This is definitely the best chicken I've ever had in Germany. Among them, garlic chicken... you must try it! After eating everything, you must also wash it down with patbingsu! Kimchi pancake is also very delicious

In my personal opinion, whether it’s chicken or bibimbap, it’s much more delicious than eating it in Korea… Just trust and come!

Best Korean Chicken in the area

Everyone admits that the chicken is among the top 3 chickens in Berlin. Today I would like to specifically mention bibimbap. I think lotus root is a godsend. I usually like lotus root as a side dish, and lotus root is the highlight of this bibimbap. I was surprised to see that the lotus root and beef seasoning were used separately to create different flavors. It is rare even in Korea to see a place that puts this much effort into something. If the weather gets warm like it did last week, I'll go eat shaved ice for dessert. This house’s shaved ice is a special shaved ice. I had strawberry shaved ice in the winter, but I’ll try other shaved ice too! I can feel that the food is made with sincerity, and the owner seems to run the business with such pride. Well, food is an emotion. lol

Tried every type of chicken they've got with my mates. All very good, the garlic was our favourite. Nice fries, too! Also recommend giving the makgeolli (sparkling rice wine) a go for drinks. You don't often see it on restaurant menus around here.

I was looking for delicious chicken in Germany... Just come here. For me, this was better than the branded chicken I had in Korea!! ㅠ👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The owner and his wife took pride in creating a clean taste without any seasoning, which is probably why the chicken didn't bite at all while eating it. I was impressed that even the last piece was still crispy even after so much time had passed. I heard from a friend who worked part-time here that they change the oil and wash the oil tank every day. So... the color of the chicken... is different.🫢 All types of chicken are delicious, but I personally recommend the ‘basic’ fried food🍗 with a thin and crispy skin that is not too greasy! Last time, we came as a group and tried all the other menu items, and all the ingredients were neat and clean. If possible, be sure to eat shaved ice at the end! They say they pick the red beans themselves and make the strawberry syrup themselvesㅜㅜㅜ I can feel from the taste that they put a lot of effort into all the ingredients and seasoningㅠ It's been a while since I enjoyed a warm and hearty meal.😋 I totally recommend Gangnam Chicken!!😀😄

I’ve been to Gangnam Chicken more than 20 times already!! It's the most delicious chicken restaurant in Berlin. This is the first Korean restaurant I recommend when I make foreign friends. Everyone✨💕 I feel so proud whenever everyone says the Korean chicken is really delicious after visiting. First of all, the owner and wife are so kind that I feel good even before I eat the food. I made new friends today too!! I brought Gangnam Chicken with me😍 Last summer, when I came with my friends, we always had one shaved ice a day… I'm not going to lie, I went there more than 10 times in the second half of last year alone. When you come here, you must order shaved ice..🍧🤤 If you don't know this, you're at a real loss... It's better than Sulbing (out of the 5 types, I recommend Earl Gray 🙂‍↕️) and especially, it tastes more like Korean chicken than seasoned Korean chicken.. Gochujang base? It felt like a seasoning, so it wasn't artificially sweet, so it was too delicious for my taste... When I first came to Germany in March last year, I ate bibimbap and it was delicious too💕💕 The things my French roommate enjoyed the most were bibimbap and soy sauce chicken!! I hope everyone comes and tries it... 🥹🥹 (Potato pancakes and kimchi pancakes too;; haha)

Perhaps because they only use clean oil, the chicken here is really crispy and seasoned just right!! It was one of the top chicken restaurants in Berlin! And the sauces weren't too spicy, so if you kept eating the chicken, you would get bitten, but that wasn't the case at all. Unlike other red beans, the red beans in the shaved ice were chewy and not too sweet, so it was really delicious!!! If you want a delicious chicken restaurant, I really recommend this place.

I only had the bibimbap - nice and fulfilling with a lot of savory veggies and sauce. Apparently their Korean fried chicken was their best food - will try next time! (12€ for 8 pieces, not so expensive) I wasn’t feeling like fried food and no veggies, so I had to skip that.

I really recommend the bibimbap here. The ingredients are varied and very fresh. If you are curious about the taste of Korea, please try it. I recommend adding a little bit of red pepper paste to enjoy the original taste of the ingredients.

The tofu bibimbap is really good! The best bit is the lotus root, which is delicious. If you did a whole portion of the lotus root I'd definitely order it!

This is a place where the kindness of the owner especially shines :) The chicken taste was great, but I was really surprised by the kimchi pancake and shaved ice... . As a Korean, I can tell you clearly that the best Korean chicken I have ever eaten in Germany. Price is also okay and really top service. The space can be a bit tight, but it is a small family restaurant. I can only recommend.

We ordered the chicken bibimbap and the fried chicken spicy-sweet. We enjoyed both very much!! The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sauce from the spicy-sweet chicken went perfectly with the chicken. The staff were very nice and accommodating, you immediately felt welcome :)

I visited a Korean restaurant while traveling and was very satisfied. Beef bibimbap, tofu bibimbap, kimchi pancake, and fried chicken were all delicious. I ate well and the clean taste made me feel refreshed. Good luck.

