✨Rundumsorglospaket✨top Wir haben dort schon Taufen, Geburtstage und unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Es ist immer sehr gemütlich und schön gewesen. Vorallem, weil das zwischen Menschliche vorhanden ist, also man kann mit ihnen reden wie mers gern hätte, u sie sagen nicht nur ja oder nein sondern machen sich richtig mit dir Gedanken um für dich den schönsten Tag zu zaubern. Der Ort,Ambiente,Freundlichkeit, Service,Essen und Preise sind top 👍🏻 zudem kommt noch; dass für die Kids viel geboten wird. Wer also kinder beim Essen dabei hat, kann in Ruhe aufessen ohne zu hetzen weil Kids auch eine kleine tolle Auswahl zum Spielen haben wie: Schaukeln, Bobbycar flitzen, klettern,vögel begutachten …

Schönes Gasthaus und das Spanferkel war spitze 👍

Wir waren bei unserem heutigen Besuch positiv überrascht. Kleine aber feine Speisekarte z. B. Schäufele vom Lamm. Ein Gericht für Vegetarier und auf Anfrage gab es sogar ein veganes Gericht. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen in Verbindung mit dem Walderlebniszentrum, da es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt ist.

Ein wirklich gutes Restaurant. Es hat nur wenige Tage die Woche geöffnet. Der Inhaber heißt Fritz und führt das Restaurant in sechster Generation. Er ist Metzgermeister und bietet hervorragende traditionelle deutsche (frankinische) Küche. Man merkt ihm die Leidenschaft an! Er nimmt sich auch Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch mit den Gästen. Wir hatten Schaeufele, französische Bratwurst und Spanferkel. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Die Schnäpse mit 56 % Alkohol waren eine tolle regionale Spezialität. Wirklich etwas Besonderes!

Ich habe gestern meinen Geburtstag in der Scheune vom Gasthaus zum Schloss gefeiert. Alle meine Gäste waren begeistert vom Essen. Egal ob Roulade, Ente, Lende oder Lachs, Salat und Nachtisch...einfach perfekt. Auch der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat die " Extrawünsche" der Kinder gerne erfüllt. Ich kann das Gasthaus zum Schloss zu 100 % empfehlen. Man fühlt dich ein bisschen wie zuhause. Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair. Danke an das ganze Team für diesen schönen Abend.

Unfassbar gut bürgerliches Essen. Der Inhaber ist super nett. Er hat uns zu anderen Besuchern an den Tisch gesetzt, weil alles voll war. Der Austausch am Tisch war ebenfalls nett und das Essen der Wahnsinn.

We ate at the "Zum Schloss" inn in Tennenlohe and were completely satisfied. They had an all-you-can-eat goose – absolutely delicious! The side dishes, such as potato dumplings, red cabbage, savoy cabbage, and gravy, were served on platters, which felt wonderfully cozy and traditional. The atmosphere is rustic, the parking lot right next to the building is convenient, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is a bit hidden away, but the food is definitely worth the trip. The price is absolutely right.

We ate there today. It was really lovely and highly recommended. The food was delicious and the service very friendly.

The menu was very small—about 6-7 dishes. Only half of them were available.

This was my second time there for a company party, and I really like the restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant. The food is very good and authentic. We were treated to delicious antipasti platters, roast suckling pig, vegetarian quiche, fish and pasta, and an excellent dessert buffet.

Picture book inn. Spontaneously got a place on Easter Sunday after many legendary goose dinners and family celebrations, and now an upcoming funeral service. Franconian, down-to-earth and really good. Vegetarians, vegans and chic gourmets are in the wrong place here. Attentive and always friendly service. For a smaller group I would choose the inn, the barn is not very divided and is usually full and loud. Thank you Klein family.

Price performance is top! Were invited for a birthday. I assume that the place is more for events, as there were several guest rooms and a barn. The rooms were pleasantly comfortable. There was also a courtyard, the castle is somewhat hidden. But there were parking spaces, so you weren't standing directly on a street.

