We've been there twice now and the food was very tasty. The staff is always on duty, super nice. I recommend the Bolognese schnitzel 😉 We would love to come back 👍

The food and service in the restaurant are very good.

I've stayed there twice now. Cozy, clean and quiet rooms. Even at €62 per night, it’s a good value for money. The food in the restaurant is also very good and of good quality. What has already had a negative impact twice is that the smoke detector beeped and you have to walk to the outside of the restaurant so that it can be turned off with a broomstick for 24 hours (the boss's statement). It can happen in itself, but just a few weeks later the same problem. And an employee mentioned that this is a known problem. (So ​​not really anything that would be done about it, like changing the battery.) But the deciding factor for only one star was the incident at the last overnight stay. When I handed over the keys in the evening, I announced that I would be leaving early and leaving the key behind. When I wanted to leave the hotel at 6:30, the farm gate was locked and couldn't be opened without a key. I had to climb over the gate with luggage, which was dangerous due to the narrow struts and small doorknobs on the other side. On the other hand, if it wasn't for the person on the other side who picked me up and held me, I wouldn't have been able to get across without falling. An email to the boss describing the incident remained unanswered even after 12 days. An apology would have been the bare minimum, but that didn't come. I wanted to stay there regularly when I visit my mother, but now I'll look for another hotel.

The Golden Lion Restaurant is simply phenomenal. Every dish, from espresso to schnitzel, is lovingly prepared, prepared and served. We always enjoy being there and no matter what we order, it always tastes good.

The Restaurant Zum Goldenen Löwen convinced me across the board. The menu is extremely varied, so everyone will find something to their taste. Whether hearty home cooking or light dishes, everything is prepared with great attention to detail and tastes excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and ensures that you as a guest feel completely comfortable. The owner in particular gives the restaurant a very special touch with her warm manner - you almost feel like you are at home. An absolute top restaurant that I can warmly recommend to everyone. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A real gem of German cuisine! The Gasthaus Zum Goldenen Löwen impresses with its warm hospitality and excellent food. The dishes are traditional, freshly prepared and simply delicious - especially the goose breast with red cabbage and dumplings was a real highlight! The restaurant can be reached via a small staircase. Inside it is cozy and rustic and interesting due to the exposed half-timbering. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is good, home-style and consistently delicious. A clear 5 star rating for us.

The food is extremely delicious The parking situation, however, is rather modest, but you are rewarded with an absolutely top meal. A real insider tip, Champion cream schnitzel with homemade spaetzle... Simply delicious 👍

Fast and good service. Home-style German cuisine with various schnitzel dishes and other meat and fish dishes. Also a good selection of salads. Our schnitzels were large and fresh, with a good portion of fresh fries. Absolutely ok in terms of price. Recommended.

The hotel is very central. When checking in I had to search to find someone who would let me in. I find it a bit strange that you can't pay by card but only in cash. The room is clean and functional. Unfortunately the TV doesn't really work, the light in the front area was broken. There was hair from the previous person on the floor in the bathroom. and the box of facial tissues was completely empty. I think 'hotel' is a bit of an exaggeration. It is a guesthouse with upscale prices.

I have stopped here for dinner everything I was in germany, which was a lot over past 2.5 years... good food and great service. Presentation is always a joy as well. Staff was always more than accommodating and food was always superb.

Leckeres Essen zu normalen Preisen. Bedienungen sehr freundlich.

Sehr leckere gut bürgerliche Küche , nettes zuvorkommendes Personal trotzdem es sehr voll war sonntags mittags.

Wir waren das erste mal mit der ganzen Familie dort essen und der Service war zuvorkommend freundlich! Die bestellten Speisen waren für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, denn die Teller waren gut gefüllt. Die Saucen waren keine fertig Saucen und schmeckten top! Für uns ein Restaurant wo man mit Biergarten sehr gerne hin geht.

Für das Gasthaus gebe ich sehr gerne volle 5 Sterne. Service, Essen und der hausgemachte Eistee waren spitze. Wir haben draußen gesessen und fanden den Innenhof sehr ansprechend. Sauber, hübsche Geranien auf den Fensterbänken, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Danke und ein großes Lob!

Rustikale Gastwirtschaft, deftiges Essen so wie man es von Apfelweinwirtschaften gewohnt ist. Aber wirklich eine soldie Nummer wenn man gerne gut Satt wird

Lokal im Alten Teil von Unterliederbach. Grosser Aussenbreich, rustikale Inneneinrichtung. Freundlicher, flotter Service, Deutsche Küche. Alles bisher dort verzehrte war schmackhaft und gut.
