Sehr laut und sehr eng im Gastraum. Die Bedienung war arrogant und anmaßend. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, trotzdem überwog der schlechte Eindruck.

Super leckerer Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Schön angerichtet. Top Service. Kome gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zu zweit zwei sehr leckere 3 Gänge Menüs. Alle waren super nett und freundlich, die Preise haben gestimmt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend!:)

Immer lecker und immer freundlich. Abends ziemlich voll. Kann zum Teil auch ziemlich laut sein.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant mit authentischer italienischer Küche und leckeren Gerichten. War etwas schwer einen Platz zu bekommen, da es sehr voll war, was aber ganz klar für die Beliebtheit des Restaurants spricht. Der Service könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, bei Getränkebestellungen mussten wir lange warten und mehrfach nachfragen. Trotzdem eine ganz klare Empfehlung

Wir waren zu zweit zum Mittagstisch im Restaurant. Wir fanden es viel zu laut. Das Essen ging so. Die Pizza lätschig, also der Boden nicht kross und die Gnocchi waren ok , aber die Soße etwas zu dick und zu intensiv vom Käsegeschmack. Leider nicht noch mal. Auch wenn es preislich ok war und die Portionen reell.

Könnte schön sein wenn es nicht so vollgestopft mit Tischen wäre. Essen lecker aber nicht überragend. Service nett aber kommt nicht ganz hinterher. Ambiente eigentlich schön aber sehr laut, eng und voll.

Ganz fantastischer Italiener. Wir hatten Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten. Super Lecker. Vorweg eine tolle Pizza, mit leckerem Boden und frischen Zutaten. Der Service ist super zuvorkommend und hat jeden unserer Wünsche erfüllt. Sogar die der kleinsten Gäste(4J.). Den einzigen Abzug gab es, wegen der Lautstärke im Restaurant. Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder❤️

Freundliche Bedienung. Essen war sehr gut. Scheint über Jahre hinweg auch immer gut besucht. Manko ist die Lautstärke, bedingt durch die enge des Gastraumes. Wir konnten uns zwar unterhalten aber ich denke Menschen mit einer nur leichten Beeinträchtigung der Höhrleistung haben es schwer. Wir hatten keine Wartezeit da der Tisch vorbestellt war. Viele Spontanbesucher fanden keinen Platz.

‼️Lebensmittelvergiftung ‼️ Wir haben am 14.02.2026 zum ersten Mal da gegessen. Geschmacklich wirklich gut aber bei meiner Freundin die ein Gericht gegessen hatte wo scampi drauf waren bekam sie ab 1 Uhr Morgen am 15.02 starke Bauchschmerzen um 06 Uhr morgens kam alles hoch mit Erbrechen und Durchfall. Beim Arzt angekommen war die Diagnose eine klare Lebensmittelvergiftung von denn Meeresfrüchten. Wir überlegen sogar damit öffentlich zu gehen.

Das Ambiente ist angenehm und perfekt für einen entspannten Abend. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, und die Gerichte sehen appetitlich aus und schmecken hervorragend. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Fang des Tages – er war perfekt zubereitet. Einzig die Beleuchtung in einem Teil des Restaurants könnte etwas zu dunkel sein, was den Gesamteindruck aber nicht beeinträchtigt.

Alles auf höchstem Niveau. Mittagsmenu zu moderatem Preis.

When we're in Bremen, Gallo's is our favorite Italian restaurant. Today was Gallo's day again after a long time. The food was extremely good. A diverse selection and... incidentally: still reasonably priced. Because everything is just right, the place is packed at all times. The sea bream, pasta with scampi, and truffle pasta were all cooked to perfection. A top-notch tiramisu rounded off the delicious meal. The staff was very communicative and attentive. Highly recommended TRATTORIA.... This is how three repeat customers, "former and future regulars," describe this restaurant, which stands out among many Italian restaurants in Bremen. Keep it up! 👍

Perfect Italian food at reasonable prices, though it can get very crowded at times. I'd recommend avoiding peak weekend evenings and going during the week instead. The owners of Gallo and everyone who works there are especially wonderful. I've only had positive experiences.

I went there with my son before going to the stadium. It was very crowded, but everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was served quickly. The food was delicious. We'd gladly come back before our next stadium visit.

Excellent Italian cuisine. A wide selection on the menu, yet everything is fresh, and the food doesn't arrive at the table any faster than usual. Very friendly, family-run service, at least if you speak some Italian… The excellent salad comes with extra virgin olive oil from the estate of the owner's family (?) / head waiter. I ordered a half-liter bottle to take away and was totally surprised that it wasn't on the bill, but rather a gift. In short: one of the best Italian restaurants in and around Bremen (for foreigners: i.e., the surrounding area).

Great, freshly prepared food. Perfect carbonara. Friendly service. The owner took a lot of time for us and gave us great cooking tips.

We were at Gallo today with six people. Very crowded, very loud, and quite cramped. It got better as the evening progressed and the night wore on 😊 The food was absolutely delicious! The photos show spaghetti caramel, cassata, and tiramisu. We also had tomato with buffalo mozzarella and melon with Parma ham as appetizers. For our main courses, we had various pizzas, spaghetti caramel, and macaroni with Gongorzola. All the main courses were served at the same time. Excellent service.