Group order and reservation well in advance for suckling pig, veal shanks, goose, duck, etc. Delicious, at its best!

Absolutely recommended and an integral part of Erlangen. Good Franconian cuisine and nice Franconian service with a good heart and professionalism. Very suitable for celebrations for up to 80 people, because suckling pig and ox ribs are simply world class!

First visit to Tennenloh Castle. Battle bowl. Great, like in childhood! Very customer friendly. Delicious schnapps. I'll be back.

Delicious original Franconian cuisine that you don't find that often anymore, even in Franconian Switzerland. Always worth a visit, we recommend booking in advance on weekends.

Home-style food, regular events such as slaughter bowls, shashilik and currywurst evenings. Very nice conditions and a good price/performance ratio. A typical Franconian inn with a cozy atmosphere and good-humored guests.

Nice beer garden, tasty beer and very tasty food. Very fair prices for Erlangen. Recommended! Actually 5 stars! Great beer garden, tasty Tucher beer on tap and a small but really good menu. Unfortunately, companies are often closed or so full that nothing works without prior reservation. What speaks for the inn! The innkeepers and almost all of the waitresses are also top! However, the last few times there was a fabulously incompetent male waitress (Ulf, Udo or something like that) present, who can make you die of thirst and starve in a beer garden! Unfortunately it doesn't work at all!!!! Wouldn't say anything if there was really a lot going on... But to completely lose track with four or five tables is unfortunately a straight 6! Dear Klein family and team, Reducing the rating from 5 to 1 star was really quite unfair. Sorry for that!!! Usually you write reviews shortly after your visit. And in this case with an empty stomach... As already described above, everything was great except for this one totally incompetent operation!

Wir sind spontan auf das kleine Weihnachtsfest gekommen. Dort habe ich den leckersten Apfelpunsch jeher getrunken. Das Handbrot mit Käse war auch eine Sensation. Alles war mir viel Liebe gemacht und man hat sich wie daheim gefühlt

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen alles bestens.

Diese Gaststätte hat eine lange Tradition. Früher war der Gastraum im Schloss, jetzt ist er in einem geräumigen, freundlichen Gebäude an der Stelle der frühen Stallungen gelegen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind außerordentlich freundlich, entgegenkommend und umsichtig. Das Essen ist gut Fränkisch - erfreulicherweise sind es die Preise ebenfalls. Ein originelles fränkisches Juwel.

Wie seit Jahren haben wir Ende des Jahres unser Spanferkel-Essen. Das Fleisch war sehr lecker, zart und gut gewürzt.

Ein typisches zümftiges Dorfgasthaus. Man fühlt sich wie auf dem Lande, obwohl wir hier in einer Metropolgegend sind. Das Essen Gans mit Knödel und Schulterbraten (Schäufele) waren die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings sollte man vorbestellen

Sehr schöner gastraum, der Service war sehr nett und schnell, obwohl viel los war. Das Essen war auch gut. Einzig die Kruste vom Schäufele war leider nicht perfekt. Man kann hier bestimmt gut Geburtstage oder andere Feiern veranstalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bedienung könnte ein wenig aufmerksamer sein. Auswahl an Kräuterlikören ist verbesserungswürdig

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden mit ausgefallener Klinaanlage in Erlangen gestrandet und ganz zufällig hier gelandet. Trotz Ruhetag bot man uns einen schattigen Platz im Biergarten sowie das passende Kaltgetränk an. 😁Auch die Hunde erhielten reichlich Wasser, sodass wir nach einer ausgiebigen Pause unsere Fahrt weiterführen konnten. Vielen Dank für so viel Gastfreundlichkeit. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich!☺️👍

Wir sind immer wieder mal im Schloss - privat und beruflich. Vor allem die Schlachtplatte hat es uns angetan und ist immer wieder einen Ausflug wert. Aber auch Abends zum Schnitzel oder beim Burger-Abend - wir kommen immer gern! Lecker, schöne Location - drinnen sowie im Biergarten im Sommer.
