The salami pizza wasn't fully baked in the middle...the carpaccio and the vitello tonatto were very tasty, the pasta al arrabiata is also very good. PS: Unfortunately I have to adjust the review. I am shocked by the reports from the Bremen Food Monitoring Authority.

Excerpt from food control: Some significant deficiencies in operational hygiene. In the bar area, the ice cube machine was partly significantly contaminated. The interior of the ice cube machine was contaminated with reddish mold deposits and limescale deposits. The degree and consistency of the internal contamination suggests that the ice cube machine was not cleaned carefully and properly over a longer period of time and that contaminated ice cubes were therefore given to the consumer. In the kitchen, the floor was partly seriously contaminated with dark deposits, thick deposits of food residues of older origin, and massive amounts of contamination were found particularly under the equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove). Cleaning with appropriate intensity and frequency has apparently not been carried out for a long time. In addition, such contaminants provide an ideal breeding ground for undesirable microorganisms to spread further. In addition, a massive slimy, greasy contamination was discovered under the hooded dishwasher, which was already clearly perceptible and gave off a musty smell.

An average Italian. The food was okay, the service much better. But it's not enough for a second visit. I would like to see more homemade pasta and not just ready-made ones. That's such a shame.

Our favorite Italian! Authentic Italian cuisine, refreshingly lively staff, very nice places outside on the Weser.

Good food directly at the Schlachte

I ate a delicious pasta L'Arrabiata here. Unfortunately, due to crowds, we ended up in the basement, which is very uncomfortable. I would like to eat here again if I could just get a seat on the ground floor. Not expensive.

Always happy to go to Bellini!!! The pizzas were super delicious. This time I had a pizza with chanterelles, dried tomatoes 🍅, rocket and burrata... Really recommended!!! Tonight even with European Football Championship... Also this time, for early Mom's Day, super delicious. And enjoyed again with Pizza Quatro Fromaggio, Panna Cotta Caramello and our own grappa. 🙃 Unfortunately the grappa was a bit too warm. Super delicious pizza 🍕 Quatro Fromaggio🧀 With photo evidence😁

Wir haben einen Italiener in Bremen gesucht und haben nach den Bewertungen bei Bellini einen Tisch reserviert. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient und haben vom Baarkeeper sogar einen eigenen Cocktail zum probieren bekommen. Sowohl die Vorspeise alch auch der Hauptgang waren ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir wieder in Bremen sind, werden wir wieder versuchen einen Tisch im Bellini an der Schlachte zu bekommen.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant in Bremen and, based on the reviews, reserved a table at Bellini. We were served very courteously and the bartender even gave us our own cocktail to try. Both the starter and the main course were excellent. When we are back in Bremen, we will try to get a table at Bellini an der Schlachte again.

It was my first time in Bremen and I happened to visit this restaurant. The pizza was incredibly tasty! Great! The price is reasonable and colleagues were very nice and welcoming. I can only recommend something like this!

I was there for the first time today and had sea bass with prawns and asparagus. The asparagus was poorly peeled, the prawns were dry but the sea bass was excellent. I'll definitely go again, 2nd chance...

Excellent quality of the food. For lunch there is a selection of different pasta dishes and pizzas at affordable prices. You can also order from the normal menu. I'd love to come back next week.

An overrated restaurant with mediocre food. Overcooked asparagus, meat floating in a sauce that's too fatty. Locally probably good, internationally less so for an Italian.

A good restaurant. The dishes were all very good. The service was attentive. The location...well, what can you write. The view of the Weser is always breathtaking. Even for old people from Bremen. The prices are reasonable. I look forward to the next visit.

Spontaneous visit on Saturday afternoon for drinks and antipasti. Lackluster service, antipasti served without cutlery. Some of them are old (bread) and canned (olives). But at least higher prices. We probably won't do that again.

We weren't given a particularly friendly welcome. Food was okay. Table not clean. Glasses were already dusty on the table, as was a broken table lamp (stabilized with scotch tape) that was supposed to provide the ambience... After the starter, our cutlery was taken down from the plates and put back on our napkins - we had to use these for the main course also use. When asked what could be recommended, the answer was shrugged: "You have to know." Another waiter came and said, "Talk less, eat more." Another waiter answered the question whether the rest could be packed up with: "No, that's not enough, I'll throw it away" and then came back with the packed up leftover and said: "5 euros, haha!" . The same waiter then forced a tip, even if it wasn't much - we paid by card and xx, 25 euros wouldn't work. He could only charge xx, 50 euros. Please what? Of course it's only 25 cents, but for me it's about the principle and the overall impression. There was a reason why there were no tips. Especially since we're like, "Aren't you ready, my reservation for this table is coming soon." have been asked to pay. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I won't go there a second time either.

