Gasthaus am Ried in Regensburg

A very quaint inn, unfortunately far too rare these days. The owner is a kind-hearted man and an icon in the kitchen (unfortunately only on Sundays), and if you're lucky, a sauerkraut dish during the week. Since the owner is a vegetarian himself, he makes the vegetarian/vegan dishes the best. Prices are more than reasonable. The service is excellent; the owner often gets help from friendly ladies, otherwise he runs the place single-handedly. The man is an absolute beast!!! There's only one thing to say about the ambiance... Unique! Whether it's a stuffed animal, cactus, or a picture of the owner, there's something for everyone here. The two aquariums are also world-class. A freshwater aquarium with all sorts of accessories. The saltwater aquarium would also be nice to have a clownfish or two! Ideal for a visit with children, they'll be kept busy and the parents can have a good time! If you want to experience Burgweinting in its purest form, this is the place! Best, Tobias

Host excellent. Everything the same! A traditional Bavarian Witshaus. Attention for strangers: No restaurant or coffee!

Good. It's just a shame that the landlord for New customers don't have that much time, e.g. I read before the entrance that there aren't that many dishes but then the disappointment Kitchen is closed before 16 Ugr it says otherwise on the internet but then you get currywurst 2 pieces with fries Reasonably priced 7 euros but a surprise in terms of taste very good so small hidden restaurant with only a small selection of dishes you have to call what you want to eat? Definitely a great place for regular guests, but not recommended for newbies. Very unfriendly reception and there is probably no menu either. The statements "I know drinking" and "I only have a currywurst or a shish kebab, but only when I feel like it" were reason enough to leave the restaurant. It's a shame, we expected more based on the good reviews.

Habe mir versehentlich einen Tee bestellt und wurde umgehend eines besseren belehrt ;-):-D Ein Wirt, der all seine Gäste im Blick behält und unterhält...mit seiner herrlich unverfälschten Art und Weise ...wir kommen wieder!
