My goodness, I've known the Bierseidel for 50 years and I've only just stopped by there! A quaint restaurant in Britz next to the former Panorama cinema, which is now Aldi. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door. The food was extremely tasty, mostly varied German cuisine. The service was nice and attentive. There are several beers on tap. I had the Zwickel beer, which was perfectly poured and extremely drinkable. But the drinks menu leaves nothing to be desired. In summer you can sit outside at the square. I liked it and I'll be back!

Update: Food quality has improved again (12/2024). German cuisine and good draft beer. Unfortunately, drink prices are galloping away and no longer really reflect the income level of the area. One star deducted because the operator doesn't really know what he would like to be - restaurant or pub?!? A pub isn't open long enough on weekends and for a restaurant the pub business is somehow disruptive.

We'd love to come back again and again. The typical German food is absolutely delicious and rich. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The pub charm is pleasant and not intrusive in the “restaurant area”. There are smaller, cheaper portions for seniors.

I don't know whether this is even allowed to be celebrated anymore, but classic German culture is still lived here. Rustic furnishings, no shishi, good German food and Berlin Koddernauze. You feel “at home” there. If you like a sophisticated pub atmosphere with food events, such as all-you-can shrimp or large goose dinners, this is the right place for you. Oh and sports broadcasts are included. It's worth a visit if you don't need "Etepetete"!!

Hello, that was a successful afternoon. We celebrated our 50th anniversary. 50 years ago we moved into a house as tenants - October 1st, 1974. It just had to be celebrated. The “Bierseidel” was the venue. The ambience - rustic - but clean and neat. Food - OK - service - nice and loving. We were completely satisfied. PPH.

When the weather was very nice, I ate outside with my colleague, we were served very quickly and enjoyed a delicious lunch and felt very comfortable. The prices are completely reasonable for the size of the portions. The selection of beers is also highly recommended. The ambience in the store is very nice for a cozy evening with friends and a few beers.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen. Letzte Mal vor ca einem Jahr dort gewesen. Angestellte nicht sonderlich aufmerksam/ freundlich. Bierkrug nicht voll. Essen auch nur durchschnittlich. Grundsätzlich sind die Preise zu hoch für Speisen und Getränke

Eine urige und original Berliner Kneipe mit sehr leckerem Essen. Die Bedienung war ausserordentlich freundlich. Es war besonders schön zu sehen, dass es viel Stammpublikum gibt, das sich gut kennt und immer wieder vorbei kommt. Absolute Empfehlung.

Den Bierseidel gibt es seit über 60 Jahren, seit 1959. In meiner Kindheit eher eine Kneipe, hat er sich über die Jahre zu einem Restaurant gemausert. Wir hatten schon vor Jahren von Bekannten gehört, dass man hier gut essen könne. Nur gab es damals bis 20.00 Uhr etwas zu essen, das war etwas knapp für uns. Inzwischen wird warme Küche bis 22.00 Uhr angeboten. Das kam uns sehr entgegen. Tatsächlich war das Restaurant, obwohl in unserer Nähe gelegen, eine Neuentdeckung für uns. An einem schönen Sommerabend im Juni 2021 war für uns Premiere. Es gibt etliche Tische vor der Tür, neben Aldi und mit Blick auf den Marktplatz Britz-Süd gelegen. Wir nahmen Platz und erhielten umgehend die Karten. Angeboten wird deutsche Küche. Es gibt Frühstück, eine große Auswahl an Hausmannskost und gutbürgerlicher Küche. Dazu eine gut sortierte Getränkekarte. Die umfangreiche Karte ist auf der Website einsehbar. Wir orderten Leberkäs mit Bratkartoffeln und Spiegelei für meinen Begleiter und Cordon Bleu mit Gemüse und Kroketten für mich. Beide Essen waren lecker. Die Bedienung, eine gestandene Dame mittleren Alters, war freundlich und aufmerksam. Zu meinem Cordon Bleu brachte sie mir ein spezielles Messer, damit es sich besser schneiden ließ. Das Lokal ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Die sauberen Toiletten befinden sich zu ebener Erde. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür am Marktplatz. Wer sich durch das Getränkeangebot probieren möchte, sollte lieber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen. Zwei Buslinien (M46 und 181) und der U-Bahnhof Britz-Süd befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am anderen Ende des Marktplatzes, in der Fritz-Reuter-Allee, gibt es zudem einen Taxistand. Uns hat der Besuch im Bierseidel gefallen. Wir waren inzwischen mehrmals dort und können ihn für eine Einkehr empfehlen.

Essen war top und auch der Preis war fair. Gibt super Fassbier dort. Der Service war gut und alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Innen erinnert es ein wenig an eine Kneipe aus den 80er Jahren, was mir aber gefallen hat.

Das Bier ist frisch, die Flammkuchen völlig gut, aber der Service war erstklassig. Freundlich, aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich, richtig perfekt! Da kann Mitte und Co. noch was lernen. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt!

Der Bierseidel ist auf jedenfall immer weiter zu Empfehlen. Ob Fussball schauen , mit Kumpels ein Bier trinken oder mit der Liebsten Essen gehen. Das Essen ist Hausmannskost mit Pfiff und nicht unbedingt billig . Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jedenfall. Der Service ist super nach Berliner Art. So muss es sein.

Schönes Restaurant mit Bier Vorgarten

Essen was ich vor Ort serviert bekommen hatte wurde man zuerst von dem freundlichen Personal begrüßt. Zu bestellung gab es einen kleinen Salat extra. Alle am Tisch hatten ein Schnitzel nicht zu trocken auch nicht zu fettig gut durch. Gehe gerne wieder dort hin.

