We had a wonderful time at "Zum Wanderstübel." The room is very spacious and well-maintained. From Hinterhermsdorf, you can enjoy many beautiful walks after a delicious, extensive breakfast. Dinner was delicious, and the hosts were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay, thank you for the excellent care!

Great service, incredibly delicious food. Dogs are welcome, and the herbal schnapps on request was fantastic, too. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely eat at the "wanderstübel"... thanks for the time we spent with you.

We spontaneously stopped by the "Zum Wanderstübel" inn for dinner today. Very friendly service. The value for money was more than reasonable. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the rooms, except that spontaneous overnight guests are given a very warm welcome. We highly recommend the inn 👍🏻

The food was great, and the service was also excellent! Our dog was given a very friendly welcome, and the host didn't neglect him either! I can't comment on the rooms, as we were only there for dinner, but they are definitely just as great as the rest of the place. We'd love to go back again!

Very nice and cozy restaurant. Prices are around €15-20 per meal, with sufficient portions to fill you up. Children's portion around €9. Very friendly staff. Cash and card payments accepted. Parking is available behind the restaurant. Access is very steep, but it's manageable for regular cars. Sports cars are not suitable.

Hidden, nice little restaurant with a very good price-performance ratio. We stopped there after hiking and were warmly welcomed by the owners. I had the game offer (roast venison). It was very tasty. A note for drivers: you have to drive up a slope and then there are three parking spaces directly behind the house.

We have to recommend this small but fine inn. It's cozy, the food all tastes excellent and if you've perhaps eaten too much, a green Lauterbacher will help you afterwards. The rooms are well-equipped and cozy, including a modern bathroom. My daughter and I stayed in the bear room at Easter and would like to thank the host and his family very much👍👍👍👍👍🍀

I can only confirm the consistently positive reviews; very attentive service, delicious food and overall pleasant atmosphere. A little tip at this point: the homemade eggnog in a chocolate cup is absolutely recommended!

We can only recommend the Wanderstübel. The innkeeper was super nice and friendly, the food was very tasty and it was very cozy and clean. We will definitely come back there the next time we visit Saxon Switzerland.

We had lunch at the inn with our two children on Sunday. The dining room is super cozy, and the food was excellent. Our children also loved it, and they don't mind complaining ;-) We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this little inn!

We came across a beautiful, cozy inn by chance. A real recommendation. The innkeeper greets you with charm and a smile, which simply invites you. The food was prepared with love and tastes excellent. The soup, in our case lentil soup, was also damn delicious. The ambience feels cozy, warm, inviting, easy to linger. Top price-performance ratio 👌🏼

Five of us went here for lunch today and had made reservations two days in advance. The food was all fresh and very nicely prepared. Ambience is great and hosts are friendly and nice.

I treated myself to a little break here and wouldn't be disappointed. The inn is located above the main street, so it is very quiet. The room had everything you needed. Food was super tasty and freshly prepared. The innkeeper was super nice. Thank you. 🙂

Unfortunately it didn't get far and was intercepted right at the window. When I asked about making a reservation with a dog, I was told it was too narrow, too crowded and not exactly friendly Too bad...

Very cozy and well-kept winter garden. The service was attentive and very humorous. The selection of dishes is perfect, there is something for everyone, the Stübelburger is highly recommended. Quick and delicious cuisine. Parking spaces are available.

A charming, intimate inn with delicious German beer and food of a very high standard - even those with the most delicate palates should be satisfied! We decided at short notice to stop at the Wanderstübel with our 2 dogs after reading the many positive reviews. We called 2 hours in advance to make a reservation for 6 p.m. and were just lucky. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed with our 2 dogs. We were assigned a place that our dogs were also very happy with. The boss offered us burgers from the daily menu. Great recommendation!!! We were thrilled. It really tasted great. At the end our dogs also got a treat. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Great store. Unfortunately, the kitchen is only open until 8 p.m. You can understand that because it is a small family business. Perfect to try the local cuisine.

We found a hospitable atmosphere here. The menu is extensive and offers a lot of choice and, above all, traditional dishes from the region. The landlord is very friendly and always had a relaxed saying. The prices are right If you're really hungry after a hike, we recommend ordering an appetizer.

We ate here twice and were very satisfied every time! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is great and the food is very good. The price-performance ratio can hardly be better... (On Friday you should probably book your seats in advance.)

We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated, accompanied to our table selection. Get delicious drinks, super tasty food too. Plus everything at reasonable prices. But I have to note that it is quite difficult to find, and a sports car can hardly get up the slope without having to pull over to get to the parking spaces. So always drive up at an angle. We didn't stay there so no review. I would recommend a stay to every hiker

We were there for dinner and were greeted very friendly. Water was provided directly for our dog and we were able to sit with her in the winter garden. The waiter was very accommodating and the food tasted great. Extra requests are no problem either. Suitable for vegetarians, vegan is rather difficult. Some parking options are available.

Kleine gaststube und Wintergarten, persönliche freundliche bedienung, allerdings muss man (zumindestamWochenende) abends Reservieren, sonst bekommt man kein Platz

Waren spontan an einem Sonntag Abend nach einer 5 h Wanderung dort. Alle Tische reserviert und wir haben trotzdem noch ein schnelles Abendessen bekommen. Sehr kleine Gaststätte mit Aussenplätzen. Urige Einrichtung. Kleine aber feine Karten auch für Vegetarier was dabei (Fisch). Geschmackvoll zubereitet. Meiner Besten war es genug, für mich hätte es gerne größere Portion sein können. Dafür war dann der Preis okay. Fazit: Schön gelegen, preiswert und Geschmackvoll. Zu empfehlen, ich hätte halt noch mehr bestellen sollen;)

Tolles Essen in SEHR gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Gute Auswahl an deftigem Essen, aber auch leckere Dinge ohne Fleischfokus. Ein Juwel eines Restaurants, gut nach einem langen Wanderausflug zB in der Kirnitzschklamm/Kahnfahrt. Nur die Parkplätze am Haus sind wenig und eng, eher woanders parken und herlaufen ist meine Empfehlung.

Ein wundervolles Gasthaus, wir waren während unseres Urlaubs oft zum Essen hier. Tolle Stimmung und man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Auch Hunde sind hier gern gesehen, was uns sehr gefreut hat🐶. Das Essen war fantastisch und so tolle Portionen! Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen in unserem nächsten Urlaub ganz bestimmt wieder.

Leider muss man dort wohl immer reservieren und für spontane Gäste ist kein Platz. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schön und es wirkte sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wären gerne eingekehrt, beim nächsten Mal.
