GALERIA Restaurant in Konstanz

Unfortunately, the vegetables were bland and overcooked. The accompanying potato gratin was sold out, so we were replaced with boiled potatoes without a word.

The food was very, very bad. The chef is Indian, and our Jägerschnitzel tasted like shoe soles with soap. Gallery... ...that's completely unacceptable. We'll never go here again. Price including two Cokes: 40 euros. Unbelievable, we're shocked.

I haven't been to the Galeria Restaurant for a while now because I haven't been able to go to Konstanz for a long time. I'm hoping for tomorrow. But I'm very happy that this still exists. I was always very satisfied, the old restaurant manager was extremely attentive, but of course I don't know if he is still there. All the other employees there were also extremely nice. Yes, the ambience may leave something to be desired. But overall it is an old Galeria house, we are happy that it still exists and I am happy if the restaurant is still there. I also experienced that a side dish was exchanged... Freiburg Galeria Restaurant here, the one in the former Karstadt, of course has the wonderful terrace and also a quite nice restaurant. The waiters there are no comparison to those in Konstanz, and then I swap immediately. Prices have risen, of course, and unfortunately, but where haven't they? Ultimately, we can all only hope that Galeria survives all of this... Can you still take the cake? They had very good marble cake...😊

Food very good, a bit expensive

The taste of the food was absolutely fine. The choice of dishes is fixed and cannot be put together flexibly. That's a real shame and, in my opinion, no longer appropriate today. In terms of price, it is absolutely not recommended. For gMoney, you can almost eat in a steakhouse. Our table was clean, but there were some tables around us that needed cleaning. I cannot recommend the restaurant without hesitation.

Actually not a bad option for breakfast. Similar to a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately the prices are a bit too expensive, as is the case everywhere due to inflation...

The biggest plus at the Galeria Restaurant is definitely the view that offers guests. Cake 🎂 is also very tasty... Coffee too... Staff very friendly and nice.

There is little, very little variety in the menus and buffet.

I am very disappointed. You get one star in advance for the delicious cheesecake, the rest was unfortunately very disappointing. 1. The cashiers were very unfriendly and very difficult to understand. When asked: can you tell me what's in the cake, there were very unfriendly reactions. The employee was even so cheeky that he told me: you have to know what you can eat? Hey where are we, when I asked again about the ingredients he was totally perplexed. Nobody in the restaurant could help. Why do they sell something if they don't even know what's in it? Is that even allowed? 2. When I asked the lady at the other checkout something about the coffee machine this time, she simply snatched the cup from my hand and put a glass down and ordered from the coffee machine. This has really never happened to me before. I am a very calm person with a lot of patience and understanding. I understand that not everyone can have a good day. But unfortunately everyone here was in a bad mood and totally unbearable, except for the one lady in the kitchen. 3. The calculation on the receipt was also wrong and I paid too much. I didn't want to bother the employees because I prefer to be quiet because of 3-4 euros and don't want to stress people out even more. I'm also sure that the employee wouldn't understand me. (I had communication problems with the question about the ingredients) 4. This was so unpleasant for us that we (5 people) wanted to eat and leave immediately. This comes to my top 3 bad experiences I had in a restaurant/café/snack bar.

For a rest, the shopping center is super clean and has clear, affordable offers. Self-service.

Immer wieder gerne Günstig und gut

Auch ein muß,wenn ich in Konstanz bin. Wird regelmäßig besucht.

Selbstbedienung aber es geht schnell. Speisen sind frisch und reichlich auf dem Teller. Preis im Rahmen. Ausreichend Plätze und sauber. Tablet sollte zum Rückgabeband gebracht werden. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich in KN bin.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, leider ist die Qualität der Produkte nicht sonderlich hoch. Das Inventar des Restaurants könnte viel besser genutzt werden. Dafür würden einige Gäste auch sicher mehr zahlen :)

Alles sauber. Angebote gutes Preis /Leistungsverhältnis. Essen war lecker. Bratkartoffeln waren nicht richtig heiß, wurden aber unverzüglich auf der Herdplatte erhitzt. Personal freundlich.

Gute Lage, meist günstig mit Kindern Könnte renoviert werden....

Super Essen schmeckt gut ...Reichlich ...Tipp Kuchenecke.

Braten war trocken und schon lange in der Auslage. Refilservice zum Sonderpreis fand ich super.

Gutes und günstiges Essen, aber sehr voll

finden das Lokal zeitgemäß für sämtlichen Veranstaltungen — unwesentlich ob mit Kumpel, Freunden oder Verwandtschaft. Dieses Restaurant hat in der Tat Potential mein neues Stammlokal zu werden. Die Belegschaft hat fix, reinlich und nett gearbeitet. Ich für meinen Teil, kann behaupten, solange bis jetzt hat uns noch nix frustriert! Das Lokal war jedes Mal eine Geschmacksexplosion in meinem Mund.

Naja nicht schlecht, aber schon besseres gegessen zu dem Preis.

Das Essen war Okay. Die Chicken Nuggets geschmacklos, die Pommes kalt und alles sehr fettig. Die Currywurst war erstaunlich gut. Die Capri Sun fürs Kindermenü war ausverkauft, dafür gab es dann einen 0,3l Softdrink, eigentlich gut gelöst. Nur im nachgang habe ich auf dem Bon gesehen, dass ich für den Softdrink 2,60€ bezahlt habe. Mann kann es sich sparen hier zu essen (vor allem preislich), aber wenn es hart auf hart ist es schon okay

Das Essen ist zwar gut und ich komme recht häufig hierher, aber die Preise sind doch recht happig. Besonders wenn man als Familie essen möchte, kann man gleich in ein Restaurant gehen. Die Menüs sind noch okay von den Preisen, aber wenn ich mir am Buffet einen Teller selbst zusammenstellen möchte, zahle ich pro Gewicht, das heißt 1,89 € pro 100 Gramm. Das hört sich zwar günstig an, aber man hat sehr schnell 600 - 700 Gramm zusammen. Mit Getränk bin ich da schnell bei 17 €, das ist dann sehr teuer, obwohl die Sachen am Buffet sehr gut sind. Die Lage gefällt mir und es ist gemütlich

Gute Preis und Leistung. Vor allem die Kaffee/Kuchen Kombi ist unschlagbar. Gerne auch mal ein Salat. Wirklich sehr lecker unf eine gute Auswahl idt auch immer da.

Preis Leistung ist okay. Das Essen ist genießbar - mehr darf man allerdings nicht erwarten. Mittags sehr voll bzw überfüllt...