We were there with 8 people. Four narrow two-person tables were pushed together. It worked, but it was quite narrow. The food was good both starters and main courses, price performance OK. Nice atmosphere. I would probably go again, but it's not my favorite.

We had 3 different pizzas and a gambas plate. There was also a small salad with the 6 prawns. The dough base was very greasy and tasted like Dr. Oetker's American Pizza. Service was very nice and friendly. Food also came very quickly. Toilets are in the basement...actually everything is good but the employees probably smoke in one of the rooms...at least it smelled very smoky. Pizzas and prawns cannot be recommended.

The dishes were nicely presented and very tasty, and the prices were reasonable. When the sun is shining you can enjoy the terrace and the Weser is in sight. The only drawback was the children's chair. He was buried under blankets and a damp rag and a little love wouldn't have done him any harm. But that's complaining at the highest level and only marginally harmed our food and the atmosphere. All in all: Gladly again :-)

On Saturday at half past eleven I went to the restaurant, but was informed that I shouldn't come back until twelve o'clock. Opening at 11am is obviously not true.

The food was good, but the carbonara was unfortunately a little too creamy. The service was quick and friendly, but unfortunately it was too loud in the restaurant for conversation

Overall we didn't particularly like it. The meat of the beef fillet was rubbery/stringy and I didn't like my fish dish overall. Bland.

Das Ambiente ähnelt eher einer Bahnhofsmission, viel zu laut und der Kellner, der unseren Tisch bedient hat war unfreundlich

Wir besuchten das Restaurant recht früh zum Essen. Das Personal begrüßte uns freundlich und war die ganze Zeit über aufmerksam, sehr gastfreundlich und auch kinderfreundlich. Ich bestellte mir Tortellini al Forno die geschmacklich voll überzeugen konnten. Meine Frau hatte Tortellini Aglio El Olio und war ebenfalls begeistert. Die noch warmen Pizzabrötchen wurden, ohne das wir etwas sagten nachgelegt. Dasselbe gilt auch für die kleinen Schälchen mit geriebenen Parmesan. Eigentlich 5 Sterne. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil die Portion trotz der Brötchen für uns zu klein war und wir nicht wirklich satt weitergingen. 24 € für beide Essen plus Getränke eigentlich OK, wenn wir satt gewesen wären. Beim nächsten Mal lieber mit Vorspeise. Ein schönes Restaurant.

Ein rundum gelungener Abend! Der Laden war voll, aber der Service hatte alles im Griff und war dabei entspannt. Jede Bestellung kam prompt mit mindestens einem freundlichen Lächeln oder mit persönlicher Ansprache. Das Essen war lecker. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Schönes kleines italienisches Restaurant. Sehr guter Mittagstisch, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Pizza mit Schinken und Rucola war sehr lecker. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Ich hatte eine sehr leckere Pizza Calzone mit grüner Soße. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich gewesen. Auch das Ambiente fand ich sehr schön. Nur leider war es an dem Tag sehr kalt im Restaurant. Die große Außentür am Eingang war die ganze Zeit geöffnet, sodass es natürlich auch durch die weitere Zwischentür reinzog.

Es war sehr laut und die Kellner haben abgeräumt obwohl noch Essen auf dem Teller war. Das Essen hätte etwas Salz vertragen können und sehr schwer im Magen.

Bellini an der schlachte ist das beste Restaurant deutschland weit. 1. Extreme harmonische Atmosphäre. 2. Der Service ist eine 10/10 die Keller/inmen sind total freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. 3. Das essen ! Das essen ist eine andere Liga unfassbar lecker. 4. Die Toiletten sind immer sauber es gibt immer Klopapier. 5. Mein Mann hat gestern dort sein Geburtstag gefeiert. Aus Kulanz durfte ich sein Kuchen mitbringen. Das macht nicht jedes Restaurant.. aber Billini macht das unmögliche möglich.

Superleckere Pizza, nette Bedienung!

Leckeres Essen, leider sind die Tische etwas eng gestellt und es war sehr voll, als wir ankamen. Dadurch dann auch sehr warm und stickig.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort und haben 2 x Fussilli mit Spinat und Gorgonzolasauce für 9,10 Euro gespeist. Essen war lecker! Aber das Mineralwasser mit 9,50 Euro (0,7l) völlig überteuert!

Mehr italienisch gibt's nicht! Sehr schönes Ambiente, Essen ist perfekt!
