
