Gasthof Zur Altstadt in Haiger

Despite the language barrier, I received a very warm welcome, even though I walked in unexpectedly. I had a pleasant time trying to make myself understood in English; the waiter and waitress were having a good laugh together. The food is good, the service is excellent, and the establishment is beautiful and clean. Go there if you'd like to stop for a meal. Thank you for a lovely time.

The food here is definitely very good and plentiful. The prices are reasonable. We've been to this restaurant several times, and the service occasionally leaves room for improvement. When it's busy, the service seems overwhelmed, and we've even waited a very long time for our food.

Everything was great, good kebab and side dishes.
