Everything was delicious 😋 and the portions were large. Had a delicious meal again today Meatloaf with fried potatoes. 😋

Kind staff. Delicious food and fresh beer.

Good home-style food and warm cuisine at lunchtime... one star deducted because the side salad comes additionally and is no longer included. .. otherwise all in all a great pub with delicious food 😊

Well, there's a different way... constantly different staff, the quality of the food really doesn't get any better and sometimes there's no wine. It's all just small things... but somehow it's annoying

Solid, delicious German cuisine.

Today we were in the Wiesenmühle for the first time. It is easy to reach by car. There are enough parking spaces. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy. Without appearing old-fashioned. The service is extremely attentive and you are served very quickly. The selection of wines from nearby wineries is very good and the prices are fair. The menu promises good home cooking. Everything is fresh and super tasty. If you're ever in the area, visit this restaurant.

Tuesday 10/1/24 7:30 p.m. (farmer's schnitzel and onion schnitzel) The schnitzels were 1 mm thin and fried dead dry, one side partially black. I've never experienced that anywhere. When asked if it tasted good, I didn't answer whether it should have been clear from the residue on the plate. I was also invited by my companion, so for the sake of decency I didn't express my opinion. We have eaten there several times in the past and were satisfied, but these schnitzels were not acceptable, so I deleted my post review 2 years ago. We won't come back. For 17.90 I can get better elsewhere. Or were we just unlucky at such a late hour even though there were only a few visitors there? In any case, we were disappointed. Conclusion: price increase combined with loss of quality.

We celebrated our wedding in the Wiesenmühle with 50 guests. We and all of our guests were more than satisfied with the food and service. Delicious and rich buffet and attentive service. Only recommended.

It's a shame, the Kässpätzle were delicious, but were overwhelmed by the fried onions. The portion won't fill you up. Half fried onion, half cheese pätzle... flattened on a flat plate. Really little for €14.90....

A bike tour with a nice ending. The Wiesenmühle is not that easy to find. Beautifully located by the forest and vineyards. After you have parked your car in the free parking lot or secured your bike in the yard, you only have to climb a few steps and a beautiful beer garden awaits you. Once you get to the top, you have to wait until you are assigned a table. You can also sit inside, it's classically German/good middle-class furnishings. When the weather is nice, I definitely recommend the outdoor area. There are many benches/tables with umbrellas to protect you from the hot sun. As soon as we sat down, someone from the service came and asked for drinks. These were also served quickly. The menu is home-style and definitely has something for every taste. About various hand cheese variations, salads, minced steaks, knuckle, sausage salad with fried potatoes, if you like something heartier, there is a knuckle for you, and of course the classics, such as the schnitzel in many variations, should not be missing either. Of course there are a few more dishes, but there is a menu in a printed or digital version that can be accessed using a QR code. The portions are just right, the quality and presentation of the food is good too. You can pay in cash or by card. A nice place to switch off and forget about everyday life. Great and rich food in beautiful surroundings. Within walking distance of Flörsheim, Wicker Hochheim. But there are also enough parking spaces available.

Super large portions, great quality and, above all, excellent service.

We stopped in there after a short bike ride and no matter what we ordered it was there quickly and always came together for everyone. Everything was very tasty...especially the Kaiserschmarrn. A dream 🙏🏼 all in all really recommended 😊

Ordered the sausage salad with fried potatoes from the daily menu. WOW!! Good German cuisine. The ambience appealed to me because everything was simple, rustic and very clean. Service very courteous and nice, young people who make an effort. I'm going here again, nice holiday feeling.

Ate some delicious witch schnitzel. Unfortunately, payment is only possible in cash, which is a bit bad these days.

Food ok, service doesn't deserve the name

It's been a long time since I've had such a bad meal, considering the prices. My wine, which was actually good, wasn't even chilled yet.

Actually, I have always been a very satisfied and returning guest. I can therefore only relate this assessment to the last visit. I wanted some hand-made cheese. There are “single”, “double” and “three different”. The price scale increases accordingly to €9.90 for “three things”. I ordered "three kinds" and were served just under (!) 1.5 pieces of cheese, divided into 3 variations. I think the natural expectation is 3 hand cheese, especially since the respective price increase also suggests that. I expressed this when making the payment and received the following good advice: "Then use something different next time." No idea if that was a blip or if the kitchen and service staff have changed. I hope the former, because - to be fair - there is always a second chance... maybe someday.

