Gastspiel in Hamburg

Wir konnten nicht reservieren, also versuchten wir vor Ort unser Glück und wurden mehr als belohnt. Im Gurlitt passt einfach alles! Die Aussicht, das Essen, die wahnsinnig tollen Servicekräfte. Ich habe selten so eine offenherzige und besonnene Freundlichkeit erlebt! Das Essen (Vorspeise, Pasta, Burger, und Nachtisch) war phantastisch und wir hätten noch wesentlich länger den Ausblick genießen können (Bei Weinschorle und Apèrol). Absolute Empfehlung und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

"Eigentlich" müsste hier alles passen. Für die Nachmittagshitze kann der Gastronom sicher nichts. Terrassenservice in praller Sonne. 1. Frage nach der Markise: es ist doch wolkig. 2. Frage: Gewitter kommt abends. 3. Frage an den sehr unfreundlichen Chef : Geht nicht, Markise dreckig, können doch reingehen (Teppich sehr dreckig und noch wärmer). Was nun ??? Das Essen war hervorragend, die Atmosphäre auch. Schade, kein Einzelfall alleine während wir dort waren.

Das Essen war ein Genuss, eine wunderbare Bewirtung und dazu noch ein schöner Ausblick.

Atemberaubende Aussicht, unschlagbare Preise. Ein großes Lob an die freundliche junge Dame, die es schaffte, ganz allein alle Tische im Blick zu behalten.

Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich gestaltet und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die Bedienung war freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die angenehme Atmosphäre hat den Besuch zusätzlich abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Event zum Brunch am ersten Sonntag im Monat, An der Alster 47a, ggü. Hotel Le Meridien wieder eine gelungene Brunch-Verananstaltung inkl. Kaffee und einem Begrüßungssekt oder O-Saft, wieder ein sehr leckeres Brunchangebot. Das Serviceteam war wie gewohnt wieder äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit großem Aussenbereich zum sitzen um die Sonne zu genießen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und stets zu Verfügung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und hätte am liebsten noch mehr gegessen. Die Aussicht über die Alster mit den Segelschiffen vor Ort hiet könnte man den ganzen Tag hier verbringen. Kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Liegt direkt am Hamburger Segel-klub.

Noch ein Ort an dem es in Hamburg nicht so voll ist. Immer einen Abstecher wert!

Ein wunderbarer Abend! Ohne Reservierung freundlich emfangen zu werden war schon toll. Essen fantastisch, das Ambiente stimmig, es verbreitet gediegene, zeitlose Eleganz und ist doch modern. Und irgendwie weltoffenes Seglerpublikum machteces im Seglerheim stimmig. Große Fenster mit herrlichem Blick auf die Außenalster, auch mit grißem Terrassenbereich, der direkt an die Hafenanlage anschließt. Das Beste war aber Olivia, unsere superfreundliche und kompetente Kellnerin, die uns mit viel Charme einen sehr erfreulichen Abend bescherte. Es geht nicht besser! Vieken Dank ans ganze Team, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! 2 befreundete Damen.

Leider hatten wir insgesamt keine schöne Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Für einen Sonntagmittag zum Geburtstagsessen hatten wir extra einen Tisch reserviert, doch der Aufenthalt begann bereits enttäuschend: Wir saßen etwa eine halbe Stunde lang in der prallen Sonne hinter einer Glasscheibe und wurden regelrecht „gegrillt“. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden schließlich die Rollläden etwas heruntergelassen – zunächst sogar die falschen. Leider setzte sich dieser Eindruck im weiteren Verlauf fort. Erst nach etwa 30 Minuten wurde unsere Bestellung aufgenommen, und anschließend dauerte es insgesamt über zwei Stunden, bis wir sowohl unsere Getränke als auch das Hauptgericht erhielten. Auch das Abräumen erfolgte nur sehr schleppend, und eine Nachfrage nach weiteren Getränken blieb komplett aus. Den negativen Höhepunkt bildete schließlich die Situation am Ende, in der wir zu Unrecht beschuldigt wurden und man begann, mit uns zu diskutieren - ein absolut unangemessenes Verhalten. Die Lage ist zwar wirklich schön, jedoch wirkt der Service bei der aktuellen Personalsituation völlig überfordert und ist entsprechend unzureichend. Hier müsste entweder deutlich mehr Personal eingesetzt oder die Anzahl der Gäste reduziert werden. Wir können das Restaurant daher leider nicht empfehlen und werden selbst nicht wiederkommen. Entlang der Alster gibt es zahlreiche deutlich bessere Alternativen. P.S.: Hochstühle für Kinder sind leider ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.

Das Gurlitt-restaurant Direkt an der Alster (gegenüber dem Le Meridian) gehört zum Segelclub, ist aber für Fremd-Gäste offen. Super Wiener Schnitzel, kleine, aber sehr gute Karte zu fairen Preisen. Immer gerne wieder!