We were there shortly before a Werder Bremen game, and they actually had a table for two. Great food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff with typical Italian hospitality. A pleasant atmosphere. You can have a good time here with excellent food.

Great team, kitchen open to the view. In addition to the menu, the daily specials displayed above the kitchen counter are worth checking out. The wine selection is good, and the starter, main course, and dessert are all manageable, recommendable, and always leave me deeply satisfied.

Be sure to make a reservation! The spaghetti carbonara was fantastic. Served with 0.5L carafes of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect for a romantic dinner with your partner. The waiters were prompt and attentive. Thank you for the lovely evening :)

Definitely a reasonable price-performance ratio, which is rare among Italian restaurants in Bremen. Plus, the service is extremely friendly. The closely spaced tables allow for good communication with your neighbors, but aren't really suitable for a cozy evening for two.

There were seven of us for dinner. The chef is from Rome and loved it: the tomato soup and my seafood pasta were VERY salty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was super cozy. Clean, well-maintained, and bright. We loved it and will be back.

Super tasty in itself. I didn't order it but unfortunately my pizza had so many red onions and pieces of garlic the size of half a clove that it wasn't edible.

The food was wonderful, just a dream! As a starter there was Vitello Tonnato, tomato with buffalo mozzarella, both of which tasted very good. Main course pizza and saltimbocca also very good. For dessert, a small point deduction for the panna cotta. Personally, it was a bit too lemony for me, but that may have suited me. But overall, great food and service at a fair price! We would be happy to come back and recommend Gallo.

Great restaurant with a good selection of food. I can highly recommend the Vitello Tonnato and the Carpaccio. Both are also well priced. I can also recommend the beef fillet, saltimbocca and lamb fillet. The service was attentive and the desserts were reasonable considering the price. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee. This one was far too bitter for me.

I'm actually not the typical clientele. In my area there is already a snack bar with the opportunity to sit down, a restaurant. We sat in the smoking area in the winter garden. The only point of criticism is... I'm too fat😂 No, the tables are quite narrow. But that doesn't matter. I could have done something about it. Tomato soup was very tasty. Tortellini too. I really liked the noodles. They weren't floury in any way. Well...and then that...I think sabajone (I'm too lazy to look at how it's spelled). Break egg with sugar etc. Wow, powerful. I was well filled. This is what delicious diabetes tastes like. Sweet, but good. But I think you have to like that too. The service was really nice. Didn't seem out of place to me. Friendly. Real. Have to say... The store is great. Now I have to say that I was invited and otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it. Unless I'm over it. But then also with a shirt and stuff. Long story short. It was a nice visit. Guess I have to train first...enjoy practicing.

I'm really pissed off! I specifically asked for gluten-free pizza when reserving a table to make sure I could eat. When we got there and ordered, they suddenly said they didn't have gluten-free pizza. This is simply impossible! It's frustrating when you're looking forward to something and then you're disappointed. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Now we always eat there before the Werder game. We thought it would be a very expensive Italian restaurant but it won't be at all! On the contrary, the price/performance ratio here is UNBEATABLE! Great service and really tasty!!! The shop is small and narrow which unfortunately means that it is very loud. Nevertheless the store is 100% Greetings Flo and Paddy

I don't understand the many good reviews. Pizza is better elsewhere. Lasagna was still cool inside. Completely tasteless tomatoes and cucumber in the salad. However, the rolls for the meal were great. Drinks like cola etc. are way too expensive. -3.15 euros for 0.2 liters in a glass, not a bottle- It was so loud in the restaurant that you could hardly have a conversation. We won't be back that quickly.

August 19, 2024 12:00 p.m. Here the staff assigns parking spaces for bicycles, but guests who park their cars on the sidewalk are tolerated. Very unfriendly, so we looked for another location. The service was very nice, as was the ambience. Our table was in the next room, so there was less noise from the other tables but there was little space. The meal took a relatively long time, but it was extremely crowded that day. I had a pizza and for my taste the base could have been thicker than 2 mm, otherwise it tasted good

We came without a reservation but were able to eat on site thanks to the nice staff. The shop was completely full and had a nice atmosphere. The food is very good and you can also get an appetizer independently, which defines a good restaurant. The shop is very central and 10 minutes from the stadium, which is why you should reserve a little earlier on match days. The employees were all very nice and the food was ready quickly. I would highly recommend going there again.

We met four commuter friends here for pizza. I had Tonno + mushrooms, the others 2x Fungi & 1x Tonno Gorgonzola. The order came quickly and the friendly waiter provided hot sauce on request. Let's get one thing straight: I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. The base was crispy but not dry, nicely evenly topped and then it tasted really good 😋. My neighbors at the table also confirmed this for themselves. The only drawback was the noise: since the restaurant was fully booked (reservations recommended), it was a bit loud. All in all: we will definitely come back here, I can only recommend it.