Frühstück und Personal sind mehr als OK

Ich kenne diesen Laden nunmehr seit über 40 Jahren persönlich und bin immer wieder gerne Gast. Ich habe etliche Geschäftsinhaber und Bedienungen dieser Kneipe kommen und gehen sehen. Doch das Bier ist/war immer kühl und lecker und so wie es sich für eine zünftige Kneipe gehört. Die eiskalte "Kugel" vom Hahn ist immer wieder ein echter Genuss! Dazu echte, ehrliche Hausmannskost. Heiß, lecker, mit viel Liebe gekocht. Und auch die Mädels hinter dem Tresen waren/sind Spitze und immer für ein offenes Wort und jede Menge Spaß zu haben! Leider ist jedoch in letzter Zeit das Preisniveau ziemlich gestiegen und gleichzeitig die Portionsgröße teils geschrumpft! Da hilft auch die lächerlich, ätzende Verschleierungstaktik mit krummen Preisen wie an der Tankstelle nicht!! ********** Update 06/2017 *********** Abwertung um 1 weiteren Stern Leider war beim letzten Besuch das Bier "furzwarm" ist aber dennoch ausgeschenkt worden und erst auf Reklamation ausgetauscht worden. Kühlbunker wurde wohl nicht ausreichend bestückt. Kann passieren, doch das interessiert den Gast eigentlich nicht. Dann darf die warme Plörre halt nicht serviert werden. Das war leider ein no-go. Auch die Preisgestaltung für das Essen lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig. Eine Currywurst + Pommes für 7,49 € - ein schlechter Witz. Auch bei allen anderen Speisen muss man leider mittlerweile attestieren sind seit Weggang der Küchenfee "Evchen" die Portionsgrößen und die Qualität geschrumpft, aber die Preise dafür umso mehr gestiegen. So geht das nicht. Erst recht nicht in dieser Ecke! Der Seidel ist nunmal nicht das Borchardts, wo man für ein großes Schweinschnitzel (nicht Kalb) knapp 17 € zahlt, sondern es ist eine Neuköllner-Eckpinte. Einzig das kleine Frühstück ist - wenn ebenfalls teurer - wirklich noch seinen Preis wert! Würden die Mädels hinterm den Tresen nicht immer ein nettes Wort und offenes Ohr haben, wären wir wahrscheinlich schon öfters nicht mehr rum gekommen. Preis-/Leistung passen so zusehends nicht mehr. Schade! ********** Update 05/2023 ********* Leider hat sich der Trend verstätigt. Hohe Preise für nicht mehr annähernd die Qualität und Quantität alter Zeiten. Bier nun mittlerweile knapp unter 4 Euro, (Schweine)Schnitzel mit Spargel sagenhafte 27,99 Euro. Leute, Leute, Leute... das gibt weder das Gebotene noch die Ecke her. Das ist diese Saison das mit Abstand teuerste Schweineschnitzel mit Spargel, was ich gesehen habe. War der Laden früher auch unter der Woche z.T. brechend voll, wird es nun - für mich nicht verwunderlich - immer luftiger. Auch die Senioren die sonst immer da waren, werden immer weniger. Kein Wunder kostet selbst das Mini Senioren Schnitzel nun 12,99 Euro. Die Mädels von der Bedienung vor Ort machen nach wie vor einen super Job, aber das machen andere andernortes auch. So geht das preislich einfach nicht mehr auf.

Wenn man den Seidel von außen betrachtet erwartet man nicht unbedingt das was man bekommt. Das Essen ist mega 👍 gut und das Personal weiß wie man die Gäste bedient. Gehe immer wieder gern dort hin!

Nettes kleines deutsches Kiezrestaurant. Es war zwar einfach, aber dafür noch ganz gut. Einfaches Kiezambiente, wo sich bestimmt Anwohner immer wieder mal treffen.

Tolle Kneipe, frisches Bübble vom Faß, lecker Essen, coole Bedienung Absolute Empfehlung Update 11.04 23 Es gibt zwar kein Bübble mehr, dafür Bayreuther Hell, Dunkel und Zwickel vom Faß, was mehr als ein Ersatz ist (-; Service und Essen immer noch top uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!!

wir sind 1-3 mal im jahr gerne mit der familie hier. es gefällt immer wieder. das essen schmeckt und die kellnerinnen sind immer fröhlich und fleißig. allerdings finden wir es langsam ganz schön teuer.

Diese Location kenne ich seit ca. 60 Jahren. Lange war es die Lieblings Kneipe meines Vaters, später meines Mannes. Sie sind nicht mehr unter uns, schade, denn das ganz hervorragende Essen wuerde ihnen sicher gut schmecken. Das Wiener Schnitzel mit Salat war hervorragend. Salat, frisch, reichlich, mit gekochtem Ei, dazu. Das Schnitzel knusprig, die Portion sehr reichlich, Pommes auch gut. Es gibt diverse Biere, wie z. B. Kilkennys, Guiness, aber auch helle Biere. Der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Hinterher noch ein Kaeffchen mit Amaretto, es war perfekt. und bezahlbar.

Service top, Gulasch top, rundum top! Gerne wieder in dieser Britzer Perle.

War mit meinem Stammtisch da. Freundliche Bedienung, Essen war gut und relativ schnell. Noch ein Altberliner Lokal, was man noch selten in Neukölln hat. Als ehemaliger Gastwirt mit 40-zig jähriger Erfahrung in Neukölln und Lichtenrade, kann ich das beurteilen. An das Team, macht weiter so.
