Very cozy and lovingly homemade food.

A truly authentic restaurant with excellent home-style cooking; I've never had better kale with sausage. The value for money is fantastic, especially considering the location, with a good selection of beers and super friendly staff. Next time I'm in Bremen: I'll definitely eat here again!!

A lovely restaurant in Bremen's Schnoor district. Unlike some other restaurants in the area, the prices here are fair, and the selection is excellent. The welcome was very friendly; even though I arrived without a reservation, they went out of their way to accommodate me. The food was freshly prepared, arrived quickly, and was delicious. Two thumbs up for a restaurant steeped in history with very attentive and friendly service.

This is truly a perfect place for good food and a relaxing evening. The food is authentically North German, the beer is good, and the service is first-class, with a keen sense of how to welcome guests and cater to individual needs. We immediately felt welcome and were certain from the start that we had made a very good choice. The Labskaus, kale platter, and red berry compote are excellent, and the Preussenschluck is a perfect finish. If we come to Bremen again, a visit here is a must.

There were nine of us, and everyone was very satisfied. The service and atmosphere were excellent.

Only for Italians: incredibly quaint, beautiful place. The farmer's salad is recommended because it comes with two mini sandwiches. I ate the lebkaust out of curiosity, and every now and then I wonder why I persist... It's a dish that just looking at it makes you lose your appetite. It's worth eating once out of curiosity, but it doesn't quite match our Italian tastes. Suffice it to say that it was served to me with the usual cucumber under some preserves and cold beets. In any case, it's worth trying because it's part of the culture of a people. Best wishes!

Top, top, top! We ate there both evenings in a row on our girls' weekend. It was a 12 out of 10! The service was so attentive and super friendly. We had the chance to meet Pia. Absolutely fantastic. The food recommendations were tailored exactly to our needs...and we absolutely loved it. On the second evening, Pia even knew exactly what we were going to drink. Chapeau! The food was truly fantastic. Big compliments to the kitchen. We highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

An absolute insider tip in the heart of Bremen. Kaiser Friedrich is a German restaurant with a wide selection of food and drinks. The food is delicious, and the seating is very comfortable both inside and outside. The Preußenschluck after dinner is an absolute must, as you can only get this nightcap here.

On our first evening in Bremen, we were looking for a quiet, welcoming, and quality place, and we certainly found it. We really liked it. The onion soup was amazing, and so were the fish dishes. Everything was wonderful. We'll be back.

I've never eaten such good herring! The surroundings, with their ancient buildings, are inviting, and the service staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I'd love to go back! (The food is absolutely fantastic, in case that wasn't clear ♡)

The restaurant's ambiance is very cozy. Unfortunately, despite making an online reservation, we were unable to get any food. Although no cancellation of the reservation was received either by email or by phone, we were turned away rather rudely at reception. One star for service is already too much. Apparently, online reservations are either not read or not read in a timely manner. For us, this was an impossibility. Despite the good ambiance, I cannot recommend the restaurant.

If you want to eat in an authentic Bremen restaurant, this is a must. The authentic ones you'll find here aren't found anywhere else, and they're free.

Very quaint and cozy restaurant. Mid-range prices with decent portions. There's a sign on the table saying the kitchen is small and it will take "a bit" longer. But waiting 45 minutes for a soup starter is no longer reasonable. If the weather's good, there's also plenty of outdoor seating.

Das Essen war lecker das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sowohl das Essen als auch die Getränke wurden schnell gebracht. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und dennoch Glück gehabt einen Platz zu bekommen. Durch den freundlichen Empfang des Personals fühlt man sich gleich abgeholt. Wer einen gemütlichen Abend in uriger Atmosphäre verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

You'd expect a quaint restaurant with historic decor, and that's exactly what you'll find. Typical Bremen specialties are served in a cozy dining room, by a cheerful host and a friendly lady at the tap. The prices are very reasonable, the food is delicious, and the seating is very comfortable.

Quaint shop. We were there again recently. Once we ate matjes with fried potatoes and once we ate Thuringian bratwurst. Both very tasty. Even though the shop was pretty full at lunchtime, everything went smoothly and all the staff were really friendly.

We ate here today. Old Bremen restaurant in Schnoor. It may look small, but there are still a lot of rooms. Specialties include Bremen kale and North Sea crabs. Many guests come from far away, or so they say. Eating under the eyes of the emperor. Numerous pictures of the emperor and the imperial era. Reservation desired. You can do without it if you're lucky.

One of the oldest restaurants in town with traditional Bremen dishes. I had the pork fillet dish since it has the restaurant's name, but would try one of the many fish dishes next time. The restaurant is quite cozy, and the service was outstanding.

Quaint museum-style restaurant Here you sit comfortably and are served quickly. We paid €40 for a mediocre apple strudel, a delicious plaice and a beer. So it's quite expensive fun.
