The food was great and all the changes we wanted were implemented perfectly 😊

We had pizza and loved it. It was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive.

Never had such bad service and such bad food. Ordered from Lieferando with a stated wait time of 30 to 50 minutes. After the wait time was up, I got a message saying my food would be delivered right away, so I went out onto the street and waited another 50 minutes... Then a new message saying my food would be here in 47 minutes. Are you serious? I called the manager, who then also became abusive. We would get our food. It actually arrived 2.5 hours after ordering. Everyone was very hungry, but what was unpacked was absolutely inedible. The pizzas were lukewarm, burnt, soggy, greasy, and inedible. In the end, it was a huge pile for the organic waste bin, and we had stomach aches and vomiting. Never again! Absolutely not a recommendation!

Worst pizza of all. The wait was 2.5 hours, and the pizza was a complete mess. Inedible. I thank God for the stomach cramps, and after half an hour, everything I'd eaten was back. I don't recommend it 😕

We ordered food for 6 people during our weekend vacation. 5 pizzas and a baked schnitzel. It started with the food being delivered two and a half hours later. When we inquired about it beforehand by phone, the manager became abusive and rude. He even said (when we asked after two hours where the food was) that they talk too much, they'll get their food anyway. The food was soggy, burnt, and poorly or not at all seasoned. It was also lukewarm, of course. The ingredients came from a cheap package. At these prices, this quality and the lack of service is not just a disgrace, it's outrageous and borders on fraud.

I ordered the schnitzel brocoli and a few burgers, the burgers were just disgusting, the meat tasted like the sole of a shoe. The schnitzel was undercooked and mushy, the sauce tasted rotten and the brocoli was still completely hard and my fried potatoes were not seasoned. The nuggets and croquettes that I still had were disgusting, the nuggets were super salty and the croquettes were not crispy but soggy. At the end of the song my partner and I have a huge stomach ache and we feel sick!!!🤮 I can't pass it up and paid €40 for it 🤮😡

I can't comment on the ambiance; I ordered it for home delivery. My pollock with croquettes and hollandaise sauce was very tasty, but it could have used more sauce. My son had the minced meat box, which was also absolutely delicious, but the portion size could have been a bit larger. We were very impressed 👍🍀😎

If you want a currywurst without sauce, this is the place for you. Dry sausage. The salad next to it is inedible because it is absolutely warm. The schnitzel with mixed vegetables was also frozen and inedible. It's a shame because the dishes actually have potential, but it's just a waste of money

Mit Abstand das rappigste was ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. Der Burger Bestand aus Tiefkühl Burgerpatties und die Pommes waren einfach nur lapperig. Komplett ein Schuss in den Ofen. Spart euer Geld lieber.

Qualität hat leider sehr abgenommen... Preis Leistung ...naaajaaaa...... Gibt wirklich Handlungsbedarf...

Ich habe noch nicht oft von hier etwas bestellt oder gegessen aber wenn, dann war es echt lecker! Die Atmosphäre dort hat auch nochmal seinen ganz eigenen Charme :)

Ich bestelle dort sehr gerne die Pizza ist sehr lecker und knusprig die Nudeln Cabonaro schmecken mir sehr. Und der Cheeseburger ist auch sehr lecker.

Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden. Meistens bestellen wir Pizza und egal welche sie sind alle lecker, frisch, heiß und knusprig. Für uns die beste Pizza in Rathenow. Aber auch das Schnitzel ist super lecker. Die Lieferzeit ist oft sehr zügig je nach Betrieb. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist prima. Wir hoffen dass es den Charlottengarten noch lange geben wird. Macht weiter so!!!!

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und sind sehr begeistert über das leckere Bauernfrühstück. Dazu gab's noch einen bunten Salat. Es gab nix zu bemängelt, ganz im Gegenteil. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und der junge Mann vom Lieferdienst sehr nett. Das Essen war, was bei dem Gericht ja vorkommt, nicht zu fettig. Super. Vielen Dank und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. Grosses Lob an euch und weiter so! Jlg

Waren heute auf der Durchreise und haben im Augenwinkel am Strassenrand das Schild der Gaststätte erblickt und gleich den Anker geworfen da wir richtig Hunger hatten. Und was soll ich sagen... Es hat sich gelohnt... Die Einrichtung ist eben Gartenkneipe aber dafür war das andere drumherum super. Service, Essen und Preisleistungsverhältnis einfach Super. Danke!!! Bei der nächsten Durchfahrt halten wir gern wieder an.

Ist nicht das modernste ist eine Gartenkneipe aber essen kann man da sehr gut.

Wir haben nach Bützer bestellt und das Essen war innerhalb von 35 min bei uns. Sehr netter Lieferservice. Andere Lieferanten aus der Umgebung könnten sich von der Qualität des essens eine Scheibe abschneiden. Die Portionen waren ausreichend und Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bestellen dort gerne wieder.

أريد أن اخبركم شيئ هذه المطعم لديه كثير من الطعام من دون للحم الخنزير ولانك اول مره قد تصلت زوجتي لالمانيةوصت على الاكل وكانت الكرسونه على التلفون لطيفة وكان الاكل لذيذ وبعد سبوع ولكن بعد أسبوع لقد رجعت وتصلت على المطعم وجبت على التلفون تلك الكرسونه الختيارة وكانت تعمل انها لاتسمعني وأنا تحدثت معها في للغة الالمانية ليس في لغتي العربية وبعدها فصلت الخط وحاولت عادة الاتصال ولكنها لاتجيب اكثر من خمس دقائق وبعدها بعض الثواني اتصلت زوجتي الالمانية واجابت فوا ولا العنصرية نحن جميعاً بشر
