Nice staff and friendly guests. It is also modernly furnished and equipped with a pool table, dart boards and slot machines.

Super nice restaurant with a very friendly innkeeper. The dishes were very tasty and prepared with a lot of love. It was perfectly seasoned. I had a Schmand Schnitzel with bacon, cheese gratin and fries. And a delicious side salad. (I'm not a big fan of trilogy salads but this one was really tasty) nothing from a can!!! My girlfriend had herring fillet with delicious and perfectly fried fried potatoes. We chose the sour cream sauce, consisting of apple, sour cream, dill, onion, etc. It was incredibly tasty and a must to have eaten here. Good craftsmanship and hospitality are still very important here.

Dishes 1x schnitzel Viennese style. 1x menu: spring roll - veal cordon bleu - curd dumplings with vanilla sauce. My conclusion as a trained chef: A simple and classic ambience that invites you to linger. I particularly liked the well-stocked digestive cart. The service is friendly and accommodating. A good and clear menu with classic dishes whose roots can be traced back to Bohemian cuisine. You can quickly recognize the excellent craftsmanship in the dishes. High quality of the food. The breading of the schnitzel smells of fresh breadcrumbs that were fried and covered in clarified butter. This creates a loose and crispy breading. The same applies to the Cordon Bleu. Juicy cooked to perfection. The consistency is important to me when it comes to the curd dumplings. They are often too firm and then feel like stones in your stomach. It's different here, loose and fluffy. That's exactly how they have to be. Nevertheless, I had to deduct points. That's why there are only 4 stars. - The spring roll was unsatisfactory and disappointing. Here I would have thought of something suitable for the menu, for example. I would like a clear beef consomme with flatbread and root vegetables. - Curd dumplings with vanilla foam. Here the dumplings were placed in a vanilla sauce. Unfortunately. - 1 portion of mayo (sachet) for €2 is pretty bold. You can also spend €1 to wrap the schnitzel. Whether this is customer-friendly 🤷♂️. The subtleties led to the points being deducted.

If a customer in a restaurant says 4 times that he has a stomach ache and is forced to order something to drink 4 times (and the customer orders something to get rid of the waiter), you definitely don't bring him a drink with "ice and lemon". Just because it has to look nice and meet the standard. The correct advice would have been: I recommend tea. But you can't think that far! And then the waiter in the corner has to moan that something like that has never happened to him before. The customer is always king and should be properly advised. And before that, cola was even offered. Definitely with ice cream too. Also totally wrong. He's probably never had a stomach ache.