Down at full throttle: Obviously there's a new host with a new menu and, as with every change, new prices, but that's it for us... €17.50 for an Alsatian schnitzel with fries (???)

If a beer garden only has 2 guests in this beautiful weather, you should be suspicious. Little choice of food, drinks overpriced, bottle of water 0.7l self-sparkling 5.50, that's pretty cheeky. Had Frankfurt tapas, the taste was ok except for the green sauce, but afterwards I had stomach problems and diarrhea. We'll never go there again.

To charge €16.90 for a salad with chicken breast that is only the size of a side salad is audacious. The beer garden without charm in a loveless atmosphere with constant aircraft noise. Only the schnitzels were good. Service ok. But we won't come back.

The service and quality in this restaurant can be improved very much. There were only a few guests on site, but it still took a long time for the service staff to take the orders and bring them. Anyone who works with customers should also be a little friendlier and smile every now and then. The mushroom schnitzel with the homemade spaetzle was very carelessly prepared and the taste was also below average. The mushroom sauce was more reminiscent of paste and the spaetzle had no taste whatsoever.

Locally away from the noise, with good traditional cuisine

June 2024: After we were very happy with the food on the first visit, we were pretty disappointed on the second visit. But they came to meet us and came to an agreement with us. The environment is very nice, the service is attentive. We'll try again.

The food is very tasty, service is friendly and quick. The homemade lemonade in particular is a wonderful change from the other standard drinks, very refreshing and not too sweet, definitely try it. The dishes are regional, typical Frankfurt cuisine. The selection is optimal, not so much that you spend forever over the menu, but enough for every taste. The portions are rather large and there was no room for dessert. If you like smaller portions, the appetizer menu is a good choice.

Nice location, nice beer garden (I didn't see the restaurant inside) Food was okay, but I wouldn't come here again because of that. Schnitzel finished product? The cooking cheese sauce was a solid lump, I know it differently and have eaten it better elsewhere. Unfortunately, my companions didn't find their food particularly tasty (asparagus menu, green sauce with egg) The employees were very nice.

This was the third time I've been there in a short time and it was always very good. The food is delicious and the portions are large and not too expensive. If I'm in the area again, I'll be happy to come back.

The positive reports about the Wiesenmühle since the change of ownership make me fundamentally doubt the credibility of Google reviews. There are either tons of fake identities at work here or people whose horizons are extremely limited, at least when it comes to gastronomic quality. Even by Flörsheim standards, what has been expected of us since the reopening is beyond criticism. Brutal, jovial tone (at the age of 60+ I no longer want to be forced to use my first name), undeniably unprofessional service (the main course is slapped on the table after the starter had obviously not been eaten on the table for two minutes after a ridiculously long wait), fried potatoes, which are served cold, but in a kind of tanker disaster diorama. How you can mess up the schnitzel, which obviously comes from convenience food sources, is beyond my imagination. In the last two years, after questionable experiences from me and my family and friends, the store has had more than enough chances to prove itself for reasons of nostalgia. What remains is that none of us will ever go there again. The one star is given under protest because there is no other way. To the operators: Shame on you!

Hard to believe. I am now 62 years old and was last at the Wiesenmühle when I was 15, 16 and 17, i.e. several times in my youth. So my memories and feelings overwhelmed me. But one thing is for sure, I'll be a regular. Food really great, service top!

Very nicely located, easy to reach, whether hiker, cyclist or by car. Great service and very nice operation. Drinks and food were served quickly. There are decent portions on the plate, we were full and it was very tasty.

So the food is really tasty but unfortunately every time you want to order something there is currently no delivery on the site which is very annoying.

The food was very, very tasty and the prices were right too. The service staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the schnitzels are too thin for that, although there are 2 on the plate. The Champion schnitzel has fresh mushrooms, the sauce is a bit small, but when asked, some was brought. What is unfortunately very disappointing is the milk foam on the cappuccino, which is almost non-existent.

Everything was perfect here...Our schnitzels were very good...!!! I can only recommend the mill!

Unfortunately it's just bad! After the long summer break, you could finally order and have them delivered again from autumn/winter 2023 to 2024. But the last 3 orders in December, January and today were more than just disappointing. We understand that the old prices from 1 year or 1.5 years ago can no longer be 13.70 - 13.90 EUR and are happy to pay the 17.50 EUR. But the quality you now deliver does not justify any of these prices. Unfortunately we have to agree with the other reviews. The schnitzels are no longer schnitzels but rather extremely thinly pressed pieces of meat that you can now see through. There's more breading on it now than anything else. In addition, since the last 3 orders, the schnitzels have no longer been baked in the pan but ended up in a greasy deep fryer. Accordingly dry, rock hard, sometimes much too dark, almost black and no longer juicy. Unfortunately, your spaetzle doesn't work anymore either. When ordered today, these were completely over-salted and are now only industrial goods. The last time I ordered, the spaetzle had no taste at all but was soaked with water and inedible! What happened?!