Top Location & super netter Service. Ich habe noch nie so ein tolles Erbsenpüree gegessen. Danke! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren im Gurlitt an der Alster, weil wir gerade Segeltörns planen und vor Ort auch eine mögliche Kooperation besprochen haben. Genau dafür war es ideal: sehr gutes Essen, aufmerksamer Service und eine Aussicht, bei der man automatisch länger sitzen bleibt. Was mir außerdem gefallen hat: Die Deko ist verspielt und gleichzeitig stilvoll – nichts wirkt zufällig oder überladen. Insgesamt hat das Restaurant eine angenehm unaufgeregte Atmosphäre: hochwertig, aber nicht steif. Und ja: Für uns ist es fast ein Vorteil, dass der Laden (gefühlt) kein totaler Hotspot ist. Man bekommt Qualität, Blick und Ruhe, ohne dass es überlaufen wirkt – eher ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Eyen ist einfach und unkompliziert. Die Speisekarte bietet keine riesige Auswahl. Im Restaurant war es allerdings kalt. Andere Gäste saßen mit Mänteln an ihren Tischen.

Delicious cuisine in Hamburg's most beautiful sailing club, with the largest harbor facility right on the Outer Alster in the heart of Hamburg! Many people don't know it, but the club's restaurant, "Gurlitt," is always open to members and their friends, except on rest days, regatta days, and specific internal club events. Many a "friend" has been transformed into a repeat customer or even a member, whether through the large panoramic windows overlooking the Alster or the spacious outdoor dining area directly on the Alster, but above all through the fine, frequently changing menu at fair prices... The Gurlitt has thus become a firm insider tip for many a "non-sailor" for a short, culinary-exciting getaway in a maritime atmosphere on the Alster... 😋⛵ During the season, the grill at the jetty is open every Wednesday from around 8:00 PM, as this is when the legendary Kangaroo Regatta comes to an end. Brunch is served at the HSC every first Sunday of the month (Please note: Advance reservations by phone with Gurlitt are required!) The beautiful evening sunsets on the terrace, in the relaxed Gurlitt atmosphere, add a touch of contemplation to any sunny, active day, whether on or by the Outer Alster... 😃

Not customer-oriented, no sense of service, no sense of open communication. You're ignored at the entrance, and when the party is closed, there are no signs or links to the website. So much for first impressions. When customers pointed out these shortcomings, there was no understanding, only excuses.

Simply fantastic! We had an absolutely perfect party at The Gurlitt Restaurant! Delicious BBQ and the best drinks, super-committed service, great preparation, and a fair bill! Plus, glorious summer weather! You couldn't ask for more!

A great location right on the Alster with excellent food. To get to Gurlitt, you have to cross the small Guelitt Bridge and then turn left, past Captain Prüsse's sailing school into the courtyard of the Hamburg Sailing Club… but the few steps are worth it!

The Gurlitt salad is amazing, the wine is damn tasty, the service is perfect and very friendly, and this is a unique place on the Alster. A dream!

A bit hidden away and accordingly quiet, but if you like peace and quiet and delicious food, this is the place for you. 😊 The menu isn't extensive, but what is offered is incredibly delicious and definitely worth the price. A real insider tip for Hamburg.

Very good food, service was occasionally overwhelmed but still good, the ambiance was very chic, a bit cramped outside but with a view of the Alster. Unfortunately, there's no running water in the restrooms; the restaurant can't help it, as there was a burst pipe 1.5 km away. A bit overpriced for the price, but perfectly acceptable for a restaurant visit in Hamburg.

Fantastic view of the Outer Alster! The food also tasted very good and there is even a terrace with sun. It's almost an insider tip. Many people probably can't find the restaurant at all or think it's only for sailing club members.

A real insider tip. Great restaurant in the yacht club, great outdoor terrace, super attentive and perfect service. Good menu with oriental dishes too, everything highly recommended, I can particularly highlight the hamburger and the veal schnitzel, super tasty and really plentiful. It's worth a visit and the prices are absolutely great. Don't forget Augustiner brew on tap. I'm looking forward to the next visit

We were invited to the 60th birthday. Grill buffet with lots of delicious things, also for vegetarians! Then the view over the Alster between the sailing boats, wonderful weather and a sunset to kneel down on! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, all in all a perfect evening!

The restaurant in the Hamburg sailing club - not just for club members. In a classic atmosphere you can dine directly on the Alster with a view of the boats. The Gurlitt team offers freshly prepared dishes with a changing menu. The HSC burger and the currywurst - both with great fries - are the long-running favorites on the menu. It's not just sailors who feel comfortable here.

War am Freitag dort nach dem Segeln essen. Die Qualität war klasse. Als es dunkel wieder gab‘s kleine hübsche Teelicht-Lichter und der Service war viel besser als früher. Macht bitte weiter so. Das fühlt sich gut an. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen.

Muss wirklich nicht nochmal sein. Bedienung desinteressiert, der Lachs den wir beide hatten war nicht glasig, er war innen komplett roh. Beilagen kalt, direkt aus dem Kühlschrank und sehr lieblos zubereitet und abgeschmeckt. Das Baguette dass es dazu gab bekomme ich bei Penny besser zum selbst aufbacken. 55€ für 2x rohen Lachs & zwei Bier ist selbst in heutigen Zeiten nicht angemessen. Und wenn man nur die Lage will, gibt es nebenan bessere Möglichkeiten mit besserem Essen.

We had grilled salmon and lamb, with a buffet of sallads. Grilled on the pier right in front of you! Everything was excellent, perfectly grilled and sallads were delicious! Served with chilled rosé wine on a warm summer evening right by the lake. This is a must when in Hamburg. P.S Everything at a really good price!

Schöne Terrasse, bei Sonne ein Genuss Aber auch bei kälteren/nassen Begebenheiten lässt es sich im Innenraum mit großer Scheibe mit Blick aufs Wasser.