I quite like their bibimbap and order regularly, however, I really hate the lettuce. This is not a usual ingredient for Bibimbap and it’s really does not work. Cold lettuce should not be included as an item you need to mix. Aside from that though it’s really lovely and what makes this even more special is the lotus root.

When I'm traveling and crave chicken, there's no place like this. It's really delicious and I can't even think of Korean chicken, and the shaved ice is so delicious~!! The two owners were friendly, the service was good, and the chicken tasted even better🩷

I can’t explain how good, tender, juicy and delicious the Korean Fried Chicken is in this place, we come every year and order boneless KFC with the three sauces to dip, with sweet potatos and every time, it taste exactly the same, never dessapoint and the owners are the sweetest people ever. It is a very neat and delicious meal. I ordered beef bibimbap and it came with bulgogi as a topping. The bulgogi itself was really delicious, but what I appreciated most was that it wasn't too sweet. The kimchi pancake is also excellent, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Highly recommended!

The fried chicken is really delicious! It’s not inferior to the fried chicken I had in Korea before. But the steamed dumplings (?) taste just ordinary🤣I ordered the kimchi flavor I arrived on a Saturday night not long after it opened, and the last table was left! It is recommended that if you want to eat, you can make a reservation first, especially on weekends~ However, there is still room for improvement in terms of service ~ The outfield feels that it is understaffed and has been very busy. We originally said that we wanted to pack, but no one came to pack. It took a long time after the checkout was completed🤣

Last night we enjoyed some amazing food and drinks. Two delicious dishes ordered by two hungry customers sharing them, that was enough as the portions were very decent. We also had 2 radlers. Altogether just 29€. Unbeatable!

While traveling in Berlin, we discovered this restaurant! Great discovery and we returned two days in a row. The welcome is warm, the dishes are good. The managers are lovely, the best restaurant in Berlin for us and our three children! Thank you, we will come back without hesitation during our next visit to Germany.

Went here based on all the glowing reviews. After eating here, I am not sure whether there is supposed to be another universe with another Korean fried chicken place with the same name, in the same spot because 'the best fried chicken in Berlin' this definitely is not. In fact, I am so astonished by the rating, I couldn't sleep and writing a review at 5am. Go figure! The place was busy when we arrived and we took the last small table by the door (absolutely fine). We ordered two portions of chicken wings (plain and garlic). What can I say? You could smell the frying oil on the chicken, the chef obviously forgot to use salt and pepper in the coating - never had a blander chicken wing. The amount of garlic sauce (also underwhelming) was maybe the size of a tablespoon and placed under the wings rather than coating them and providing the only bit of flavour on the plate. Reasonable fries, but again, no salt. Also no salt or soy sauce on the table, only supersized Heinz ketchup and mayo (I now know why - you need it). Supersized the portions are not. Wings are very small and my partner even joked that this was probably the starter size and wondering when the mains were coming. After we were finished we sat in front of our dirty plates for about 15 minutes before the guy cleared them - the place wasn't even busy anymore. We also ordered the Mantu (beef gyoza) which is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. Generally filled with a lovely dipping sauce and yes, finally... bursting with flavour!!! I am going back to bed and the amazing Korean place down the road tomorrow that actually deserves five stars.

We have been here often, it is one of the standard addresses in the neighborhood for us. The food is excellent, the family that runs the restaurant is super nice and the interior is decorated with a lot of love! Definitely recommended.

A friend recommended it to me, so I visited once and the chicken was really delicious! I ordered soy sauce chicken, bibimbap, and potato pancake. It was delicious and the bibimbap was generous with lots of vegetables and meat. The thickness of the potato pancake was just right, and when dipped in soy sauce, it felt like eating at a Korean restaurant!! The owner was very kind and it was the most delicious Korean restaurant I've ever been to. I highly recommend it to the point where I would like to bring my friends if they come to Germany to visit!!

This is the best house. This is a restaurant that offers great taste and sincerity that is hard to find even in Korea. I was especially impressed that the owner made the food sweetened with fruit without using seasoning for health reasons. It’s already my favorite korean restaurant for korean fried chicken and they added bingsu to their menu which was extremely good!!!! I got melon bingsu and even the shaved ice is with melon flavor!

This place is famous for the chicken but the bingsu here is also really good. I took the mango bingsu and the shaved ice evenly tasted like mango without any bland spots, and the fruits that came as toppings were also very fresh. Worth way more than the price, would visit again.

My foreign friend and I ate chicken on a half-and-half menu for two people. My friend's pick was the seasoned chicken, and my pick was the soy sauce chicken, and the fries served on the side were a true work of art! I think it was better because you could order for one person at a time. I will come here whenever I want to eat chicken!

As vegans, we really got our money's worth here: bibimbab with tofu (various vegetables on rice, without eggs if desired), kimchi pancakes and, as a highlight for dessert, "Bingsoo" - Korean "shaved" ice (shaved ice, snow ice) . This ice cream was so delicious that we had to order more. It is finely grated, melts pleasantly on the tongue and has a consistency reminiscent of snow. Add fresh strawberries, optionally with a mango topping, and you're in seventh heaven. The vegan oat-based version is uniquely creamy and can no longer be distinguished from milk. We've never eaten anything more delicious.