I liked ordering from you because a schnitzel was still a schnitzel, but today they are pressed and burned! What's going on with you. Please change your menu pictures because the schnitzels you deliver have absolutely nothing to do with the schnitzels on the memory card. If they weren't so burned I could see through them. Very nice excursion restaurant in the middle of the fields in front of Flörsheim. Unfortunately I was here in winter. The restaurant is cozy but I think sitting in the courtyard in the summer would definitely be awesome. I'll definitely try this out. German cuisine with a Frankfurt twist is very tasty. I had the tartare and was very satisfied. The service is excellent. You are not treated as a guest here, but as a friend. The only small fly in the ointment is the smell of frying from the kitchen wafting through the restaurant. Maybe there's something wrong with the trigger here. In any case, I can highly recommend stopping here.

Unfortunately it has deteriorated badly, no longer what we know from the previous owners, a shame.

Not very comfortable to sit in, except for the old tiled stove. I thought that you can't go wrong with salad, but what came out was a mountain of salad that was not a pleasant treat for both the eye and the palate. The leaf lettuce tasted like plastic, with small piles of shredded carrots underneath, disgusting pseudo sheep's cheese chunks that looked like Tasted bad and baked mushrooms from a can, these also tasted slightly off. Some other plates from our table remained half full with mine and the waitress didn't even ask if they tasted good. Maybe she would also be afraid of the answer 😜 I don't know if that was an exception, but I really hope so. Maybe it was also due to the farmers' strike, which was decisive for this canned feed situation, who knows? 😅. So the inedible *Call from the Forest*, which was more of a canned scream, wasn't worth €15. 😁Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, maybe that's a good thing...😅

Auf Empfehlung da gewesen. Das Schnitzel mit sehr fett schmeckender Pilzrahmsosse war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Es kamen zwar 2 grosse Schnitzel, die aber so platt geklopft waren, dass man nur noch die Panade schmeckte. Von Biss keine Spur. Das hätte man auch nur mit der Gabel und ohne Zähne essen können. Das ganze für 17,50 war völlig unangemessen. Mit Krautsalat, der mir übrigens noch am Besten schmeckte, bezahlte ich 22.- Euro...

Super lecker! Das hausgemachte Rotkraut ist sehr zu empfehlen 😊 Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant mit nettem, aufmerksamen Service Gerne wieder :)

Wunderschön in der Natur gelegen liegt der Gasthof wiesenmühle, empfehlenswert bei guten Wetter einen Spaziergang dort zu unternehmen und zur Stärkung anschließend ein leckeres schnitzel zu essen :)

Wir sind mit 10 Personen eingekehrt.Es wurden unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt Leider war das Essen für alle nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Schnitzel labberig ohne Salz, Zwiebel matschig ohne Geschmack Die Beilagen, Pommes und Bratkartoffel nicht gut und nicht gewürzt. Die Leberknödelsuppe eine Katastrophe....Der Knödel war angebraten und total schwarz. Die Bedienung war nett und aufmerksam. Der Espresso und der Apfelstrudel auch der Schokokuchen waren lecker. Die Räumlichkeiten leider sehr dunkel und die Speisekarte schlecht lesbar.....

Sehr leckere saisonale Speisen, hatte die Kürbissuppe und den Wildsauerbraten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Heute war ich zum 1. Mal bei meinem Ur-Opa Josef Thomas hier auf seiner Wiesenmühle wo meine Mutter ihre ersten 18 Lebensjahre verbracht hatte 😌 Schade das ich 3 Jahre zu spät war, hätte gerne meine Verwandten mal kennengelernt! Ich hatte dass Traditions Gericht 🤗 Hähnchen 😋 👉 Das Essen war sehr lecker 👌💯 , große Portion und liebevoll angerichtet ❤️

Für die Bewirtung einer größeren Familienfeier ist die Küche überfordert. Das muß der Betreiber selbst daran merken, was an Essensresten auf den Tellern verbleibt. Woran mag das bloß liegen? Ob wir Mittags bereits daheim gegessen hatten, wenn man für 12 Uhr mittags eingeladen ist? Lernt kochen!
