GALERIA Restaurant in Düsseldorf

The Galeria Cafe on the ground floor(!) doesn't work at all! Cappuccino plus 1 almond biscuit €6.30. The biscuit gone in one bite. The staff cleans up at 1730h with loud noises. Catastrophic atmosphere.

No, not normal. Sorry, but that was nothing. This was a very bad rump steak. Too expensive for 16 euros.

The selection is relatively okay. Daily specials are priced well, OK. BUT !!!! A thirst quencher, the drink in the Tetra Pak for children, which costs between 0.69ct and 99ct at REWE TO GO, you pay EUR 3.20 here. And Rewe To Go on Schadowstrasse. Conclusion: drinks are way too expensive, the service is extremely rustic. For that money, I'll actually go to a restaurant because I don't have to put away my tablet myself after eating. NO SORRY... I only give this one point because of the variety of daily offers. It's just not worth it.

The food was good, but not outstanding. The prices are okay, but not necessarily cheaper comparatively. Service friendly and helpful. Great restaurant. Things used to be better. I hope that Karstadt on Shadowstrasse stays! Would love to come again.

Ich war heute wieder im Galeria Restaurant in Düsseldorf an der Schadowstraße. Wie immer sehr freundlich begrüßt. Top Mitarbeiter. Klasse Essen. Das Buffet sieht Klasse aus, man traut sich fast nicht dieses tolle Buffet zu zerstören 👏Sehr lecker war es auch. Danke diesem Team. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.🤗
